The article deals with the problem of semantic distribution in the functional grouping of actant attributes in Finnish and Selkup languages. The analysis is based on the principals of “the word-form grammar”, which is being developed by A. P. Volodin. Yakovleva E.V. MODERN APPROACHES TO THE ORGANIZATION OF STUDENT TRAINING IN THE UNIVERSITY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 8 (197). P. 163-168

The article analyzes the reasons for the shortage of highly-qualified specialists with high saturation of higher school graduates. The issue of the need to teach young people the ability to learn throughout their lives is dealt with. On the one hand higher education is viewed as one of the most important levels of a unified education system developing students’ thinking, and on the other - as a part of a serious business. The mechanism of interrelation of economy and production with education and science is formulated, which makes it possible to form “human capital”. The main trends of innovative activity in the university are singled out. It is emphasized that the teaching process should reflect the scientific theory on the one side, and on the other side, it should enable teaching the student to think and gain knowledge on his own. Widespread use of interpersonal communication in the group form of learning is considered by the author as one of the ways to activate students’ cognitive activity and develop their leadership qualities which are necessary for the leaders of science-driven productions. Possible approaches to the organization of students’ training in the university which can be implemented in the conditions of the new Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ are presented. The possible variant of introduction of innovation in the system of evaluating students’ learning activity in the form of a “quality loop” is described. The need for the professional teacher training and the development of teachers of higher education is being raised.

Katunina N.S. The Ways of Formation and Organization of the Inner Life a Man at Spiritual and Social Levels // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2004. Issue 2 (39). P. 62-66

The ways of formation and organization of the inner world of a man may be observed at the level of spiritual contents of a man where a dialectic unity of soul and consciousness is revealed. The ways of formation and organization of the inner world of a man of a social level is actualized in a «system world». Here different forms of spirituality and non-spirituality are revealed. The historical experience shows that the carnation people is possible not only in gene engineering, but also by the social reorganization, by the souliessness of people in the capitalist society of general consumption. This very problem caused the environmental disaster of the planet. It was settled that the spirit of a man is a form of synthesis, it binds together the highest senses of the spiritual life and the consciousness of a man. It was found that one-sided development of one of the poles of the spirit leads to the formation of soulless highbrows on the one hand and senseless crowds of people living by instincts, archetypes of individual collective unconsciousness (the experience of fascism and stalinism) on the other. A man’s soul in predominant of the spiritual life of a man, being the main to determine the consciousness of a man. This constitutes the freshness of the work. The constructive role of a civil society is in its capacity for balancing the cooperation of the system world and «vital world».

The article depicts the methods of multiple-discipline presentation of school education content and shows advantages of its usage in school education. Article is devoted to the description of preliminary results of International space crew communication ‘ psychological analysis. Certain evidence confirming existence of “information filtration” was found, as in space simulations, crews preferred not to share certain problems of their life with MC. They also demonstrated preferences in contacts, being more prone to talk with their confidents in MC. At the same time, certain psychological problems in adaptation caused well-known transfer of negative feelings to MC. Astronauts preferred to contact their national MC. MCs, in their turn, mostly addressed with information and requests to their own national astronauts.

Planar multilayer waveguides structures are considered. The dispersion equation for calculating of the effective refractive indexes and lateral distribution of electric field of the light is obtained in the case of waveguide layer with parabolic distribution of refractive index. Kryukova E.A. Semantic Classification of Modifying Words in the Yeniseian Laguages. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 4 (55). P. 167-171

In the Yeniseian languages modifying words are distinguished as a single class, in which items display similar functional (they attribute nouns and verbs) and have the same morphological characteristics (they are non-inflected in the attributive function and inflected in the predicative function). The class of modifying words is represented by three big semantic groups: temporal, local and qualitative modifiers. The article will provide a classification of qualitative modifiers in the Yeniseian languages: Ket, Jugh and Kott.

This article is devoted to the study of the theme-rhema structures with the hypertheme in newspaper „announcements” in the German newspaper „Die Zeit“. The emphasis is given to the analysis of the specific features of the theme-rhema structures in the texts written by women- and men-authors. Along with those questions similarities and differences are considered in the newspaper announcements of different size and thematic. At the end of the article the author makes conclusions about special features of the newspaper announcements with the hypertheme in the theme-rhema structure with regard to the author’s gender characteristics.

The article discusses the phenomenon of the precedent world which is apprehended by the author as a special kind of media concept. This perception is due to a media revolution generated global change of the specifics of existence of different communication parameters, including precedential. By analyzing the elements of Vladimir Vysotsky’s precedent world, the researcher comes to a conclusion about the presence of basic properties of media concept in the precedent world, functioning in the media space, such as the life cycle and the world creating potential and just as every element of the precedent world is perceived as a means of implementing the semantic-axiological balance wheel law.

Shaykina O.I. INTERNET RESOURCES AS BLENDED LEARNING INTEGRATION FORM OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 4 (181). P. 108-111

The paper describes a theoretical study on the introduction of electronic educational resources in the learning process. The article deals with long-term tendencies in the development of world education. A key focus of development prospects is the implementation of new technologies emerging in global educational community. Productive use of interactive technologies is defined by the research model “Cone of learning” on the effectiveness of obtaining knowledge methods by Edgar Dale. The studied aspects of teaching get reflected in the real activity on the basis of the electron-didactic support, in particular, students being in the role of a teacher through the creation of thematic tasks. By way of illustration an open educational resource is demonstrated in order to define the significance of the content created for peer-correction. The teacher acts as the administrator of online groups and provides information support for working with the site. As a result, a step by step guide to the open educational resource application in the educational process is developed. Detailed steps of teachers and students activities on the creation of electron content within the selected Internet resource are given. The results of the study imply the need to expand blended learning knowledge paradigm in the pedagogical practice of higher educational institutions.

Ivanov E.V., Gavrikov A.L. ON THE ESSENCE AND HISTORICAL-CULTURAL ORIGIN OF DIVERSITY PEDAGOGICS IN RUSSIA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 1 (190). P. 34-39

The article represents the insufficiently studied up-to-date issue of Diversity Pedagogics, expanding its theoretical essence and its historical–cultural Russian origin. It deals with two main approaches to conception of Diversity Pedagogics in contemporary science. The first approach is considered in a context of a certain assignment for school, composed by society to solve up-to-date related problems. The second one represents a broader view on inclusive education that is beyond of creating essential conditions for teaching children with special needs. In terms of analysis of Diversity Pedagogics genesis in Russian history the two main directions of its evolutional development are emphasized: cultural diversity (differences according cultural, national, religious characteristics) and individual diversity (children in a difficult life situation and children with special needs). The cultural origin of diversity is properly researched, and it leads to conclusion that cultural diversity phenomenon contains its own Russian roots and distinctive characteristics that are traced back in Russian Pedagogics, in its applied and theoretical aspects, arrhythmic circulated in different types of world outlook, reflecting the culture-specific elements, cultural-historical processes and folk orthodox religious traditions in teaching.

This article focuses on the analysis of organization and content matter of student competition on History as part of the Siberian rounds of the XIII and XIV All-Russian student competitions on History among pedagogical universities held in 2016–2017 hosted by Tomsk State Pedagogical University. The authors analyze particular aspects connected with organizing academic Olympiads for bachelor’s and master’s degree students majoring in “Pedagogical Education”. A two-aspect format (comprising both theoretical and practical components) has been considered as appropriate for organizing academic Olympiads. The theoretical component is based on the tasks which allow to reveal the abilities of doing cognitive activities, the level of historical consciousness of potential teachers while the practical component involved methodological assignments which assess the abilities to apply academic performance in real educational process as well as the abilities to put into practice professional competences connected with History teachers’ pedagogical work. The forms of carrying out of various competitions (intellectual games, brainstorming, discussions, tasks on complex analysis of the historical source, section of creative methodical tasks, creation of the exhibition concept, essay contest) are described, criteria of their estimation is analyzed, the characteristic peculiarities of each competitive task are revealed. For the first time at the student competition in 2016, a new form was tested as a training session (an open lesson) with 7–8 classes schoolchildren participating. The introduction of this form into the student competitions is natural and relevant for development of student competitions movement in pedagogical universities of Russia. Moreover, the paper presents the data describing participants’ performance in particular activities; this may contribute to enhancing the efficiency of organizing academic olympiads in History, updating the technologies as well as improving the process of training participants for such kinds of events.

Kozhevnikov S.V. UPON THE SIGNIFICANT ASPECTS OF THE TEACHING ACTIVITIES OF THE SURGEON VOYNO-YASENETSKY IN THE FIRST DIFFICULT YEARS OF THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR (1941–1943) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 5 (194). P. 136-142

The article addresses the issue of the pedagogical activity of a world renown surgeon, Professor Valentin Felixovich Voyno-Yasenetsky (St. Luka, Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church) deep in the rear: in the city of Krasnoyarsk and Krasnoyarsk region in the first difficult years of the great Patriotic war (1941–1943). It describes Professor’s work as a teacher at the extensive system of the evacuation hospitals of the city of Krasnoyarsk at the premises of the biggest evacuation hospital no. 1515 in the Krasnoyarsk region which was the main place of work of V. F. Voyno-Yasenetsky. It also presents some evidence of the participation of V. F. Voyno-Yasenetsky in the advanced training of doctors-physicians who were working outside Krasnoyarsk (Krasnoyarsk territory) during the war time which was linked with the flights of the surgeon as part of the air medical service team. This article also refutes all allegations of some scholars about systemic pedagogical activities of V. F. Voyno-Yasenetsky in the Krasnoyarsk medical Institute formed in November 1942 which was established on the basis of the evacuated offices of Voronezh, 1st and 2nd Leningrad medical institutions, Leningrad pediatric medical and dental institutions. The article also states the reasons which gave grounds for these allegations. At the same time the article gives the bases that had influence on the importance and need of conducting continuous pedagogical activity of the Professor surgeon V. F. Voyno-Yasenetsky in order to give knowledge and experience in the field of purulent surgery to surgeons. The results of the study threw light on a difficult war-time period in the life of Professor V. F. Voyno-Yasenetsky and his training of military surgeons in the health care hospitals deep under the conditions of the qualified medical personnel shortage.

The distinction character of the Whole and the Entity and the resemblance character of the Entity and the Unity of Yamvlih from Syrien are researched. There are two points of view about the Unity. The Unity is the beginning of the simple number row and, simultaneously, the beginning of the number, which this Unity embraces and forms. The second meaning concurs with Yamvlih from Syrien idea about the Unity who understands it as the all-absorbing (ubiquitous) reality, which embraces and maintains everything in itself indistinguishably. On the other hand it concurs with the meaning of the Entity as the all-embracing beginnig, which excepts every distinction and engenders everything from itself.

In this article we are talking about linguodidactic and methodical potential of specialized lexicographical sources – dictionaries of slang units. It emphasizes the importance of data dictionaries for a foreign media – secondary language personality, mastering the Russian language as a foreign language. It is emphasized that the introduction of foreigners with dictionaries of jargon and their active use in educational activities, and everyday social and interpersonal communication contribute to effective adaptation of the alien within the Russian linguistic culture, effective development of lexical resources of the modern Russian language. These lexicographical publications are the basis of learning of the Russian youth slang by the foreigners who are actively using them as sources of material collection as the reference books contain extremely valuable information regarding the interpretation of the meaning of words and connotative components of these values. Fixing the unit in slang dictionary suggests mandatory setting of the correct accent, specification of the value, using the contextual features and connotative shades of meaning, which is also largely helps an alien as a secondary language person in his language practice to study Russian as a foreign language. In the course of questionning the informants in the audience of foreign undergraduates from China the author highlighted and justified a number of parameters which determine linguodidactic, didactic and methodological value of this type of dictionaries.

Substantiates the concepts of “working skills”, “values”, “value orientation to working professions”, “development of students’ value orientation to working professions”, “principles of development of studentes’ value orientation to working professions”. The focus is that the study of the principles of development of value orientation of students to the working profession is necessary for the design, implementation in practice of educational institutions educational programs and have an influence on its development in the initial general, basic general and secondary general education. In this case, the educational programs include basic educational programs of general education; working programs of subjects, courses, including courses, extracurricular activities; the program of spiritually-moral development, education trained while receiving the initial general education; the program of education and socialization of students in obtaining the basic general education; the program of education, socialization and vocational guidance of students in obtaining secondary education. It is important to understand and take into account the causal relationships, which are composed between the realization of the pedagogical impact on students and results, evidenced in the development of valuable orientations of workers to the profession. Therefore, in this article, we will determine principles and knowledge which will make the studying process manageable. Describe the principles of development of value orientation of school students to working professions that are formulated for the students of primary general, basic general and secondary general education.

In the article the process of formation of the genre model of an aesthetic manifest – fragment in V.A. Zhukovsky’s works of the 1810s and A.S. Pushkin’s of the first half of the1820-s is investigated. The material for supervision was poetic-aesthetic Zhukovsky’s manifests and letters, and Pushkin’s letters of the period of the southern reference. The prospect of full realization of the genre form of the fragment opens in late Pushkin’s works of the 1830-s and Zhukovsky’s of the 1840-s, in the poetic and prosaic works with a genre subtitle «Fragment».

Spec1fic methane fluxes of forest-steppe eutroph1c m1res are very close to the same fluxes 1n subta1ga. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux has following parameters: 1st quart1le/med1an/3rd quartile = 0.53/1.99/ 6.03 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Methane fluxes from bog lakes are close too, as in subta1ga they are estimated at tens and first hundreds of mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. A dark Friedman-Robertson-Walker fluid governed by a non-linear ingomogeneous equation of state (EoS) is considered that it can be viewed as a conveniently simple paradigm for the whole class of models that exhibit phase transitions from a non-phantom towards a phantom era. On the other hand, such dark fluid models may also describe quintessence-like cosmic acceleration. Adding a cosmological constant-like term to the EoS led us to the conclusion that at some t = t1 a future singularity forms, in the sense that the energy density and the Hubble parameter simultaneously approach infinity at this value.
