In the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) in the system of secondary education, the training of future teachers in lessons planning is substantially updated and acquires special significance. Teachers that carry out this training should take into account and critically comprehend both positive innovations and shortcomings in the standards, be able to scientifically interpret them, explain to students the possibilities of minimizing the methodological shortcomings of FSES; know contemporary scientific and practical achievements on problems of planning lessons in a specific subject area; to apply methodically adequate and effective methods of training on planning. This article is devoted to teaching the planning of a foreign language lesson in the context of FSES as a scientific-methodical problem. Some critical remarks concerning FSES are mentioned; the results of methodical studies on the implementation of foreign language education in the context of FSES are summarized, the scientific-methodical problems of teaching the planning of the foreign language lesson in accordance with the requirements of FSES in the framework of methodical training are described, and the tasks of this training on ensuring the quality of training for lesson planning are formulated. A comparative analysis of the effect brassinolide (BL) on the morphogenesis of the etiolated seedlings of nontransgenic (SR1) and three transgenic monoinsertion lines (IL18 № 7-1, IL18 № 7-11, and IL18 № 28-3) of Nicotiana tabacum L. on the early stages of ontogenesis was carry out. BL (10–6 M) significantly inhibited the growth of root and hypocotyl as at the non-transgenic, so and the genetically modified plants. The inhibitory effect of BL for all studied plant object decreased by lower concentration. The difference in the growth responses of etiolated seedlings for three transgenic and non-transgenic lines caused by exogenous BL was detected.

This article is devoted to the theoretical and experimental aspects of the investigation of the self-management ability as the criterion of the personal-professional development of the students during their education in pedagogical higher school, to the investigation of the formation of personality who is directed to high professional achievements in education, to professional self-development and self-actualization. Self-management ability is interpreted as the goaldirected self-change or as the management of the human activity forms such as communication, behavior, activity, emotional experience (N. Peysakhov). Statistical analysis of the data obtained in the ascertaining step permitted to identify the significant differences, allowing to define the psychological characteristics of personal-professional development of pedagogical high school students with different levels of self-management ability. It is necessary for the students with low levels to form a horizontal self-management structure, which includes the eight stages: analysis of contradictions, forecasting, goalsetting, formation of criteria, quality assessment, making decision, monitoring, correction. The author makes an attempt to make a share of contribution to the research of the pivotal component of the problem of civic population evacuation – the evacuation of population from Stalingrad and the accommodation of the evacuees at the Siberian land. The article shows the peculiarities and hardships of the situation of the city of Stalingrad, which became the centre of evacuation processes in the South of the country due to its geographical and economical situation, transport development. The paper gives the analysis of the reasons for the belatedness of the mass evacuation held in the city, evacuation of the highly qualified cadres and their families, the ways of solving complex problems of accommodation of the arrivals form Stalingrad in Siberia. The paper makes a special emphasis on the issue as the specialists from Stalingrad arrived in order to build the large plant Transmash, which was to produce diesel engines for tanks, the production of which had been terminated at the Stalingrad Tractor Plant. The papers shows the system of measures undertaken for solving this accommodation problem, highlights that it required the development of the special plan, creation of staging points, organizations of food, medical and social services, mobilization of transport organizations. In spite of many hardships the task of providing the arrived people and their families with living accommodations was solved.

A geometrical covariant definition of the variation of conserved quantities is introduced for Lagrangian field theories, suitable for both metric and affine gravitational theories. When this formalism is applied to the Hilbert Lagrangian we obtain a covariant definition of the Hamiltonian (and consequently a definition of the Energy) for a gravitational system The definition of the variation of Energy depends on boundary conditions one imposes. Different boundary conditions are introduced to define different energies: the gravitational heat (corresponding to Neumann boundary conditions) and the Brown-York quasilocal energy (corresponding to Dirichlet boundary conditions) for a gravitational system. An analogy between the behavior of a gravitational system and a macroscopical thermodynamics system naturally arises and relates control modes for the thermodynamical system with boundary conditions for the gravitational system. This geometrical and covariant framework enables one to define entropy of gravitational systems, wnich results to be a geometric quantity with well-defined cohomological properties arising from the obstruction to foliate spacetimes into spacelike hypersurfaces. This definition of gravitational entropy turns out to be very general: it can be generalized to causal horizons and multiple-horizon spacetimes and applied to define entropy for more exotic singular solutions of Einstein field equations. The same definition results also to be well-suited in higher dimensions and in the case of alternative gravitational theories.

In the Yeniseian languages modifying words are distinguished as a single class, in which items display similar functional (they attribute nouns and verbs) and have the same morphological characteristics (they are non-inflected in the attributive function and inflected in the predicative function). The class of modifying words is represented by three big semantic groups: temporal, local and qualitative modifiers. The article will provide a classification of qualitative modifiers in the Yeniseian languages: Ket, Jugh and Kott.
