| 3851 | Introduction. The article deals with a question of the discursive status of forensic medical examination texts, the existence of a separate sub-discourse of the forensic medical examination, which is at the intersection of medical and legal discourses, and its place in the typology of institutional discourses. The need to distinguish the discourse of forensic medical examination as a separate subtype of discourse, the description of its model and the study of it as a multidiscourse phenomenon is due to the peculiarities of the interaction of the two institutional discourses with a high level of formalization and ritualization. The aim of the article is to determine the status of the forensic medical examination (SME) as an area of social, professional and textual activity, its place in the typology of institutional discourses. Material and methods. The model of describing the institutional discourse of V. I. Karasik was chosen as the main methodological dominant. This is due to the fact that the studied area belongs to the sphere of institutional interaction, and the fact that this model allows one to identify own discursive parameters at the stage of initial analysis. This theory of discourse analysis makes it possible to define categories such as “participants of communication”, “conditions of communication”, “organization” and “methods of communication”. The material for the study was the full texts of 10 opinions of forensic doctors with a total volume of more than 100 pages, taken at a professional forum of forensic doctors of Russia in the section “Consultation Center”. Results and discussion. Communicators in the field of forensic medicine have a different status than participants in medical or legal discourse. The main type of communication is the type “doctor-forensic scientist – the examined”. Communication places are medical and legal organizations, as well as scientific organizations and events. The goals of the forensic doctor as a participant in the communication “forensic doctor – the examined” go back to legal discourse, while the strategy used is medical. The nuclear genre of discourse is the opinion of the medical examiner, which applies to both legal and medical discourse, and also contains a large number of discursive formulas, stable and specific. Conclusion. The main parameters of communications in the field of forensic examination correspond to the models proposed by V.I. Karasik, however, is not reduced to either legal or medical discourse. Based on the results of this study, a forensic medical examination may qualify for the status of a specific interdiscourse area. | 3864 | The article focuses on the analysis of syntactic organization of epistolary texts from the perspective of regulativity theory, developed in the framework of the communicative style of the text – a new and promising direction of functional stylistics. Regulativity is understood as the ability to manage through the text the reader’s cognitive activity. The key thesis advocates judgment that the regulativity as a universal text-forming feature has specifics of its manifestation in the letters – the most relevant for the type of epistolary texts, due to the peculiarities of epistolary communication sphere. The factors determining the specificity of epistolary regulativity include: distance character of communication between the addresser and the addressee, bound by the written form of verbal contact, the special role of extralinguistic factors (аuthor of the target installation, the nature of the relationship communicants, thematic and situational context, genre form), informality and ease of dialogue, his lack of preparation, automatism, spontaneity. We should particularly mention the factor of polidiscursivity of epistolary. For the material served the private letters of the representatives of Russian creative intelligentzia of the ХХ century (M. V. Nesterov, F. I. Chaliapin, V. I. Vernadsky, M. I. Tsvetaeva, Yu. M. Lotman, V. S. Vysotsky, D. D. Shostakovich), characterized by the presence in their speech of the rich palette of regulatory assets and syntactic structures. This is largely due to the brightness of the personalities of the communicants, originality of idiostyle of each addressee and syncretic and stylistic properties of their letters. Among the most significant regulatory syntactic means include: simple, one-piece, incomplete, exclamatory and interrogative sentences, homogeneous terms, word order, and various forms of transfer of another’s speech. The list of assets of poetic syntax highlighted antithesis, oxymoron, comparison, graduation. | 3865 | The article considers the way linguistic and cultural knowledge is used in translation and justifies the need to view a translator as a professional native and foreign language user. Similarly, it is important to recognize the specific character of translator’s language knowledge because, firstly, it is a tool in a professional cross-cultural mediation in translation; secondly, it provides the basis for the acquisition, development and functioning of translation skills. An attempt is made to identify the characteristics of translator’s linguacultural knowledge relevant to the process of code-switching, which should be viewed as the switching of linguacultural codes in order to reflect the interlingual and cross-cultural aspects of translation. Based on the analysis of the mental processes and mechanisms of linguacultural switching the following characteristics of translator’s lingualcultural knowledge have been proposed. Chunk-based language knowledge is represented by communicative chunks and communicative contours and is able to improve access, activation and retrieval of linguistic knowledge, error control, the functioning of radiant thinking and spreading activation. Frame-based knowledge of a foreign language creates the framework for probabilistic forecasting, facilitates direct access to conceptual representations in a foreign language, raises its activation level and reduces its dependence on the native language, as well as improving integration of linguistic and conceptual information into semantic memory. Systemic language knowledge means knowing a language as a system of dependencies and connections and ensures distinctness, flexibility and mobility of language knowledge. Language awareness involves the ability to pay attention to language forms, reflect on language, patterns and specific character of its functioning. Such awareness develops the skill of separating two languages and cultures, improves language and error control and prevents linguistic interference. Functional parallelism reflects the type of relationship between two language systems and is made up of systemic, communicative and operational aspects. The last characteristic involves the awareness of the linguistic factors causing breakdowns in code-switching in translation, as well as the ability to predict and deal with such problems. Collectively, the above-mentioned characteristics form the readiness and ability of a translator to code-switch. The development of these characteristics should be made part of professionally oriented foreign language teaching to trainee translators. | 3866 | Introduction. Language units reflecting cultural, historical, literary representations of the linguocultural community, which have sufficient reproducibility and stability of the component composition, are treated as precedent phenomena. The given article is devoted to the research of the Russian-speaking linguoculture precedent phenomena in foreign language and cultural environment on the example of Chinese network diaspora discourse. The aim of the work is to investigate precedent phenomena in the collective consciousness of users of the Internet community “Baiki Laovaya”. Material and methods. The research was based on the correspondence of the participants (more than 57000 subscribers) of the open group “Laowai Bikes” of the social network Vkontakte. We analyzed 110 messages (posts) and 11350 comments to them that were published in the period from 1 to 27 September 2021. The material was selected by random sampling from the text continuum, then precedent phenomena were classified according to the type, their semantics and relevance were analyzed. The quantitative method and the method of contextual analysis were also used. Results and discussion. The sources of precedent phenomena in the speech of the diaspora community are diverse and are subdivided into the following large groups: 1) classical Russian and Soviet, as well as foreign literature; 2) winged expressions, sayings of famous people, precedent names; 3) speech clichés, paremics, Internet memes, and anecdotes; 4) advertising, cinema and television. Numerous examples of the use of precedent phenomena from each of the groups demonstrate not only the impressive variety of sources, but also the high communicative and linguocreative potential of precedence in the discourse under study. Conclusion. The active use of precedent phenomena in communication and the absence of facts of misunderstanding, failure of communication, the development of the semantic potential of precedent phenomena in network polylogues indicate the formed special cultural space of diaspora discourse, the participants of which have a common linguocultural code. The specificity of this code is determined by: 1) being in a single foreign-language and foreign-cultural continuum and its interpretation as one of the frequent occasions to use precedents (Chinese holidays, traditions, climate, political situation, domestic conditions, etc.); 2) relatively high level of education and broad outlook of diaspora community members, demonstrating knowledge in the field of domestic and world literature, art, history, mass culture, etc. 3) appeal mainly to the traditional, established during the Soviet era cultural matrix as a common cognitive and imaginative base, able to unite representatives of different generations, including – the young, of the Russian-speaking world from different countries of the former Soviet Union. | 3867 | Introduction. Due to the fact that the modern world is changing almost at lightning speed, many researchers, comparing the competencies formed in educational institutions and necessary later in practice, seeing the gap between them growing, try to predict in advance the “professions” and the corresponding “competencies of the future”. The list of competencies is being modified, refined and supplemented constantly. For the formation and development of competencies, it is possible to adapt the educational process to the needs and requests of each student by improving the existing information system for supporting the educational process. The aim is to identify the features of the information system for supporting the educational process university, aimed at forming students’ competencies of the future. Material and methods. To solve the tasks set, the following research methods were used. studies: theoretical (study and analysis of literature, comparative analysis of existing E-Learning systems (Moodle, WebTutor, Sakai, IBM, Competentum, Prometheus, Mirapolis), modeling, generalization definition and concretization); empirical (observation, questioning, testing, analysis of products of educational student activities); mathematical methods for processing the results of experimental work. The study was conducted in the 2019–2021 academic year at the Tyumen State University. Students from the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities took part in the experimental work, Institute of State and Law, Institute of Psychology and Pedagogy, students studying in individual evocative trajectories. Results and discussion. The result of the work was the definition of the basic requirements for the information system for the support of the educational process: the possibility of studying disciplines at several levels of development, which is essential for the implementation of the concept of individual educational technologies; filling the system with holistic educational content that takes into account interdisciplinary connections and the logical sequence of the presentation of the material, its practical orientation; a wide range of mechanisms (indicators) that determine the quality of learning of educational material and the dynamics of the formation of competencies, based on the impulse (clip, fragmented) transfer of knowledge; the presence of constant, maximally informative feedback that allows the teacher to respond promptly to the process and results of students’ work by changing the ways of presenting the material and its content; possibility of communication between all participants of the educational process; increasing motivation and involvement of students by providing a comprehensive mechanism of immersion in the educational process using elements of gamification, activation of reflexive processes, social interaction, intersection with “live practice”. Conclusion. The work carried out made it possible to identify some ways of developing the capacity of existing information systems for supporting the educational process of the university to build individual educational trajectories of students and the formation of “competencies of the future”. | 3886 | This article is considered as a form of interaction in media communication. Participation of subjects in religious discourse is the basis for the formation of dialogic communication. There are discourse’s mechanisms for the formation of dialogue interaction between communicants: it is value and psycho-speech coordination of participants in communication. Representatives of religious discourse (clergymen and interactive addressees) are subjects of dialogue. Also they are participants in the mass media discourse. Interaction by the subject of communication is occurred in the communicative space (this is the genres of the forum and blog). The features of the interaction of the two discourses are revealed through the analysis of dialogic communication. At first public dialogue as an atypical form of communication for the Orthodox faith reflects the situation of weak coordination of the participants’ positions. Secondly the technical form of Internet communication isn’t conducive to dialogue on the basis of religious values and presumptions. The result of this interaction reflects typological changes in religious discourse – adaptation to the mass media’s norms and conditions. The interaction in the space of religious discourse oriented to orthodox dogmas, traditions, values. The topics of the dialogues are not only religious life, but also worldly interests. | 3894 | In the article the authors touched on one of the topical issues of defectological education: improving motivation to self-correction and self-control among children with severe speech disorders. For children with severe speech disorders the corrective-speech process at kindergarten speech therapy center lasts 2–3 years. During this time it is necessary to help children to correct the defects of the entire system of language: aspects of pronunciation, lexical and grammatical side, of coherent speech. The necessity of examination and formation of a stable motivation for corrective speech work is caused by the low level of interest of senior preschool children with severe speech disorders to speech therapy classes, because they require perseverance from the child, and this quality appears later. The authors identified three stages of diagnostics, necessary for a comprehensive examination of children with severe speech disorders. Stage 1 – speech diagnostics, stage 2 – study of children’s motivation, stage 3 – parents’ questioning to identify the child’s interests. The attention is focused on the stage of studying of motivation for speech therapy classes, with the aim of identifying conditions for the formation of stable motivation of children with severe speech disorders. | 3895 | Introduction. Civilizational challenges to a person determine the need to actualize the humanistic paradigm in education. An example of the search for ways of humanization is the direction of social-emotional-ethical training, developed at Emory University in the USA, which is based on the idea of holistic human development by means of education. Within the framework of the grant of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research “Direction of socio-emotional and ethical education”, the aim was set to identify the features of Russian education in the implementation of this humanistic idea. Material and methods. The analysis is based on the concept of “anthropological tradition” as a systematic characteristic of the ideas about the integral education of a person, which gives an idea of the pedagogical experience, its preservation and further development, starting from the fundamental works of K. D. Ushinsky and up to the present day: at the stages of Russian, Soviet and Russian schools. Results and discussion. The article provides a genetic analysis of the idea of the emotional development of a child in education in relation to the social component. Two aspects of its development are highlighted: emotional-social (psychophysiological) and socio-emotional (socio-cultural). The features of the development of the emotional and social line in the works of scientists of the Russian school are considered and the continuity with the stage of the Soviet school in psychological works is revealed. The genetic analysis of the development of the socio-cultural line revealed two main directions in the interaction of social and emotional components: artistic and aesthetic and social inheritance of the cultural tradition of Russia. The study of the emotional-social direction shows the continuity of the anthropological tradition: from the provisions of K. D. Ushinsky on the need to use the power of human emotions in his education along with the intellectual sphere – to the research of the emotional sphere carried out within the framework of pedology – and further to psychological research on the importance of human interests and needs in his upbringing. In the socio-emotional direction, the continuity of emotional saturation of socialization of children and adolescents in artistic and aesthetic creativity is revealed: from the experience of the beginning of the last century in organizing the life of children’s communities to the modern practice of additional education of children. The spiritual orientation of the social inheritance of cultural values of society is also highlighted. The conclusion is made about the need for further development of the experience of combining emotional and social components in modern conditions that require overcoming the risks associated with the growing human crisis and the social transformation of childhood.
