The article is focused on problems and prospects of traditional Ket upbringing based on observations made during linguistic expeditions to the places of compact habitation of Siberian indigenous peoples and analysis of Ket tales and stories, presented in “Annotated folk and daily prose texts in the languages of Ob-Yenissei linguistic area”. Ket folklore can become an inexhaustible source for the education of the younger generation in human terms as well as in terms of preservation of national identity and respect for the unique Ket culture. It is commonly known that language, ethnicity, national identity are closely related to each other. However, under the specific conditions, that found themselves the indigenous peoples of Siberia (the unfavorable at present language situation for the development of minority languages), the attention of ethnopedagogics should be directed at promoting the material and spiritual culture of the peoples of the north within Russia and even the countries of the near and far abroad.

Li Z. PRECEDENT PHENOMENA IN INTERNET COMMUNICATION OF THE RUSSIAN-SPEAKING DIASPORA IN CHINA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2022. Issue 3 (221). P. 7-14

Introduction. Language units reflecting cultural, historical, literary representations of the linguocultural community, which have sufficient reproducibility and stability of the component composition, are treated as precedent phenomena. The given article is devoted to the research of the Russian-speaking linguoculture precedent phenomena in foreign language and cultural environment on the example of Chinese network diaspora discourse. The aim of the work is to investigate precedent phenomena in the collective consciousness of users of the Internet community “Baiki Laovaya”. Material and methods. The research was based on the correspondence of the participants (more than 57000 subscribers) of the open group “Laowai Bikes” of the social network Vkontakte. We analyzed 110 messages (posts) and 11350 comments to them that were published in the period from 1 to 27 September 2021. The material was selected by random sampling from the text continuum, then precedent phenomena were classified according to the type, their semantics and relevance were analyzed. The quantitative method and the method of contextual analysis were also used. Results and discussion. The sources of precedent phenomena in the speech of the diaspora community are diverse and are subdivided into the following large groups: 1) classical Russian and Soviet, as well as foreign literature; 2) winged expressions, sayings of famous people, precedent names; 3) speech clichés, paremics, Internet memes, and anecdotes; 4) advertising, cinema and television. Numerous examples of the use of precedent phenomena from each of the groups demonstrate not only the impressive variety of sources, but also the high communicative and linguocreative potential of precedence in the discourse under study. Conclusion. The active use of precedent phenomena in communication and the absence of facts of misunderstanding, failure of communication, the development of the semantic potential of precedent phenomena in network polylogues indicate the formed special cultural space of diaspora discourse, the participants of which have a common linguocultural code. The specificity of this code is determined by: 1) being in a single foreign-language and foreign-cultural continuum and its interpretation as one of the frequent occasions to use precedents (Chinese holidays, traditions, climate, political situation, domestic conditions, etc.); 2) relatively high level of education and broad outlook of diaspora community members, demonstrating knowledge in the field of domestic and world literature, art, history, mass culture, etc. 3) appeal mainly to the traditional, established during the Soviet era cultural matrix as a common cognitive and imaginative base, able to unite representatives of different generations, including – the young, of the Russian-speaking world from different countries of the former Soviet Union.

The article discusses the problem of developing skills in writing for academic purposes in English. The feedback plays a very important role in teaching writing. The students’ attitude questionnaire results towards feedback prove that students value the teacher’s feedback and feel some uncertainty about receiving feedback from their peers. The application of the assessment technique, combining peer and teacher evaluation, to teaching master and graduate students is described. This system makes students self-edit and redraft their essays twice before giving to the teacher for grading. It is shown that this technique contributes to the development of academic writing skills of master and graduate students.

The paper deals with the student youth physical education in conditions of internationalization of educational environment of Russian higher school. Data of the empirical research are adduced. The immense interest in metaphor has resulted in the emergence of a massive literature on the subject. From this academic interest in metaphor, a growing interest in metonymy has emerged over recent years, resulting in the formation of an impressive body of research, almost entirely from a cognitive linguistics perspective. The new works on metonymy show a consensus around a number of claims: that metonymy, like metaphor, is a conceptual phenomenon; that metonymy, like metaphor, plays a central role in conceptualization and communication; and that metonymy and metaphor can be identified as distinct, though related, phenomena. Metonymy is not just a type of language but reflects a significant form of human cognition. Metonymy differs from metaphor by the number of domains. In metaphor, there are two conceptual domains, and one thing is understood in terms of another. On the other hand, metonymy involves only one conceptual domain, in that the connection between two things is within the same domain, or within the same domain matrix. There are many types of metonymy and the least investigated of them is the relation between the metric system units and the means of inaccurate measures which can be used alternatively to indicate the space measurements within the same domain.

We consider massive and massless p-forms in arbitrary D-dimensional curved space-time. Quantization of these models and evaluation of effective actions have been performed. Results are presented in terms of d'Alembertians acting on p-forms. The massive theories of p-forms do not possess gauge invariance, in contrary of massless theories. The gauge invariance is restored with help of multi-step Stuckelberg procedure. Comparising effective actions of classically equivalent theories (massless quantum theory of p-forms and theory of (D-p-2)-forms, massive quantum theory of p-forms and theory of (Dp-1)-forms), we demonstrate a quantum equivalence of corresponding models. A zeta-function excluding zero modes has been used.

In the the article authors consider the problem of vocational training of graduates of various levels of training: bachelors, masters and specialists in the context of modern educational standards and requirements of employers. The article provides the description of the technique of carrying out a laboratory practical work based on competencebased and modular approach and allowing to develop purposefully necessary competences of the students. The authors presented the structure and the content of modules, their educational and methodical and a technical equipment. The article also provides the description of the technique and results of formation of competences of future graduates of various levels of preparation within a laboratory practical work, as the integral component of educational process for students of the technical directions and specialties.

The article substantiates the relevance of the use of research activities for the development of intellectually gifted students. As the result of the comprehension of theoretical approaches to the concept of “research activities” its internal characteristics are distinguished and its efficiency in the development of intellectually gifted students is substantiated. On the basis of analysis of the definition “activity” it was found out that the most multifaceted with a large number of components is a research activity, which is the inner psychological condition for the development of an intellectually gifted student and causes the formation of his research position. Exploratory behavior is considered as an effective mean to modernize the process of development of the child’s personality in the process of selfdevelopment.

A mathematical model of the institute of higher education activities is presented in the article. On the basis of this model a program system, so-called institute administration simulator, is built. The simulator is designed to be applied in education and management training. The focus of the article is on the question of the axiological modelling of the world, which is considered in terms of cognitive and communicative aspects of the speech behavior of radio presenters. The analysis of the motive structure provides guidance on specificity of ideological attitudes of discourse. The motive is presented as structural, compositional and substantive reception and is resulted in discursive ideology. The function of the motive structure of discourse of the information and analytic radio is described in terms of language and communicative mechanisms of realization of conflictual potential. The ideological level of discourse is presented in conceptual discursive oppositions, which is determined in the scope of a preffered cultural model.

In the story by V. Lipatov “Village Detective” (1968) used the comic techniques dating back to the tradition of folk culture, especially folk farce performances. V. Lipatov uses theatrical techniques to visualize what is going to make it more clear and visible. The story is written by the laws of drama and the script with a carefully prescribed staging, replicas, author’s remarks. Some comic scenes are a cascade of tricks performed in accordance with the tradition of “clownish actions”. The story consists of comic scenes which represent the cascade of the tricks executed according to the tradition of a comic short story which prominent features are: use of colloquial lexicon, a combination of incongruous words and concepts; paradoxical logic; parodying of traditional detective clichés; theatrical gestures, facial expressions; everyday lowered situations.

Presents the theoretical aspects and the practice of implementing the strategy of advanced development of education; describes the mechanisms of innovative organizational and methodological practices that are implemented in the educational institutions on the territory of a separate municipal entity. Special attention is paid to the consistency of the developed strategy with the priority directions of development of the territory, taking into account the complex non-linear forms of organization of non-equilibrium structural elements of different legal forms and different levels of jurisdiction, which allows to predict and develop a new image of the educational system at the municipal level. Describes combination of developing innovative mechanisms to ensure efficient implementation of measures included in the strategy of priority development of the municipal education system, namely: administrative, economic and organizational-methodical conditions for the development of education (system investment policy), with particular focus on matrix management system, organizational-methodical and information-technological support of implementation of the strategy (based on the network principle of organization of municipal innovative practices); municipal system of education quality assessment (with a focus on rapid responsiveness to external needs of the educational space and the requests of society and of the labour market), consulting center for training of graduates for final certification, and also automated information system “Network city. Education.”
