| 4902 | Introduction. A retrospective analysis of the history of the relationship between the Tat and Kumyk languages has not yet been the subject of special consideration. Its chronological and areal limits are from the oldest contacts in the North Asian region at the level of the pre-languages to the early medieval era of the existence of the Khazar Khaganate in the East Caucasus. The aim is to provide the necessary historical and linguistic material at the disposal of Tati language researchers, which reflects the retrospective stages of its relationship with the Kumyk language, correlating with the main tasks of this study. Objectives include: 1) the oldest stage of the pre-language relations of these languages, associated with the effect of the Proto-Turkic substrate on Prairan; 2) ancient (III–II thousand BC) – contacts of the northern and southern Western Iranian languages, including Tati, which led to the development of the second (ancient) type of Turkic rotacism in them; 3) connections of the early medieval (Khazar Khaganate) era, the legacy of which are the Hebraisms of the Kumyk language. Material and methods. The material is reviewed at the level of various synchronous slices. At the same time, the methods of the comparative historical method, as well as linguistic geography and areal geography, are used. Results and discussion. The presence in Prairan vocalism of the Prototurk substrate umlaut (reverse harmony of vowels) turns out to be due to the contacts of the corresponding proto-languages in the front Asian zone. Later (III–II thousand BC) their manifestations include rotacism in the northern and southern Western Iranian languages, including Tati. Even later is the general Turkic progressive harmony of vowels, known to both Tat dialects. By the early Middle Ages, the appearance of a noticeable number of Hebraisms of the Khazar era in the Kumyk language refers. Conclusion. The oldest level of relations between the Tat and Kumyk languages includes the presence in the Prairan vocalism of the Proto-Turkic substrate umlaut, the development of which turns out to be due to the contacts of the corresponding forelanguages in the front Asian zone. Later (III–II thousand BC) in the northern and southern Western Iranian languages, including Tat, the ancient Turkic (Bulgarian) rotacism develops. Even later, due to bilingualism, the general Turkic progressive harmony of vowels is divided with the local Turkic languages in the Tati language. In the early Middle Ages, a noticeable number of Hebraisms – borrowings from the Hebrew language – penetrated the vocabulary of the Kumyk language. | 4916 | In this article we are discussing the issue of teacher training for vocational education system – a professional field that under present-day conditions is not limited to educational institutions. In the context of networking cooperation, employersponsored education and dual vocational training system, a person who trains future specialists to implement various types of professional activities can act as a career educator. Responsibilities of such an educator are, among others, to manage the process of an individual student’s professional development, to encourage their self-identification during the training and within their professional field, to help them find their own individual learning paths. Competencies required to perform such tasks cannot be formulated neither within the chosen field’s subject content, nor within a traditional pedagogical program. In present conditions we also see that the focus of a career educator’s job is shifting. In the traditional sense the job of an educator is focused on the learning process, with special attention paid to determining patterns in this process. The job of a career educator, however, is closely connected with types of professional activities for which students prepare during the course of non-university level higher education, vocational training, or supplementary vocational education. The specifics of this job determine the distinctive criteria needed when selecting content for career educator training programs. Consequently, established principles of creating the contents for “Vocational education (for different fields)” programs should be augmented with principles that reflect the specific content of educational activities. These principles must be carried out for both undergraduate and graduate programs. The principles for developing an educational program that we propose in this article are instrumental in selecting the content for a career educator training program, they reflect the specifics of the job, and they also take into account the challenges that educators face on the current stage of vocational training system development. Keywords: non-university level higher education, vocational training, career educator, principles of creating the contents for career educator training programs | 1433 | |||||

Therefore, the subject “Foreign Language” has a special place, because it should provide not only the language itself, but the country’s culture and language, and by comparison it may overshadow the peculiarities of national culture and acquaint with universal values. In other words, foreign language should contribute to the education of students enrolled in non-language majors, in the context of intercultural dialogue. This, in its turn requires knowledge of norms and traditions of communication of people-native speakers, that is all that is meant by communication behavior as part of the national culture. | 4927 | The paper analyses figurative expressions with the denomination “bread” in the French and Russian languages. Figurative expressions of a language serve as an important source for getting information about national world perception because they reflect the spiritual and material culture in the language. The choice for figurative expressions with the components representing food is explained by the fact that food is one of the most vivid elements of national culture which is connected with the native speakers’ understanding of their national specificity. Although the French and Russian cuisines have distinctive features, four products are archetypically significant for both cultures: bread, butter, milk and honey. Their denominations in both languages are very widely represented in figurative expressions. The image of bread is the most significant one in the French and Russian cultures; figurative expressions with this component in both languages are based on the archetype of bread as the symbol of life, well-being and wealth. We believe that for assessing the potential of a figurative expression of a language it is necessary to combine the linguoculturological analysis with the analysis of discursive realization of a studied linguistic unit in different types of discourse. Thus the French figural expression “avoir du pain sur la planche” was analyzed both linguoculturologically and discursively in three meanings. The results have shown that this expression is widely used in different types of modern discourse only in one of its meanings. The results prove that discursive realization is the key element for studying figurative expressions and it should become the key component for complex investigation of the figurative layer of a language. | 4939 | The article describes actual approaches to teaching Russian as a foreign language in China, formulated in the articles of the leading Chinese experts in this area. The review of the latest publications allowed to find out that most of the Chinese specialists in Russian philology, teachers and methodologists, write about the need of practice updating of language training. In particular, researchers note the strong influence of the Russian methodical innovations on the theory and methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in China that is expressed in several features. Firstly, the levels of proficiency in Russian began to be considered in the aspect of formation of linguistic and communicative competence, but not only in a paradigm of knowledge in the field of vocabulary and grammar. Thereof it is necessary at the lessons to change a ratio of speech activity types, to focus on communicatively significant listening comprehension and speaking and to lower the load of the traditional grammatical focused forms of education. Secondly, in a translation practice from Russian to Chinese and vice versa it is necessary to develop skills of extensive reading, that is understanding and interpretation of the main information which is contained in the text, allocations of the text meaning and the authors idea. Thirdly, the training humanization which has to be shown in positive changes of the behavioral and emotional sphere of educational process is necessary, for example, it is important to induce to a dialogue and communicative interaction, the teachers should use new interactive or open methods of training. However the humanization, according to the Chinese researchers and methodologists, shouldn't significantly transform traditional directive and imperative model of training. Thus, the modern paradigm of training methods of Russian as foreign language in China assumes a harmonious combination of traditional approaches to teaching and new methods of training that more correspond to national and sociocultural peculiarities of the country. The methodological basis of our work was a cultural approach that allows us to consider the legal development of children of preschool age as an integral part of human culture and the dialectical method of cognition, involving a comprehensive analysis of the objects studied in their relationship, the definition of cause-effect relationships of the analyzed phenomena; general scientific: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy and special methods of scientific knowledge: children’s poll “Children’s Rights”, individual conversation “What to do?” (G. Uruntaeva, Y. Afonkina), survey of educators, Pearson correlation coefficient. Results and discussion. The results of the experimental work showed that the majority of children under the age of five are at the middle and low levels of legal development. Children of senior preschool age do not fully possess the knowledge of rights and obligations that are not sufficiently complete and specific. Preschool children find it difficult to define the concepts of law, right, etc. The children of senior preschool age found it difficult to properly assess their actions and the actions of other people, sought help from an adult, followed the rules of behavior subject to adult control. As the results of the analysis of the experimental work showed, the majority of children of 5 years old are at an average (47 %) and low (45 %) levels of legal development and only 8 % of older preschool children have high rates. Statistically, this thesis was confirmed by a high value of the Pearson criterion correlation coefficient between the signs (criteria of legal development levels) (rs = 0,6). This was reflected in perceptions, behaviors, experiences, feelings of children, which in aggregate determine the formation of legal development. Сonclusion. | 4943 | Introduction. The axiology of popular science discourse is determined by the reflexive-value aspect of scientificcognitive activity, the presentation of information to the addressee through the prism of a certain assessment, the special value status of the addressee in information and educational communication, as well as the value potential f the extralinguistic content of information as a subject of communication. The purpose the article is the description of the axiological space of the video blog “Nauchpok” (on the example of videos of the thematic group “health”) and the linguistic means of its construction. Material and methods. As a material, 50 videos related to health topics were selected, presented on the popular science channel “Nauchpok” video hosting YouTube. The choice of material is substantiated by the role of video blogging in the dissemination of information and the formation of value attitudes; popularity of the Nauchpok channel; the universal nature of the value of health, fashion and aestheticization of the topic of health. The work uses the methods of axiological linguistics, which are supplemented with elements of functional and pragmatic linguistic analysis. Results and discussion. The main structure-forming value in the Nauchpok video blog is information, there is a tendency to observe such axiological parameters of scientific information as objectivity, validity, evidence, reliability. In the videos, the authors destroy myths that are stable in society. The narrative includes a large number of experimentally proven facts, historical excursions and references, scholarly quotes, statistical data, etc. The axiological status in popular science video blogging also receives the quality of information accessibility and its presentation, being associated with the anthropocentricity of communication, information and evaluative impact. Polycode text resources play a significant role in achieving the goal of accessibility. The videos show rational and emotional types of assessment in argumentation. The importance of the speech genre of advice in the axiological space of the video blog is analyzed. | 4944 | Nowadays, political communication uses a whole range of confrontational speech strategies and tactics aimed at discrediting opponents in an information war, as well as imposing their point of view and forming a certain public opinion regarding discredited objects. A confrontational strategy provides the speaker with the opportunity to express a negative attitude towards his opponent, hostility and willingness to enter into conflict to achieve his own goals, ignoring the goals and interests of the other side. A confrontational strategy involves retreat and even violation of moral and ethical norms. Confrontational speech strategies include strategies of submission and persuasion, discrediting. Each of the strategies is implemented using different speech tactics. In order to effectively counter the threats of negative information impact, it is necessary to identify the speech strategies and tactics used by the German Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz, which determines the relevance of the study.
