Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux has following parameters: 1st quart1le/med1an/3rd quartile = 0.53/1.99/ 6.03 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Methane fluxes from bog lakes are close too, as in subta1ga they are estimated at tens and first hundreds of mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux in riam: 0.00 / 0.09 / 0.21 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. The density of energy flux of electromagnetic field generated by precessing magnetic dipole at arbitrary distance from the dipole is analyzed. It is shown that in the far field approximation only radial component of the Poynting vector exists, and it represents the intensity of radiation. In the near zone the Poynting vector has not only radial but also sufficient azimuth component. The pattern of field energy flux distribution is constructed. The obtained results can be used at research of dynamics of atmosphere of magnetized celestial bodies.

Сareful study of the rich experience of the Russian and Soviet higher schools is required in modern conditions of reforming the Russian educational system. Such a study will allow to take into account the mistakes of the past and to find the roots of modern problems, and also to formulate the most optimal ways of the current modernization. The need to study the dynamics of the development of the Soviet higher school is due to the scientific and historical relevance of the topic. Analysis of statistical data, archival records management showed that the development of higher education in the USSR in the 1970s and 1980s was ambiguous and contradictory. On the one hand, during this period there is an increase in the quantitative indicators of the output of specialists, the number of higher education institutions is increasing and the number of specialties is expanding. On the other hand, the system of higher education was subordinated to the needs and opportunities of the state planned economy. The state purposefully expanded the training of personnel for the extensive development of production. The growth in the number of specialists with higher education was achieved due to an increase in admission to correspondence and evening departments. Decrease in the financing of education by the end of the 1980s. gradually led to the obsolescence of the material and technical base of universities, to a decrease in prestige, both university professors and graduates who did not find a decent job in their specialty. All this deformed the system of higher education and adversely affected the development of the Soviet state and society.

The results of airpollution monitoring in towns of Republik of Khakasia demonstrate that the average annual concentration of benzapilene increased by 14,6 % in Abakan, 51% in Sayanogorsk and 24 % in Chernogorsk in 2002. 47,7 % of emissions fall to mototransport’s lot. The analysis of snow and soil by the method of gas chromatography and chromatography – mass spectrometry in the zones of blowout dispersion by the heat and power plant of «Khakasenergo» proved that the content of benzapilene in the blanket of snow is 4·10-5 mg /dm3, in the soil is 0,0010 mg /kg. The usage of different methods of atmospheric emission purification and technology of complete combustion of fuel contribute to the solution of enviromental problems. The article is devoted to variation of network terminology in Russian internet discourse. The research is based on data collected from the sources of internet communication devoted to network technologies. The following variation types are being described: syntactical, semantic, functional and stylistic as well as their varieties. The article describes the main reasons for network terminology variation on formal, semantic, functional and stylistic levels as well as the relationship of different variation types to the problem of word equality. As a result, the main reason for variation of professional items in computer network sublanguage was defined. It lies in the very process of borrowing specialized lexis into the Russian language as a result of professional international communication intensification. Inside the Internet discourse the variation of network terminology is one of the ways to change communication registers and showing the dynamics of this discourse.

The paper presents the optimization of the molecular geometry of metallocenes by two different density functionals. The resulting structural and spectral data are compared with the experimental values. The conclusion is based on the calculation method of the natural valence orbitals of the value of the magnitude of the donor-acceptor and dative interactions in the formation of metallocenes. The term “edutainment” is formed from two English words: “entertainment” and “education” and combines entertainment and learning. We understand edutainment as a special education technology, viewed as a complex of modern technical and didactic means of teaching, based on the concept of learning through entertainment. The main difference between edutainment and the modern paradigm of learning is that the subject is actively involved in the educational process. As a result of interaction between an informative and entertaining object and active in learning subject we obtain knowledge, abilities, skills, individual experience, subjective emotions. Edutainment technology tasks have to meet three pedagogical principles: the principle of theory with practice linking, the principle of consistency and the principle of accessibility. Edutainment technology has great potential in the organization of the learning process at the University. It is necessary to maintain a reasonable balance between education and entertainment. Tasks created to promote the interest, need to be balanced with activities to improve intelligence.

A comparative analysis of the following plays: Vampilov’s Last summer in Chulimsk and Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliette is conducted. The relevance of the paper is defined by revealing of contextual connections of works of the domestic playwright with the world literature. This direction is intensively developing in modern literary criticism; on the one hand, it defines continuity of the creative search, on the other hand, it defines the individual creative manner of the writer and his or her creative tasks. The analysis of the transformation of a Shakespearean plot shows the possibilities of polysemantic interpretation of the play of the modern playwright. The author of the article considers mechanisms of change of the subject scheme about a young couple in love, functions of the characters, typology of images of the characters. Unlike the writers underlining the presence of “another’s plot”, Vampilov creates extremely realistic works. Nevertheless, the system of subject motives (confession of love, compelled parting, an intercepted note, undesirable matchmaking, duel of contenders etc.) allows us to reconstruct an initial Shakespearean plot in Vampilov’s play, to reveal literary implied sense. An art strategy of the writer is the refusal of the direct following to the logic of the known plot, the use of recognised plot situations, details, remarks as initial for inversion development of the action and opposite motivation of heroes’ behaviour. It allows us to prove the internal creative reasons of occurrence of the second (final) edition of the play – the play with the new name and change of the tragic ending.
