The article describes the activity of the Tomsk pioneer headquarters. It was a children’s self-governed organization, which was founded in 1969 by a prominent young pioneer leader and teacher Oleg Pirozhkov. The headquarters lasted till 1989 and achieved considerable success in training of young pioneer activists, who were able to overcome excessive formalities of “official” children’s movement. The headquarters also produced a great number of educational structures, which left their mark in the history of Tomsk society. Activist’s headquarters, formed of self-organization that were innovative to the Soviet period, were not aimed at ideological education of young people, now there is the reason why their practices are of great interest to the students, postgraduates, professors, scholars, young pioneer leaders, specialists in youth policy, teachers and the reading public.

In this article, I focus on the complicated variant of Collective moral responsibility, which is presented as the idea of vicarious responsibility. Using the idea of Collective Responsibility today has a lot of controversial statements. The main point, which is fixed in philosophical objections, is the principle of personality and autonomy. The idea of Collective responsibility eliminates personal responsibility, so we have the situation when nobody takes responsibility. However, today social changes, when to define real person action is impossible due to many reasons, researches have to investigate other types of responsibility, for instance collective. Collective agents such as nation, corporations, social institutes, human being need moral state, just because their actions have extensive impact and moreover the consequences of their actions have long term effects. The theoretical and practical gap is the source of the paradoxical situation. On the one hand, the paradigm of individual responsibility cannot be used for collectives, and on the other hand, the group’s activity avoids moral estimations. In this article, it seems that the idea of vicarious responsibility has a chance to connect individual and collective measurement of responsibility because it can be characterized as the space where individual and collective exist simultaneously. Vicarious responsibility deals with moral senses such as blame, shame, repentance which a personality has when other members of group have done. It is thought that the reason for this kind of experience becomes a moment of identification of the individual with the group on the basis of national, religious, professional or other interests. First fundamental question of collective responsibility and collective guilt was presented in the works of Karl Jaspers and Hannah Arendt. Philosophers have formulated the question of responsibility and guilt for the crimes of the nation's human scale, actually identifying the subject of the blame to the people. The German people were presented as a subject of collective moral responsibility. Later on, the idea of vicarious moral feelings was working out through the question: “When and under what conditions vicarious responsibility is?”

To solve the problem, the experience of Tomsk State Pedagogical University, which in 2013 implemented an educational program on the network towards training 051,000 (44.03.04) Vocational training (industry: service, profiling: service restaurant business) is proposed. In conclusion, the author assumes that the training of the new army of teachers for vocational education will contribute to the prestige of the working profession in the sphere of catering and its demend on the labor market of the Tomsk region.

Li Y. THE STRUCTURAL DIVERSITY OF THE FEMININE COMPARISONS IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE NOVEL THE KUKOTSKY ENIGMA BY L. ULITSKAYA. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 91-98

The significance of research is attributed to the constant attention of linguists paid to the discourse of women’s prose and to the usage of the components of functional-semantic categories, including the category «comparativeness», in the language of artistic works. The article considers the participation of different structural comparisons in the description of the female characters in the novel The Kukotsky Enigma by Lyudmila Ulitskaya. The structural diversity of comparisons is presented within the functional-semantic field of comparativeness. All forms of comparatives are present in the language of the novel, with conjunctional comparisons by similarity prevailing. From comparisons on the difference, there are forms of comparative and negative parallelisms. The gender approach to describing femininely marked comparatives facilitates to identify idiostyle characteristics of the writer, namely the tendency to extend and concretize the image of comparison, the usage of comparisons for the comparison of heroines, the author’s boldness and frankness of comparative images as well as the images’ allusiveness, and axiological differences between feminine comparisons in the speech of the characters and in the author’s speech. The article pays attention to the text-forming function of comparatives in the broad sense in the language of the novel The Kukotsky Enigma by Lуudmila Ulitskaya, namely to «the correlation of the tropes and realities».

Introduction. The object of this article is represented by Tomsk realionims, which are specific, meaningful elements of national, cultural, historical plan. The need for their description is dictated by the expansion of cooperation in the field of tourism, education, science and the associated need for translation into German and English. Tomsk realionims are endemic units used in the given historical environment of the Russian community and unknown in other communicative environments. As adequate and equivalent realionims transmission often becomes a difficult task, there appears a need to analyze locally-specific units in different aspects for the further development of criteria for the translation of the specified onomastic segment. The aim of this article is to propose selection criteria and approaches to the description of Tomsk realionims, and to determine the aspects of corpora analysis. Material and methods. The methodological basis of the work is the nexus of two approaches – onomasiological and environmental. The onomasiological approach provides an opportunity to examine the content side of Tomsk realionims and implement thematic, structural segregation; the environmental approach limits the distributive radius of the studied phenomena to a specific communication area, which is represented by Tomsk and Tomsk region. During the analysis of material corpora the following logic methods are used: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, generalization; quantitative methods, grouping method, component analysis method. Results and discussion. Scientific novelty is determined by the developed criteria for the selection of endemic units of Tomsk and Tomsk region, as well as by the allocation of structural classes of realionims for subsequent translation needs. This article presents the results of the onomastic analysis of Tomsk realionims (Tomsk realionims analyzed corpora contains 925 units, selected by the continuous sampling method and the structural systematization method); the importance of functional aspect in the criteria development for the translation of Tomsk realionims. The article lays about a comparative analysis of the study results of the Russian-language corpora including realionims of Tomsk and Tomsk region with the study results by V. E. Tuzova, which showed different results. For example, in the corpora of Tomsk realionims, assembled by V. E. Tuzova, the most numerous group is the onomastic segment of state administrative apparatus and of public life. It is obvious that the different results of compared studies were influenced by the different criteria for material selection. The quantitative parameters of the corpora are given here, the groups of realionims with onomastic segment are presented in detail, since this segment as a percentage is 62 % of the total number of selected units. Conclusion. The obtained data of Tomsk realionims corpora analysis can be used to develop some criteria for the translation of endemic units and the subsequent parallelization of different languages corpora.

In QCD a non-perturbative effect is essential in low energy phenomena. A usual perturbative procedure loses its validity. A four-fermion interaction model is used to evaluate the low energy phenomena for quarks and gluons. Since the four-fermion interaction is nonrenormalizable, the results depend on the regularization parameter in four spacetime dimensions. Here we show the possibility to eliminate the regularization parameter dependence for some of physical observables.

In the process of contemporary methodical training of inexperienced teachers of foreign languages they use textbooks which were published not only in the present century (XXI), but also in the previous one (XX). As a rule, these manuals are considered to be classical. Nevertheless, such manuals usually have rather different target orientations and content components in comparison with modern ones. Educational literature on methods of foreign language teaching of the second half of the XX century represents particular interest in comparison with the other evolution periods of such kind of educational literature and the development of methods of foreign languages teaching as an independent science in the matter of target aims, content components and used methodological terms. The given article represents the brief description of the most famous and the most popular domestic textbooks on methods of foreign language teaching of the second half of the XXth century. The paper discusses the conceptual framework and the nature of the educational environment, reveals four areas of motivating educational environment for mathematically gifted students – intellectual, communicative, cooperative and personal, determins the conditions of its formation and competence of a teacher working with gifted children. The authors have determined that the construction of the motivating educational environment for the development of school students gifted in mathematics is impossible without making the multilevel partnership, which implies the development of the network interaction. The network interaction is necessary for the development of the determined teachers’ competencies in work with gifted children. For the teachers to acquire the mentioned competences the conditions for their professional development are to be provided. As a part of the network interaction they could be created in the organizations of either higher education or supplementary professional one, where the work on the professional development of teachers can be performed. The analysis of the existing regional educational structures allowed to distinguish different types of the organizational structures for the work with children gifted in mathematics. Among the structures functioning as organizational cores of the work with such children are physical and mathematical schools, centers on the work with gifted children and other institutions.

Gas flow through porous media is characterized by large vortex structures and large friction coefficients, resulting in an extensive momentum and interphase energy exchange between gas and the solid phase. The model used for flow in porous regions is at once both a generalization of the Navier-Stokes equations and of Darcy's law commonly used for flows in porous regions. The model retains both advection and diffusion terms and so can be used where such effects are important. In deriving the continium equations, it assumed that 'infinitecimal' control volumes and surfaces are large relative to the interstitutal spacing of the porous medium, through small relative to the scales that we wish to resolve. Thus, given control cells and control surfaces are assumed to contain both solid and gas regions. Based on this model, an efficient numerical technique has been developed and a numerical algorithm has been produced to study the processes in the porous medium channel.

Modern competence-based approach involves practical, professional orientation of mathematics education. In the acute shortage of teaching time it requires a special approach to the selection of the content of the discipline, methodology and technology of education. A methodical system of professionally-oriented tasks serves as a means of implementation of the relevant approach to teaching mathematics and the formation of readiness of future managers to professional activity. Discusses the purposes and principles of the system, the characteristics of the selected tasks. To illustrate the system was used a compliance matrix the elements of which are the task and the individual steps of their solution corresponding to the content of the sections of the discipline and form competencies. The article gives the examples of professionally-oriented tasks of the system, recommendations for their use in various forms of training. The introduction of methodical system of professionally-oriented tasks in the practice of teaching mathematics allows: to increase motivation of the discipline, and, consequently, to improve the quality of education; to implement general educational functions of education and development of students; to form a common cultural and professional competences of future specialists.

Subject Olympiads in domestic and world pedagogy are a time-tested means of finding and selecting talented and gifted youth. The request of modern society to educate and nurture creative specialists who are able to think nonlinearly in an uncertain context leads to an appeal to the means of creative competitions and olympiads. In the Russian scientific literature, the term “Olympiad movement” is used in various interpretations, which caused the problem of our research. The purpose of the article is to clarify the scientific and terminological apparatus in the modern context of the development of practices for the implementation of Olympiads. We rely on the principles of systemic, activity, axiological and cultural approaches, based on the author’s pedagogical concept of the implementation of subject olympiads. We mainly use theoretical methods – analysis of scientific literature on the topic, generalization, categorization, modeling. The empirical experience we gained while working with Olympiads also served as the basis of the study, the main methods are observation and conversation. As a result of the study, it was proved that the Olympiad movement is a pedagogical system for the implementation of subject Olympiads in various disciplines, which is implemented in schools and universities, its sociocultural functions and components are determined; we built a model of the Olympiad movement in Russia as well. Scientific novelty is manifested in the clarification of the term “Olympiad movement,” along with the construction of a model of this phenomenon in the domestic theory and practice of implementations of intellectual competitions. The theoretical significance lies in the increment of knowledge in pedagogical theory along with the clarification of the term that is used in the domestic tradition. At a practical level, the results of the study can be used by scientists for future research, as well as to clarify the regulatory framework of a legal nature.

In the article the analysis of the modern theory of knowledge is realized, it’s developmental trends indicated as “epistemic revolution” which directed to change the classical, science oriented theory of knowledge into socially-human synthetic view of gnoseological problems are lighted. The trends of historization, sociologization and axiologization of gnoseology marked as the main one’s in forming of the modern non-classical theory of knowledge and considered as the common strategy showed as the most shaped one in the intersubjects research “case-study” strategy. In the article it is showed that different versions of the interpretative paradigm, which develops in the frame of constructionist’s epistemic program, are considered as “theoretical background” of the researches made by means of the “case-study” method.

The paper presents a view of order and disorder in the system of a natural language and its role in the system’s development and functionality. It is shown that the disorder level (entropy) of a natural language can both increase and decrease, which, in turn, speaks for self-organization processes occurring in a language.
