It was a children’s self-governed organization, which was founded in 1969 by a prominent young pioneer leader and teacher Oleg Pirozhkov. The headquarters lasted till 1989 and achieved considerable success in training of young pioneer activists, who were able to overcome excessive formalities of “official” children’s movement. The headquarters also produced a great number of educational structures, which left their mark in the history of Tomsk society. In the paper we present the comprehensive regional model of the supplementary education of children in physics and mathematics and training of preservice teachers. The model works on the basis of the Centre for the supplementary education in physics, mathematics and natural sciences at the pedagogical higher education institution (HEI). We present the mechanisms for solving contemporary problems of physical, mathematical and engineering preparation of the HEI candidates. We consider organizational, content, methodical and technological aspects of the work on the development of the children’s giftedness in the integrated regional educational space of HEI and the supplementary education organization. The work describes the model of pedagogical training of the HEI students. The model is aimed, firstly, at the development of the students’ abilities to meet the professional challenges, secondly, at the development of the regional gifted children supplementary education. The paper presents the general overview of the outcomes of the implementation of the model considered. On the basis of the outcomes we could conclude that the model had a positive impact on the regional supplementary education of children and pedagogical training. New educational environment includes new forms and technologies of teaching, retraining, advanced training supported by modern information systems, services and databases (digital platforms). Therefore, the creation, operation and maintenance of the digital platform in the condition of the advanced vocational training center is relevant, and crucial in the modern socio-cultural situation. The aim of the work is the determination of the digital platform role in the implementation of program for specialist advanced vocational training. Material and methods. As the methodological basis serves the concept of advancing (keeping ahead), which was developed in various sciences, including Russian pedagogy and psychology and then spread all over the world. The study of the best world experience of the international movement Worldskills and regulatory, strategic documents referred to the development of vocational education, as well as the awareness of the employers’ needs, contributes to systematization and generalization of knowledge in the field of digitalization of secondary vocational education. Results and discussion. The implementation of theoretical objectives and conceptual provisions of the advanced vocational training system, including the authors’ contribution; the experience of the Siberian Polytechnic School reflected in its training, retraining and advanced training programs used for training students, graduates of secondary vocational education institutions, and the unemployed people who lost their jobs due to aggravated socio-economic situation. These are the main drives for designing a new digital platform able to ensure the transformation of the regional economy and social sphere. The article describes the approaches used by the staff of the advanced vocational training center of the Siberian Polytechnic College to solve the priority tasks concerning a digital platform modeling and application of the competence constructor that are employed as a prerequisite for providing the listener with an individual educational trajectory within their training and further professional development. Conclusion. Thus, the article presents the initial outcomes of the performance and activities of the advanced vocational training center aimed at creating a digital platform. The design and development of this platform is considered as practical significance for the heads and top managers of professional educational organizations who are interested in training highly qualified specialists being the most popular on the regional labor market. | 3948 | In the article the authors touched on one of the topical issues of defectological education: improving motivation to self-correction and self-control among children with severe speech disorders. For children with severe speech disorders the corrective-speech process at kindergarten speech therapy center lasts 2–3 years. During this time it is necessary to help children to correct the defects of the entire system of language: aspects of pronunciation, lexical and grammatical side, of coherent speech. The necessity of examination and formation of a stable motivation for corrective speech work is caused by the low level of interest of senior preschool children with severe speech disorders to speech therapy classes, because they require perseverance from the child, and this quality appears later. The authors identified three stages of diagnostics, necessary for a comprehensive examination of children with severe speech disorders. Stage 1 – speech diagnostics, stage 2 – study of children’s motivation, stage 3 – parents’ questioning to identify the child’s interests. The attention is focused on the stage of studying of motivation for speech therapy classes, with the aim of identifying conditions for the formation of stable motivation of children with severe speech disorders. The diagnostic parameters of the motivational component are demonstrated, their connection with speech therapy tasks is specified. | 3949 | In modern conditions of development of our state, the social role and value of a healthy lifestyle is growing. One of the priority tasks of educational practice is the transformation of understanding the specifics of health as the life value of a future generation of citizens. This topic is of particular interest in relation to representatives of extreme professions, in particular to employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, whose professional suitability has always been given special attention. Of course, the activities of law enforcement agencies are often associated with stressful conditions and the resulting health risks. In light of this, close attention should be paid to the issues of the formation of a value attitude, value orientations and value orientations towards a healthy lifestyle as part of the professional training of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The purpose of the work is to consider and analyze such a value orientation as health among cadets of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, in the framework of the formation of their ability to organize their lives in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle (OK-9). Material and methods. The methodology “Value Orientations” by M. Rokich, based on direct ranking of the list of terminal and instrumental values, acted as a diagnostic toolkit. In addition, pedagogical observation, questionnaires and testing were used as research methods. Results and discussion. 175 cadets of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “East Siberian Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia” were exposed to diagnostics: 87 first-year cadets and 88 fifth-year cadets. As a result, a statistically significant difference was revealed between the diagnosed groups and a positive dynamics was noted in the formation and development of a value orientation towards a healthy lifestyle among cadets of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the framework of their professional training. Conclusion. In the framework of educational and extracurricular activities, it seems possible to form value orientations and value orientations of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, including a healthy lifestyle as an integral attribute of their future professional activity. The main task of educational organizations of the system of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is to create the necessary legal, infrastructural, organizational, including psychological and pedagogical conditions, to form the ability of cadets to organize their life in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle by creating a health-saving and health-forming educational environment. The sources of the research were the philosophical ideas of existentialism and psychological concepts of hardiness. The logical method, comparison, contrast, generalization, classification, modeling method, as well as theoretical analysis of the material are used. The methodological basis of the work was made up of dialectical, existential, and systemic approaches. The author considers the categories “courage to be” and “existential self-determination of the future teacher” in their dialectical unity. Courage to be is the ability of an individual to withstand difficulties and challenges, to remain optimistic and to find solutions in difficult situations. The existential self-determination of a future teacher is understood as a certain internal resource of a professional, reflecting, on the one hand, a person’s readiness for change, mobility, ability for non-standard work actions, responsibility and independence in making decisions that ensure professional effectiveness and the ability to constructively overcome emerging difficulties, and, on the other hand, it helps to understand the value of life, the search for inner meaning as the only strategy for development and overcoming the internal contradictions of the system. Accordingly, the future teacher’s bright existential self-determination helps to cultivate his/her courage to be, and the presence of vital stability helps him/her to understand better himself and his/her role in the educational process. It is noted that in psychological and pedagogical research, the philosophical problem of the courage to be is reflected in the theory of hardiness, where hardinessis a personal variable that characterizes the measure of an individual’s ability to withstand a stressful situation, maintaining internal balance and without reducing the success of activities; is considered as a factor in the existential self-determination of the individual. The article states that the author, having examined the level of hardiness of students at a pedagogical university, concluded that it is necessary to intensify work to increase its level, in particular, to stimulate a reflexive-subjective position among future teachers, which is one of the main psychological and pedagogical conditions for developing readiness to the existential self-determination of the student’s personality. It is proposed to introduce into the teacher training process a special course “Dominants of professional education at a university: existential self-determination of a future teacher.” Its content and structure are described.
