| 5151 | The article addresses the problem of multiple negation in eastern, Vach and Vasjugan, dialects of Khanty and Southern dialects of Selkup. The article is based on the typology of multiple negation according to which four types of multiple negation can be pointed out: double negation, weakening negation, negative concord and emphatic negation. In the beginning of the article the information on theory of common and multiple negation is given. Also some peculiar theoretical moments such as negative polarity items and etymological duplets are discussed. Then, consequently, for each language, different markers and strategies of negation are discussed: common negation, imperative negation, existential negation, negation at pronouns and adverbs, negative modal verbs, morphological negation, negation under the influence of Russian. On this basis, different strategies of singular and multiple negation were revealed. At the end of the article the comparison of these strategies in two languages and conclusion takes place. In the languages under discussion, in the sphere of negation, some systemic changes took place connected with the influence of dominating Russian language. Different negation markers were loaned from Russian and adapted to the common use of native speakers. Keywords: endangered Siberian languages, multiple negation, typology | 1727 | |||||

| 5155 | The six-year experience of cooperation between university and secondary school is uconsidered. The technique of reflexive reconstruction of interaction of participants of the network educational project is used: students, teachers of historical and philological faculty of Tomsk State Pedagogical University, teachers studying in Municipal Autonomous Educational Institution Secondary School no. 14 named after A. F. Lebedev, Tomsk. A plot of the reconstruction is based on the idea of the complexity of the project actions. We are talking about the movement from the normative and executive position of the design participants to the semantic one. It is shown that the first position is related to the implementation in practice of interaction of the state order in the field of integrative (inclusive) education. Within the framework of the second position, the participants implement their own initiatives, design, form an educational reality, the content and forms of which correspond to the challenges of the time. Pedagogical activity is carried out on the basis of personal resource of subjects of cooperation. The design of such a plot of the development of joint activities is considered as a manifestation of a special model of interaction between the University and the secondary school, which the authors, after G. N. Prozumentova, called joint production. The described educational precedents, empirical phenomena typical for this model allow us to see its presence in such forms as a master class, a project conference “Our Mental Values”, a joint educational project “Debates”, an international scientific and practical conference “Science and Education”. The content of this model is also shown by the creation of texts of different types by the participants of interaction: projects, articles, methodological developments, final qualifying works (diplomas, master’s theses). The experience of interaction between the University and the school presented in the article can be regarded as a precedent of educational design – the sphere of activity in which the manifestation, development, formation of the subjectivity of its participants in the context of innovative practice. Innovation is manifested in the phenomenon of personal presence of participants of network interaction (in this case-the authors of the article) in the creation of educational reality. The content of activities in the project can be considered as a variant of pedagogical technologization of the requirements of the new Federal State Educational Standards of the university and secondary school. | 5156 | Introduction. The relevance of the article is due to a significant exacerbation of the problem of protecting the rights of children, due to the increase in cases of homelessness, violence, drug addiction, both in the family and in society as a whole. And one of the global tasks of the Russian state at the present stage is the protection of the rights of the child. The family and educational organizations have a big role in crime prevention. The purpose of the article is to identify the characteristic features of the legal development of children of senior preschool age. Material and methods. The methodological basis of our work was a cultural approach that allows us to consider the legal development of children of preschool age as an integral part of human culture and the dialectical method of cognition, involving a comprehensive analysis of the objects studied in their relationship, the definition of cause-effect relationships of the analyzed phenomena; general scientific: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy and special methods of scientific knowledge: children’s poll “Children’s Rights”, individual conversation “What to do?” (G. Uruntaeva, Y. Afonkina), survey of educators, Pearson correlation coefficient. Results and discussion. The results of the experimental work showed that the majority of children under the age of five are at the middle and low levels of legal development. Children of senior preschool age do not fully possess the knowledge of rights and obligations that are not sufficiently complete and specific. Preschool children find it difficult to define the concepts of law, right, etc. The children of senior preschool age found it difficult to properly assess their actions and the actions of other people, sought help from an adult, followed the rules of behavior subject to adult control. As the results of the analysis of the experimental work showed, the majority of children of 5 years old are at an average (47 %) and low (45 %) levels of legal development and only 8 % of older preschool children have high rates. Statistically, this thesis was confirmed by a high value of the Pearson criterion correlation coefficient between the signs (criteria of legal development levels) (rs = 0,6). This was reflected in perceptions, behaviors, experiences, feelings of children, which in aggregate determine the formation of legal development. Сonclusion. The materials of the article can be used in the practice of pre-school educational organizations, educational activities for the preparation of bachelors and masters in pedagogical, psychological and pedagogical areas of training. | 5157 | Introduction. The digital platform for the organization of modern broadcasting significantly transforms the principles of information and communication with the addressee. Material and methods. The subject of discussion in this article is the communicative ways of implementing personal radio discourse. Results and discussion. The focus is on the image of the radio host, which is formed at the intersection of the strategies of self-presentation and advertising of the radio site as an information resource. The functional potential of the interaction of communicative strategies is manifested in how the author identifies himself through a set of roles of professional and personal orientation. The specificity of the author’s role realization is examined through the description of the macrotext structure – the sociocultural and genre features of the Internet blog, which serves as a precedent form of broadcasting organization. The social network principle of radio functioning determines the basic parameter of its picture of the world – the individualization of the process of interaction with the addressee, the organization of the psycho-emotional environment of identity formation. Conclusion. The complex of interacting communicative strategies becomes the discursive mechanism that determines the variability of the author’s role-playing behavior – a discursive personality that manifests itself in the process of interactive communication, in the process of forming a discursive picture of the world as a world shared with the addressee, a comfortable psycho-emotional interaction environment. | 5170 | The relevance of this study is due to the socio-cultural aspects associated with the development of visual communications in modern urban space. The visual landscape of the city assumes an abundance of advertising information in various spheres of human activity. This leads to an increase in the requirements for people of different specialties in the field of visual communication skills. The problem is a contradiction: on the one hand, the visual level of the urban environment is constantly growing, on the other hand the approaches to education in this direction are not so wide and do not meet the requirements of the time. At the moment, there are many technologies for solving creative problems in the visual arts and design - this is a whole spectrum of researchers who pay attention to the issues of a full-fledged educational cycle, but the problem is to correctly choose and integrate them into the accelerated educational process (refresher courses). In this regard, the issue of creating a methodology for teaching the composition and working with it within the framework of the advanced training courses “Graphic Design. A basic level”. The goal was to create the most concise and effective way of learning to work with the mounting composition and the principles of working with a stain within the framework of this composition. | 5180 | Introduction. The article discusses the principles of organizing a dialogue between users of social networks of entertainment radio. Modern convergent forms of media communication are realized at the intersection of discursive macrostructures. In particular, radio functions in social networks of the Internet as a multifactorial phenomenon, depending on the technological and ideological features of media sources, such as radio and the Internet. The innovative nature of the traditional source of information is manifested in the position of the addressee, which is due to the capabilities of the Internet user. The one-way communication method of analog radio acquires the qualities and capabilities of an interactive interaction model, the listener becomes a user, an active subject of discourse, his agent and content generator. Results and discussion. The analyzed material allows us to draw the following conclusions. The method of dialogue depends on the dominant macrostructures, which are either analog radio or social networkcommunication. The indicated macrostructures realize themselves at the level of values and the ideology of network communication. The macrostructure of the radio is explicated in the speech of the communicants in settings on the personal plan of interaction. The macrostructure implements an intersubject model of interaction. The macrostructure of social network communication manifests itself in the psycho-speech mechanisms of affiliation, namely, in the connection of speakers to the speech in order to actualize in public space, realizing a quasi-subject communication model. The second model does not show explicit markers of dialogue, but can be considered from the point of view of successful communication, given the general discursive perspective and the social-network form of organization of communication. | 5198 | The interest to Gogol’s literature heritage in the literature era of the XX–XXI centuries has been noted by many researchers. Literature scholars are actively introducing into scientific circulation the works of modern authors. They allow to raise the question of the place and role of Gogol’s heritage in the aesthetic search of the literature process of the turn of the XX–XXI centuries. The aim of the study is to analyze the functioning principles of the novel “The overcoat” and its system-forming image of a small man in the works of writers of the turn of the XX–XXI centuries. The novelty of the study lies, firstly, in the comprehension of the material that has not been previously analyzed, and secondly, in the reconstruction of the types, methods and function of the reception of the “overcoat text” in the literary era of the XX–XXI centuries. The works of modern authors were used as material: the chapter “Little Man Tetelin” from V. Makanin’s novel “The Underground or the Hero of Our Time” (1998). Makanin’s novel “The Underground, or the Hero of Our Time” (1998), stories by V. Petsukh “To Nikolai Vasilievich. Demonstration of Possibilities” from the collection “Plagiarism” (2001) and O. Slavnikova’s “CHANEL No. 5” (2009). The selected works belong to different aesthetic and genre forms and the point of convergence between them is their dialogical reinterpretation of the stylistic system of the novel “The Overcoat”, built on the combination of two modes of narration – “mimicry of grief” and “mimicry of laughter” (B. Eichenbaum). It is proved that the stylistic organization of the narrative principles of the novel “The overcoat” has a modeling effect on the works. All three selected authors use direct quotation allusion to the text of Gogol’s novel. The “overcoat plot” is projected by V. Makanin and V. Petsukh to comprehend the fate of the Soviet intelligentsia in the post-soviet realities. The writers record and comprehend the spiritual degradation aand grinding f the Soviet intellectual as a social and anthropological type. O. Slavnikova’s principles of transformation of the “overcoat plot” are connected with the reflection on the ontological value and self-sufficiency of the individual, which are lost in the situation of blurring the boundaries between the material and the ideal, man and thing. The human deformation discovered and explored by Slavnikova is thought of as an unmotivated fundamental property of the world. All three authors are characterized by the actualization of Gogol’s laughter, where the comic and the tragic coexist. Keywords: N. V. Gogol, “Overcoat”, little man, V. Makanin, V. Pietsukh, O.
