The results of preliminary investigation of using ext¬remely high frequency (EHF) electromagnetic radia¬tion (EMR) among members of the basketball team of Tomsk State Pedagogic University have shown that EHF EMR therapy has favorable influence on cardio¬vascular and vegetative nervous systems. It has been confirmed by a series of statistically reliable changes in studying indexes. However some received results do not correspond to general tendencies of EHF EMR effect on organism, that demands further research.

The author of the article tries to determine the place of the so-called verbal synlexes (morphologically composite, stable nominative units of language; functional-semantic analogues of the separate verbs) in the nominative structure of the Russian language. Modern competence-based approach involves practical, professional orientation of mathematics education. In the acute shortage of teaching time it requires a special approach to the selection of the content of the discipline, methodology and technology of education. A methodical system of professionally-oriented tasks serves as a means of implementation of the relevant approach to teaching mathematics and the formation of readiness of future managers to professional activity. Discusses the purposes and principles of the system, the characteristics of the selected tasks. To illustrate the system was used a compliance matrix the elements of which are the task and the individual steps of their solution corresponding to the content of the sections of the discipline and form competencies. The article gives the examples of professionally-oriented tasks of the system, recommendations for their use in various forms of training. The introduction of methodical system of professionally-oriented tasks in the practice of teaching mathematics allows: to increase motivation of the discipline, and, consequently, to improve the quality of education; to implement general educational functions of education and development of students; to form a common cultural and professional competences of future specialists.

Bolotnova N.S. REGULATIVE POTENTIAL OF MEDIA TEXTS’ HEADLINES (A STUDY OF THE ARTICLES FROM “ROSSIYSKAYA GAZETA”). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 4 (216). P. 7-14

Introduction. Study of texts’ headlines of different styles and genres in respect to their pragmatics is of interest in view of special role in organization of readers’ cognitive activity and influence on mass addressee. Up-to-date communicative and cognitive paradigm of linguistic knowledge aims to detecting of means and ways of effective organization of communication in different spheres including mass media. The aim of the article is detection of regulative facilities of different types of headlines in newspaper articles with relation to influence on mass addressee. The material and methods. The research was carried out on the material of «Rossiyskaya Gazeta» No. 8393, 2021 [https://rg.ru/gazeta/rg/2021/03/01.html]. 63 headlines of the articles from the site of “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” had been studied, taking into account the content of these media texts; 1300 responses from 20 informants – participants of the survey– had been summarized. The research is carried out in line with regulative theory, developed in communicative stylistics of text. Results and discussion. The title of individual articles is included as an element in the headline complex of media texts of the «Rossiyskaya Gazeta». The text of newspaper publications on the site is accompanied by column, headline, notice, it includes the first paragraph of material, indication to the author, it contains hyperlinks to the other media texts, a photo that is placed before the article or beside it to realize illustrative or qualifying function. It is determined that influence function dominates in most titles, and in the others – the informative one. Regulative potential of media texts headlines is connected mostly with a motive for readers to read the articles. This is due to lack of understanding, semantic versatility of headlines and intrigue that is set up on its basis, and attracting attention of addressee on the basis of method of disappointed affectation which is used in a title due to oxymoron, tropes, precedential texts, language game, rhetorical questions, that requires participation. Therefore, range of regulative means and structures in the articles’ headlines permits stimulating readers’ attention to introduction with next by the title media texts. Based on the results of a survey of informants, their assumptions about the possible media text’s content in line to perception of a title did not match as a rule with real information in the article. It is obvious, that the lack of understanding in the titles performs primarily a pragmatic function and requires clarification and addition in the form of other accompanying media text materials, including the notice and photographs, which partly fill in the information missing in the titles. It was detected that stimulating role of a title is determined by direction to primary audience, in other words the connection of a headline that stimulates the following introduction with media text with primary audience, and addressee factor including the age of potential readers and their interests is proved. Conclusion. The introduced approach to study pragmatics of headlines as the element of media text on basis of regulative theory allows to judge some regularities in organization of cognitive activity of mass addressee and efficiency of titles’ types, which are connected with reflection of actual themes, criterion of addressee profit, medium language originality, creation of intrigue due to usage of special regulative means and methods. The surveys are of interest for media linguistics and communicative stylistics of text.

This article analyzes the impact of high technology (Hi-Tech) and high socio-humanitarian technologies (Hi-Hume) on the person. The increase of humanity’s technological capabilities is accompanied by the increase of our dependence on those capabilities. High technologies (information technology, nanotechnology and biotechnology) show the fragility and vulnerability of the person in front of them as generated power. Hi-Hume are aimed at manipulating individual and mass consciousness. To these technologies the author includes some modern marketing and management technologies which accompany Hi-Tech-manufacture (advertising, PR, personnel management and knowledge management, etc.). Hi-Hume promote the growth of human dependence on technology, because they form the new needs. The man begins to be seen as a natural-technical system (in Hi-Tech) or as a socio-technical system (in Hume), and the body and mind of the man as driven technological objects. This puts the problem of ecological safety of high technologies. Assessment of environmental safety on the basis of the «precautionary principle» should be held in respect as Hi-Tech and so Hi-Hume. The difficulties of their ecological expertise revealed: the lack of scientific data, scientific and technological backwardness of experts who carry out the assessment of environmental safety of Hi-Tech, secrecy in technoscience, mythologizing of Hi-Tech and veiled actions of Hi-Hume.

In the article we discovered peculiarities of individual style (idiostyle) of the singer, poetess and composer I. A. Bogushevskaya. Material for the analysis were the texts of the posts written by I. A. Bogushevskaya in “LiveJournal”, which had been kept in her Internet diary from March 2005 till November 2014. Peculiarity of I. A. Bogushevskaya's individual style is a high concentration of different expressive units: conversational, non-upper class and jargonical words, units of Olbanian language, occasional units (lexical, morphological, semantic types), tropes (similes, metaphors, epithets etc.) and figures of speech (anaphora, antithesis, gradation, polysyndeton, parceling, anadiplosis, repetition). Other peculiarities of I. A. Bogushevskaya's blog are word-play and use of precedential texts, terms (musical or not), lexis of the thematic group “Music”.

The article discusses the concept of the safe area of childhood and the necessity of its formation to ensure the safe development of the child. Development of the safe childhood area is aimed at reducing threats for child’s life and health and occurs in the course of interaction of an environment and kid’s private world, as well as in the task of creating a safety culture. The analysis of the relationship between the components of the safe childhood space was conducted using methods of statistics. The established causal relationships guide the development of a safe childhood area. Environmental conditions have a direct impact on the formation of safety culture in the child’s vital world. High ecological risks act as a motive for the formation of adaptive reactions, including safe behaviour. Adverse ecological conditions promote formation of children’s safety culture, while adverse social factors decelerate its development instead. Technological and social threats stimulate educational institution to develop health-saving technologies. The development of healthy and eco-friendly among pre-school educational institutions creates safe childhood space. Adaptive-developing environment of educational institutions is a condition of adaptation of the preschool child to the society and the preservation of his health. The safety culture of adults - parents and teachers - has a dominant influence on the child’s safety culture and the conditions for its safe development.

The article considers a methodical study of the distance learning process of a large number of gifted schoolchildren for additional general developmental programs. The author has analyzed the relevance of distance learning, the issues of systematic work with gifted schoolchildren, the supplementary education problems and the most perspective forms of work with children interested in natural science disciplines. The article presents the description of the profile supplementary educational environment for high school students, created and implemented by the Correspondence Physics and Technology School (ZFTSH), contributing to the development of their intellectual potential and their need to continue self-education, and the format of working with teachers. The author has determined the advantages of working on the online platform. The article contains the formulation of the additional educational ZFTSH programs implementation results. The methodological recommendations on the organization of distance learning for students on additional general development programs of natural sciences consist of three part: (1) high-quality educational and methodical materials; (2) the chain of close interaction: child - teacher - methodologist - parent; (3) convenience, efficiency, scalability, manufacturability of the online platform. ZFTSH represents the general federal system of selection and training of talented youth at the stage of pre-university supplementary education and, in essence, activities have been established to improve the skills of teachers of physics and mathematics through the work of the ZFTSH curriculum and the system of continuing education courses held annually at MIPT.

This information review presents papers presented on November 14, 2020 at Tomsk State Pedagogical University at the VI International Scientific Conference «Problems of Transformation and Functioning of Cultural Models in Russian Literature». It was dedicated to the 120th anniversary of N. R. Erdmann. John Friedman and Ekaterina Shevchenko, the authors of the first monographs on Erdmann, were among the speakers at the second conference held at TSPU. Drama researchers Valentina Golovchiner, Oksana Yurchenkova (Rusanova), Olga Strashkova, Elena Penskaya, Larisa Tyutelova, Irina Bagration-Mukhranneli, Oksana Kravchenko, Elena Kirichuk, and art historians and theater scholars Konstantin Uchitel, Martina Palusheva, Anna Kovalova, Vanhong Bao, Liang Weiqi, and others. Objective: to outline the directions of contemporary studies of the Erdmann’s work by; to see the scale of scientific contacts, to unite like-minded people from different countries, to acquaint specialists and everyone interested in researching Erdmann’s work with the contents of the conference participants’ reports. Material and methods. The article is based on a complex approach including biographical, cultural-historical, comparative-typological, historical-literary, historical-functional methods. Results and discussion. The main points of the reports were briefly presented, the topical aspects of Erdmann’s work were pointed out, the range of works of literature and theater discussed in the context of his work was outlined, and an idea of translations and productions of Erdmann’s plays in European countries was formed. Conclusion. The material from the review of the conference reports can be used in scientific research, educational and cultural-educational activities in order to broaden the idea of Erdman’s personality and creativity, the scope of his talent, his contribution to Russian and world playwrights.

The purpose of the article is in perfection of a control system by training process of gorodki players-sportsmen of 10-15 years on the basis of application of the developed modeling characteristics of physical readiness. Experimental and control groups were formed by the gorodki players-sportsmen in the age of 10-15 years of Tomsk region sports schools. Modeling characteristics of physical readiness of gorodki players- sportsmen of different age groups were developed by the author. Modeling characteristics are the parameters of physical readiness which make critical impact on the sports result in this kind of sports. During the experiment the efficiency of application of the developed modeling characteristics in management of training process is proved and this is confirmed by certain improved results of experimental group

The originality of moral judgements of younger teenagers about personal qualities of schoolmates as the most blamed is considered by them.
