| 6005 | According to the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education (FSES DO), one of the main results of mastering the educational program is the formation and development of verbal communication skills and the prerequisites for mastering literacy, which is the key to the success of the child’s personality in further schooling. This set of skills in modern science has been transformed into the concept of speech readiness for school. The development of the system of inclusive preschool education in Russia has highlighted the problem of creating an effective system for developing speech readiness for school within a group of a combined type of kindergarten, which has actualized the problem of the study and determined the setting of its goal. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the formation of speech readiness for school in children with special needs in a group of combined orientation of a preschool educational institution (hereinafter referred to as preschool educational institution). The following research methods were used: observation method, diagnostic tasks, analysis of children's activity products. The level of speech development was assessed using diagnostic materials in accordance with the methodology for monitoring the pedagogical process by N.V. Vereshchagina. The study was conducted on the basis of the Municipal Autonomous Preschool Educational Institution of Combined Kindergarten No. 99 in Tomsk from 2020 to 2023. During this period, monitoring of the speech development of children was carried out from the moment of admission to a children's educational institution at the age of 4 years until graduation at the age of 6–7 years. The total composition of the group included 25 people, of which 5 were people with special educational needs (hereinafter referred to as SEN), having levels 2 and 3 of general speech underdevelopment (GSD). In accordance with the individual characteristics of each child, adaptive speech development programs were developed, which were implemented in close cooperation between the teacher and specialized specialists: a speech therapist, a speech pathologist, a psychologist, using the principle of open door technology. Speech development was monitored twice a year. The novelty of the study lies in the proposed approach to the formation of an individual adaptive program for each child, as well as the description of the stages of its implementation by the teacher of the combined group. It was concluded that it is possible to effectively correct general speech underdevelopment in the context of inclusive education, provided that an individual route and program is developed for each child, as well as the availability of highly qualified specialists, including speech therapy skills of the teacher of a preschool educational institution. Despite the hard times, the lack of finance, the Soviet state during the war managed to organize summer recreation for children. The subject of the study of this article is the scale of summer health campaigns in West Siberian region in the years of the war, the difficulties in its organization. The article analyzes the changes in the country’s life because of the beginning of the war, considers the number of evacuees among adults and children in the West Siberian region. Particular attention is paid to the study of the organizational activities of the state, the party and Komsomol organizations and the public in addressing the problem of rehabilitation of children during the war. The author carries out a comparative analysis of the children’s summer recreational facilities before the Great Patriotic War, during the war, on the areas of the West Siberian region. The author comes to the conclusion that despite the lack of finance, the concentration of attention on the leadership of the country addressing the organization of military production, providing the necessary military, development and conduct of military operations, yet found time and resources to address social issues in the rear area. Children were not forgotten and neglected. People’s Commissariat of Health constantly held monitoring of the health of children in schools and child care centers. As soon as it became apparent that the significant deterioration of children health had taken place, they sounded the alarm. The problem was discussed at a national level, at the same level binding decisions were made. Currently criticized centralized government system enabled to organize summer health campaigns rapidly and ubiquitously. | 6016 | The ways of conveying metaphors of two directions are analyzed: loneliness – death and loneliness – desert. The conducted research made it possible to reveal the main part of the metaphorical layer of the concept of “loneliness” in the original novel and to identify the features of its formation. Consideration of the transformations used in the transfer of metaphorical content made it possible to reveal the features of this concept in the translation version. The purpose of the article is to analyze the ways of conveying the expression of the metaphorical content of the concept of “loneliness” in the Russian translation of the novel by G. G. Marquez “One Hundred Years of Solitude”, performed by M. I. Bylinkina. The novelty is determined by the fact that in the stated aspect the text of the novel was not considered and the results of the analysis will contribute to a comprehensive, complete study of the novel, including in the aspect of translation studies. The material for the analysis is the original text of the novel by G. G. Marquez in Spanish and the text of his translation by M. I. Bylinkina. Metaphors included in the concept of “loneliness” and methods of their translation into Russian are analyzed. The descriptive method and the method of comparative analysis, the method of metaphorical modeling are used. The statistics of the used translation transformations were revealed: contextual replacement – 15, generalization – 13, specification – 5, replacement of parts of speech – 8, replacement of sentence members – 6, replacement of word forms – 4, literal translation – 3 uses. The translator most often uses the technique of contextual substitution, transforming a metaphor or part of it into a lexeme with a different semantics. The technique of generalization contributes to changing the periphery of the concept, expanding its meaning, which leads to semantic blurriness. Frequent use of the technique of concretization (narrowing of meaning) leads to the conclusion that in translation the image of loneliness is expressed to a lesser extent, due to the choice of lexemes with a less negative connotation and others with a narrower meaning. The desert is characterized through a desert of disappointment and oblivion; deserted streets, deserted ruins, a desert of mirages, a desert of loneliness, love, glory. Death – through mourning, desolation, cessation of communication, unbearable loneliness, oblivion, lack of response, immersion in loneliness, abandonment, melancholy, cyclicality and inseparability of death and loneliness, an endless labyrinth of loneliness, widowhood without death, damnation, isolation. | 6023 | The purpose of the article is the analysis and systematization of ordering constraints used for identifying the sequence of constituents in hendiadic (binomial) constructions. The object of the study is six groups of constraints that are tested on 562 binomials. The materials of the study are hendiadic units collected from the sources of various genres and dictionaries. The use of this material allows us to explore the concept of that many factors can play a role under the right conditions, including the semantic relationship between the items, metrical and other phonological properties of the possible orderings, and relative item frequency. Results and discussion. The ordering constraints that determine the sequence of constituents in binomials were previously studied haphazardly and only recently became the subject of quantitative analysis. The most comprehensive scientific researches in this regard are the works of Ya. Malkiel, W. Cooper and J. Ross, S. B Benor and R. Levy, as well as S. Mollin and H. Sauer and B. Schwan. As a result of the study, several groups of ordering constraints and their subgroups were classified and systematized. These groups of factors include semantic constraints, i.e. structuring elements according to the perception, logic, chronology, hierarchy, etc., phonological constraints, i.e. the properties of vowels and consonants. In addition, among these factors are also metric constraints, implying the peculiarities of the syllables in the studied constituents. The other ones are such constraints as translational, item frequency and synchronic variation of the order. Thus, basically, it can be concluded that the ordering constraints are not only subject to classification and systematization, but also have a clear hierarchy. To study how such symmetries are realised in the quantum theory we consider examples in 2 dimensions where vector-vector duality is replaced by scalar-scalar one. Using a "doubled" formulation, where elds and their momenta are treated on an equal footing and the duality becomes a manifest symmetry of the action (at the expense of Lorentz symmetry), we argue that the corresponding on-shell quantum effective action or S-matrix are duality symmetric as well as Lorentz invariant. | 6040 | The article examines the influence of the city newspaper’s discourse on the system of the evaluative means having the specificity determined by the memorial and local historical function of the regional edition. Semantic and stylistic analysis of the materials of the newspaper “Kuznetskiy rabochiy” (Novokuznetsk) linked to the local historical dominant “F. M. Dostoevsky in Kuznetsk” shows that the meliorative contexts prevail. Due to the semantic and stylistic analysis of the evaluative contexts participating in the representation of the examined local historical dominant, it is possible to identify two connected components of the value content: the Kuznetsk events in the writer’s life as the cultural heritage of the city and F. M. Dostoevsky’s contribution to the culture. The first component is more concretized, while the second component, which is the base of the first one from the logical point of view, is presented by the repeated periphrases and appendices characterizing F. M. Dostoevsky as an artist in the general meliorative (normative) aspect. The materials not linked to the local historical dominant “F. M. Dostoevsky in Kuznetsk” present the great writer’s contribution to the Russian and world culture in a more multidimensional way. The memorial and local historical function of the regional edition determines, primarily, the ethical evaluation actualization; however, it interacts with other types of the evaluation as well – teleological, normative, and aesthetic ones. During the realization of such topics as the importance of F. M. Dostoevsky’s stay for Kuznetsk, the preservation of the memory of this stay, the value of the contact with the spiritual space of the memory, the emotional and expressive means are constantly used in the evaluative contexts. The emotional and expressive intensity of the contexts increases together with the role of the ethical evaluation. In the examined newspaper materials, the topic of the preservation of cultural memory is the central one among the topics representing the hyper-topic of Dostoevsky’s stay in Kuznetsk as the cultural heritage of the city. Particularly, it is presented not only by the meliorative pole but also by the pejorative one actualizing the topic of cultural oblivion. Pejorative contexts are not isolated; they are used in correlation with the meliorative ones, which, due to such means as contrast, increases the pragmatic effect. Prevailing of the meliorative contexts in the representation of the local historical dominant “F. M. Dostoevsky in Kuznetsk” confirms the sustainable ideals of the regional community and the stable range of the materially embodied values discussed in the city newspaper. | 6041 | The present paper is devoted to a little-known XVI-century piece of linguistic writing – the comparative grammar of Italian and Spanish (“Il paragone della lingua toscana et castigliana”, “The comparison of Tuscan and Castilian languages”, 1560) by Giovanni Mario Alessandri, a Naples-born courtier. The grammar was meant both for the Spanish nobles eager to learn Italian and for the Italians who pursued a career at the Spanish court. In many ways “Il paragone” stands apart from the bulk of the Italian grammatical treatises of that epoch. Alessandri does not cite classic authors like Boccaccio or Petrarch to support theoretical points although it is on such XIV-century literary basis that the Italian language norm is based. The grammar contains a number of interesting comments of sociolinguistic nature, like those regarding social hierarchy and its impact on language use (the use of “Vostra Signoria”, for instance). It also gives an idea of how the ideology of Counter-Reformation could influence grammaticography in the Romance world (hence the frequent appeals to the authority of Catholic church – quite a queer feature for a grammatical treatise). G. M. Alessandri’s views on language have much in common with those of B. Castiglione, G. Trissino and other XVI-century Italian theorists of “courtly” language. | 6048 | Introduction. The article is devoted to military collocations as a variety of terminological collocations limited to the sphere of military and military political discourse. The combinatorial semantic analysis of collocations with the component hybrid, extracted from military political texts published on the official website of NATO has been carried out in the article. The research novelty of the paper is in describing of variety of terminological collocations, in particular military collocations. The aim is to carry out combinatorial semantic analysis of collocations with the component hybrid in the English military political discourse. Material and methods. The main methods of the research are combinatorial semantic analysis, continuous sampling method, as well as frequency analysis. The material of the research was texts of speeches of NATO Secretary General (74 contexts), dictionaries of collocations and English explanatory dictionaries. Results of discussion. Based on the analysis of theoretical material on the nature of terminological collocations, military collocations as one of the subtypes of terminological collocations functioning in military political discourse have been identified and described. Depending on the presence or absence of a term in the collocation, two subtypes of military collocations have been distinguished: military terminological collocations and military collocations of terms. The main difference between military terminological collocations and military collocations of terms is that in military collocations of terms both the node and the collocation is the term. Military collocations of terms have a rich combinatorial potential and can be considered as polythematic units of language, because the node and collocate are a combination of different thematic areas (military and biosphere) in such collocations. The combinatorial potential of military terminological collocations with the component hybrid is limited by the context in case the node does not belong to the military sphere. Conclusion. As a result it is argued that the formation of military collocations of terms with the component hybrid is based on iterative sema while military terminological collocations are formed on the basis of a common classeme.
