| 2001 | The article is devoted to the role of pronunciation in teaching French. Attention is focused on prosodic factors that play an important role in the process of understanding a statement. Decoding of verbal communication takes place at the intellectual, linguistic, emotional and relational levels. The interlocutors perceive not only individual words, but also the tone of the utterance. Intonationally transmitted information allows you to understand the deep meaning of the utterance and its components. The purpose of the study is to determine the place of the phonetic component in the methodology of teaching a foreign language. The following research methods are used in the work: analysis of pedagogical, methodological, linguistic literature and the work experience of Russian and foreign phonetists; the method of scientific description; synthesis and generalization of their own practice of teaching French at the university. Many modern researchers in the field of foreign language teaching methods are supporters of communicative learning, leading to a new perception of the role of pronunciation, and awareness of the importance of intonation parameters of speech. The effectiveness of teaching the French language is increased with the use of special exercises for practicing prosodic phenomena, in which the phonosemantic approach appeals to sound matter and contributes to the formation of foreign language pronunciation skills. The result is the development of exercises based on the analysis of traditional and modern didactic principles. It is proposed to practice pronunciation skills in order to correct oral speech according to the following parameters: intonation and rhythm, intensity of articulation, phonetic environment. The effectiveness of training at the segment level increases with the use of exercises based on the principle of “from simple to complex”. The suprasegmental level, which implies normative stress, correct melody, rhythm, and pauses, also plays a significant role in mastering the articulation base of the language being studied. Only the complex perception of the above phonetic phenomena leads to the assimilation of the articulatory base of a foreign language. Thus, students need to master phonetic and phonological skills, since their insufficient formation will have negative consequences for the entire language learning process. The outcomes of testing, demonstrating the necessity of usage of laboratory activities, distinguishing the contents and methods of fulfillment, forms of organization and so on are adduced. | 2041 | |||||
| 2003 | The paper aims to investigate the domain of spatial relators in Eastern Khanty and the notions they serve to express. The domain of basic topological relations is represented by a class of postpositions which are more or less equivalent to prepositions in English. In the present paper we would like to approach the analysis of postpositions in Eastern Khanty within the modern grammaticization theory framework. Thus, the analysis is performed from a perspective of the evolution of postpositions out of earlier lexical forms. This involves etymology and explanation of changes in language through semantic and cognitive accounts of words. | 2041 | |||||

| 2011 | Introduction. The need to modernize the educational process in Russia is undeniable. Modernization of pedagogical professional education involves its adaptation to the changed socio-economic and state-political conditions of Russia’s development and the development of the experience of modernization of the educational sphere accumulated by other countries. In a modern educational organization, information and communication infrastructure is one of the main components of the educational process, which has a wide range of didactic electronic educational resources (ESR) as a practice-oriented tactic for optimizing the educational process. The aim is to identify approaches to improving the efficiency of the educational process based on the use of electronic simulators in the training of future specialists. Material and methods. The main sources of the conceptual design of fundamentally new e-learning resources-educational content, pedagogical tools and innovative forms of its development was the experience of professional training of students of “South Ural State Technical College”, bachelor and master degree students of Professional Pedagogical Institute of Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University in the direction of training 44.04.44 Vocational training in the framework of the specialty “Information Security Management in Professional Educational Institutions”; the process of integrative involvement of employers in the development of electronic media simulators; practical experience of forming practice-oriented professional competences of students. The main methods of research are theoretical analysis of the published material on the integration of the implementation of the ESM-ensure high-quality implementation of the regulations of the federal state educational standards 3 ++ for professional training of bachelors and undergraduates. Results and discussion. We have analyzed the materials of publications on the problem of bringing professional education to the modern needs of the labor market, the main difficulties of which are associated with its rather complex internal semantics, including several significant levels of hierarchy and connections between different types of very fragmented information that is not acceptable enough for making effective decisions, including in the conditions of forced use of distance learning. From the standpoint of reliability theory, it is almost impossible to hope for encouraging results without a scientifically-based approach to development within the framework of qualimetric digitalization based on the use of resources from various content platforms and cross-platform ERM templates. A special role in the light of the often forced use of distance learning belongs to such pedagogical tools as an electronic simulator (ES), designed for the interrelated performance of three main functions-diagnostic, training, and educational-when working out practical skills of students, forming their skills of motor-reflex and cognitive actions in difficult situations, understanding the essence of the processes and their mutual dependence. Implementation on the basis of CodeRunner plugin (V3.3.0) for Moodle multiplayer FLOOR in the provision of quality of formation of universal and professional competencies of vocational education students in these areas has allowed to reveal that the use of ES contributes to the growth of educational achievements of students, at least 15 %, which, in turn, affects the increase of the level (degree) of the formation of their competence, predetermining improving the efficiency of the educational process, improvement of its constituent elements. Thus in addition to increasing the average educational achievements of students still recorded an increase of 18 % and median characteristics, then there is a corresponding decrease in the proportion of students with high handles in replies to questions of control tests. Effective modernization of the educational process of pedagogical professional education, in our opinion, largely depends on the integrative implementation of the use of innovative platforms of various architectures and cross-platform templates of EOR-educational content of pedagogical tools, based within the framework of the modern teaching paradigm on the conceptual provisions and methods of pedagogy, measurements, mathematical modeling and scientific and analytical statistics of the qualimetric approach. The article analyzes the trends in the use of electronic educational resources (EER) to improve the practice-oriented component of the component of professional education. One of the directions in the light of often forced distance learning is the use of media content of electronic simulators (ES), designed to form the skills of motor-reflex and cognitive actions in complex situations, understanding the essence of the processes on the basis of the interrelated performance of three main functions-diagnostic, training, educational in the development of practical skills of students. Conclusion. The resource capabilities of verifying the variants of content platform architectures and cross-platform templates of such educational tools of EOR as ES, as well as innovative forms of their development and implementation, allow us to hope for encouraging results in finding ways to improve the efficiency of the educational process of professional educational organizations (VET), timely leveling of the contradiction between the requirements of employers of the modern post-industrial society and the level of formation of professional competencies of VET graduates. | 2023 | The research of means verbalizing the modal semantics, and in particular of modal verbs remains urgent in modern linguistics as they express modal values of the possibility and need which are ones of the most important in the cognitive and communicative relation. In its turn, cognitive and communicative needs of society remain variable and that causes semantic function extension of the language means, which are constantly to respond to the needs of society noted above. In this regard the semantics studying of the verb müssen is especially significant. The purpose of the research presented in this article is to reveal specifics and to define the mechanisms of the past and current semantic changes of the verb müssen that have ensured its development as a modal verb according to cognitive and communicative needs of the German society. To that effect the original Old, Middle, Early New and New High German texts were studied. In the selected examples from the given texts by means of the method of semantic interpretation and using the method of contextual analysis the meanings of preterite-present verb müssen functioning as modal verb in the correspondent periods of the development of German language were determined. Due to the consistent usage of the method of comparison and collation in the process of analysis of the meanings their similarities and differences were determined. For more detailed reflection on the transformation development tendency in the semantics of the verb müssen appearing in modal function the methods of mathematical statistics were also used. As a result of the conducted research semantic peculiarities of the verb müssen functioning in various periods of German were specified and the mechanism of the past and current changes is defined. The basic semantic transformation mechanism of the verb müssen into both modal objective and, from Early New High German, into modal subjective semantic is context-induced reinterpretation. | 2024 | The article reveals the picture of the word as a musical image, that contains imaginative and aesthetic categories of musical perception of the audience, as well as the complicated training of the musician. Such components deal with understanding, perception and reproduction of artistic intention in vocal. Performing art of a singer is one of the most exciting directions in music, since it allows to unite instrumental and vocal sounding simultaneously, creating an original artistic vision of a piece. Therefore, there is a number of factors considerably affecting the perception of a vocal-instrumental piece by a listener including the level of one’s singing and the harmony of a piece which are most tightly connected with psychological approaches to creation of an artistic image of a performer who is acting as mediator between listeners and a musical work. At the same time, during the primary stages of training at children’s art schools, the formal approaches to creation of an artistic image are prevailing, thus creating a stereotypical manner not contributing to unique features of an artist, making creation of high quality artistic image an impossible task. Hence, based on focused research, a new set of methods for creation of an artist image in vocal-instrumental piece for students of children’s art schools was suggested. The efficiency of approved pedagogical methods is proved and is related to understanding of the word picture core by young generation musicians and the ability to reproduce this. | 2033 | Yiddish, the language of Ashkenazic Jews, arose about ten centuries ago as a result of contact with various dialects of Medieval German. Of all the Germanic languages, Yiddish looks least Germanic: it uses a Hebrew alphabet and is read from right to left, and its grammar and lexicon have undergone considerable influence not only from Hebrew and Aramaic, but also from various Slavic languages. Between 1890 and 1920 millions of Jews from Central and Eastern Europe boarded ships for America. They were fleeing the tragic events that shook the Old World. So Yiddish language and culture began its journey on a new continent. Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia were among the cities where Yiddish theaters, newspapers, and book publishers thrived. A Yiddish vaudeville sprang up, featuring performers who could switch in the blink of an eye from dances and funny jokes to sentimental songs. The heart of the culture lay in New York, where Second Avenue acquired the nickname “the Yiddish Broadway.” Yiddish words were quick to enrich American English - words like bagel, bupkes, chutzpah, klutz, schlemiel, schlep, schmuck, tchotchke, etc. Many words and phrases from Yiddish you can encounter today in American books, magazines, newspapers; or hear on television or radio, in movies or nightclubs; or may overhear on the street in many cities in the United States. | 2035 | Introduction. This article presents a methodological reflection of the study of the value-semantic aspects of the representation of the hagiographic tradition in Dostoevsky’s work. Analysis of the artistic anthropology of the writer, ideological searches and spiritual conflicts, which determine the peculiarities of the problem and poetry of his works, allows to see the deep connection with the hagiographic tradition in its understanding of the world and man. The spiritual experience captured in the lives for the writer is not just a genre or pictorial tool, but a deep semantic vector, anthropological and axiological dominant. Material and methods. The material of the study is artistic and journalistic works of late creativity of F.M. Dostoevsky, the ego-documents of the writer, memories of contemporaries. The methodological basis of the study is the axiological approach, which is complex and includes cultural-historical, comparative, structural-typological, and biographical aspects. In the system of views of F. M. Dostoevsky, questions about a person, his spiritual and moral development, value attitudes and ideals are of great importance, are reflected in artistic creation, especially in the novel The Brothers Karamazov and The Life of the Great Sinner, take a basis among the life of the writer, his religious education and religious-philosophical worldview. Results and discussion. The representation of the hagiographic tradition is inextricably linked to the writer ‘s worldview, his system of values. In the system of views of F.M. Dostoevsky, questions about man, his spiritual and moral development, values and ideals are of fundamental importance, are reflected in artistic creativity, especially in the novel The Brothers Karamazov and The Life of a Great Sinner, take the basis among the life attitudes of the writer, his religious education and religious and philosophical worldview. Conclusion. The influence of the hagiographic tradition on Dostoevsky’s creativity is a complex problem both in terms of research aspect and methodology. | 2037 | The paper outlines the relativization strategies employed by Eastern Khanty, an endangered underdescribed Finno-Ugric language spoken in Western Siberia. The notion of subordination employed here is confined mainly to morphosyntactic criteria such as clausal embedding and the use of non-finite verb-forms. The approach involves a synchronic analysis of structural patterns and functional-semantic features of relative clauses in the general functional theoretical framework. These syntactic constructions are also considered diachronically revealing the paratactic character of the Khanty complex sentences. The analysis is based on the Khanty narrative corpus, reference-grammars and dictionaries. | 2041 | The article considers the key features of communication as a tool of linguistic manipulation in advertising discourse. The aim of this study is to investigate the technologies of creating perlocutionary effect in American advertising communication. At the stage of the interpretation the vast majority of American advertising works consisting of few words are transformed into informative and pragmatic semiotic texts. Nowadays the US advertising shows a big variety of products with different degrees of verbal congestion. As a part of this study we have found a lot of advertising samples which include the minimum amount of verbal text: only the name brand or trade mark and single-phrase slogan. It should be noted that even the most minimum quantity of speech act expressed by the well-known and popular person lead to the greater intensity and immensity of its significance. Having analyzed the fragments of advertising texts we conclude that the informative congestion of communication is fundamental to its ability to persuade with the only proviso that by congestion we mean not the number of language units but the amount of their information content. The findings of the integrated and comprehensive study of the informative congestion of discourse and text can be used in pragmalinguistics, text linguistics, functional linguistics, theory of intercultural communication. | 2042 | Introduction. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the term “competency” in relation to primary or secondary school teachers, present the competencies model for the 21st century teacher identifying four crucial pedagogical competencies such as subject, methodology, psycho-pedagogical, communication and six key skills for any personality that determine his/her successful life as well. Aim and objectives. The aim of the paper is to clarify and formulate, in accordance with the related educational documents of Russian Federation, the composition of those competencies that determine the ability of school teachers to successfully solve not only familiar, but new professional tasks that confront them in connection with the acceleration of the pace of development of society. An attempt has been made to present the matrix of 21st century teacher competencies in relation to the skills of a modern person, ensuring successful future for him/her. Material and methods. The research materials provided are the Teacher Professional Standard establishing requirements needed at present for the personality type and professional competencies for school teachers and the Model of Teacher Certification based on the use of Unified Federal Assessment Materials. The detailed analysis of the above materials demonstrates that, on the one hand, they all declare the application of the competency-based approach in educational activities. On the other hand, the list of competencies identified in them differ in both quantity and definitions. Thus, in the education community there is still no unified understanding of competencies for school teachers.
