| 2356 | The article discusses the features of the political development of the Tuvan People’s Republic in the 1920s–1930s, associated with both lack of experience of the independent existence of the state in previous periods of its development and great influence of the USSR on all aspects of life of the Tuvan society. The last circumstance led to the adoption of a one-party political system headed by the Tuvan people’s revolutionary party, formed almost simultaneously with TPR in 1922. The young Republic at the same time gained experience in both state and party organization. Considering the total illiteracy in the 1920s, the former ruling elite continued to take the leading positions in the state. Active intervention of the Soviet Russia in the internal political situation of the TPR in the late 1920’s led to the coming to power of the “lefts”, that began a radical socialist transformation, and proclaimed a non-capitalist way of the development of the country. A political system, similar to the USSR, is gradually being approved in Tuva. The scientific importance of the study is determined by the fact that its results and the conclusion deepen and widen the existing information in the national historiography on the historical experience of the state-organization in the years of the TPR, moreover, they reveal the features of its political development both in the time under consideration and in the present time. | 2357 | The article deals with such linguistic units as interjections. The analysis of interjections affects the scope of their semantics, structure and functions. The research is conducted on the material of two unrelated languages – German and Crimean Tatar. The definition of the concept of “interjection” is given, different classifications of interjections are distinguished according to their structure, meaning and functions. The number of interjections in the Crimean Tatar and German languages is determined, and their quantitative analysis is carried out. Interjections form a natural and inalienable affiliation of emotional colloquial speech, give it expressiveness and contribute to a more accurate achievement of the goal of communication. In the system of parts of speech, interjections occupy a special position. They cannot be attributed either to independent parts of speech, or to official ones. Interjections are used to express feelings, emotions, moods, wills without naming them. Many interjections outside speech and intonation have no definite meaning and, depending on the speech situation, they can express the most diverse emotions. From a lexical point of view, interjections are characterized by their uniqueness – they do not call anything and like intonation are expressive, but not meaningful. In the syntactic sense, interjections are not members of a sentence, since they do not have control, adjacency, and coordination links. | 2370 | The authors studied soil microbial activity in oligotrophic, eutrophic and mesotrophic peat bogs of Siberia by method of substrate-induced respiration (SIR). Intensity of microbiological processes depends on the type of peat bogs and hydrothermal conditions. The average for vegetation period 2013, the highest microbial biomass was observed in oligotrophic peat bog of Vasyugan (4,16 mcg/g dry peat, with limits – 1,66–8,28 mcg/g d. p.). The minimum value of microbial biomass was recorded in mesotrophic peat bogs Kutushskoe (3,29 mcg/g d. p., with limits 0,78–6,94 mcg/g d. p.). Eutrophic bog Tagan on the microbial biomass took an intermediate position (middle – 3,74 mcg/g d. p., limits – 0,41–13,43 mcg/g d. p.). Investigated bogs can be arranged in the following order of intensive basal respiration: eutrophic bog Tagan > oligotrophic bog Vasyugan > mesotrophic bog Kutushskoe.
