Stepanyants K. V. NSVZ SCHEME AND THE REGULARIZATION BY HIGHER DERIVATIVES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 238-242

The NSVZ scheme is constructed in all orders for the renormalization group functions defined in terms of the renormalized coupling constant for Abelian N = 1 supersymmetric theories regularized by higher derivatives. For the other renormalization prescriptions the scheme-independent consequences of the NSVZ relation are investigated. It is explained, why for the renormalization group functions defined in terms of the bare coupling constant the NSVZ relation is valid for all renormalization prescriptions in the case of using the higher derivative regularization.

Due to technological progress and information technology our quality of life is improving, but at the same time the energy of person is significantly reducing. As a result, the health of younger generation is under the threat. The university system of physical activity sets the goal to prepare specialists, who are able to develop independently, based on a continual education. Creating stable motives is a necessary part for any education. Motivation for sport participation is a motor, which influences the level of activity in this area of interest, its direction and regularity. The questionnaire was used to determine the students’ motives for sport participation in the Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU). The analysis of motives for sport participation provided some results. This analysis provided that an unstable motive for sports participation is manifested in students’ priority to find fun during the lesson; underestimation of health; the large attention to the weight; small quantity of motors, unformed cognitive motives; the deficiency of an optimal level of knowledge. The study revealed that the favorable psychological atmosphere in the classroom; the understanding of the thirdyear respondents that they need to be enroll in physical activity; striving for improving life performance through physical activity and enjoyment by the classes are main advantages of the system of physical activity in TPU. This data collection indicates the need to rank among the top eight motives by underlying two main motives from each group to determine the motivational complex, which characterizes the efficiency of students’ physical education and its focus on the future.

Elementary number theory as a school mathematics section is an essential part of professional preparation of a mathematics teacher. The paper is devoted to the role of elementary number theory as a component of professional preparation of a modern mathematics teacher in the context of competence approach. Essay works of M. M. Prishvin “In the land of never frightened birds” and “Magic bun” are considered within the framework study of the Northern text of Russian literature. The image of the Northern forest, created by the writer in these works, is capacious and complex, with mythopoetic symbolism. The art space of the forest in the works combines the real space-geographical and mythological spaces. Forest landscapes have deep mythopoetic framework, based on important Prishvin’s idea the one, indissoluble relationship and mutual reversibility between man and natural world surrounding him. The interconversion of man and nature creates perspective of a mythological panorama. In the analyzed description of the works of Mikhail Prishvin are found archetypal motives and mythologems that contribute to the mythopoetic creation of the topos of the forest. The mythmaking by M. Prishvin is a special way of mastering and cognition of the world, intuitive- natural communion with the basis of existance.

Ontology is a knowledge about world as a whole. Union of ontology and science put some limitations on ontology, that are caused by need to co-ordinate language of science with language of ontology. Main characteristic features of science are logic and mathematics. Union of ontology and science could be successful only if ontology will have the same features. These requirements meets relative ontology based on a assumption that being is possible only through act of inequality, and non-being – through act of equality. Examining of inequality structure leads us to a need of considering in being act of equality as well. As a result we should refuse of considering problems of Being–Non- Being separately and proceed to united problem of Being–Non-Being. Inequality can be represented by mathematical subtraction. That allows to substantiate ontologically basic mathematical concepts: concepts of set and number. Mathematics become a part of ontology. Inequality is an idea. Equality is a matter. Being is a unity of matter and idea. Change of being can be fulfilled in two ways – material and ideal. Relation between both ways of change gives us three basic kind of being: somatic, anthropological and theological. In somatic being change is realized by means of material way. In anthropological being – both material and ideal ways are equally available. Theological being uses ideal way of change. Development of world proceeds from somatic – through anthropological – to theological one.

Among the categories of people who need public care, children-orphans and children left without parental care occupy a special place. The child's right to live and grow up in the family enshrined in the UN Convention On the rights of the child and the Family code of the Russian Federation. In the sphere of the family and marriage relations there are destructive processes that concerned also the Tuva family. Although for centuries the family for Tuvinians was an important and the only form of existence. Heavy nomadic life in harsh climatic conditions was too much alone, a man without family was doomed to extinction. In accordance with the guidelines of traditional culture, Tuvan family consisted of several generations, including all the relatives of both spouses that protected the people from incest. The Tuvinians lived in a community of 4–5 Yurts, basically, it consisted of father family and the separate families of the married sons with children. Other relatives also roamed near to another part of the AAL. The community was closeknit, there were cultivated customs and traditions of one kind or another. In this regard, the Tuvan traditions of the people associated with family values, that allowed us to solve the problems of children-orphans and children left without parental care are of great interest. The nomands traet with special care children with disabilities, orphans and children left without parental care. Society of nomads has always shown great attention to childhood as a special age group, requiring increased care. Historically vagrancy, begging, homelessness of children is not allowed. This experience can be useful for those working for the rights of protection of minors and for development of programs for prevention of social orphanhood, family trouble.

Stanovkin Petr Aleksandrovich TYPES OF REGULATIVE STRATEGIES ACTUALIZING INTERTEXT IN THE LYRICS OF O. E. MANDELSTAM (BASED ON THE BOOK «STONE») // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 7 (184). P. 54-60

The study was performed in line with the theory of intertextuality and one of the areas of communicative stylistics of a literary text – the theory of regulativity. The study of the dialogic nature of literary text is of interest in connection with the modern anthropocentric paradigm in linguistics. Intertextuality, reflecting the author’s dialogue not only with readers but also with the poets-forerunners to the modern writer masters of artistic expression, extends the semantics of poetic works and determines their semantic deployment in the consciousness of the perceiver of the text of the addressee. The article presents the typology of regulative strategies of O. E. Mandelstam’s poetic texts including intertexts (intertextual structures), important for the complete decoding of the author’s intention. The work is based on the material of poetic texts from the collection «Stone». The peculiarities of the regulatory strategies that update the intertexts in this collection include: systemic reproduction; prevalence of strategies of explicit type; dominance of strong regulatory strategies; use of intertexts as a means of regulativity; consistent performance of aesthetic information; complex application of various intertexts by the poet (plots-intertexts, regulative models of the intertextual type); intertextual links with the main stages of Western European culture and the culture of the silver age. Proved that O.E. Mandelstam uses intertextuality as one of the important way of controlling cognitive readers’ activity by the author. Regulative strategies of intertextual type, based on the use of various intertexts, were considered from the point of view of proportion and aesthetic way of presenting information, the homogeneity / heterogeneity of the dominant means of regulativity, depending on the regulatory power of the text, according to the methods of regulatively. The data obtained are of interest for the detection of idiostyle of the poet.

Synthetic interaction between institutional and personal causes the transformation of scientific and art prose into philosophical. The article is about the situation of Chinese migrants in Tomsk guberniya. It is also about some factors that made the situation of their arrival to that place, about their population there, about the attitude of local authorities to them and about their cross-cultural adaptation. Finally, some attempts are made to discover the history of Chinese diaspora group in the region, which is discussed in the context of Sino-Russian relations. In the context of the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of Education in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025, attention is being paid to the Cadet system of education, which has a special potential in the development of patriotism among children, respect for the history and culture of the native country, spirituality and morality, honor and dignity, duty and readiness for service to the Fatherland. The article focuses on the development of social experience in students, which is regarded as one of the goals and results of the educational process. The specificity of the Cadet schools is conditioned by the fact that the rules of life and the daily routine of the pupils are based on the All- Military Charters, are strictly regulated and are constantly monitored by the teachers and the administration of the institution. At the same time, the need to create conditions for the development of pupils as free personalities capable of self-development, to make decisions, to realize their own abilities, plans and projects is emphasized. The developed model of the education of students in the cadet school is oriented towards the formation of such social experience among the cadets. The model will ensure the formation of cadets’ experience of self-determination in choice situations, development of leadership qualities, an active creative position, readiness for self-realization in social practice. Examples of the educational activities of the Cadet School, the structural subdivision of the State Security Service of the School No. 1770 («Moscow Cadet Music Corps (Girls)» and «Moscow Cadet Music Corps (boys)»), indicate ways for the Cadets to prepare for self-actualization in creative activity; components of the educational process in the cadet school, the traditions of the general educational institution with musical cadet classes, the important role of the family in the organization of the educational process in the cadet school.

The paper refers to the sphere of German studies, which is devoted to the language and culture of Russian Germans. The paper deals with anthroponymics – an understudied part of lexicon of the popular-spoken language of this ethnic community. The relevance of research topic is dictated by 1) urgent tasks of fixing, preserving and studying language and culture of Russian Germans as minority entities; 2) need to understand the linguo-cultural problems related to ethnoses and ethnic groups, with the use of still unused empirical materials, as well as testimony of metalanguage consciousness; 3) need for a detailed study of the nominal system of Russian Germans. The work was written due to the results of a fulltime audience survey of Russian Germans now living in Tomsk. It analyzes the names and demonstrations of metalanguage consciousness of representatives of this diasporic group. The names and demonstrations are represented in relation to proper names, which have German “color”. The aim of the paper is to determine whether Russian Germans’ proper names preserve the ethno-cultural connotation. The work results have both linguistic and historical-cultural significance. The combination of different ways of studying proper nouns of Russian Germans – revealing the procedural linguistic knowledge of subjects and referring to their declarative knowledge of German language allows to recreate links of anthroponymic system of this ethnic community. New lexical units,which clarify the notion of peculiarities of marks of Russian Germans are introduced into scientific usage. They can be used to compile anthroponymic dictionaries, a database of dying cultures.

As a result of stationary investigations is established that the peat deposits of mire ecosystems in Siberia of different genesis are biochemically active in the whole profile. Preliminary data reflecting the particular dynamics of biochemical processes, depending on hydrothermal and redox regimes. Is established that, in comparison with Western Siberia, in the gorno-altai mires the processes of anaerobic destruction of cellulose are more expressed.

This article shows that groups who profess an original model of resistance, consciously trying to adjust the setting on the primacy of the Modernist ideological constructions of culture and restore the status of culture in politics. The logics of the existence of “global citizens” and “original resistance” is mutually exclusive, so their coexistence is unlikely to be peaceful. In this sense, socio-cultural process today, as always, determines the political development, and identity remains a major factor in changing the political development.

We study a one-dimensional large-N U(N) gauge theory on a circle as a toy model of higher dimensional Yang-Mills theories. We nd a new class of saddle point solutions in this theory. These solutions are characterized by the expectation values of the Polyakov loop operators, which wind the circle different times. We nd two evidences that these solutions appear as intermediate states in certain dynamical processes. One is from a numerical calculation and another is from the dual gravity. The similar solutions exist in a wide class of SU(N) and U(N) gauge theories on S1 including QCD and pure Yang-Mills theories in various dimensions if N >= 3.

According to the authors of the article the fundamental criterion of psychological and didactic approach to learning is a combination of the principle of the structural organization of the individual as a unique hierarchically organized psychological system with the principle of individual approach, implemented in relation to the person in the course of training activities. On the basis of the psychological and didactic principal of learning activity the authors developed and implemented a computer program, which is to identify the foreign students' learning activity style in Russianlanguage educational environment. The computer program is implemented in the form of web- based application of modern software solutions for network applications.
