Nikulshin S.M., Sartakova E.E. The Development of Professional Competence Among the Teachers of Schools with Limited Number of Pupils (on the Example of the Tomsk Region) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2008. Issue 3 (77). P. 20-24

This article is devoted to the most important and actual problem as the development of village schools with limited number of pupils. The solution of nowadays problems depends on modernization of the village schools, municipal and regional educational systems. These problems are connected with the beginning of finance according to the number of pupils, branch payment, implementation of pre-schooling education, profile learning, etc. The main way of the development of NLVS (Number Limited Village Schools) is the staff (teachers who work with pupils of such schools). The article gives the analyses of the staff resource (in the Tomsk region), highlights the main contradictions of teaching skills development, and points out the conditions necessary for pedagogical competence. The authors offer the description of the concrete experimental action and the results of the competence development in such groups of specialists.

The main source of Z. Gippius’ literary activity is searching the Divine in the soul. The orthodox culture has become the basic layer in the foundation of the literary model of Z. Gippius’ literary world. Orthodox culture’s ideas such as sacralization of words, silence, negotiation of the sin origin etc. have affected the genre (prone genre), image (the image of Christ and the Virgin), thematic peculiarities of Z. Gippius’ (the ideas od Divine, sin, childhood etc.) poetic and prosaic literary activity.

The knowledge of the past in Vyatka region landscape-ecological aspect is essentially in the initial stages. Consideration of the modern image of the territory from the historical point of view allows us estimating the degree of deformation of the land in the course of the economic – agricultural and industrial – development landscape. The paper presents the results of studies of human evolution landscapes of Vyatka region, the basic steps of the ethnoeconomic development of the territory, the history of land tenure. It shows the direction of anthropogenic evolution geosystems conclusions about increasing environmental risks, changes in the properties of landscapes and complexity of their structure.

Voytovich I.K. INFORMATIZATION OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE EDUCATION IN HIGH SCHOOL: MILESTONES AND ACADEMIC RESULTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 8 (149). P. 51-55

The article describes the experience of the informatization of foreign language education at the university. Five stages of this process resulted in the generated information and communication competence of teachers, development of e-learning courses based on different technologies and e-learning formats. The author shows that the computerization of education is a long-term, continuous and consistent process that requires systemic and stakeholder actions both on the part of the administration of the university and its faculty. In practice, it was verified that in a weak material and technical base the informatization of education can and should begin with professional development of teachers in ICT. In the course of this study it was also proved that hybrid or blended learning technology, combining traditional face-to-face classes with remote access to electronic educational resources, is preferable in teaching foreign languages.

Rodionov P.V., Starodubtsev V.A. PUBLIC PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION AS A BASIS FOR THE STUDENT INFORMAL EDUCATION IN THE ENGINEERING SECURITY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 8 (161). P. 105-108

Consideration is given to develop the professional competencies of the bachelors through the informal interaction on the basis of a public organization with a professional focus. In particular the subject to study was “The club of public firefighters, rescue workers and volunteers” which currently includes 78 students and 5 teachers. The practice activity of a student club, organized in 2012 year by the Yurga Institute of Technology (Tomsk Polytechnic University Affiliate), shows the stages of its formation and relations with University and with a municipality, detects the conditions of the student’s developing competencies and the student’s socialization. Here the integration is achieved by institutional and non-formal education, to create a field activity of students to improve their competencies and practices when developing future profession. Thus the informal activity of students enriches the academic learning. In addition, for teaching staff the club has become a testing ground for educational innovations.

Ruvinskiy V. Ethnic Enclosure in Soviet and Post-Soviet School Textbooks // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2007. Issue 1 (64). P. 35-41

In this paper, we first explore the process of history writing and teaching in Soviet autonomies using the concept of ethnic enclosure as a framework to examine the way the distant past is presented in history textbooks published locally in the Soviet Union. We then show the conflicting character of ethnic historical narratives in the textbooks of rival ethnic groups and, next, discuss the legacy of the Soviet policy of ethnic enclosure as reflected in school textbooks published after the demise of the Soviet Union.

The article is devoted to the analysis of Biographical essays, presented in the Book of memory of students, teachers and employees of Tomsk State Pedagogical University-participants of the great patriotic war (1941–1945). Containing the first volume of 450 historical biographies constitute a significant database to store personal information, and for the reconstruction of the social group of students of the Siberian Pedagogical University. Students TGPI in 1930–1950 (on the example of the great patriotic war) was a social group characterized by the following features: 1) proportion of natives of the European part of the USSR, with the predominance of the Siberian contingent; 2) great predominance of peasant component in the social structure of students; 3) in the national composition of the student body was dominated by the Russians; 4) average age of students for admission to the University was 24 years; 5) 40% of the students have teaching experience; 6) mixed structure of preliminary education; 7) proportion of invalids of the great patriotic war; 8) influence of psychological factors on learning motivation. Memory book as a database has a large research capacity for reconstruction of individual, group, institution of higher learning, the Russian system of education, the history of intellectuals.

Yermolenkina L.I. DISCURSIVE PERSON IN COMMUNICATIVE SPACE OF MODERN RADIO // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 2 (179). P. 37-40

Every modern person is a part of the media communication in which a specific discursive ideology is formed. This type of ideology largely determines the worldview of contemporary members of discourse, and also forces prepared scenarios and behavioral patterns on the participants of communication. This ideological mindset has the influence on everyday life of members of discourse. The object of analysis of this research is discourse of radio. Studying the ways new discursive ideology is formed will allow us to reveal cognitive world models, which are reproduced in the discourse and to define the role of a discourse personality in creating the form and the content of the discourse of radio. The process of formation of new discursive ideology is reflected in the system if contemporary interactive genres. Discourse allows us to use a variety of factors while analyzing the ideology: mental, psychological, pragmatic, gender-based and others. Ideology is a result of the positioning of the subject in the discourse of radio and is revealed in the language organization of its existence, which requires a complex approach comprising all the aspects of the stated problem. Such methodology allows us to reveal the principles of discursive ideology formation and the models of speech behavior of the discourse personality; to determine the structural and functional peculiarities of new speech genres of the media-discourse and internal and external mechanisms of formation of the discursive worldview in the communicative space of the discourse of radio.

Kashirin A.A. SOME FEATURES OF INDIVIDUAL MEDIA DISCOURSE OF INFORMATIONAL AND MEDIA LANGUAGE PERSONALITY OF THE TELEVISION PRESENTER - WRITER IN THE AUTHOR’S CULTURAL AND ENTERTAINING PROGRAM // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 68-72

The communicative and pragmatic research of individual media discourse of Viktor Erofeev, contemporary Russian writer, the presenter of author’s cultural and entertaining TV program “Apokrif” on the channel “Culture”, was presented. Author-presenter’s professional speech behavior organizes his individual media discourse, determining the holistic well-known journalist’s image in circumstances of current discursive practice. At the same time specific peculiarities of his informational and media language personality’s idiostyle are reflected in television journalists’s individual media discourse. Analysis of individual media discourse of TV presenter is based on the criteria, which were described by the author. The linguistic and paralinguistic (phonational and kinetic) characteristics of communicative behavior of informational and media language personality of TV presenter-writer, as well as extralinguistic factors determining the specificity of the media environment, were described. The results of the research of the features of the language personality of Viktor Erofeev with the use of separate elements of the software system “VAAL” are presented. The means of quantitative content analysis identified the thematic groups of words most often used by the TV presenter. The analysis of Victor Erofeev’s speech from the point of view of the use of emotionally colored words (“emotional-lexical” estimations) is presented. The results of the linguistic projective test of Cattell are described. These results with a probability of 70–90 % characterize the psychological characteristics of the personality of Viktor Erofeev.

Implementation of web 2.0 resources in techniques of virtual physics labs is considered as previous approach that will foster the connection between a real experiment and its idealized model studied in the course of lesson or independently. As an example, the studies of Doppler’s effect and the movement of charged particles in the magnetic field are described to demonstrate the priority of the practical actions in the physical laboratory.

The results of the study methods of psychological impact applied by the students-teachers in typical and confl ict pedagogical situations are disclosed. The conclusion is made on the need to develop psycho technologies, oriented on mastering the methods of psychological effects by students of pedagogical degree programmes.

The paper presents the nature characteristics of the welfare state, the basic features of welfare states, problems and contradictions in the social policy implementation. The authors conclude that it is necessary to reform implementation mechanisms of government social policy. Authors examine the causes of welfare dependency (high social rate of discount, inefficient legal framework, reducing the degree of horizontal and vertical integration between agents). The authors propose measures aimed at improving the mechanisms for overcoming social dependency. It is necessary to stimulate the social responsibility of economic actors and provide socio-economic policy of government to ensure economic growth.

Since the ancient times health has played a key role in human life and is the basic need. Keen scientific interest in the health problem is easily explained, because the task of modern medicine is the development of new effective methods of preservation people’s health and continuation of the human race in general. The object of the study of the article is the French medical discourse and the subject of the study is its speech genres. The French medical discourse is one of the institutional discourse types, which is a complex, multi-composition formation, interaction of advertising, medical academic, legislative (legal) discourse in the sphere of medicine, scientific and proper medical discourse. The leading role in the above group belongs to the medical discourse in the sphere of professional communication. The typical features of the medical discourse are professionalism, sacredness (the oath of Hippocrates), special ethics and conduct standards, a system of sacral signs (medical attributes), scientific character, accuracy, brevity, clarity, specific forms of communication between doctors, deontological orientation, tolerance, persuasiveness, linguotherapeutic orientation (orientation to “word treatment”) and the speech full of special medical terms. The complex discursive nature of the French medical discourse has generated a variety of genre forms.

The research urgency is caused by the necessity of revealing the environmental factors that stimulate the formation of play competencies of children of preschool age. The purpose of the article is to identify meaningful saturation and potential of the home play environment and preschool education institution in terms of formation of senior preschoolers’ play skills. The methods of the problem research are participant observation and a survey, allowing a comprehensive analysis of the environmental factors of formation of play competence in preschool years. The authors present structural organization of play competence in senior preschool age, when the need for play is most significant. This need leads to the development of the ability to take on the role, to formulate a game goal, to put the game problem and a number of indicators of behavioral, cognitive and emotional-evaluative components. The article analyzes the specifics of the home play environment and the environment of the preschool educational organization and their role in the formation of play competencies in senior preschoolers. The materials of the article can be used in the practice of preschool organizations, in the activity of training and improving the professional qualifications of teachers of preschool organizations, in the practice of family education.
