In the paperwork there is proved and justified the variant of a new perspective approach to the orientation of physical education at school in general and to its main form of organization and methodology in particular, i. e. the lesson of physical education. In the article there are shown theoretical, social, pedagogical and medical preconditions for implementation of the lessons of physical education of restorative and preventive orientation into the system of comprehensive school. The contents of the main components of the lesson of restorative and preventive orientation are also worked out in the represented article, i. e. lesson structure, the structures of restorative and preventive objectives, means, educational restorative and preventive material and the proportion of exercises. The contents of the components of the lessons of physical education of restorative and preventive orientation, “Restorative and Preventive Activities in Comprehensive School”, are included in the section of the course of study of “Theory and Methodology of Restorative and Preventive activities”. The course of study is included in the elective course of professional syllabus in the course of 050100.62 “Pedagogical education” at the faculty of physical education in Tomsk State Pedagogical University. It allows to professionally prepare bachelors in Physical Education for qualified lessons of physical education of restorative and preventive orientation at school.

The optimization of functioning of the blood circulation apparatus is the necessary condition for the achievement of high sports results. One of the methods for revealing of the latent changes in the cardiovascular system and in the mechanisms of regulation in particular is the orthostatic testing. 14 young athletes aged 11-13 years engaged in sports volleyball were surveyed. The sports experience of children was 1—1 years, sports qualification. The orthostatic testing allows to estimate both reserve opportunities of system of regulation of blood circulation, and adaptable opportunities of young female volleyball organism.

The paper deals with the analysis of opioid receptors, their endogenous and synthetic agonists in the formation of resistance to acute hypoxia. The article proves that stimulation of opioid receptors is normally accompanied by a neuroprotective effect in acute hypoxia. It also studies the role of different types of opioid receptors in the implementation of the adaptation protective effect to hypoxia. Mechanisms opioids activity, the role of cAMP, cGMP, nitric oxide, inositol triphosphate, K+ - and Ca2 + -channels in implementation of agonists effects of opioid receptors are analysed. Opioidergic mechanisms of the reactions that increase the resistance to hypoxia are described.

The peculiarities of communicative universals are examined on the basis of the two most prominent poets’ poetic discourse of the early XX century – symbolist K. D. Balmont and ego-futurist I. Severyanin. The communicative universals include the law of aesthetically orientated notional “excessiveness” and the law of aesthetically provided “economy” of language means. The correlation between these laws and lexical regulative actions is established, the latter being significant for the reader’s cognitive activity organization on the level of the utterance, utterance unit and the whole text. This correlation reflects the close interrelation of system, functional and system-language qualities of the belles-lettres text such as regulative, structural and expressive properties. The article reveals the cross points and differences in verbal and artistic structuring by the well-known wizards of artistic word who have a lot of common not only in their lives but also in the poetic but also in the poetic work.

On the basis of analysis of archival materials, historical and pedagogical studies characterized the unique experience of foster care in Siberia during the formation of the Soviet government. There is also an analysis of public documents governing the foster care in the 20th of the XX c., and the conditions of transferring children from orphanages to foster care families; benefits that children receive at the device in a new family. The authors show that the patronage system in 20-s of the twentieth century did not bring the expected results, which have been associated with many formalities. The article may be of interest to practitioners and social workers at the organization of foster care with regard to the historical and regional peculiarities of Siberia.

The creative works of the Tomsk rock leader of the late 1980s – early 1990s V. Shestakov are considered in the given article in order to describe the lingvo-cultural originality of the regional infosfer. The poet’s discourse is seen in the aspect of the reflection of Siberian punk subculture in it. Born in the years of perestroika, the Siberian punk embodied in poetic texts own tragic vision of the social reality of the USSR in transition and clearly outlined protest not only against the official ideology, but also against the absurdity of the world order as a whole. A striking example of Tomsk Siberian punk version was the creation of the group “Children of Obrub” and its leader Viktor Shestakov, in whose poetry such traits as hypertrophic nihilism, pessimism, nonconformism, and acute social orientation are embodied. These features are characteristic of Siberian punk subculture as a whole, they originally refracted in a peculiar system of symbols and images inherent idiostile of creative language personality of Tomsk rock poet.

The article considers manipulation of mass audience with the help of discredit speech strategy, which is being used in headlines of British printed mass media by adversarial parties during the EU Referendum campaign. It gives a brief outline of the British mass media and their views on the forthcoming referendum. The article claims, that discredit strategy is implemented in the following speech tactics: accusation, offence, intimidation and derision. It also analyses communicative devices and linguistic means which are used in headlines by each of the adversarial parties in order to put into effect the mentioned above tactics and, as a result, to implement discredit speech strategy in the most effective way.

Describes the work of the specialists of municipal institutions of social service with children and families to solve their socialization problems, which is carried out through socio-pedagogical support of concerned citizens and providing them with socio-educational services. Presents the definition of municipal social services, which is understood as the network of state and municipal institutions located in the territory of the municipality and are engaged in social service of citizens in accordance with applicable law. Presents characteristics of socialpedagogical activity of the specialists of municipal institutions of social service as one of the main tools of interaction with minors and families in difficult life situations. Specifies the main contradiction of using this tool in practice: elimination of the institute of social pedagogues in institutions of social protection in accordance with applicable legislation on social services for citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as the lack of normative embodied technologies of socio-pedagogical work in the area. Shows the expediency of the use of the method of sociopedagogical design in solving problems of socially vulnerable layers of the population. The main object of this work is the development and implementation of preventive work in the sphere of ill-treatment of children and violations of their rights, all forms of violence against the person, bad habits and socially dangerous diseases and the development of the overall outlook, the organization of leisure and health activities that will lead to a significant increase in the number of professional ideas and public initiatives to improve the activities of municipal institutions of social service to provide social services to the interested persons.

The article shows that to conceptual modeling in social philosophy, philosophy of culture immanently peculiar to proceed from «the human nature» as the system of basic principles and to consider all the fulfillment of the person as actualizations, embodiment of the human nature. The article points out basic stages of understanding of the concept «human nature».

The clause is devoted to the analysis of means of verbalization concept "Christening" in Russian national fairy tale. Named concept is a component of a folklore Christian picture of the world. Its consideration represents significant research interest in connection with a role of sacrament of a christening to life of the orthodox Christian. Thus those scripts which were reflected in Russian national fairy tale are marked, and the reasons of such choice come to light. Lexical means of verbalization concept "Christening" are allocated first of all and their role in the folklore text is defined. So the value of God parents established by church canons, and reflected in national consciousness, for example, is compared, and also various national signs and the customs connected with a christening and God are considered. Thus the special attention is given type of a fairy tale in which it is reflected data concept - magic, household or a fairy tale on animals. The urgency of work is connected with revival of Christianity and heightened interest to its history.

Were measured spec1f1c methane fluxes that are representative for some peatland landscapes of Western S1beria forest-steppe. Spec1fic methane fluxes of forest-steppe eutroph1c m1res are very close to the same fluxes 1n subta1ga. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux has following parameters: 1st quart1le/med1an/3rd quartile = 0.53/1.99/ 6.03 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Methane fluxes from bog lakes are close too, as in subta1ga they are estimated at tens and first hundreds of mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux in riam: 0.00 / 0.09 / 0.21 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Annual methane em1ss1on from Western S1ber1a forest-steppe (estimated on the model Bc5) 1s 0.36 MtСH4/year that form 5 % reg1onal em1ss1on.
