| 5351 | The article highlights the process of separation of the bodies of social security and domestic organization of military families from social welfare bodies. A wide range of tasks which the People's Commissariat of social welfare faces, small staff, and, which is the most important, the lack of far-reaching beholden network of the bodies responsible for social security of military families at the local level determined the lack of effective government aid to this category of citizens and became the reason for introduction of the bodies of social security and domestic organization of military families. Through the example of functioning of the regional and territorial social security bodies in Western Siberia the order and structure of their organization and the tasks which they face are demonstrated, as well as the importance of changes in the structure of the bodies for effective assistance to the military families is studied. | 5353 | This article provides an evolutionary approach to the linguistic problem of encoding and interpretation of a conceptual content by means of body part names in the Old Russian and the Old English languages. Applying the category analysis to word semantics in diachrony enables us to decode the primary links between words and concepts that these words denote. The diachronic study of lexical semantics provides explicational potential, revealing recurring tendencies and the prospects for meaning generation and development. The lexicographic data of the Indo-European proto-language create the necessary basis to determine the ways semantic categories of objectivity, quality, quantity, space, and time can adapt and transform in the Slavic and the Anglo-Saxon linguistic consciousness. The comparative analysis of the Old Russian and the Old English body part names and their proto-Indo-European roots adds clarity to the processes of category transition and semantics formation. The semiotic complexity of human body contributes to the expansion of the objective space of body part names by means of incident semantics. The conducted research correlates the inventory of the Old Russian and the Old English somatic fragments with their Indo-European reflexes. The results testify to the dynamic nature of categories in the evolution of lexical semantics, indicating the vectors of semantic change. | 5354 | Introduction. The article analyzes the application of ethno-cultural approach to music education of younger students as a factor of socialization of students, their ethnic identification and self-determination in the multinational cultural space. Material and methods. In the course of work the song material was studied in the style of local folk song tradition of the Nikolsky district of the Penza region, the echoes, folk tunes which make up the content of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge mastered by younger schoolchildren in folklore ensemble. Their use makes it possible to design the process of formation of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge as a personal intellectual experience based on internal acceptance of information and implementing this knowledge in practical actions. Results and discussion. The success of the formation of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge of younger students depends on several factors, for example, the wealth of emotional and moral content of musical works or compliance with the specifics of children’s musical and creative activity. As elements of the selection of local history material, its spiritual and moral content, the presence of musical and artistic traditions that contribute to the realization of the child’s right to their own national art culture and language in the process of its development and aesthetic education are updated. Nikolsky district of the Penza region is rich in its musical traditions, has a historical, cultural and spiritual heritage, which includes valuable historical and architectural monuments associated with historical events, the lives of outstanding figures of culture and art of Russia. All this allows younger students to quickly and easily navigate the world of ethnomusical values of the native musical culture and the culture of other peoples. The pedagogical potential of ethnocultural musical material lies in the fact that it provides simplicity and brightness of the artistic-figurative perception of works of this orientation. Conclusion. Purposeful, systematic lessons with children in the folklore ensemble contribute to the preservation of spiritual and moral values of the musical culture of the ethnic group. Younger students demonstrate not only the knowledge of song and dance culture of ethnic groups living in the Penza region, but also Patriotic civic qualities relevant to the modern stage of development of society. | 5369 | The topic of tourism development in Russian regions is very relevant today, since it is related to regional economy development. Hence, problems and prospects of the tourism industry development more and more attract researchers’ and public attention. The article revealed the problems of mass tourism formation in Western and Eastern Siberia regions through exposing forms and directions of tourism industry development in those regions in 1960s–1970s. The problem of tourism in certain Siberian regions is considered by the researches in their works, some aspects of tourism development in Siberian regions are touched on many conferences, devoted to the problems of tourism development in various Russian regions. This gives the right to claim that the aspect of reconstructing forms and directions of regional tourism development in Siberia is discovered insufficiently. Therefore, the author addresses primary sources, namely, archive documentation. The main base draws up previously unpublished archival sources. Materials of the State Archive Fund of Novosibirsk and Kemerovo oblasts contain information about the volume of transportation showing mass tourism development in the given period. Materials from the Russian Federation State Archive contain statistical data on travel volumes and the number of tourists in the analyzed period. Experience in the tourism industry development in Siberian region would help to reveal the preconditions and to present the trend of mass tourism development in the country during this period. The change to a five-day working week with 2 days off prompted the demand for recreation, which was increasing among the soviet population. Along with the expansion of organized tourist trips, the mass initiative tourist movement was getting the increasing popularity. The different forms of initiative tourism worked: trips “Auto stop”, alpinist tours, walking local and regional tours, week-end trips, etc. By the end of the 1960s, tourism was converted into a single-union system demanding comprehensive centralized management with material and technical base, established only on the basis of a unified system approach. Central Tourism Department put the plans that have been successfully carried out by regional councils on tourism, implementing the decisions of the Central Committee of the Party and the decisions of the Soviet Government. The effective management of administrative practices on the one hand stimulated the mass tourism and excursion industry development, but on the other hand hindered its effective control in the regions. | 5378 | The existence of K-instantons on a cylinder M7 = Rт x K/H over a homogeneous nearly Kahler 6-manifold K/H requires a conformally parallel or a cocalibrated G2-structure on M7. The generalized anti-self-duality onM7 implies a Chern-Simons ow on K/H which runs between instantons on the coset. For K-equivariant connections, the torsionful Yang-Mills equation reduces to a particular quartic dynamics for a Newtonian particle on C. We obtain kink- or bounce-type solutions for generic values of the torsion. When the latter corresponds to the conformally parallel or cocalibrated G2-structure on M7, the dynamics follows from a gradient or hamiltonian ow, respectively, and we encounter Yang-Mills instantons. | 5381 | The article is dedicated to the research of lacunarity of derivational paradigms of adjectives denoting mental characteristics of a human in forming names of persons. Attention is paid to cognitive aspects of derivation. An attempt is being made to determine which parameters of feature semantics are relevant to a native speaker in forming nouns with the meaning ‘a person according to an attribute’. Determination of such semantic components contributes to a research of a linguistic world-image which stipulates the thematic justification of the research. For the accomplishment of the targeted goal the analysis of situations anticipating the selection procedure of adjectival naming units is carried out. Considering the obtained results the author’s classification of adjectives of a lexical semantic group ‘mental characteristics of a human’ is proposed. Compared to semantic roles of verbal actants the semantic roles which may be attributed to the actant being near an adjective are determined. It turns out that the whole array of adjectival lexicon can be divided into three groups depending on presence or absence in semantics of adjectives of a component such as controllability. It is the category of intensional control that appears to be an integral characteristic of semantics of adjectives entering the process of forming names of persons. Absence of an adjective of a semantic component ‘control’ in semantics forbids a formation of adjective-based naming units. | 5384 | The paper outlines the types of discourse-pragmatic functions and kinds of propositional-semantic content associated with the Loc-marked Agent constructions in Eastern Khanty. Selected methodology includes contrastive morpho-syntactic and contextual analysis of the narrative corpus, attending to the information structure and linguistic meta-data. Based on discourse analysis, it is hypothesized, that a wide cognitive faculty facilitating the structuring of information and specifying the roles of the participants, governs the choice of grammatical means, i.e. the construction types. It follows from the analysis of pragmatic, semantic and grammatical features of interacting discourse participants that specific system’s grammatical resources identify with certain pragmatic-semantic properties. The Loc-Agent constructions are prototypically used to express the events with more than one argument with competing topicality. The Loc-Agent constructions (agented passive and “ergative”) manifest a parenthetical shift in centrality of the discourse referents, where a secondary topic referent is competing with the primary agentive topic. This is expressed by temporary promotion of the secondary topical referent to the Loc-marked S grammatical relation. N.V. Polyakova. | 5393 | Introduction. The research is carried out within the framework of the theory of functional grammar and is aimed at studying semantic features of concessive relations and specialized means of their expression in Russian. The formal and substantial variability of concessionary constructions is noted, and an assumption of stylistic heterogeneity of language units expressing the semantics of concession is suggested. Material and methods. In spite of the research of concessionality, including its representation as a constituent part of the conditionality field, the semantics of concession and its expressive means have not been previously examined from the aspect of functional and stylistic usage. The formal, semantic and stylistic variation of concessionary units, conditioned by communicative settings and linguistic features of scientific style, are studied. The texts of the nuclear genre of scientific discourse – 3708 scientific articles of different thematic orientation, published in ranked Russian journals – were used as the material. Results and discussion. Scientific works devoted to the linguistic expression of concessive relations in Russian demonstrate the complexity and heterogeneity of this type of semantics and different ways of its expression. The analysis of concessive constructions in scientific articles on philology, history, biology, engineering and information science and economics shows that complex sentences with the conjunctions despite/disregarding that, but, however, although, as well as simple sentences with the prepositions despite/disregarding, despite, regardless of, etc., can be considered as special means of expressing these meanings in scientific language. On the basis of the quantitative data obtained, the article presents the percentage ratio of concessionary units in scientific articles on different topics and reveals the productive means of expressing the concession for each topic. From the point of view of the concession field, the most typical particular meanings of the concession (concessive-predicative, concessive-restrictive and real-concessive) and the absence of other meanings realized in other styles of the Russian language (concessive-predicative, concessive-retributive and reinforced-concessive meanings) were revealed. Conclusion. As a result of the study the average indicator of concessionary relations in the articles on different topics of scientific style was established, the substantive, formal and stylistic variation of concessionary units was noted, the correlation between the thematic focus of the articles under consideration and certain means of expressing concession was revealed, which requires further study. | 5394 | Brazilian playwright Nelson Rodrigues is the author of a very peculiar dramatic work, whose main characteristics are related to a poetics of the excess and a modernization of tragedy. There are two trends in his works: one that is closer to universal and mythical aspects of life, and another one that is closer to the historical and daily aspects. His own life was full of tragic events which made him feel that tragedy is a dimension that intrinsically belongs to humanity’s trajectory in this world. So the tragic sense of life was part of his world view and his philosophical conceptions. It was then natural that this tragic world view would be present in his literary creation at the several genres he explored, especially in his dramatic works. But his tragic approach is always mixed with melodramatic events and an excess of feelings, actions, and the grotesque, so that it frequently becomes comic at the same time. Nelson Rodrigues was influenced by both the high fine literature of the Western tradition and the subliterature of the beginning of the 20th century, and his mixture of them together makes up an original and very interesting creation. This paper fundamentally approaches the tragic as belonging to the playwright’s life — as well as his world vision — and also belonging to the works of Rodrigues by analyzing events in his, his readings, the opera and cinema techniques he was familiar with in order to reflect about their influences on his work, as well as to discuss formal aspects and subjects that make it possible to consider his dramatic works as belonging to the tradition of tragedy at the same time that he subvert and recreates the tragic standards in his own fashion.
