The main results of ascertaining research are presented here. However in case of the USA we can see what the estrangement was not weakened owing to reformation labour ethics of “beruf”, but owing to diversification of possibilities. Based on the substantiation of the relevance of the search for ne w tools and technologies for the organization of independent activities of students, the problem of building a modern methodology for its organization in the system of professional training is highlighted. Aim and objectives. Building a methodology for organizing independent activities of students in the modern educational paradigm for the vocational training system. Material and methods. A clarification of the conceptual apparatus has been proposed: independent work is understood as a set of independent target activities, each o f which is composed of a system (base) of actions. At the same time, the ability of independent work in the process of learning is understood as the ability of the learner to perform (rep roduce) the construction of a system of independent activities and to carry out the actions included in these activities for the reliable achie vement of the set educational goal. The characteristic features of independent work in the vocational education system are highlighted on the basis of analysis and comparison of the totality of the used independent actions and the structure of the system of independent activity when performing independent work. Results and discussion. The characteristic features of independent work in the modern educational paradigm are: 1) individualization, which will manifest itself and be recorded in the set of available actions used by the student, constituting independent activity, and feature s of the structure of independent work as a system of independent activities, 2) the need to ensure corporate professional communication. It is proposed to use the interaction of cloud personal educational environment of a teacher and personal learning environments of students as the main means of forming the skills of independent work and the formation of the information field of independent activities. Taking into account the formulated provisions, a structural-functional model of the organization of students’ independent work using cloud technologies has been developed. Conclusion. From the standpoint of the proposed methodology in the implementation of the competence approach for building a methodology for independent work, the levels of ability for independent work are proposed to be determined as follows: the level of knowledge of actions; the level of ability to perform actions; the level of knowledge of activities with the actions that make up the independent work; the level of implementa tion of activities with actions constituting the independent work (including the design and modeling of the system of activities). Material and methods. Directions in the understanding of professional competences of teachers, stages of university professional training of future teachers of preschool and primary education, the possibility of specialized disciplines and special courses in the process of forming general and narrow professional competencies of future specialists of preschool institutions and elementary school teachers are submitted for consideration. The description of the pedagogical conditions and stages of the management of the development of professional competencies of teachers of the successive stages of education contributes to the improvement of the quality of management activities on the basis of the competence approach. Results and discussion. Within the framework of the professional group of future teachers of pre-school and primary education that we study, it is especially important to be competitive. The quality of education at the first steps depends on the strength, flexibility, and variability of students’ mastery in the classroom and on their own general, professional, pedagogical, narrow professional competencies. | 4067 | The article is dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the publication of the first edition of A. M. Volkov’s fairy tale “The Wizard of the Emerald City” (1939). The work uses for the first time the handwritten collection of the children’s writer A.M. Volkov, stored at Tomsk State Pedagogical University. Manuscripts allow one to penetrate into the writer’s workshop, to trace the formation and development of an idea and the course of the creative process. A comparison of the structure of chapters in the 1936 manuscript and the 1939 edition made it possible to identify changes made to the composition (deletion, introduction of new ones, merging chapters). In addition, the article provides fragments of manuscripts from 1936, with which A. Volkov planned to supplement the text, but did not include them in the printed version of 1939. Analysis of the drafts gave an idea of A. Volkov’s work with character names. It was important for the writer to find equivalents to the names in F. Baum’s fairy tale, so that they would be understandable to the Russian-speaking reader and optimally reveal the character’s image. The writer worked on the largest number of name options for Scarecrow. Of particular interest is the manuscript of fragments of A. M. Volkov’s play “Flight to Fairyland” based on “The Wizard of the Emerald City”. The manuscript is introduced into scientific circulation for the first time and commented on. The diary entries of A. Volkov and the unusual image of Goodwin in fragments of the play (a black slave Uncle Joe who escaped from an exploiter) indicate that the writer tried to submit to circumstances, adapt to the requirements of censorship, inscribing a fairy tale plot into the traditions of social literature of the late 19th – first half XX century. However, the incompleteness of the play’s concept can be explained by both external (the onset of the “thaw”) and internal (unwillingness to obey the political situation) reasons. | 4084 | An issue of activity of Krasnoyarsk school of law during the Great Patriotic War is considered on the basis mainly of archive materials. The theme of legal education during the war period did not receive adequate coverage in the scientific literature. The works are basically of review nature and many aspects of the problem remain unexplored. It is shown that the war directly affected the school’s life. The school building was transferred to the military department for flats of military men and classes had to be given in the premises of the hostel. Military and military medical business played a large role in the learning process. As a result the majority of alumni after graduation from the school became prepared military specialists. At the beginning of the war the people’s commissariat of justice of the RSFSR assigned the task for the school to prepare as many graduated lawyers as possible. As a result if in 1942 19 people graduated from the school, then in 1943 – 54 people. Mass enrolment of cadets caused discipline problems. In 1942-43 academic year students missed 4339 hours, 2048 of them are for good reasons. There were 82 tardies for classes. 20 people were subjected to administrative penalties for absenteeism and tardiness. The fight against misconduct was conducted by party and Komsomol organizations of students. Graduates of the school worked both in the territory of the Krasnoyarsk region and beyond, for example in the Primorye Territory, Urals, Ukraine. In 1944 with the revival of legal education in liberated territories capital funds were transferred exactly there. As a result Krasnoyarsk school of law among others was closed.
