There was marked a consid¬erable contribution of Russian Academy of Education (Acad¬emy of Pedagogical Sciences) in the organization of psy¬chological and pedagogical research in Western Siberia. There were distinguished the main stages of the formation and the development of the Institute, from its foundation in 1988 as a branch of the Research Institute of Labor Train¬ing and Vocational Guidance (USSR Academy of Pedagogi¬cal Sciences) up to 2003. There was characterized a conception of the work and the development of Research Institute of Education in Sibe¬ria, Far East and North in the new social and economic con¬ditions, worked out by the scientific body of this Institute, assisted by the leading scientists and participants of the region and approved by the Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Education. The main ideas of this technology are: - exposing of the didactic difficulties; - organization of training exercises for development of special abilities (such as communicative abilities, imagination, different types of memory, etc. ); - organization of transitional exercises from development of special abilities to realization of studying activity in intensive conditions; - using of training exercises during the whole course; - using productive methods of teaching. The results of airpollution monitoring in towns of Republik of Khakasia demonstrate that the average annual concentration of benzapilene increased by 14,6 % in Abakan, 51% in Sayanogorsk and 24 % in Chernogorsk in 2002. 47,7 % of emissions fall to mototransport’s lot. The analysis of snow and soil by the method of gas chromatography and chromatography – mass spectrometry in the zones of blowout dispersion by the heat and power plant of «Khakasenergo» proved that the content of benzapilene in the blanket of snow is 4·10-5 mg /dm3, in the soil is 0,0010 mg /kg. The usage of different methods of atmospheric emission purification and technology of complete combustion of fuel contribute to the solution of enviromental problems. Every modern person is a part of the media communication in which a specific discursive ideology is formed. This type of ideology largely determines the worldview of contemporary members of discourse, and also forces prepared scenarios and behavioral patterns on the participants of communication. This ideological mindset has the influence on everyday life of members of discourse. The object of analysis of this research is discourse of radio. Studying the ways new discursive ideology is formed will allow us to reveal cognitive world models, which are reproduced in the discourse and to define the role of a discourse personality in creating the form and the content of the discourse of radio. The process of formation of new discursive ideology is reflected in the system if contemporary interactive genres. Discourse allows us to use a variety of factors while analyzing the ideology: mental, psychological, pragmatic, gender-based and others. Ideology is a result of the positioning of the subject in the discourse of radio and is revealed in the language organization of its existence, which requires a complex approach comprising all the aspects of the stated problem. Such methodology allows us to reveal the principles of discursive ideology formation and the models of speech behavior of the discourse personality; to determine the structural and functional peculiarities of new speech genres of the media-discourse and internal and external mechanisms of formation of the discursive worldview in the communicative space of the discourse of radio.

The article is focused on the separated syntactic constructions as a productive syntactic model which is used in the headlines of online quality press. The headlines from online archives of The Telegraph and The Independent dated back to 2015 and 2017 are used as the material for the study. The article is aimed at explaining the reasons for the use of the separated syntactic constructions in the headlines and singling out the main types of the separated syntactic constructions which are used in the headlines of online quality press. They are segmented constructions (binary separated constructions in which the segment (the first part) represents the main notion and the base (the second part) represents an utterance about the notion); joining constructions (syntactic complex containing two semantically connected utterances which are joining part and joined carrying some additional information); parcelled syntactic constructions (constructions containing the main part and parcelled part(s) which is (are) the rema of the headline separated by a punctuation mark); constructions with parenthesis (when structures of different syntactic levels (words, word combinations, predicate constructions or sentences) are included in the text of the headline to give a particular detail or to emphasize something); and separated syntactic constructions of mixed type (constructions of special type containing all above mentioned separated syntactic constructions as means of syntactic convergence). The article concludes that the separated syntactic constructions help to increase information content of the headline taking into consideration the peculiarities of online media and making the headline more expressive and attractive to the reader.

In this paper the content of “patience” and “tolerance” notions in the aspect of their national specificity is investigated. For such purpose these notions had been examined on the basis of estimation of connected with them phenomena, which were reflected in semantics of the Russian language units and short folklore texts. The paper states the issue of collecting information about the students’ achievements in foreign languages, which is part of the quality monitoring system in education, as a problem of importance for higher educational institutions in Russia. The effect of high pH values on the release of organic matter (OM) from mucks was investigated. This study was conducted on homoionic hydrogen forms of 7 mucks (Terric Histosols). Concentration of dissolved organic matter (DOM) released were determined colorimetrically at l=465 nm. Parameters Q2/6 and Q4/6 were calculated from spectra in visible region. The dissolution of soil OM was significantly affected by pH. The relationship could be satisfactorily described by the equation: DOM = 0.01Чexp(b1ЧpH). The b1 parameter quantified the DOM release process in relation to the changes in soil pH. The investigations proved correlations among W1, Q and b1 indexes.

All this evidences the viability of dystopian rootedness and tradition in modern literature.

The paper presents the optimization of the molecular geometry of metallocenes by two different density functionals. The resulting structural and spectral data are compared with the experimental values. The conclusion is based on the calculation method of the natural valence orbitals of the value of the magnitude of the donor-acceptor and dative interactions in the formation of metallocenes. Following the procedure of decomposion of the energy, the values of the ionic and covalent character of bonds between the metal and carbon atoms were calculated.
