In this paper ab initio HONDO calculations of SnCI4, SbCI5 and TiCI4 with H2S complexes have been per¬formed. All 35CI-NQR frequencies for above-men¬tioned nv-complexes are obtained by ab initio calcula¬tions. It was shown that ab initio calculations might be useful for the appropriate interpretation of experimen¬tal NQR frequencies. The optimized geometry of the complexes has been used to calculate the quadruple coupling constants, the ionization potentials, the MO composition and the orbit¬al energies for each of the compounds investigated. Our calculations have been pointed out that TiCI4, SnCI4 and SbCI5 complexes are somewhat stabilized. The most stable complex is SbCI5 that is in a good agreement with the experimental data. The stability of the complexes depends both on the stabilization of the occupied donor molecular levels and the vacant ac¬ceptor and donor levels.

In QCD a non-perturbative effect is essential in low energy phenomena. A usual perturbative procedure loses its validity. A four-fermion interaction model is used to evaluate the low energy phenomena for quarks and gluons. Since the four-fermion interaction is nonrenormalizable, the results depend on the regularization parameter in four spacetime dimensions. Here we show the possibility to eliminate the regularization parameter dependence for some of physical observables.

The MSSM with right-handed neutrino supermultiplets, gauged B−L symmetry and a non-vanishing sneutrino expectation value is the minimal theory that spontaneously breaks R-parity and is consistent with the bounds on proton stability and lepton number violation. This minimal B − L MSSM can have a colored/charged LSP, of which a stop LSP is the most amenable to observation at the LHC. We study the R-parity violating decays of a stop LSP into a bottom quark and charged leptons – the dominant modes for a generic “admixture” stop. A numerical analysis of the relative branching ratios of these decay channels is given using a wide scan over the parameter space. The fact that R-parity is violated in this theory by a vacuum expectation value of a sneutrino links these branching ratios directly to the neutrino mass hierarchy. It is shown how a discovery of bottom-charged lepton events at the LHC can potentially determine whether the neutrino masses are in a normal or inverted hierarchy, as well as determining the θ23 neutrino mixing angle. Finally, present LHC bounds on these leptoquark signatures are used to put lower bounds on the stop mass.

Polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activity was determined in virgin peat deposit (3 m) and residual eutrophic peat (1 m) under permanent grasses in microfield experiment. Enzyme activity in virgin soil was determined through the thickness (0–100 cm); in residual peat – up to 60 cm deep – at the beginning of observations (1993), and through the profile – in subsequent terms (2002 and 2008). While the ratio «polyphenol oxidase activity: peroxidase activity» was approximately equal to 1, that could point to the relational balance of the processes of synthesis and decay of humic substances – both in virgin and reclamated peat of investigated ecosystem.

In recent decades, the internationalization of higher education has become one of the main trends influenced by the development of globalization processes. In this context, the internationalization is becoming one of the key components for the development of higher education, which is essential to hold leading positions in world university rankings. The article is focused on the influence of internationalization on the modern higher school, defines the relevant competencies of university research and teaching staff, connected with the ability to collaborate with other universities in international context, to develop and conduct joint research and educational projects, to design and implement unique educational programs. The experience of Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) in the field of faculty professional development focused on the development of this set of competencies is presented. The connection between the competencies and the indicators of TPU “road map” is stated. Based on the letters and memoirs of N. V. Shelgunov, V. O. Kovalevsky, N. G. Chernyshevsky and modern critical works, the phenomenon of emergence of marriage of convenience in Russia is considered. Untypical family models with a new attitude towards women are being investigated. The gender approach reveals a gradual change in the public consciousness of the role of women in the family and society. The article analyzes historical preconditions for the emergence of such a cultural phenomenon as marriage of convenience. The real implementation of the theory of “reasonable egoism”, proclaimed by N. G. Chernyshevsky in the novel “What Is to Be Done?”, is being studied. On the examples of family life of M. A. Obrucheva – P. I. Bokov, L. P. Mikhaelis – N. V. Shelgunov, S. V. Kovalevskaya – V. O. Kovalevsky and others, the fate of the participants of the love experiment can be traced. In the opinion of N. G. Chernyshevsky and his followers, a woman in marriage should not only obtain equal with a man rights, but also freedom. She can control her feelings. At the same time, men are liberators, by means of marriage helping a woman to avoid domestic despotism or giving an opportunity to get an education. In Russia the model of behavior of a noble man was conditioned by his desire to take responsibility for a woman, deprived of the civil rights by the society. N. G. Chernyshevsky showed what a decent person in Russia should do, without going beyond the framework of “reasonable egoism”. That is, in the conditions of social injustice, a man had to make up and give a woman what she did not receive from the society. The model of the noble altruistic behavior of a man firmly entered the consciousness and was developed by the part of the youth who shared the ideas of radicalism.

Improving the level of mathematical education of people is an actual task, which is set today by the state and is solved by the professional pedagogical community, including teachers of mathematics in higher school. An effective method to solve the main task of increasing mathematical competence and its accompanying tasks of development of general cultural competencies of students is the use of interactive forms of teaching, the essence of which is teaching in dialogue. The article deals with the nature, objectives and principles of interactive methods of teaching. The analysis of scientific works of teachers-researchers showed that teaching of higher mathematics does not use such interactive forms as collective teaching and their corresponding methods. It is collective teaching that allow the teaching process to be both active and interactive in cases, where the content of the teaching material does not even have a professional orientation. For collective teaching you can observe all those characteristics that are inherent to interactive teaching – dialogue, mental activity, ground, freedom of choice, creating a situation of success, reflection. The article deals with the nature, principles and methods of collective teaching. Organizational and methodological support of teaching on various topics using the methods of collective teaching has been developed. The efficiency of collective teaching in higher mathematics using the method of interchange of tasks, designed for the primary study of typical tasks due to the work of students in pairs of shift composition. Particular attention is paid to the description of the organizational and methodological support for conducting classes. A long-term pedagogical experiment aimed at identifying the effectiveness of interactive studies in higher mathematics at a technical college in comparison with traditional studies has been conducted. The article describes the stages of the experiment and its results. The results of the experiment were processed using statistical methods and qualitative indicators obtained during the monitoring of the teaching process.

This article deals with comparing the intervocalic consonants in two Samojedish languages: the Baj dialect of the Enets language and in the language of the Avam Nganasans; Accept these two languages there are more two Samojedish once – Selcup and Nenets. These four languages are widely used by the aborigines living in the north of Russia. But there is a danger of disappearing these languages (Enets, Nganasan, Selcup and Nenets), because the young generation speak these languages less and less. And that is why investigating these languages are necessary and urgent; peculiarities of the Enets and Nganasan languages are displayed in the system of phonetic and transcription. The studying issues of these languages and their forms (dialects, idioms) mentioned above as well as the degree of their genetic relevance are in the focus of the attention. The phonetic systems of the Avam Nganasans’ language and the Baj dialect of the Enets language are the subject to be analyzed, thereby giving us the proof of homogeneity of the focused Samoyedic languages.

Due to technological progress and information technology our quality of life is improving, but at the same time the energy of person is significantly reducing. As a result, the health of younger generation is under the threat. The university system of physical activity sets the goal to prepare specialists, who are able to develop independently, based on a continual education. Creating stable motives is a necessary part for any education. Motivation for sport participation is a motor, which influences the level of activity in this area of interest, its direction and regularity. The questionnaire was used to determine the students’ motives for sport participation in the Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU). The analysis of motives for sport participation provided some results. This analysis provided that an unstable motive for sports participation is manifested in students’ priority to find fun during the lesson; underestimation of health; the large attention to the weight; small quantity of motors, unformed cognitive motives; the deficiency of an optimal level of knowledge. The study revealed that the favorable psychological atmosphere in the classroom; the understanding of the thirdyear respondents that they need to be enroll in physical activity; striving for improving life performance through physical activity and enjoyment by the classes are main advantages of the system of physical activity in TPU. This data collection indicates the need to rank among the top eight motives by underlying two main motives from each group to determine the motivational complex, which characterizes the efficiency of students’ physical education and its focus on the future.

Essay works of M. M. Prishvin “In the land of never frightened birds” and “Magic bun” are considered within the framework study of the Northern text of Russian literature. The image of the Northern forest, created by the writer in these works, is capacious and complex, with mythopoetic symbolism. The art space of the forest in the works combines the real space-geographical and mythological spaces. Forest landscapes have deep mythopoetic framework, based on important Prishvin’s idea the one, indissoluble relationship and mutual reversibility between man and natural world surrounding him. The interconversion of man and nature creates perspective of a mythological panorama. In the analyzed description of the works of Mikhail Prishvin are found archetypal motives and mythologems that contribute to the mythopoetic creation of the topos of the forest. The mythmaking by M. Prishvin is a special way of mastering and cognition of the world, intuitive- natural communion with the basis of existance.

The article discusses the trends in information and communications technology that promote the formation of the open pedagogy, the subjects of which are not only teachers and students, but also other stakeholders (experts, consultants, Internet content curators, etc.). The possible ways to form the theoretical basis and the necessary institutional conditions for everyday educational activities of the pupils (students, working professionals, retirees) are determined. Offered a possible model of the open pedagogic environment related to social, technological and ecological environment. Highlighted the link between educational space, educational environment and personal educational spheres in global education space. The necessity of teaching evaluation for didactic characteristics of total mobile connectivity, hybrid (virtual and augmented) reality, "brain-computer interfaces" and other innovative technologies, and the impact of the digital reality on the identity of the person, to his way of thinking and lifestyle is showed. From the point of view of the open pedagogy-andragogy, the State should define the overall framework for educational space-regulation, level organization forms of institutional education, and professional standards. In this space can operate educational services providers of various ranks: normative authorized educational institutions (public and private schools, lyceums, colleges, institutes and universities) business (consulting, expert, training etc.) institutions, volunteer associations, professionally oriented hybrid organization types, accompanying public education. The necessity of pedagogical evaluation of not only didactic characteristics of total mobile connectivity, virtual and augmented reality, brain-computer interfaces and other innovative technologies, but also the influence of digital reality on personality, his thinking and way of life, is grounded.

Larina Mariya Borisovna IMAGE COMPONENTS CORRELATION OF THE CONCEPT TRADITION AND ANTICONCEPT FASHION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 8 (197). P. 14-20

The article deals with the problem of «concept» and «anticoncept» relations by the example of concepts TRADITION and FASHION in the English world picture. Concept and anticoncept are interrelated and interconnected. The relations between them and a metaconcept domain are similar to those of hyponyms and a hyperonym but not absolutely identical. Therefore, concept and anticoncept relations shouldn’t be described in terms of antonymy, because these two mental representations are not simply contrasted to each other. They have integrative and distinctive features that can be restored by different means, including association experiment. A study of association links can help in modeling the structure of the concept. The resulting verbal associations reflect the conceptual signs of the concepts TRADITION and FASHION, indicate a deep rootedness in the consciousness of the English cultural stereotypes which are a figurative representation of what is traditional and what is fashionable. The full spectrum of obtained associations allows to speak about the specifics of the conceptual connections in the consciousness of English-speakers. On the basis of the association experiment data analysis, it is proposed to treat concepts TRADITION and FASHION as concept and anticoncept correspondingly and to determine them as interrelated and interconnected oppositions included in the same metaconcept domain VALUES and forming its poles.

Introduction. The content of school subjects is the most important factor in the intellectual development of students. Accordingly, the question arises about the requirements for a modern textbook in the framework of the psychodidactic approach. The aim of the article is to develop a typology of developing educational texts aimed at enriching various forms of mental experience of students. Material and methods. The study was based on the analysis of the psychological characteristics of the intellectual education of students in the framework of the psychodidactic approach, based on the psychological and pedagogical substantiation of the polyfunctionality of modern educational mathematics materials. Results and discussion. The concept of developing educational text is introduced. The specificity of developing educational texts lies in the fact that they, being a projection of the structure of scientific mathematical knowledge, at the same time, firstly, ensure the formation of the main components of a student’s mental experience (including cognitive, conceptual, metacognitive and intentional experience) and, secondly, create conditions for the manifestation and formation of individual cognitive styles of students. Such an educational text should be built as some multidimensional semantic space (hypertext), its structure, along with its “core” (certain subject information), includes context and subtext. The typology of developing educational texts (the study of school mathematics) developed on the basis of the ontological theory of intelligence is presented. Examples of educational texts of different types in the course of mathematics of the basic school are given. Conclusion. The implementation of a complex of developing educational texts creates conditions for increasing the level of understanding of educational mathematical material and the growth of intellectual resources of students by enriching the main components of their mental (mental) experience – cognitive, conceptual, metacognitive, intentional (emotional-evaluative).

Comparative evaluation of modifi cations in the biological and social criteria for long-term partner selection in representations of female junior university students and specialized school students was conducted. Both groups studied revealed discrepancies between biological and social components of selection. Female considered more attractive masculine men in the context of long-term partnership. At the same time, they expected at masculine male behavioural pattern that was not distinctive for masculine males.

In the present paper the possibility of measuring general relativistic effects on the orbits of the inner Jupiter’s satellites are discussed. We consider for Amalthea J5 the question if the PN components of orbital precession can be isolated from the far larger Newtonian precession. The results of several numerical simulations have shown that all larger contributions of Newtonian perturbations can be modeled and subtracted out.

The idea of creation the model of training future mathematics’ teacher for the formation of the students’ universal educational actions in the context of reflexive approach technology is revealed. A detailed analysis of different approaches to the design of the pedagogical models is done. The expediency of a choice of synergetic paradigm and its principles as a methodological basis of creating a model of training the future teachers of mathematics for the formation of the students’ universal educational actions in the context of reflexive approach technology is proved. The importance of the process of self-governing development in modern education, a system-forming factor and mechanism of which is the reflection is emphasized. It is suggested that as a structural unit of the process of training of future teachers of mathematics the reflection macrocycle should be used. The process of preparation of future teachers of mathematics is considered as the progress of the macrocycles. Structural unit of the macro cycle of reflection is a microcycle of reflection, which allows to describe the organization of educational process in a pedagogical University at a particular lesson, taking into account the principles of synergetic. Model creation proves the expediency of use of the methodological principles of synergetics. The article defines a structural unit of the process of training of future mathematics’ teachers as the reflection macrocycle, and the educational process of training of future mathematics’ teachers as the reflection microcycle.

The article describes the specifics of training of Chinese students of physical and technical profile to the perception of authentic material in the specialty using training innovative manuals. Tackling language material for the manual was due to educational and professional activities of students, peculiarities of the technical communication. The paper analyses figurative expressions with the denomination “bread” in the French and Russian languages. Figurative expressions of a language serve as an important source for getting information about national world perception because they reflect the spiritual and material culture in the language. The choice for figurative expressions with the components representing food is explained by the fact that food is one of the most vivid elements of national culture which is connected with the native speakers’ understanding of their national specificity. Although the French and Russian cuisines have distinctive features, four products are archetypically significant for both cultures: bread, butter, milk and honey. Their denominations in both languages are very widely represented in figurative expressions. The image of bread is the most significant one in the French and Russian cultures; figurative expressions with this component in both languages are based on the archetype of bread as the symbol of life, well-being and wealth. We believe that for assessing the potential of a figurative expression of a language it is necessary to combine the linguoculturological analysis with the analysis of discursive realization of a studied linguistic unit in different types of discourse. Thus the French figural expression “avoir du pain sur la planche” was analyzed both linguoculturologically and discursively in three meanings. The results have shown that this expression is widely used in different types of modern discourse only in one of its meanings. The results prove that discursive realization is the key element for studying figurative expressions and it should become the key component for complex investigation of the figurative layer of a language.

Kolmogorova Anastasiya Vladimirovna, Varlamova Olga Nikolaevna PHONETIC AND PROSODIC FEATURES OF MOTHER’S SPEECH SPECIFIED BY THE SUTIATION OF AWAKING A CHILD // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 10 (187). P. 127-131

The following article studies phonetic and prosodic changes in mother’s speech. We consider that the situation of awaking a child preconditions these changes. We propose the role of a mother as socially relevant. Mother’s speech is an informational key to the system of a native language. Basing on Russian and the French language, we analyze qualitative and quantitative changes in consonants and vowels in lexical units of different parts of speech, as well as changes in tone and rate of mother’s utterances. We take into account such phonetic phenomena as longitude of a sound, palatalization of consonants, changes of values in tone. The changes of values in tone are illustrated by graphs. The material for analysis includes audio and video of recorded talk between mothers and their children (age from 0 to 10 months). The participants were divided into two groups: 1) Russian-speaking dyad “mother-child” (5 participants); 2) French-speaking dyad “mother-child” (4 participants). To undertake the analysis we applied computer software package for the scientific analysis of speech in phonetics called PRAAT. Resulting in setting minimal and maximal values in tone of analyzed utterances, correlation of longitude of a sound with tone and pragmatic meaning we conclude that these features of mother’s speech are universal for the situation of awaking a child.
