Smirnova N.M. THE CONCEPT OF COMPLEXITY IN COGNITIVE ANALYSIS OF COMMUNICATIVE AND MEANINGFUL ASPECTS OF SOCIAL REALITY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 1 (129). P. 169-175

Heuristic power and cognitive limits of the concept of complexity is viewed in this paper. It is shown, that the use of the concept of complexity helps us not only to recognize to what extent social thinking could accept basic ideas of synergetics, but also to deepen methodological reflection of the natural and social sciences’ integration process. It is also shown, that the study of temporality semiotics as an instrument of complexity reduction appears to be one of the most important aspects in methodological recognition of the above-mentioned process in social thinking and activity.

Keywords: complexity, synergetics, meaning, social action, temporality semiotics

Takata K. GAUGE INVARIANT LAGRANGIAN FORMULATIONS FOR MIXED-ANTISYMMETRIC FERMIONIC HIGHER SPIN FIELDS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 243-248

A Lagrangian formulation of irreducible half-integer higher-spin representations of the Poincare algebra with a Young tableaux having two columns is presented based on the BRST approach. Starting from Casimir constraints written by oscillator representation of Poincare algebra, which is the necessary condition of the irreducibility, we find closed higher spin superalgebra. In order to convert all constraints to the first class we introduce four auxiliary oscillators with γ-matrix and use Verma module method. To get nilpotent BRST operators we further introduce ghosts. After using restrictions on spin number and ghost number we construct Lagrangian having gauge symmetry with finite stage of reducibility.

Sakharova O.V., Zeremskaya Y.A. ORIGIN OF SELKUP NAMES OF BERRIES. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 4 (157). P. 48-55

The article describes the origin of berry terminology in Selkup. Results of full collection of selkup words belonged to the subject lexical group “berry flora”. The analysis of these linguistic units allows tracing the development process and name formation of berries in selkup language and also to single out the principle of naming units. Further data integration makes it possible to examine the semes which are the bases of naming flora lexemes according to productivity criterion. The study was carried out due to the theory of transferring linguistic world image with the help of symbols taken from collective unconsciousness and kept the meanings of world image. The method of component analysis which reconstructed the meanings of unproductive naming units was used for analyzing. This method allows explaining the meaning of berry flora words with the help of dividing lexemes into small meaningful units. Twenty three selkup berry flora words were analyzed and there were eight principles of naming units that formed such groups as berry functioning connected with its picking up and using as a food, connection of some berries with certain kinds of birds, colour characteristics of berries, mythological ideas of selkup people, curing period and berrying, taste properties of berries. Indirect way of naming berries is dominated and underlines associative thinking of selkup people.

Yermolenkina L.I. THE INTERPRETATION OF THE POLYCODE TEXT AT THE LINGUISTIC SEMINARS: METHODOLOGICAL BASIS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 9 (162). P. 76-80

The focus of the article is on the methodological question of the modelling of the discursive picture of the world. The students of Philology Department are studying this problem at the seminar “The Russian linguistic and discursive pictures of the world”. This problem is complicated, because in the modern linguistics there are no specific methods of interpretation. The modern text space is polycode (in this function) and dynamic (in the interaction of the author and the addressee) system, which is conditioned by the discourse. These factors determine the problem of the complex interpretation of the senses of the text, which demand the synthetic multi-disciplinary method. The examples are the works of the students, which use the traditional linguistic methods and new – sociometric and psycho-semantic – methods.

Keywords: polycode text, discursive worldview, linguo-cognitive model of the interaction of the author and the addressee, interdisciplinary approach

Chernysh O.A. REFLECTION OF THE HISTORICAL CONTEXT IN THE STRUCTURE AND CONTENT OF THE TEXT OF THE DOCUMENT (ON THE BASIS OF THE RECORDS DATED BY 1917–1933). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 143-147

The article deals with the texts of the records dated by 1917–1933 in terms of reflecting historical events in Russia in the first third of the 20th century. This period is the epoch of global changes in the life of Russian society. The aim of the research is to identify how the historical events that took place in the first third of the 20th century are reflected in the text. The records that were analysed are divided into four time periods. Each period is connected with historical events that are very important for Russia. The article is devoted to the description of three aspects that are very important for analysis of documents. The first part of the article describes the structural characteristics of the records dated by 1917–1933 and peculiarities of the records that are typical for each period. The main part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the linguistic means that form the record and also how linguistic means change over time. And the last part is devoted to speech norm. The text of the record presents a mixture of structures generated by the new ideological system and colloquialisms. The characteristics of lexico-semantic, functional-stylistic and structural features of the records of the presented period made it possible to identify the main units reflecting changing historical conditions at the level of the text.

Keywords: record, historical development, lexical component of the text, structure of the text, speech norm

Antonova A.A. USAGE PECULIARITIES OF INFORMAL ADDRESS FORMULAS IN THE KOREAN LANGUAGE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 5 (211). P. 48-56

Introduction. Linguistic pragmatics investigates various problems of the speech behaviour organization, which are connected with the positions of the addressor and the addressee, due to their individual characteristics, type of relationships, type of interaction and communicative situation. Speech units reflect the situation. They include words of courtesy, greeting, farewell and terms of address. Being implemented in the act of communication, different address formulas reflect the components of the speech situation, which materialize in semantic and grammatical structures, as well as in the stylistic connotations of these terms of address. The priority for the study of the speech behaviour is a pragmatic analysis of the phenomenon of “address”, used in different communicative situations. Ethnocultural factors are taken into account. Aim and objectives. The aim of this article is to identify and describe Korean address formulas that function in informal communicative situations. Material and methods. The research material is informal address formulas in the Korean language. Forty language units are selected from texts of the following seven films produced in South Korea: “완벽한 타인” (2018), “연애소 설” (2002), “범죄도시” (2017), “리틀 포레스트” (2018), “행복” (2007), “기억의 밤” (2017), “지금 만나러 갑니 다” (2018). These sources belong to different genres (comedy, drama, melodrama, action, detective) and reproduce all kinds of extra-linguistic reality situations, in particular, relations between people in society, the actions of communicants, conflicts that arise between communicants, etc. When analyzing and translating formulas of address, the bilingual educational dictionary “Korean-Russian educational dictionary of the National Institute of the Korean language” was used. This dictionary was created on the basis of the “Explanatory Dictionary of the Korean Language” translated into Russian. To achieve the aim of the study, a corpus of general and private scientific methods was used. General scientific methods include: 1) logic methods – analysis (identifying address formulas that function in situations of informal communication), synthesis (combining address formulas into separate groups according to the pragmatic approach), generalization (establishing the features and functions of various address formulas in the system of the Korean language); 2) statistical methods – a quantitative method (using numerical data and standardized methods for processing the empirical corpus of the research), a grouping method (structural and typological separation of empirical research material according to essential features). Particular scientific (linguistic) methods include a descriptive method (description of the features and basic characteristics of informal formulas of address), a pragmatic analysis (interpretation of the meaning of address formulas from the standpoint of their usage in a speech act). Results and discussion. Address formulas identified in informal Korean speech communication are represented by various communicative units. Affixes, that join Korean formulas of address, express a neutral polite attitude and are actively used in situations of informal communication. The Korean language has a wide range of kinship terms as formulas of address that apply to both relatives and close friends. The second person singular and plural rarely function in speech, because one of the main indicators of communication style is a verb ending. Expressive, stimulating, and perlocutionary functions are enhanced by means of interjections and possessive pronouns. Conclusion. 11 address formulas – proper name, last name + first name, kinship terms, noun (affectionate), metonymy, metaphor, noun (offensive), address to a group of people, address to an unfamiliar addressee, address without naming an interlocutor, the second person singular and plural – were identified in informal communicative situations in the Korean language. In speech, these formulas implement various functions that not only carry out the establishment of contact with the interlocutor, but also transfer the relationship of the addressor to the addressee. The choice of address formulas in various situations of informal communication is due to extralinguistic factors.

Keywords: address, formulas of address, functions of address, informal communication, the Korean language
