Potanin’s opinion concerning the necessity of reforming people’s education in Russia at the end of the XIXth – beginning of the XXth centuries is of great interest and actuality. The problems of education are on the first place in the past and present time. G.N. Potanin considered that the main idea of reforming Russian schools in the end of the XIXth-beginning of the XXth centuries should be patriotic education of Russian students. As a solution Potanin proposed to introduce the subject “rodinovedenie” (leaning about the country – Russia) in the school schedule. The main result of this reform should be the political stability in Russia. The October revolution and the Civil War in Russia in the beginning of the 20th century showed the truthfulness of G.N. Potanin’s views in this question.

The morphological structure of the above-ground part of the cane areas of the plant 24 local populations Hedysarum gmelinii Ledeb., grown in the Mountainous Altai and Khakassia, was studied. A complex adaptive morphological traits and the degree of influence of the factor of adaptation of plants to different heights above sea level (from 300 to 2200 m ) on their variability in plants of this species are revealed. According to variance and regression analyses, adjusting to the increasing height above sea level in H. gmelinii inhibition of the intercalary meristem growth is shown. When climbing structure shoots varies significantly, but the transformation in plants is minor. The changes in above-ground parts of shoots ensure the preservation of particular role in cenosis and reproductive capacity, together with other peculiarities of structure in plants H. gmelinii in mountain conditions.

Hydrosphere is the most ancient part of biosphere the further development of which is directed to the settling of aerial surroundings and lithosphere cover by organisms. This main track was assumed as a basis of partition of development history into three periods such as hydrozemic, atmozemic and lithozemic ones. Each period is accompanied by respective trend of soil formation, for example hydrozemic period corresponds with underwater soil formation and atmozemic and lithozemic ones to swamp and land respectively. The paper deals with the analysis of opioid receptors, their endogenous and synthetic agonists in the formation of resistance to acute hypoxia. The article proves that stimulation of opioid receptors is normally accompanied by a neuroprotective effect in acute hypoxia. It also studies the role of different types of opioid receptors in the implementation of the adaptation protective effect to hypoxia. Mechanisms opioids activity, the role of cAMP, cGMP, nitric oxide, inositol triphosphate, K+ - and Ca2 + -channels in implementation of agonists effects of opioid receptors are analysed. Opioidergic mechanisms of the reactions that increase the resistance to hypoxia are described.

The paper considers the retrospective features of filling the concept of “literacy” and their influence on the formation of the concept of “methodological literacy”. The purpose of the article is to define the reading strategy with the help of which the development of skills in foreign language reading on the basis of independent educational-cognitive activities of the the technical University students will be most effective. Therefore, it is proposed to classify reading strategies from the point of view of development of the relevant skills. The results of the study allow us to conclude, that teaching reading on the basis of independent educational-cognitive activity using reading strategies, determines the behavior in the learning process of both a teacher and a student: increases activity of a student, enhances educational, stimulating role of a teacher. Mastering the strategies has a significant influence on the formation of students’ abilities to independently acquire knowledge from different sources of information. The practical significance lies in the fact that the results can be used in teaching reading in different languages for teaching students of non-linguistic specialties. The classification of reading strategies will help the teacher in rational planning of the process of foreign language reading, organize learning strategies in the form of progression, according to the didactic principle of availability, move «from simple to complex», which contributes to the most efficient achieving the purpose of reading and learning a foreign language.

Introduction. The concept of a toponym as a marker of the geographical space and the role of toponymy in the scientific system are revealed. The role of the toponym included as a component of the phraseological unit and the cultural value of these idioms are determined. The relevance of the research, its purpose and novelty are substantiated. Material and methods. The research material is the phraseological units of the modern English language with a toponym as a component (213 units). The methods of the study are the statistical method and the method of the linguacultural analysis. Results and discussion. Toponymic phraseological units reflect and verbalize the various segments of the objective reality including the material and spiritual world of a personality. Toponymic phraseological units reveal a person’s attitude to the reality surrounding him/her, a person’s attitude to the people near him/her and the attitude to self. They also analyze the external and internal aspects of the personality, focusing the view on the appearance of a man or woman, on his/her voice, on gait, on mental state of mind, on the moral qualities and the character of a personality. The image of a personality creating by phraseological units can be positive or negative one. Conclusion. Any toponym (especially if it belongs to the “native” culture) has a national identity. It reflects (except the historical, territorial and geographical peculiarities of the nation), the national mentality, character, and specific features of the people’s life. The English phraseological units with a toponym as a component reflect the national identity as well. These idioms are divided into two large groups: 1) those which show the material comforts of the everyday life and 2) those which tell us about the inward habits of the people. Toponymic phraseological units of the second group include six subgroups. Subgroups including the idioms reflecting the people’s attitude to the social reality and to the other people prevail.

In peat soil number of the microorganisms assimilating organic and mineral forms of nitrogen, their parity, production СО2, correlating with number of given microorganisms, a cellulose mineralization are defined by a number of factors: a hydrothermal mode, presence of nutrients in the form of NPK and spontaneously present at peat N-NH3, a competition from plants at assimilation of nutrients. Results of definition of number of microorganisms methods of direct consideration under a microscope and crops on nutrient mediums have the alternative character, confirming opinion that number of microorganisms not always reflects their activity. Higher indicators of biological activity in residual peat under grown up cereal grasses, in comparison with a native soil, testify to an intensification in it of destructive processes

Facetious works of Russian religious philosopher are made within the scope of aesthetics of nonsense; they correspond with D. Andreev’s “The latest Plutarch”. The poetics of nonsense is inseparably linked with the general philosophical conception of thinkers; its central arguments are parodied in the artistic trial. In the article parody and autoparody, transformation of poetics of nonsense and its connection with absurdity, black humour phenomenon are analyzed.

The revealed extrinsic conditions make the core of autonomy-oriented type of administrative control, which allows teacher’s being a self-regulating actor through taking control of his professional activity and developing positive type of perceived teacher autonomy.

In Russia now the social policy concerning disabled people considerably improves. The special relevance is gained by the programs of development of disabled people’s complex medico-social rehabilitation. Complex rehabilitation increases the level of the host functionality, promotes recovery of the social communications lost because of chronic diseases. The social and pedagogical component of complex rehabilitation motivates chronic patients with violations of the motive sphere to daily occupations with adaptive physical culture. Work therapy as a means of adaptive physical culture can positively influence a social rehabilitations of persons with Parkinson disease. Parkinson’s disease is one of the reasons for invalidization and disability of mature agepersons. The main symptoms of a disease are motive violations and cognitive frustrations. The application of rational work therapy in a complex with pharmacotherapy, a dietotherapy, physiotreatment improves a psycho-functional state, household adaptation and socialization of patients with parkinsonism at late stages of disease.

The article deals with the concept of a text task and its role in the mathematics course of primary school. The peculiarities and objectives of the mathematics lesson in a correctional school of the VIII type are revealed. The main contradictions that confirm the formulation of the problem of forming skills to solve text tasks by younger students with disabilities (for example mental retardation) are identified. Difficulties of building a simple reasoning when performing mathematical tasks by younger pupils of the correctional school are analyzed. Allocated and justified psychological and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the optimal formation of skills in solving text tasks by pupils with developmental delays. It describes the steps of the joint work of a teacher and a child on solving text tasks as tools for the most effective assimilation of trainees and educational programs and inclusive spaces in the educational institution. Considers the features of modeling in the process of solving constituent problems and general methods of teaching primary school children with delays in development of the solution of text tasks. Modeling is presented as an open co-reflexive actions of all participants of educational space. In the review of literature on the research topic selected educational material for analysis. Makes practical recommendations on solving and composing text tasks for teachers of correctional schools. The positive results of the work done.

Introduction. The problem of improving the quality of education actualizes the issues of assessment and development of the educational conditions in educational organizations in order to ensure the equal educational opportunities for all students. Material and methods. We used the SACERS international scales for studying the educational environment in Moscow schools. Located in eight areas of Moscow 58 structural units of educational complexes (sample) took part in the survey. Results and discussion. Such items as interaction between the parents, the teachers and the administration of the school, the variability of the education programs and extracurricular activities, good conditions for the professional teachers’ development showed the great result. At the same time, there are some confines in providing the necessary conditions for training and development for the students with special educational needs. It was established that schools differ in providing equal educational conditions. The greatest differences are in such components of the educational environment as the organization of extracurricular activities, additional education and the subject environment for various types of activities, the creation of conditions for training and development of the students with special educational needs. Schools with a higher quality index of the educational environment have homogeneous educational conditions that provide relatively equal access to the quality education in comparison with the group of schools with a lower quality index of the educational environment. Conclusion. The quality of the educational environment in Moscow schools achieved in the participants’ interaction in the educational process, the organization of the educational process and the creation of the conditions for the professional development for teachers.

It was studied the features of development of Amaranthus tricolor L. sorts of Valentin in the conditions of root hypoxia and possible ways of biochemical adaptation of assimilatory vehicle. As far as the increase of term of submergence there was braking of processes of height and development, maintenance of proteins diminished in leaves and, simultaneously, the amount of low-molecular antioxidants of amaranthin and ascorbic acid changed. Found out activating of enzymes of cycle of tricarboxylic acids (malate dehydrogenase), glycolysis and fermentation (alcohol dehydrogenase) and oxidizing pentose phosphate cycle (glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase) in leaves both after short-term and the protracted anaerobiosis. It was demonstrated, that adaptation to the root anaerobiosis connect with changes of activity of enzymes of different respiratory tracts and work of the antioxidant systems in photosynthetic leaves.
