| 4951 | Introduction. The article is devoted to the identification of ideas about men in women’s dialect discourse. Material and methods. The material of the research is women’s autobiographical stories recorded by the author in dialectological expeditions in 2016–2019; the Tomsk dialect corpus, which includes the materials of expeditions organized by employees of the Tomsk State University from 1946 till the present day on the territory of Middle Ob dialects spread. The research is carried out in cognitive-discursive direction of gender linguistics. Results and discussion. The basis for identifying gender ideas and stereotypes is linguistic opposition of “masculinity- femininity”, in which the personal qualities of men and women and the characteristics of their behavior are contrasted. It is determined that a man less thrifty, more prone to drunkenness than a woman. The contrast between women and men is based on the division of labor responsibilities. An important parameter for verbalization of gender ideas is the status in marriage. It is reflected in the frequency of using of lexical unit husband and in significant number of synonyms for this unit. As a rule, women’s stories s about themselves and their lives are accompanied by characterization of their husband and life in marriage. The most vivid ideas about a man are recorded during description of his personal qualities. Women more often evaluate a man based on his working capacity, economic efficiency, and social achievements. Attitude to a wife and love between a wife and a husband is important in description of husband’s characteristic. Drunkenness and aggressiveness of men are condemned. Such typically feminine qualities as loquacity, squabbling, and scandalous behavior, is negatively assessed for men. Conclusion. The content of ideas about men is influenced by the features of rural existence, which is based on work, patriarchal gender stereotypes, socio-historical events and processes. The identified gender ideas have a discursive specificity due to the gender identity of the speaker. Keywords: gender, gender linguistics, dialect, autobiographical stories, man | 1853 | |||||
| 4952 | Introduction. The training of a new generation of highly educated personnel capable of acquiring and reproducing knowledge requires fundamental changes in the assessment of cadet learning outcomes. Knowledge control involves assessing the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired by cadets, while quality control aims at determining the level and enhancing the professional skills of teachers. These areas of control are used to assess the extent to which the learning objectives have been achieved; to identify problems that cadets encounter in the learning process; to stimulate cadets’ independent work; to determine the professionalism of the teacher; to obtain information necessary for the improvement of teaching, research and methodological work. As there are no specific unified models for implementing the assessment of cadet learning achievements, the methods and means of assessment are determined by the internal regulations of the military higher education institution. In this regard, there is a need to substantiate the theoretical basis and practical experience of training methodology for controlling the learning activities of military school teachers as a factor in improving the quality of evaluating the learning achievements of cadets of the Military Institute of the National Guard Troops. This problem can be solved by using a multifunctional control of the professional training of a competence-oriented specialist. The aim is to develop and implement in educational practice a multifunctional control in assessing the development of military-professional competences of cadets, aimed at improving the quality of their theoretical training and competences. Material and methods. Source analysis, testing of cadets and teachers, pedagogical experiment, mathematical method of evaluating the achievements of cadets’ learning success. Results and discussion. The essence of different approaches to evaluating the learning outcomes of cadets in military higher education institutions is revealed. The main types of evaluation of the results of their educational activities are revealed: diagnostic, current, periodic (thematic), and final evaluation, and their corresponding functions – diagnostic, controlling, managerial, educational, analytical-informational, motivational, and educational – are identified. The necessity of development and implementation in educational practice of multifunctional control in evaluating the development of military-professional competences of cadets, aimed at improving the quality of their theoretical and professional training, was substantiated. The study has shown that the set of control functions in the educational process is a system of multifunctional control of professional training of a competent specialist, which is characterised by the integrated use of various forms and methods of control on the basis of complementarity. The didactic multifunctionality of control is ensured by the realisation of its main functions, the level of provision of which in the educational process has an impact on the growth of cadet learning efficiency. The multifunctional quality control of cadet knowledge is a holistic management tool that includes diagnosis, investigation, control and evaluation. Conclusion. This study has shown that one of the promising ways to assess the quality of training is to develop and implement in educational practice a multifunctional control in assessing the development of military-professional competences of cadets, aimed at improving the quality of their theoretical training and practical skills. It is based on adequate psychological and pedagogical approaches, the use of pedagogical modelling and the selection of the most effective organisational and pedagogical conditions that will ensure the effectiveness of multifunctional control of future officers’ professional training. | 4969 | Introduction. This study is an attempt to investigate and analyze the main subjects and patterns of E. Chizhov’s novel Translation from a Metafraze. E. Chizhov created the exotic eastern country of Koshtyrbastan, a fascinating story imperceptibly absorbing the reader, attracting with an interesting narration, succinct descriptions of events and characters. The image of the poet – the prophet, the theme of translation and the image of the translator create the plot outline of the novel. The literary-centric meanings of the Translation from a Metafraze, however, are not limited to questions about the role of the poet and poetry, the relationship between poetry and power. The aim of the paper. The article analyzes one of the tendencies in modern literary process – metafiction on the side. Self-conscious prose, focusing on literary work, the figure of the author and hero, raises questions of literature and art. The metafiction phenomenon (the ratio of the author and the text, the author and the reader, the reader and the text) and its various manifestations, through metadescription, expand the text and focus on the role of the book, reading, and writer in society, becoming a mirror reflecting the current literary process. Material and methods. In the course of the work, we draw the conclusions on the complexity of the aesthetic concept of the novel and its connection with other texts of Russian literature. The analysis of plot-forming motifs reveals their commonality with T. Tolstoy’s novel Kys. Results and discussion. The article finds that the nature of the connection between these two works consists not only in the motive-thematic interchange, but also is expressed in a rather obvious connection at the constructive-figurative level, within the framework of the problematics of logocentrism and literature-centrism as well. T. Tolstaya and E. Chizhov in their novels in different years and in different ways raise the question of the role of books and reading in a person’s life and society. Conclusion. Finally, the paper unveils the complex metafictional construction of the novel, which includes references to real literary events, the interchange with other novels, and poems – ciphers, supplementing the text in prose. | 4970 | Introduction. The genre of idyll, which has been developing in world literature since Antiquity, is crucial for the poetics of Russian literature in the first third of the XIX century. The aesthetics of Romanticism helped it develop, and thus a romantic idyll arose. A great contribution to the development of idyll in Russia was made by V. A. Zhukovsky, the founder of Romanticism in Russian literature. The scale of the poet’s work was quite large and influenced the works of his contemporaries, among whom was N. V. Gogol, who showed considerable interest in idyllic themes in his youth. Aim and objectives. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to determine the features of V. A. Zhukovsky’s idyllic model implementation in N. V. Gogol’s early poem “Ganz Kuchelgarten”. Material and methods. The material of the study is the idyllic poem by N. V. Gogol “Ganz Kuchelgarten”, as well as the works of V. A. Zhukovsky that influenced it, including an idyll “The Village Watchman at Midnight”, “pavlovian poems”, the poems “Theon and Aeschines”, “Anguish” (“toska”), “Lalla-Rookh”, “There the heavens and waters are clear!”, the elegies “Slavyanka” and “Evening”, the romance “Desire”, the song “Traveller”, the article “About a simple and decorated style”. Biographical and comparative research methods are used in the work. Results and discussion. The genre of idyll is very close to V. A. Zhukovsky. An idyllic worldview exists organically in his poetic consciousness. The period of the poet’s strong interest in idyll is synchronized with his youth. In his youth, he draws new poetic forms mainly from European idylls. In them Zhukovsky is attracted by images of simple, everyday life, focus on rural nature, patriarchal mores. The poet is especially inspired by the natural philosophical aspects. The distinctive features of Zhukovsky’s works created in this genre are descriptiveness, an abundance of static natural paintings, free verse. In addition, we will separately highlight the author’s aim at reproducing the natural dynamics of life. The poet acts as a painter who strives to convey in his paintings the smallest details of the inner nature life. However, this is only an explicit part of Zhukovsky’s idylls. Their implicit part is much more important. By it we mean the sacred, the religious and the mystical. We see a certain evolution of Zhukovsky’s idyll. From the glorification of landscapes and the depiction of human life in the bosom of nature, the poet consciously moves to a more complex creative stage, focusing on the mystical and listening to his religious feeling. As for other features of the idyll genre in Zhukovsky’s work, like contrast or two-worldness of romanticism, the works of this genre translated by him are an alloy, a synthesis of the beautiful and the enigmatic in the world. It is no coincidence that many of them open with night landscapes. These were the features of the idyll genre implementation in Zhukovsky’s creative system. It was under their influence that N. V. Gogol wrote his first work, the poem “Ganz Kuchelgarten”. Zhukovsky’s idyllic model in Gogol’s poem “Ganz Kuchelgarten” is identified almost immediately. This is confirmed, firstly, by the topos of the poem (rural hinterland). Secondly, by the fact that the reader is shown pictures of pastoral life. It is also important that at the beginning of the poem there is an image of the family (patriarchy is an important aspect of the idyll). In addition, Gogol’s poem reveals other traditional topos for idyll (house, garden). Following the example of Zhukovsky, Gogol uses the motifs of food, sleep and music in the work. They are widely represented in the text and emphasize the idyllic moments of the poem. The heroic series can also be considered traditional for the idyll (the canons of which in Russian literature were first laid by Zhukovsky), since the author’s detailed representation of Louise’s family is following an idyllic orientation to the fullness of life, which here is the integrity of the family. The poem shows the desire of the characters to achieve happiness, they dream of an idyllic life. However, romantic features are more visible in the main character of the poem. And yet it lacks the passion of Byron’s heroes. At the end, Ganz rather follows the line of behavior of Aeschines, embodied by Zhukovsky. Conclusion. Thus, Gogol, when working on his youthful poem “Ganz Kuchelgarten”, was guided by the idyllic model of Zhukovsky. This is indicated by the traditional elements of the poet’s idylls, which are clearly present in Gogol’s text (the image of a family, pastoral landscapes, natural cycles, the motif of food, sleep and childhood). However, Gogol ignores some important elements inherent in Zhukovsky’s idylls. So, Gogol’s main character demonstrates the features of a romantic hero rather than an idyllic one. In addition, there is no pronounced mystical veil in Gogol’s poem. And finally, dissonance (the substratum of the romantic and idyllic) is certainly felt in it. The reason for it lies in the insufficiently thought-out compilation of leading European and Russian writers’ artistic techniques. Keywords: N. V. Gogol, V. A. Zhukovskiy, “Ganz Kuchelgarten”, idyll | 1852 | |||||
| 4971 | The interest to Gogol’s literature heritage in the literature era of the XX–XXI centuries has been noted by many researchers. Literature scholars are actively introducing into scientific circulation the works of modern authors. They allow to raise the question of the place and role of Gogol’s heritage in the aesthetic search of the literature process of the turn of the XX–XXI centuries. The aim of the study is to analyze the functioning principles of the novel “The overcoat” and its system-forming image of a small man in the works of writers of the turn of the XX–XXI centuries. The novelty of the study lies, firstly, in the comprehension of the material that has not been previously analyzed, and secondly, in the reconstruction of the types, methods and function of the reception of the “overcoat text” in the literary era of the XX–XXI centuries. The works of modern authors were used as material: the chapter “Little Man Tetelin” from V. Makanin’s novel “The Underground or the Hero of Our Time” (1998). Makanin’s novel “The Underground, or the Hero of Our Time” (1998), stories by V. Petsukh “To Nikolai Vasilievich. Demonstration of Possibilities” from the collection “Plagiarism” (2001) and O. Slavnikova’s “CHANEL No. 5” (2009). The selected works belong to different aesthetic and genre forms and the point of convergence between them is their dialogical reinterpretation of the stylistic system of the novel “The Overcoat”, built on the combination of two modes of narration – “mimicry of grief” and “mimicry of laughter” (B. Eichenbaum). It is proved that the stylistic organization of the narrative principles of the novel “The overcoat” has a modeling effect on the works. All three selected authors use direct quotation allusion to the text of Gogol’s novel. The “overcoat plot” is projected by V. Makanin and V. Petsukh to comprehend the fate of the Soviet intelligentsia in the post-soviet realities. The writers record and comprehend the spiritual degradation aand grinding f the Soviet intellectual as a social and anthropological type. O. Slavnikova’s principles of transformation of the “overcoat plot” are connected with the reflection on the ontological value and self-sufficiency of the individual, which are lost in the situation of blurring the boundaries between the material and the ideal, man and thing. The human deformation discovered and explored by Slavnikova is thought of as an unmotivated fundamental property of the world. All three authors are characterized by the actualization of Gogol’s laughter, where the comic and the tragic coexist. Keywords: N. V. Gogol, “Overcoat”, little man, V. Makanin, V. Pietsukh, O. | 4986 | Introduction. In rapid computerization and mathematization of almost all areas of knowledge the mathematical training of students at a higher education institution must be of an anticipatory nature and be aimed at obtaining results that will be in demand in a technologized society. Modern society requires the individual skills of self-organization, self-development, self-regulation, self-control, self-education, etc. These tasks can be successfully solved in the process of mathematical training of students with the competent organization of the educational process. Material and methods. The basis for the substantiation and implementation of the principle of refocusing the mathematical training process of the university students from “teaching maths” to “teaching by maths” was based on the methods of theoretical and empirical research. Results and discussion. The main tasks of high-quality mathematical education of students, which a modern university is facing today, are considered. Mathematics is characterized as a science and a body of knowledge; a language of research and modeling for solving problems in various fields of knowledge; a system of organization of thinking. The object, subject, methods and properties of mathematics are highlighted. The fundamental functions of students’ mathematical training are revealed: teaching mathematics – involving mastering the system of mathematical knowledge and skills, the formation of mathematical competence; teaching by mathematics – aimed at the intellectual development of students, formation of logical thinking, development of mathematical literacy, etc. The implementation of the principle “learning by mathematics” in the electronic educational environment is characterized through the integration of the content of mathematical courses with specialized disciplines; the choice of the type and method of presentation of educational material not only for carrying out calculations, but for visualizing abstract mathematical concepts and knowledge; differentiation and personification of teaching mathematics through the using non-linear methods and various types of presentation depending on the psycho-physiological characteristics, cognitive styles of students, professional area, including taking into account health features (persons with disabilities). Conclusion. The results of the study showed that refocusing the mathematical training process of the university students from “teaching maths” to “teaching by maths” through the organization of training within electronic educational environment allows students to assimilate the system of mathematical knowledge and skills, actively apply the methods of mathematical research; quickly adapt to the changing conditions of modern society and production, acquiring the necessary competencies for professional activities in the process of solving various applied problems. | 4995 | The biographic sense of I. A. Bunin’s poem “Canary” (1921) is reconstructed in the article. The communicative status and “parallel” reading of the poem and documentary prose (memoirs, letters, etc.) have specified Bunin in the interference of two stories – a singing canary and a poet-emigrant. The author’s relation to the events, which have occurred in Russia of 1917, through the latent communication of the latter with “wonderful island” and Atlantis, comes to light. The research of “the canary text” of this period allows us involving Bunin into the context of recreated literary dialogue. Keywords: Russian literature, I. A. | 4998 | Introduction. Translation of scientific and technical literature is always connected with some difficulties associated with the grammar structure and terminological features. Technical translation must be carried out as accurately as possible, trying to convey the semantic meaning of the source in the best way. Stylistically this kind of translations should be logical and clearly stated. Material and methods. Each area of science is characterized by its own term system and microelectronics, being one of the fastest growing industries, in turn, undergoes constant updating of terminology. The dynamics of this industry global development has a significant impact on the formation of terms in microelectronics, which are characterized by a significant percentage of international words. The origin and approval of new terms is very dynamic compared to word formation in general vocabulary. The essence of the term included in special vocabulary is determined only by its content and is understandable to a narrow circle of specialists. It is generally accepted to subdivide terms into technical and general scientific ones. In some sources, common words are additionally separated from general scientific words. Being used in a specific field, general scientific terms often acquire a specific value specifically for this branch of science. Results and discussion. Consideration of some widespread examples of terms in the field of microelectronics allows us to conclude about their various meanings depending on the context, which must be taken into account, because the polysemy of the term can become an obstacle to the correct translation. In addition, the context will help to understand whether the word is used in a usual or special technical meaning, what is the specific meaning of a multi-valued term, and in the case of multicomponent context, it helps to omit uninformative components. The phenomenon of interference of terms from related fields to microelectronics is noted, which is associated with the rate of development of the industry, for which language tools often do not keep it. Special attention is paid to the use of metaphors as terms and the figurativeness of English terms in general is noted, in comparison with Russian ones, characterized by accuracy and laconism. A correct translation of a term is determined by its morphological structure, semantic features, types of terms, phrases, their structural features and specifics of use. From the morphological point of view, the most common at the moment are multicomponent phrases. Depending on the composition of the terms, phrases, they are divided into three types. For each type of phrase, specific examples are given. Conclusion. Consideration of the main issues of terminology in the field of microelectronics indicates that the composition of the terminology of a scientific text is characterized by the prevalence of commonly used words. Initially having several meanings, when used in a context, they acquire a specific meaning for a specific area. When considering morphological features, the superiority of terms-phrases is noted, in which, from a structural point of view, nouns and adjectives prevail as attribute elements. | 4999 | Introduction. Communication skills are recognized as one of the most important elements in the education of a modern engineer. Engineering education programs should include modules aimed at developing interdisciplinary and cross-cultural communication skills. The specificity of professional engineering communication is determined by the professional competencies of a new generation technical university graduate. Aim and objectives are to describe and analyze the methodology of forming the communicative competencies in the field of professional activity for master students with engineering training. Material and methods. Theoretical methods of comparative analysis, synthesis and generalization of research by foreign and domestic authors are used. The experience of Western countries about the program accreditation in the field of engineering and technology is considered. Results and discussion. The paper analyzes and suggests the conceptual ideas of engineering education implemented by the method of integrated project training, which contribute to the improvement of specialist professional training. The structural and functional model of the module “Current issues in biomedical engineering” is implemented in the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin, Institute of Physics and Technology for the educational master program 12.04.04 Biotechnical systems and technologies. The program allows one to ensure a gradual development of communicative competence of master students during the study of special professional disciplines. The model represents the unity of the goal, content, organizational and evaluation blocks and reflects the organizational and methodological tools of the pedagogical process, as well as the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the model. The practical implementation of the model is described with the indication of disciplines and communication skills. Conclusion. The study revealed the importance of improving the quality of training engineering and technical personnel in terms of forming communicative competence as a component of general cultural competence. These knowledge, skills and abilities affect the motivational-value, cognitive-activity, emotional-volitional and reflexiveevaluative components of the business professional communicative competence of future engineers, provide readiness for professional activity and allow forming engineering thinking of a new formation. Such innovations in the education system are an integral part of the implementing the task for Russian technical universities to become world-class educational organizations. | 5000 | Introduction. The problem of designing educational clusters of an educational type that use the values of traditional culture and pedagogy in their activities is an important part of the humanitarian and value-based cultural approach in the modern educational process. The Institute of Public Education via a network event based on network interaction as a cluster educational system can be an innovative technology that develops new network conditions for the formation of a value-based model of a student’s personality. The objective is to develop approaches to the development of an educational cluster of a value-based type in the conditions of the interaction of general and additional education using the basic standard FSES-2 based on our own experience, as well as modern scientific views on the structure, methodology and organizational conditions for the development of educational clusters. Material and methods. Cluster-type network interaction is structurally a system and as a system assumes mandatory qualities, such as responsiveness, mobility, adaptability, complementarity, etc. This leads to the use of the methodology of the system approach and the system analysis of network phenomena and processes when modeling an educational type cluster. The results of the study. Based on the use of the methodology of system analysis of social and cultural phenomena and processes taking place in partner institutions, as well as modern approaches to the development of the educational network such as: resource, target, person-centered in the cultural and axiological context, we get a model of personality development based on the formation of value orientations of schoolchildren. The construction of an educational space of a pedagogical cluster of an educational type constitutes the conditions of this modelling. Conclusion. The concept of spiritual and moral development and education of a Russian citizen’s personality assumes that the basic standard is implemented both through the educational space of a general education school and the educational space of an institution of additional education for children, which can be implemented through a variety of additional educational programs and subprograms in network interaction. Each educational program (subprogram) is carried out in the following five directions: school classroom activities; extracurricular activities (cultural practices); social practices; education based on family traditions; introduction to the fundamentals of traditional Russian religions. All this can be implemented through a network educational event, since in network interaction a network event is one of the conditions for its development, in our case a network event associated with folk culture – the recreation and holding of a folk holiday. Such a network event can be modeled, it is organically included in the educational system of our network model.
