| 2257 | Three-dimensional acceleration in general relativity can be defined so that spinless particle in the process of evolution in an external gravitational field can not exceed the speed of light. We ask what happens if a spinless particle is replaced by test-particle with spin one-half. Inclusion of spin-gravitational interaction gives generalized Papapetrou equations with modified metric along the world-line. The modified metric should be used to calculate the acceleration of spinning particles. Inclusion of spin-electromagnetic interaction in flat space gives generalized Frenkel equations, where an effective metric along world-line arises for the particle with anomalous magnetic moment. This implies that intervals of time (and distance) probed by such particle in the presence of electromagnetic field slightly differ from those in empty space. | 2259 | Introduction. In modern linguistic science, there has recently been a tendency of typical language-specific study in which euphonia is defined as a typical linguistic characteristic of a literary text. This article discusses the specific properties of words found in fairy tales, and their sound character, which is associated with the phonetic and stylistic features of folklore. The paper comprehensively reviews the functional and rhythmic characteristics of euphony in fairy tales and confirms the specific details of the emotional, artistic and functional impact strategies. The paper is mainly devoted to the study of euphonia in Russian folk tales.And thus, it can confirm the rhythm and melody of the narrative in the development of fairy tales and find that alliteration and resonance are typical expressions of folk tales. As a conventional phonological form, euphony, with a unique study of language style, links authors, fairy tale texts and listeners. This expression of trinity is well shown in the folk tales. Material and methods. The empirical base of the study is 623 titles of Russian folktales collected by A. N. Afanasyev in three volumes. The following research techniques and methods were implemented in the study: a descriptive method, observation and generalization, an interpretative approach; systematization and classification; functional, comparative and statistical analysis. Results and discussion. The results of this work confirm that Russian folk tales are characterized by a diverse euphony as a special and typical repetition of sounds and rhythmic organization, embodying a certain purposeful author’s intention. In the tales of A. N. Afanasyev, the main phonetic expressive means and artistic rhythmic methods are used, the purpose of which is to create euphony – alliteration and assonance. A similar euphony is noted in the beginnings, endings, to represent the development of the plot of the tale. A specific feature of the use of these tools and methods is that they are all closely related, complement, reinforce each other, and effectively contribute to the implementation of the author’s artistic design. Conclusion. Eventually, the author draws the following conclusion that, when using phonetic rhymes, the expressive power in fairy tale, especially the expressiveness at the beginning and ending, can be achieved not only through the use of phonetics and stylistic, but also through the use of rhythmic artistic expression of the author’s descriptions in words, phrases, and paragraphs. The use of alliteration and assonance in Russian folk tales can enhance the imagery and expressiveness of speech, create a favorable sound musical and harmonious effect and allow readers to present the poetic picture of the tale as much as possible. | 2260 | Introduction. This article is a continuation of a previously begun study of intertextuality in the novel “Stone Maples” by contemporary writer Lena Eltang. In the first part, the subject of analysis was the allusive correlations of the storyline of Sasha Sonley with the motives of the folklore tale of female initiation. In the second part, we turn to the intertextual analysis of the plot line of the central character Luellin and the artistic space of the novel. The purpose of the work – is to identify the semantics and functions of the fairy-tale intertext in Lena Eltang’s modernist novel “Stone Maples”. Material and methods. Intertextual and motivational analysis based on the works of I. Smirnov, M. Gasparov, B. Gasparov, and I. Paperno was applied. Also, the theoretical basis of the research is the works of folklorists and psychologists devoted to the motivational structure of folklore tales about an orphan girl, the plot of initiation (O. M. Freudenberg, E. N. eleonskaya, R. Efimkin, etc.). The research material is Lena Eltang’s novel “Stone Maples”. Results and discussion. Llewellyn’s storyline is also organized in accordance with the fairy-tale story of initiation (disobedience and separation from the father, name change, search for the bride, guessing riddles/passing tests to reunite with the betrothed, going beyond the sea / to the afterlife, returning to the beloved). In addition, the fairy-tale intertext is manifested at the level of artistic space: “Stone Maples” – the house-hotel of the Sonli family is allusively connected with the image of the “petrified”, enchanted Kingdom. This toponymic image is correlated in the novel with allusions to a complex of fairy-tale motifs about an enchanted bride/groom. Conclusion. An analysis of the intertextual level of the novel will allow us to state that for Lena Eltang an important sematic resource for modeling the author’s art world is not only folklore texts themselves, but also scientific studies on folklore. The dialogue-strained semantic relationship with folklore allows us to isolate not the superficial correlation of the novel with a fabulous intertext, but to enter the anthroposophical concept of Eltang: she is interested in the type of personality living in what is happening to him in two changes: profane-everyday and sacred. The collisions of modern man (self-determination, relationship with Others, the search for his second half) repeat the eternal, essentially unchanged subjects of initiation. We compared the results of control testing received by the students using training test with those of students not using them. We investigated three kinds of tests: thematic, intermediate and final. | 2279 | Microbial communities in virgin and reclaimed fens of Tomsk region were examined in the comparative study. Differences between these peat lands could be found only for a dry season. A number of fungi, evaluated with the plating method, and a share of hydrolytic bacteria were considerably higher in the reclaimed fen. It indicates to the intensification of destruction due to the implemented agricultural afforestation. The differences between fens smooth after long-term rains: fungal and actinomycetal mycelium is fragmentary found in soil layers, number and specific diversity of micromycetes decrease, hydrobionts dominate among bacteria. Thus, though examined fens are hydromorphic soils, weather conditions should be taken into account for soil sampling, because all the microbiologic indicators, which allow characterizing microbial communities of peat soils, sharply vary under the change of dry and moist periods. | 2286 | New possibilities of the method of sigma deviations allowing to study individual features of a person’s physical development are presented. Any person can easily get 23 anthropometric indicators, compare them with the arithmetic mean and the mean square deviation of this indicator, obtained for the corresponding age-and-sex group, and obtain an individual set of sigma deviations of all these indicators. Combining the obtained indices into certain groups, one can analyze the presence of different proportions in the human body (proportionality of bone length, bone thickness, proportion between upper and lower body parts, proportion of development of the thorax, for women - the proportion of development of the breast, the ratio of length of legs and height, the harmony of the development of muscles, the uniformity of fat deposition in the subcutaneous fatty tissue). At the next stage of the study, analyzing the individual set of sigma deviations, an individual comparison standard is selected for each person, with which all 23 indicators are compared. All indicators that differ from this standard by more than one are recognized as deviations from the individual standard. The observed deviations are conditionally subdivided into «advantages» and «shortcomings» of the physique. A review and analysis of the innovative component of the teacher’s activity is necessary in order to provide a new level of national education and its positioning in the world market of educational services. The aim of the investigation is to help teachers improve the quality of their work in accordance with the modern level of education based on the development of the concept of an “individual innovative teacher’s trajectory of a foreign language”. Material and methods. The material for the study was the articles on the topic of innovations in the field of teaching a foreign language, as well as teachers’ answers to the questionnaire which was held on-line. These answers were supplemented by the results of the individual interview. The obtained data was processed to the statistical analysis. Results and discussion. The empirical data was obtained as a result of an online survey of teachers of a foreign language at universities and schools in the center of Russia in order to define their attitude to innovations, which confirms the teachers’ interest in the topic of innovations in the profession. The factors are revealed that interfere with the implementation of innovations, the main of which is the heavy teachers’ workload. The personal teachers’ participation is defined in the development of innovative methods and their positive perception of the concept of an individual innovative trajectory. Conclusion. The teacher’s awareness of the possibility of the personal professional growth based on the implementation of “an individual innovative trajectory” will allow to improve the quality and efficiency of his work, contribute to his professional and creative self-realization. The attentive teachers’ attitude to the innovation, a critical understanding of its effectiveness and feasibility of implementation will also improve the quality of research in this area. On the one hand, the optimal combination of the strengths of traditional methods and innovative opportunities will help to maintain a sustainable balance in the national educational system, on the other hand, it will help follow all the most progressive trends. | 2297 | Every nation in everyday speech besides words and combinations of words use the sustained phrases, a variety of which is paroemia (eg, proverbs, signs). Proverbs are special units and signs of language, the essential elements of human communication. These signs convey specific information, refer to the typical life and mental situations or relationships between these or other objects. The correct and appropriate use of proverbs gives the speech a unique identity and special expressiveness, it gives the opportunity to enhance the learning process. This article explores the role of proverbs in the formation of the communicative competence of students in the classroom as part of the discipline “Language and culture of Mordovian people”. One aspect of the formation of communicative-speech competence is familiarity with the language of one of the Mordovian people – Moksha. With Moksha students learn in the classroom for discipline “Language and culture of Mordovian people”. Therefore, we modulated the different situations of communication, different communication tasks. Proverbs help create a real atmosphere in the class, introduce elements of the game in the learning process. The authors developed the tasks conducive to the formation of a common culture of students, increase the level of linguistic competence and activity of students in the classroom, promoting education of tolerance and love for the native land. | 2298 | The article deals with the development and different approaches to civic education in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. During all the human history every society aimed at development of civic competences, knowledge among young generations. Nowadays these intensions (more about democratic citizenship) changed into increasing problem, demanding more attention, tightly connected with democratic processes. In different schools of Great Britain there is a program of introduction to the subjects connected with the development of civic competences. The fact of formalizing the subject in England reflects the growing concern among British young people’s attitudes to the civil society, their participation in the political life of the country, and is perceived as an important event in the history of education in the UK. However, the understanding of citizenship, education and cultural identity changes in accordance with the region, and that becomes the reason for different aims and approaches to civic education in Britain. The article presents the peculiarities in understanding of the terms “civic education” and “citizenship” in different countries of the UK. It is concluded that the understanding of these concepts affects the contents, the denomination and methods of teaching the subject of civic orientation in the school system. Aspects of civic education are firmly entrenched in government programs of primary, secondary and higher education, which constantly transform with the changes at different levels of the society. The UK has also these peculiarities and inside the Commonwealth approaches, the names and methods of civic education vary. The differences are due only to the territorial factor and the factor of experience, but, in general, the concept of civic education is a complex and versatile. | 2299 | This work develops the statements of works [1–3]. Author’s experience of teaching disciplines for the students studying in the direction of training «Applied informatics» is generalized. Some questions of techniques of teaching discipline «Document science and documentary ensuring management» are considered. The main directions of further research are considered. They consist in highlighting the activation of interdisciplinary links between disciplines aimed at forming the professional competencies of students. It is planned to continue modernization of the developed materials of the electronic courses intended for support of independent work of students in the study of disciplines. It is important to develop tasks for independent work which would promote increase in interest of students in studying of materials of the discipline. In addition, we are developing the funds of evaluation tools in the form of test questions, questions for credit. It is concluded that the use of e-course materials contributes to the formation of professional competence of future graduates. Further goals on educational system development are also discussed. We are going to continue developing electronic educational materials, reference books and seminars. These materials will be used for the formation of professional competence of students who are training in the direction of «Applied Informatics». The article presents the results of using the developed methodological materials. Besides, the results of testing of students in the section «Document and System of Documentation» are analized. | 2300 | The article deals with the results of a study devoted to medical discourse and its speech genre differentiation in the communicative space of Great Britain, France, Russia (three countries). The medical discourse is one of the oldest discourses, since it is about the main, basic values of a person ‒ his health and life. The humanity strives to increase the duration and improve the quality of life. The Medical discourse refers to the institutional discourse, as it serves a special institution, the social stratum – the medical community. The polydiscursivity is a characteristic of the medical discourse,that is born at the intersection of scientific, academic, legal, advertising, commercial, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and medical discourse proper, which is the leading discourse in this symphony of discourses. The speech genre palette of the medical discourse is extensive and diverse. The study deals only with the written speech genres of the medical discourse, which have their own characteristics. The written speech genres of the medical discourse are characterized bythe logical alignment, reasonableness, coherence, preparedness, a consistent development of the theme, the selection of linguistic means, the graphical representation on paper and the distance in time. They are visually perceptible and can be reproduced many times. The Russian medical discourse proper, in contrast to the English (British) and French medical discourses, is characterized by the largest number of the written speech genres, which is due to the extralinguistic factors: national, political, socio-cultural, legal, historical.
