| 1656 | Introduction. The article is devoted to the consideration of the lexical and world-modeling activity of units of the lexical-semantic group «Parts of the body» - somatisms, which is reflected in the texts of Russian folk proverbs. The peculiarities of the semantics and pragmatics of somatisms, which determine the specifics of their functioning in a folklore text, make it possible to define somatic vocabulary as markers of national identity. Aim and objectives. The aim of the research is to study the somatisms that function in the texts of Russian folk proverbs, in the aspect of their realization of their lexical and world-modeling potential. Material and methods. As the research material, the texts of Russian folk proverbs containing somatism lexemes are used. The principle of selection of empirical material is based on a continuous sample of the most frequently encountered somatic units from texts. The research methodology consists of methods of observation, quantitative analysis, lexical and semantic analysis, with the involvement of elements of discourse and conceptual analysis. Results and discussion. Somatisms, the meaning of which is based on the meanings of anthropomorphism, play a significant role in the formation of the idea of a person in the linguistic and conceptual picture of the world. The conceptual meaning of somatisms is manifested differently in different linguocultures. In the presence of undoubted universal, constant characteristics inherent in all ethnic groups, there is a presence of interpretations due to the specificity of a particular culture. This becomes obvious when comparing the cases of the functioning of somatisms in the texts of Russian and Chinese proverbs: the named linguocultures are extremely different in cultural and linguistic terms. It was revealed that the greatest lexical and world-modeling potential, judging by the texts of proverbs, in the Russian linguistic picture of the world is possessed by the somatisms head, hand, and eyes. Each somatic lexeme has a specific conceptual meaning, an important component of which is the axiological component “value”. So, somatism, the head is interpreted as «the value of the intellect», the hand is the «value of vital activity», the eyes are the «value of personal participation.» In fewer proverbs, there are somatisms hair, legs, mouth, tongue, nose. In this list, interpretations such as legs, symbolizing the «value of mobility,» and hair, a marker of the anti-value of «external» as opposed to the value of «internal», are primarily evident. Conclusion. The study of somatisms in the aspect of considering their lexical and world-modeling activity, manifested in folklore texts (in this case, in proverbs), makes it possible to form an idea of fragments of the linguistic and conceptual picture of the world of an ethnic group. | 1657 | Introduction. The history of general and pedagogical education in Russia always attracts the interest of researchers, and this is connected with the modern processes of reform of the domestic educational system, they should be supported by historical experience. The purpose of this article is to reconstruct and generalize the experience of the State Duma of the Russian Empire in reforming pedagogical education. Material and methods. The material of the research is historical sources of various origins whose use makes it possible to form an objective view of the development of education in Russia and to re-evaluate the risks and genetic problems in the solution of modern problems of educational reform. General scientific and special historical methods of research are used. Results and discussion. With the establishment of the State Duma in Russian society, there were hopes for positive changes in the development of science and education. The State Duma of the first two convocations began a debate on education: The State Duma of the third convocation has done a great deal, and contemporaries praised its results in this area. Education was the subject of heated debate among deputies of different political factions. All deputies advocated the development of school business, the opening of teachers’ seminaries, institutes, courses, the raising of the status and salary of teachers, but disagreed on the forms and methods of achieving the goal. During the existence of the III Duma, several important normative documents concerning the development of pedagogical education have been adopted. Draft Regulations on Women’s Teachers’ Seminars, discussed over six months, were approved by both Houses of Parliament and approved on 1 July 1908. The Draft Regulations on Women’s Teachers’ Seminars were approved by both Houses of Parliament. As a temporary option for solving the personnel problems of primary schools until the opening of the required number of teacher training institutes and seminaries, on June 6, 1909, a decision was made and highly approved to open two-year pedagogical courses at city schools. One month later, on 10 July, a proposal for temporary teacher training courses for secondary school teachers was accepted. The next step in solving the personnel problem of secondary school was the draft law on “Rules on testing of female persons in knowledge of the course of higher educational establishments and on their acquisition of scientific degrees and titles of female teachers of gymnasiums” which was discussed by the Duma in January 1911 and approved on 25 February. Successfully passed in the Duma and the legislative act on “the establishment of one-year and short-term courses for the preparation of teachers and female teachers of secondary educational institutions”, which on March 29, 1911 was considered and already adopted on July 3. A special place among the projects developed by the commission on public education was occupied by proposals for the transformation of teachers ‘seminaries and teachers’ institutes, which should have had a positive effect on the cultural development of the country, but the bill was discussed for a long time, first in the Third Duma, then in the Fourth Duma, but did not find support. Work in the Fourth Duma on the reform of teacher education institutions was interrupted by the outbreak of world war. Conclusion. Thus, the desire of broad sectors of Russian society and, above all, of the educational community for effective educational activities was reflected in the work of the deputies of the State Duma at the beginning of the last century. The first two Dumas proved to be opposed to the Government and demonstrated the mutual inhospitability of society and the authorities to make concessions, which delayed decision-making even on such obvious issues as the fight against illiteracy. The results of the activities of the Third Duma were the most productive, however, due to the large number of discussions on private issues, the deputies did not have time to complete work on many important bills in the field of education. In the fourth Duma, even the draft laws that had already been drafted were first reviewed and, with the outbreak of the world war, forgotten or rejected, among the latter being the bills to reform the educational system. During the Soviet period, the basic provisions of the draft laws on teacher’s institutes and seminaries were reintroduced, but they were interpreted in the light of the principles of a unified labour school and the education of teachers of the new formation. | 1666 | Introduction. The appearance of a new specialty “Architectural environment design” in universities made it necessary to systematize the terminological apparatus of this field. The purpose of this article is to create a logical and conceptual model of the terminological field “Interior Design” as a component of the terminological macro field “Architectural environment design”. Material and methods. The material for the study is architectural and design terms (more than 620 categories), taken from the academic and research literature, lexicographical sources, professional Internet communication, electronic journals, websites of design studios and design webstores, data from the National Corpus of the Russian Language. The descriptive and the comparative methods of linguistic research, techniques of modeling, definition and component analysis are used in the paper. Results and discussion. A brief background of the issue and the interpretation of terminological field adopted in the work is presented: “Terminological field is a systemically standardized multi-level classification structure that combines the terms of the sphere of homogeneous professional activity” (L.A. Morozova). The logical-conceptual model of the terminological field “Interior design” is a model construction of a system of interrelated concepts classified around the central concept of the sphere of interior design based on the classification of concepts. In order to identify the boundaries and hierarchical organization of the term system the conceptual (logical-conceptual, thematic) aspect of the analysis of it is mainly associated with the onomasiological approach, and in this case the terminological field is intended to reflect the scope of special use of this field of knowledge. As a result of the analysis of professional texts, the boundaries of the terminological macro field “Architectural environment design”, consisted of the terminological fields “Interior design” and “Open architectural space design”, are determined. The framework of professional vocabulary included in the terminological field “Interior Design” is formed, its definition and systematization are carried out. Conclusion. The multi-level branched hierarchical organization of the terminological field “Interior design”, consisting of two subfields (“Residential interior design” and “Public interior design”) is revealed, the subfields are divided into terminological microfields, thematic groups, thematic subgroups and thematic microgroups (11 term groupings of different levels). Thus, the conceptual model of the terminological field “Interior design”, which is a fragment of the terminological macro field “Architectural environment design”, is constructed. The results of the work are relevant to linguists, specialists in the field of architectural environment design, as well as students of the specialty “Architectural environment design”. On the one hand, the main semantic features of the Ket category of distribution in time are considered, on the other hand the attention is paid to the means of the description of these features. The analysis presented in the paper shows that the main feature of the semantic category of the verbal quantity is the split into two derivational patterns. | 1670 | Authors studied an impact of selective ligands of cannabinoid (CB) receptors on the contractility of the isolated perfused rat heart during global ischemia and reperfusion. A perfusion by solution containing the selective CB-agonist HU-210 exacerbated a cardiac contractility dysfunction. This cannabinoid decreased the left ventricular developed pressure, the maximal rate of contraction and relaxation of the heart during reperfusion but had no effect on the heart rate and the end diastolic pressure. Negative inotropic effect of HU-210 was transient and disappeared after 5 min reperfusion. The pretreatment with the selective CB1 receptor antagonist SR141716A and the selective CB2 receptor antagonist SR144528 had no effect on the myocardial contractility during reperfusion. In conclusion, the present results indicate that CB receptor stimulation can exacerbate reperfusion contractility dysfunction of the heart. In connection with the fact that the basic element of any piece of art is a word, the fundamental element in research of creation of a specific author is identification of peculiarities of the lexical structure of his poetic texts. The analysis made by the author of the article makes it possible to compare the features of the lexical structure of the texts with different creative periods of the author and to identify a certain dynamics. In order to carry out the analysis of the lexical structures of O. E. Mandelstam’s poetic texts based on the periodization of the poet’s work offered by M. L. Gasparov, three most typical, written at different times poems were chosen: relating to the period of early creation “More tender than tender”/ ”Nezhneye nezhnogo” (1909), to the period “Tristia” “The light Moscow rain”/ ”Moskovskiy dozhdik” (1922), to the period of the thirties of the twentieth century “We live with no sense of the country”/” My zhivem, pod soboyu ne chuya strany” (1933). The causes of arrogant attitude and behavior belong to two groups: a wish to oppose oneself to other people and a wish to isolate oneself from them. The more specific reasons for such opposition are ancestry, age, power, place of residence, nationality, wealth, position, knowledge and experience, membership in closed societies, spiritual development, and success. The reason of self-isolation from other people is a fear of possible psychological trauma, which people can cause. Verbs describing arrogant attitude or behavior can either have ‘arrogance’ component in their lexical meaning or be neutral. They characterize manner of speech, gestures, body language and arrogant person’s manner of looking at people. The aim of arrogant behavior is either opposing oneself to other people or selfisolation. The object of arrogant attitude is surrounding people. Estimation and emotional components are contradictory and depend on whether people understand the reason of arrogant attitude or behavior or not. Thus, the script of arrogant attitude and behavior has a double nature depending on the type of cause and aim, but the actions are the same in both cases. A person influences other people with the help of body language and manner of speech. People have a negative reaction to such behavior unless they understand the arrogant person’s fear of possible psychological trauma; in this case, the reaction can be sympathy or pity. | 1699 | Introduction. The article describes the aspects of the metaphorical interpretation of the concept stone, presented in Russian linguistic culture and the system of figurative means of the Russian language. The relevance of the research is due to the scientific interest in the study of the metaphorical functioning of concepts and their figurative language representation in the perspective of the anthropocentric paradigm of linguistics. The aim of the work is to describe the metaphorization of various qualities and properties of a stone for the figurative description of objects of the surrounding reality and the inner world of a person, expressed in the semantics of language units and speech statements. Material and methods. The methodology of the work is based on cognitive, linguistic, cultural and system-structural approaches to the study of the figurative language and speech. The methods of structural-semantic, conceptual and contextual analysis, as well as field modeling and cultural linguistic commentary are used. Empirical material is represented by figurative words and expressions (about 200 units), as well as contexts that demonstrate their metaphorical functioning (about 850 contexts). The sources were the published explanatory and phraseological dictionaries of the modern Russian language and the text base of the National Corps of the Russian language. Results and discussion. As a result, the qualities and properties of the concept being studied were described, which served as the basis for metaphorical projections on figuratively named objects and situations; the lexical and phraseological field of the Russian language is characterized, represented by words and expressions, metaphorically motivated names with the semantics ‘stone’; cognitive models are revealed for which the Stone conceptual sphere is the initial one and serves as a source of the metaphorical characteristics of the phenomena of other conceptual target spheres. The concept of stone in its metaphorical functioning actualizes the following basic features: hardness, strength, heaviness, immobility, color. These qualities of a stone are metaphorically projected onto the properties of various material and non-material objects: objects (hard, lost softness), the human body (heavy, immovable), psychological states of a person (grief, anxiety, depression, torpor), moral qualities (indifference, willpower, responsiveness), mental and social activities (meaningful content, the beginning of activities).
