French gastronomy is the pride of the French nation. The French cuisine traditions play a great role in the attractiveness of France and its culture and the development of gastronomic tourism. This article deals with the French gastronomy discourse as one of the kinds of the national discourse, which is a complexly organized, multi – composition formation, interaction of legislative (legal) discourse in the field of public dietary and foodstuff trade, publicity gastronomy discourse, restaurant discourse, scientific gastronomy discourse, academic (educational) discourse of the cookery art, gastronomic media art, commercial discourse. The leading role in the above group belongs to the gastronomy expert discourse proper in the sphere of professional communication. The complex discourse nature of the gastronomy discourse has given birth to a variety of genre forms.

The article deals with the problem of shaping professional and specialized competence of penal officers. The aim of the research is to prove that in the light of the reform of the penal system and the transition to the new federal state educational standards of higher education it is necessary to consider the specifics of the penitentiary system employees’ activities in the formation of professional and specialized competences of students. The author analyzes the Federal State Standard on Higher Professional Education of the third generation and the curricula of Perm Institute of the Federal Penal Service in search of means of shaping these professional and specialized competences. The article suggests the ways of formation of professional and specialized competences. The author analyses characteristics of the personality of penal officers, their professional activity. The author develops the model of training of the bachelors of the dog handling profile of preparation of the cadets of Perm Institute of the Federal Penal Service.

Ivanova L.A. NATURAL TIME IN THE IDIOLECT OF THE SIBERIAN OLD-TIMER AS ONE OF THE FORMS OF PHYSICAL TIME // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 27-33

The article describes the natural time in the idiolect of the Siberian old-timer as one of the forms of physical time. It presents the results of studying the properties of physical time: length and sequence. The article contains a description of two time models: linear and cyclic. Natural time represents a cyclic time model based on the change of natural phenomena. The article proves that natural time has high significance for the bearer of traditional culture, since it organizes various aspects of peasant life. It describes the annual cycle, which consists of 4 seasons. Annual cycle regulates the everyday life and work activity, a certain place in it is assigned for each type of work. Weather conditions also play an organizing role in the life of a rural resident working on the land, because the success of peasant work depends on the weather. Peasant works, their relevance / irrelevance necessarily correlate with the folk’s calendar, which regulates the life of peasants during the year and reflects the observations of the people over natural changes and weather phenomena. The article shows the influence of the daily cycle on the daily routine of the informant. Agricultural labor depends on the solar cycle: the work traditionally began with the sunrise and ended at sunset. The article also notes the axiological aspect: the dialect language personality negatively assesses the violation of established norms, leading to a change in folk culture.

The six-year experience of cooperation between university and secondary school is uconsidered. The technique of reflexive reconstruction of interaction of participants of the network educational project is used: students, teachers of historical and philological faculty of Tomsk State Pedagogical University, teachers studying in Municipal Autonomous Educational Institution Secondary School no. 14 named after A. F. Lebedev, Tomsk. A plot of the reconstruction is based on the idea of the complexity of the project actions. We are talking about the movement from the normative and executive position of the design participants to the semantic one. It is shown that the first position is related to the implementation in practice of interaction of the state order in the field of integrative (inclusive) education. Within the framework of the second position, the participants implement their own initiatives, design, form an educational reality, the content and forms of which correspond to the challenges of the time. Pedagogical activity is carried out on the basis of personal resource of subjects of cooperation. The design of such a plot of the development of joint activities is considered as a manifestation of a special model of interaction between the University and the secondary school, which the authors, after G. N. Prozumentova, called joint production. The described educational precedents, empirical phenomena typical for this model allow us to see its presence in such forms as a master class, a project conference “Our Mental Values”, a joint educational project “Debates”, an international scientific and practical conference “Science and Education”. The content of this model is also shown by the creation of texts of different types by the participants of interaction: projects, articles, methodological developments, final qualifying works (diplomas, master’s theses). The experience of interaction between the University and the school presented in the article can be regarded as a precedent of educational design – the sphere of activity in which the manifestation, development, formation of the subjectivity of its participants in the context of innovative practice. Innovation is manifested in the phenomenon of personal presence of participants of network interaction (in this case-the authors of the article) in the creation of educational reality. The content of activities in the project can be considered as a variant of pedagogical technologization of the requirements of the new Federal State Educational Standards of the university and secondary school.

Between parts of pair «the pupil – the teacher» Sologub traces relations in the context of a steady antisocial script. Absurd, anecdotic sequences of school subjects in many respects have an autobiographical basis. The school lyrics participates in creation of a portrait of the typical character of Sologub’s lyrics: passive, dependent on the social patterns, limited to frameworks of algolagnic complex.

For formation of visual model of prose from a beginning of XX century and about today the idea of Vasily Rozanov began conceptually important to print each fragment of his books - "Lonely" and «Fallen leaves» - with new pages. It is possible to approve, that in these books V. Rozanov visualized a discrete type of thinking inherent in epoch. Is remarkable, that the fragmentariness and not completely characterizes also some situations of philosophical outlook V. Rozanov. Visual paradigm in the Rozanov's text is unexpectedly shown in creativity most different in the style attitude of the modern authors, that emphasizes not simple following to traditions, but functioning of the certain visual model of epoch. The fragmentariness of visual shape of prosaic page becomes a dominant principle of organization of the text already and in young prose XXI of century.

A brief description of the supersymmetric and duality covariant approach to supergravity is presented. The formalism is based on exceptional geometric structures and turns the hidden U-duality group into a manifest gauge symmetry. Tensor hierachy of gauged supergravity appears naturally here as a consequence of covariance of the construction. Finally, the full supersymmetric Lagrangian is explicitly constructed. The article considers the contemporary problems existing in organization and content of Russian education in the sphere of the development of general and specific giftedness of children in physics and mathematics. The paper develops the definitions of the general and specific giftedness. It outlines the specificity of the supplementary education of children as a sphere facilitating the development of children’s giftedness, their creative and intellectual capacities. In the paper we present the comprehensive regional model of the supplementary education of children in physics and mathematics and training of preservice teachers. The model works on the basis of the Centre for the supplementary education in physics, mathematics and natural sciences at the pedagogical higher education institution (HEI). We present the mechanisms for solving contemporary problems of physical, mathematical and engineering preparation of the HEI candidates. We consider organizational, content, methodical and technological aspects of the work on the development of the children’s giftedness in the integrated regional educational space of HEI and the supplementary education organization. The work describes the model of pedagogical training of the HEI students. The model is aimed, firstly, at the development of the students’ abilities to meet the professional challenges, secondly, at the development of the regional gifted children supplementary education. The paper presents the general overview of the outcomes of the implementation of the model considered. On the basis of the outcomes we could conclude that the model had a positive impact on the regional supplementary education of children and pedagogical training.

Balganova E.V. FORMATION OF READINESS TO THE PROFESSION DEVELOPMENT AMONG STUDENTS AT THE INITIAL TRAINING STAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 7 (196). P. 136-141

The results of experimental work on approbation of pedagogical support for the formation of readiness of bachelors of management for profession development are considered. The results obtained earlier in the course of the study made it possible to conclude that the first-year students participating in the study who chose the direction of training “Human Resources Management” have low awareness of the specifics, nature and content of the professional work of personnel specialists, orientation and expression of motives, formation of professionally important qualities. This determines the necessity to strengthen the orientation on the formation of personal readiness to master the profession from the first days of study at the university. In this regard, a set of pedagogical means has been developed and implemented, namely: the program of the training course “Introduction to Professional Activitiy”, a training manual and other methodical means. The content of the training course was realized according to a specific algorithm, including the decomposition of learning objectives and related with them planned results of training, selection and structuring of content, determination of methods for assessing the results of course mastering during and at the end of the study according to criteria and indicators for the implementation of relevant diagnostic tasks. This approach made it possible to ensure the structural, substantive and methodological integrity of the course, the relationship with other training courses and, in general, to pay attention to improving the level of readiness of bachelors in management to master professional competencies at the initial stage of training. The results of approbation confirm the hypothesis put forward by us on the need to include this course in the professional training of bachelors of management to ensure its effectiveness.

An important instrument of the increase of bank activity efficiency is its logistization. In the article we suggest the logistic model, where a bank is considered as a micro-logistic system and bank activity is considered as a set of different flows of useful resources (a material flow (vec_M); a financial flow (vec_F); an informational flow (vec_I); an energetic flow (vec_E); a flow of transport vehicles (vec_T); a manpower flow (vec_W); a service flow (vec_U); a flow of innovations (vec_N)), which interact, influence each other, depend upon the present market conditions and evolve, corresponding to the changes of inner and outer conditions. In the article, we do the research of these flows’ structure, using the logistical approach. In the research we represent a flow as a certain function, having two components: the scalar one (P0 – a concrete kind of useful resources) and the vector one (vec_P0 (t, z) – the orientation of the flow in space and time). Thus, a flow is: vec_P = P0*vec_P0 (t, z) v r . A special attention is paid to the financial flow, its structure and process of forming. We represent, that the necessary condition of forming any kind of a flow is presence of other flows. Then, in order to provide a normal functioning of the cash flow in a bank we need the following vector components, which could assure its forming and circulation: financial, informational, energetic, manpower (personnel), innovational and service components. The present article is devoted to the problem of the category of doubt as representative of interference and convergence of late Lermontov’s and early Dostoevsky’s artistic worlds. The category of doubt is central on epoch’s boundary as it reveals the transitivity of the world in 1830–1840s. and a state of total criticism. Firstly, this category is considered a central epoch’s philosophical problem and secondly, a problem of narrative methods. As a philosophical problem, category of doubt gave birth to a new type of hero and new methods of psychologisation, which caused different changes and transitions from doubt through uncertainty to the condition of hopelessness and hero’s self-recognition of powerlessness towards actions and choices. As a result, the doubting intellectual is replaced by the sick consciousness of a “small man” (“malen’kiy chelovek”), who loses his trust being in doubts and lives under the condition of fear and anxiety. The narrative aspect of the category of doubt determines the combinatorics of plots’ lines, the overlay of psychological conditions, the retardation of narration. All this produces the parts’ montage in some texts which comes along with rhetorical questions which intensify the doubt.

Introduction. The study of discourse typology is one of the advanced research lines in communicative linguistics. Engineering communication is becoming a subject of increased focus for linguists due to its rapid development driven by dynamic changes in technology, society and industry, which is resulted in continuous exchange of information between the members of the engineering society. Despite the significant number of discourse studies in different social institutions, engineering discourse remains an understudied area as Russian researchers traditionally consider it as a part of the scientific or scientific and technical discourse. In view of the fact that discourse is translated into certain genres, and genres, in turn, are always included into a certain discourse field, authors propose the idea that the engineering discourse provides a series of particular core genres which reflect the values, strategy and information of engineering communication and make it distinct from the scientific discourse. The paper addresses the distinguishing characteristics in lexical organization of the technical standard to reveal the fact that the genre of standard meets the goals of engineering communication. Material and methods. As the empiric material of the research 184 pages of running Russian standards for the engineering technology and equipment were used. The texts of the standards were exploited as the subject matter for discourse analysis. Content analysis as a general research technique provided the identification of the quantitative aspect in the lexical structure of technical standards. The efficiency of this technique was proven by international schools of discourse analysis and by national researchers as well. Results and discussion. The analysis of the lexical structure of standards revealed the key discursive aspects of the studied genre, which identified the standard as a core genre of engineering discourse. Conclusion. As to performed analysis, the technical standard genre meets the primary goal of professional communication in the engineering field. The peculiar characteristics of the genre studied are determined by the demands of discourse and communicative situation as well.

In this paper the modified Hill’s canonical variables are introduced. They are v, G, H; r, g, h, where r is the distance to the primary for Keplerian orbit ; v = dr / dt; G= aј(1e2) and H = G cos i are Delaunay’s variables; g = Й is the argument of the periapsis; h = © is the longitude of the ascending node. We show that the modified Hill’s canonical variables are useful in some analytical theories of motion where it is need to avoid expansion of the perturbations in powers of eccentricity and where it is advantageous to use the eccentric anomaly as independent variable. As an example, we consider the single-averaged analytical model in the frame of the restricted three-body problem for satellite case.

We propose a closed higher-spin algebra and its representation that reproduces conformal invariant Lagrangian presented by Fradkin and Tseytlin. We use this algebra for constructing gauge invariant Lagrangian by BRST method. Lagrangian constructed by BRST method does not have any off-shell constraints or higher derivative terms as in the non-conformal case. As an example for spin 2 case in four space-time dimension, our Lagrangian agrees with that of conformal gravity by using gauge xing and equations of motions of auxiliary fields.

The paper is devoted to the identification of the composition of structural fragments of humic acids (HA) extracted from the peat in the peat bog of Balanak. The alkyl elements predominate in the composition of HA, and the amount of oxygen-containing functional groups and phenolic fragments is reduced. The identified characteristics of the composition of HA are connected with the slow processes of peat formation in the North-Eastern Altai. It is shown that with the increase of the degree of the peat decomposition in humic acids the degree of aromaticity increases, and the amount of carbohydrate and alkyl fragments decreases.

The goal of this article is to reveal language formulas in the Khanty folklore on the basis of text analysis, to investigate the theory of formulas’ classification and to apply it to the described Khanty language formulas. In comparison with the fabulous formulas, the language formulas don’t depend on the folklore genre and can be found in different folklore texts. The investigation of these formulas allows obtaining the view of the language picture of the world and the archaic features of the Khanty mythology and religion preserved to the present.

A “visual turn” in the culture defined prevailing of visual characters in advertisement discourse. The body of man becomes one of the often used visual signs in advertisement discourse. In the article approaches and methods of research of body are considered as visual character in an advertisement. As basic methods an interview and focus are distinguished is a group, and also semiotic, structural and method of discursive interpretation. By adequate philosophical approach in the study of body a phenomenological hermeneutics can come forward in an advertisement. The phenomenological approach allows to explain the perception of the consumer of media images. The use of the hermeneutic approach will allow you to create a holistic interpretation of the corporeal image in advertising and to reach the understanding of modern models of reality with its system of values.

The article provides an analysis of doctrines of Catharian and Waldensian heretical movements, wide-spread in France and Germany in XII – beginning of XIV cc., in order to show how it reflected special features of burgher mentality, which were formed in conditions of urban life and caused burgher disapproval of the Catholic Church and their involvement into heretical movements. Involvement into heretical movements gave burghers possibility to provide a religious basis for their transformed way of life. The list of historical sources includes works of catholic priesthood (theologians and inquisitors) of Italy, France and Germany which were written in XII – beginning of XIV cc.
