| 5658 | The unit of measure of education quality is entered. Difficulties of introduction of a universal unit of measure are discussed. The option based on an average arithmetic assessment of knowledge of studied disciplines is considered. Sources of the errors arising at such expert assessment are studied. It is shown that the size of an error can be reduced if to use probabilistic approach. It is based on the introduction of functions – mathematical expectation estimation. The mathematical technology of processing of indicators of progress is offered. It is noted that the main problem there is a choice of an expert assessment. An example of objective calculation of an assessment is reviewed. The conclusion that the number of indicators of progress should not exceed three-four is drawn, otherwise errors of measurements increase more, than for 50 %. The problem of choice of indicators for assessment of level of training of the student is formulated. It is shown that the main priorities for the employer are his professional competences, and common cultural pale into insignificance. The conclusion can be drawn on quality of education, later some period after the beginning of work of the graduate of educational institution. | 5659 | The urgency and necessity of the study of ethno-cultural aspects of the Tatar personal names is caused by the fact that so far in Tatar anthroponymics mainly historical and linguistic problems of personal names have been studied, while the fundamental factor in the formation and functioning of the national system is ethnocultural. The purpose of this work is to define the ethno-cultural space of the names – wishes category in the Tatar anthroponyms. As a result, the study of personal names in ethno-cultural aspect shows that personal names are nationally marked language formation. | 5660 | According to the article a general level of social life depends on the success of personal self-determination of young generation. The author underlines that successful personal self-determination of teenagers and youth is one of the major achievements on the way to professional self-realization, which forms a specialist in a field. In modern additional education it is necessary for children to study one or several adjacent directions during years of preparations. As a result the most successful children are good at several kinds of activity, however they are in dark of existing great number of others. At the same time the problem of seasonal crisis of personal self-determination of children, because of which searches of true occupation to liking can drag on for the long period, is frequent. According to V.A. Sukhomlinsky’s precepts children need periods for acquaintance with different types of activities, as a result personal and professional interests can be revealed. In our opinion creating conditions for children to experience a large number of activities, which they chose in institutions of additional education, solves that problem. According to the research, in the modern educational associations there is a practice of comprehensive programs, which involves not only the basic but also the additional direction of training and mutual training activities for the exchange of experience between collectives with related activities. However, in institutions of additional education there are not enough large-scale surveys which that can give students initial experience in many kinds of different activities, in the context of which the choice of the most interesting can be more conscious and obvious to children. From the author’s point of view, such methods as “open doors” promote personal self-determination only if they form the atmosphere of game in which children, teenagers and the youth are free to visit different clubs and elective courses with the feeling of an interesting adventure. In the article the author recommends to use game technologies in the format of “quest”; different directions help children find their field of interests. To sum it up, one may come to the conclusion that interaction of clubs and optional courses within the institution of additional education will allow to broaden the field for self-realization of students, that helps choose between the existing directions of training. However, in the article the author emphasizes that the choice of the directions by the children has to be voluntary, they should not have tests for a long period of time as among the variety of interesting kinds of activity children’s unripe nature can be in self-determination crisis. The author believes that the success of the action depends on the professionalism of the organizers and the leading teachers. | 5667 | At present the higher school is facing an acute problem of training specialists, demanded by the labour market. Therefore, the necessary condition is to improve the quality of education of the students, in which a special role is assigned to individual work, especially during transition to level and individually-focused training in the logic of state of educational standards of the third generation. Individual educational work seems rather a problematic concept. In the terms of quality issues the concept of “work” is determined by the concept of “activity”, which is the base for it. By means of individual work the students’ readiness for independent activity is carried out. And for the formation of self-reliance as the characteristics of an individual to adapt first-year students an opening course ‘Introduction to the vocation’ is designed. The main objectives of the suggested course are “to introduce students to the vocation”, i.e. introduce the features of student life and activities throughout the coming period of training, to form certain ideas and skills necessary for mastering of all subjects of the curriculum, as well as to introduce the features and requirements of the economics profession. | 5682 | When highlighting the concept of “personal activity” as an indicator of professional mobility, which is interpreted as readiness and adaptability to work under changing conditions based on the development of new forms and types of actions, the article describes a conventionally reflexive system of teaching methods of a modern teacher, which guarantees the formation of a teacher’s skills independently compose and evaluate teaching methods in a changing digital educational environment. The features of the proposed system of teaching methods are highlighted using a paradigm approach, taking into account the study of the status of the “teaching method” as a learning goal in the “Modern” educational paradigm. This status of the method in the context of teacher training allows us to indicate two classes of methods: methods of teaching and methods of organizing educational and cognitive activity. The essence of the specification of the methods of each class in the system of teacher training is determined by the property of autologicality (that is, the need to describe oneself). For the considered property, four main signs (characteristics) of manifestation have been established: the presence of an autological goal, fixing cause-and-effect relationships for using the method in a specific methodological system, studying cause-and-effect relationships for using the method when transforming the model of a specific methodological system, formulating a value judgment about the appropriateness of applying method in a certain methodological system or pedagogical situation. Endowing the property of autologicality with the selected characteristics of the content and procedural essence determines the link between knowledge and methods of activity, which is key for professional pedagogical education, allowing to activate professional (functional) literacy, qualitative characteristics of the personality, as well as the positive psychophysical mood of students. These competency components are included in the profile of “ability to understand and act”, considered as the basis of professional mobility. Achieving the didactic completeness of the presented conventional-reflexive system of teaching methods is determined by the formation of the teacher’s ability to independently compose teaching methods and methods for organizing educational and cognitive activities in a digital educational environment. As a means of forming this skill, a “learning-cognitive expert system” is proposed, which contains software support – a generator for disaggregating teaching methods and an expert block filled with methods of conventional role-playing reflection. Within the framework of using the proposed system, the formation of a selected skill can be carried out in three stages. In the paradigm terminology, the “educational-cognitive expert system” is, in fact, an element of the “value setting” of a particular “Modern” paradigm. The metaphysical part of this paradigm is given by the digital educational environment. With the appearance of the first Siberian newspapers, reviews and materials about the work and events of the life of the Russian writer were printed on their pages. Most often his name was found on the pages of the «Siberian newspaper». The love story of S. S. Sinegub was known among the populist revolutionaries. She found, in the opinion of the author of the article, its reflection in the development of the love affair of Nezhdanov, Marianna and Solomin (novel «Nov»). The secret editor of the newspaper was F. V. Volkhovsky, a political exile, tried in the socalled «trial of the 193s» in 1877 y. Turgenev was not personally acquainted with Volkhovsky, but actively communicated with G. A. Lopatin, his friend and associate in political activities, and together with him founded the Russian Public Library in Paris. Particular attention in the article is paid to the analysis of materials about Turgenev on the pages of Irkutsk and Tomsk periodicals: these are reprints and comments and articles of central newspapers about the works of Turgenev, their own reviews and reviews of the writer of Siberian writers. Some of them – N. I. Naumov, I. V. Omulevsky (and, possibly, N. M. Yadrintsev) – were personally acquainted with him and were present at Turgenev’s meetings with the editors of the magazine «Slovo» and «Russkoe Bogatstvo». It was in the March issue of the radical magazine «Slovo» in 1881 that Turgenev’s famous poem «Croquet in Windsor» (1876) was first published in Russia. Conclusion. | 5698 | Introduction. In the analyzed cycle, L. Goralik actualizes complex problems of modern children’s literature, among which the following can be distinguished: the problem of the relationship of generations (“fathers and children”), the attitude to death, the understanding of one’s own identity, ways of knowing the surrounding world. The purpose of the work is to characterize the system of characters in L. Goralik’s cycle about Venisan. Material and methods. The works of Russian structuralists, folklorists, and mythologists were used in the work. Results and discussion. The cycle about Venisan presents a rather complex and diverse system of characters, among which one can distinguish heroes-helpers, pests, mythological characters. Pests, like assistants, serve the purpose of plot development, helping the main character to go beyond the usual existence. Mythological characters contribute to the development of the inner world of the heroine, i.e. they largely determine the inner plot of the main character’s growing up. Conclusion. The cycle about Venisan can be attributed to the fantasy tradition, however, attention to the complex inner world of a child trying to survive in a terrible world complicates the problems of the work. L. Goralik uses mythological images to create the inner world of a girl who intuitively tries to figure out the ontological problems of life and death, the meaning of her existence. If in fantasy literature for this purpose there were heroes-helpers (sages) who give answers to difficult questions, then Agatha finds herself face to face with a hostile and complex world order in which communication with adults only complicates the situation: adults demand help (mother), make them suffer (father), threaten life (smugglers, “merry men”, etc.).In an unhealthy and hostile atmosphere, children try to come up with their own explanation of what is happening (rumors, scary stories), learn to mimic (invent a secret language). Agatha, unlike most children, develops the ability to intuitively comprehend the truth about the world through mythological images that appear to her in dreams, memories, sensations.
