The interrelation and interaction of volunteer and educational organizations in the field of vocational education currently remains insufficiently studied. The analysis of the problem shows that in the process of learning students may acquire experience in professional activities in the activities of volunteer organizations if these are professionally adequate communities of practice. This type of volunteer organization can be created by the educational institution in cooperation with the social partners – the municipality, state and private organizations. Students can get professional experience by being involved in volunteer activities, especially if these activities are provided by professionally relevant communities of practice. This type of volunteer organizations can be established by an educational institution in cooperation with social partners. The aim of the research is to study the educational potential of volunteer organizations to provide vocational experience for university and college students during their studies. The paper presents an example of establishing and operating a volunteer organization for students with the aim of widening the curriculum and providing students with an opportunity for getting vocational experience. The anonymous survey method has been used for investigating the influence of students’ involvement in volunteer activities on their professional identity. Changes in students’ motivation levels have been revealed by comparing their academic performance in general educational and in special disciplines. The results of the anonymous survey showed both the positive shift in the professional identity of students participating in the activity of the volunteer organization as well as increased motivation to study vocationally relevant academic disciplines.

The usual fine-tuning (RS) condition is relaxed, and the branes are allowed to possess a positive effective cosmological constant ». We first analyze the eigenvalue problem for the Kaluza-Klein masses when the metric is time dependent, and consider in detail the case when » is small. Thereafter we consider, in the case of one single brane, the opposite limit in which » is large, acting in a brief period of time T, and present a "sudden approximation" calculation of the energy produced on the brane by the rapidly expanding de Sitter space during this period.

The article discusses the concept of the safe area of childhood and the necessity of its formation to ensure the safe development of the child. Development of the safe childhood area is aimed at reducing threats for child’s life and health and occurs in the course of interaction of an environment and kid’s private world, as well as in the task of creating a safety culture. The analysis of the relationship between the components of the safe childhood space was conducted using methods of statistics. The established causal relationships guide the development of a safe childhood area. Environmental conditions have a direct impact on the formation of safety culture in the child’s vital world. High ecological risks act as a motive for the formation of adaptive reactions, including safe behaviour. Adverse ecological conditions promote formation of children’s safety culture, while adverse social factors decelerate its development instead. Technological and social threats stimulate educational institution to develop health-saving technologies. The development of healthy and eco-friendly among pre-school educational institutions creates safe childhood space. Adaptive-developing environment of educational institutions is a condition of adaptation of the preschool child to the society and the preservation of his health. The safety culture of adults - parents and teachers - has a dominant influence on the child’s safety culture and the conditions for its safe development.

The article deals with the actual and very important question of educator`s professional competence which determines the level of his information culture. Theoretical bases of the problem of educators` information culture formation in any kind of an educational organization are deeply studied and taken into consideration. The article reveals categorical opposition of logic and a language. The language and logic appear as two different Interacting moments which organize the text. Mind is mainly logical order and it leads spontaneity of the language to the conceptual and categorical unity. Speech is a sphere of logic dialectical synthesis of logic and the language principles. A settled language is energically melted by speech whereas speech is penetrated with logic so that logical connections of the language are created there. The literary work is considered as artistic model of reality in the article. This model can be characterized by the the reproduction of the “original” and its correlation with the proper extending the boundaries of reality, opening prospects of its development. The concept of art modeling is presented in terms of their genetic relationship with inductive theory of mimesis (Aristotle) and deductive theory of the truth of art (G. V. F. Hegel). This concept allows us to characterize the modeling in the art in comparison with the modeling in science and practice, and to define the boundaries of aesthetic, leading to the destruction of works of art as integrity, reflecting the integrity of the world and man. Look at literary work as the homomorphic model of the sign, which reflects the essence of the aesthetic attitude to reality, creates prerequisites for the study of the specificity of the theoretical literature modeling literary works as combines the features of artistic and scientific modeling.

This article analyzes the impact of high technology (Hi-Tech) and high socio-humanitarian technologies (Hi-Hume) on the person. The increase of humanity’s technological capabilities is accompanied by the increase of our dependence on those capabilities. High technologies (information technology, nanotechnology and biotechnology) show the fragility and vulnerability of the person in front of them as generated power. Hi-Hume are aimed at manipulating individual and mass consciousness. To these technologies the author includes some modern marketing and management technologies which accompany Hi-Tech-manufacture (advertising, PR, personnel management and knowledge management, etc.). Hi-Hume promote the growth of human dependence on technology, because they form the new needs. The man begins to be seen as a natural-technical system (in Hi-Tech) or as a socio-technical system (in Hume), and the body and mind of the man as driven technological objects. This puts the problem of ecological safety of high technologies. Assessment of environmental safety on the basis of the «precautionary principle» should be held in respect as Hi-Tech and so Hi-Hume. The difficulties of their ecological expertise revealed: the lack of scientific data, scientific and technological backwardness of experts who carry out the assessment of environmental safety of Hi-Tech, secrecy in technoscience, mythologizing of Hi-Tech and veiled actions of Hi-Hume.

This article is considered as a form of interaction in media communication. Participation of subjects in religious discourse is the basis for the formation of dialogic communication. There are discourse’s mechanisms for the formation of dialogue interaction between communicants: it is value and psycho-speech coordination of participants in communication. Representatives of religious discourse (clergymen and interactive addressees) are subjects of dialogue. Also they are participants in the mass media discourse. Interaction by the subject of communication is occurred in the communicative space (this is the genres of the forum and blog). The features of the interaction of the two discourses are revealed through the analysis of dialogic communication. At first public dialogue as an atypical form of communication for the Orthodox faith reflects the situation of weak coordination of the participants’ positions. Secondly the technical form of Internet communication isn’t conducive to dialogue on the basis of religious values and presumptions. The result of this interaction reflects typological changes in religious discourse – adaptation to the mass media’s norms and conditions. The interaction in the space of religious discourse oriented to orthodox dogmas, traditions, values. The topics of the dialogues are not only religious life, but also worldly interests. The format of the dialogue actualizes a complex of subjective (value priorities of the individual, psychoemotional, social aspects) and objective (discursive state, ideology, collective experience) factors.

The method of substrate-induced respiration studied the dynamics of the rate of basal respiration, microbial biomass and metabolic quotient peat deposits oligotrophic bog (north-eastern part of the Vasyugan bog). It was determined that on average during the season microbial biomass values vary slightly with the depth and basal respiration of aerobic layers.
