| 5451 | There is the problem of diagnostics of readiness of future mathematics teachers for professional activity in connection with the transition of higher education to the new standards based on the competence, personality-oriented and activity approaches to teaching. The concept of “readiness for professional activity” is associated with the concept of “professional competence”. The analysis of works on the diagnosis of professional competence from the point of view of psychodidactics allows us to identify certain requirements for the diagnosis of readiness of future mathematics teachers for professional activity: diagnostics should be carried out in the form of monitoring, thereby, its developmental function is realized; monitoring involves the use of the means of pedagogical support in case of educational difficulties of the diagnosed, thereby realizing the teaching function of the diagnostics; it should include the means of self-diagnosis, thereby the educational function of diagnostics is being realized. The designing of diagnostic materials for this monitoring was carried out using the example of diagnosing the readiness of future mathematics teachers to learn to solve text problems – one of the important components of mathematical training. Educational texts were developed in accordance with the structure of the problem-solving process, based on the requirements for diagnostics. Texts allow future mathematics teachers to estimate their readiness in the following areas of professional activity: the analysis of learners’ difficulties in solving problems; methodical work at the stage of the task condition analysis; use of various methods for solving text problems; additional work on the task; designing tasks aimed at learning problem-solving; comparison, recognition and construction of teaching texts; the use of historical and methodical experience in problem solving. | 5452 | Introduction. The non-verbal component in interpretation as a unit of analysis is a scientific gap. This paper studies the three-way interaction between speaker, interpreter and listener for the interpretation of gestures, body position (and its parts), which are characterized as repetitive. It is focused on the multichannel system of the information processed by the interpreter during the work and the ways of processing it. A synchrony occurs between the interpreter and the speaker during the interpretation. It shows on what extent the participants of the communication are involved in this communication. Such involvement allows the speaker to verify the result of the interpretation. It gives an understanding of the transmitted meaning and its appropriateness, since the speaker can judge by the non-verbal communication and the response of the listener. The goal is to study the non-verbal interaction between the speaker and the interpreter in the context of consecutive interpretation using the example of the emerging mimicry phenomenon of synchrony. Materials and methods. The material of the research is video clips with the participation of Krasnoyarsk interpreters with a total duration of 1 hour 57 minutes 29 seconds. Each video is an interview with the participants of the World Junior Curling Championships that was held in Krasnoyarsk in January 2020. A specialized program ELAN was used for marking up videos, which allows annotating media files according to various parameters. The method of annotation according to A. Kibrik was used to process and graphically display the results. Results and discussion. The study shows that the synchrony occurs between the interpreter and the speaker. It means that the connection was established between the participants of the communication that leads to the adoption of certain interpreting decisions. However, we managed to see the opposite situation when there is no synchrony, but there are inaccuracies in the translation or incomplete translation. Conclusion. On the basis of the analysis, an understanding of the principles of three-way interaction in conditions of multichannel information acquisition was formed. The similarity of movements, gestures and body position of the participants in communication is the adaptation of the interlocutors to the behavior of each other, which indicates their involvement and coordination of the communicative behavior of the participants. The more the communication participants are immersed in communication, the greater the level of synchrony they demonstrate. The phenomenon of synchrony is clearly demonstrated. Situations in which the interaction of the translator and the speaker turned out to be ineffective and the goal of communication was not achieved or was not fully achieved are shown using examples of emblematic, illustrative and regulatory gestures. | 5453 | The current level of development of electronic technologies requires a change in the educational process in higher education institutions and the optimization of students’ independent study time. The increase in the amount of information and the share of independent work of students, the educational process, in which the teacher is the only source, and the student is considered as a “passive” object of knowledge, lead to the search for new educational technologies and requires a transition to student-centered learning. According to the degree of use of e-learning in the educational process, online learning and blended learning are distinguished. Blended learning is a combination of online learning with face-to-face learning, the integration of traditional forms with electronic technologies. The aim of the article is to develop and implement a methodology for improving the effectiveness of practical classes in a blended learining environment of the higher education system. The study is being used to observe and analyze the process of teaching science, mastering theoretical and practical knowledge, tests and tasks through an online platform, non-traditional olympiads, interviews, questionnaires, statistical processing of test experiment data, graphical presentation of results, and other methods. The project (www.blededlearning.uz), included in the state register of the information exchange mechanism for the teaching staff of the university was created and implemented, proposals and recommendations were developed. Based on the analysis of theoretical and scientific-methodical literature, the components of a mixed education system in higher educational institutions are determined and are based on the theoretical and methodological aspect and the improvement of the stages of the introduction of mixed educational technologies in the organization of work practice in higher educational institutions. The technique to improve the efficiency of practical classes in a blended learining environment of universities has been developed. Scientific and methodological guidelines and recommendations have been developed in order to improve the quality of practical training in higher educational institutions by introducing a mixed learning model, providing the necessary pedagogical conditions in the educational process. Blended learning models are being improved, communication is being strengthened between professors and teachers of the Informatics department of higher educational institutions, the experience in the field of science is being exchanged, the level of students’ knowledge is being determined, online tests, didactic materials and methodological support are being provided. | 5464 | Introduction. The concept “student” is common to different linguistic cultures of a civilized society and relates to the academic sphere of human activity. This work is devoted to the study of actualized and hidden features – structurally-meaningful components – of the concept “student”. Material and methods. The object of the study is the fragments of Russian National Corpus (RNC). In this paper, we study minimal contexts, usually equal to the sentence and detailed contexts, usually coinciding with the paragraph, as well as the headings of texts reflecting 1900–1917. The relevance of this work is determined by the social significance of the student’s figure in developed human communities and the lack of knowledge on RNC material of the concept related to it. The study examines the most typical uses of the word in multi-style (literary and non-literary) and multi-genre texts of RNC. The methods of the descriptive method (observation, classification, interpretation, generalization, arithmetic calculations) and the methods of linguo-conceptual analysis (contextual and semantic analysis, the analysis of the concept name, correlation of the concept name with historical and cultural data, modeling the structure of the concept, corpus linguistics techniques) are used in the work. Results and discussion. The categorical (qualitative, event-time, spatial) and non-categorical (biological, anthropomorphic) signs of the name of concept “student” are revealed. The taxonomic and nuclear-peripheral models of the studied concept are proposed. During the construction of the first model, the connection between concept “student” and super-concepts “human”, “education/to study” (“to learn”), “higher educational institution is determined”. In the nuclear-peripheral model of this concept, being characterized for the beginning of the last century, the main complex (compound) semes are ‘young man’, ‘studying for a certain time at a university or institute’, ‘engaged mainly in educational activities to obtain one or another profession’. The socio-political and individual characteristics are presumably found in the interpretational field of the considered concept. It was also established that there is no connotation in the lexical semantics of the name of concept “student”. All self-evaluative features of this word are contextually determined. Conclusion. This work is intended for researchers in the field of lexical semantics, linguo-culturology and for students of linguistic conceptual analysis techniques. | 5481 | We present a strategy to get axially symmetric solutions in f(R) gravity by starting from spherically symmetric space-times. To do so, we assume the validity of a complex coordinate transformation, which acts on the spherically symmetric metric and permits one to infer the corresponding f(R) modification. The consequences of this recipe are here described, giving particular emphasis to define a class of compatible axially symmetric solutions, which fairly well describe the motion in cylindrical geometries in the field of f(R), in two different classes of coordinates. We demonstrate that our approach is general and may be applied for several cases of interest. We also show that our treatment is compatible with the standard approach of general relativity, evaluating the motion of a freely falling particle in the context of our metric. | 5484 | The article is devoted to identifying the role of rhetoric component in the speech and communicative behavior of epistolary media language person. Epistolary display language personality is defined as a special type of media, author (sender) content epistolary-media texts – written speech products, possessing a pronounced genre-style characteristics, through which the interpersonal and social interaction with addressees in a media discourse is realised. The analysis of linguistic organization of epistolary-media texts demonstrates a certain level of speech culture of the sender, which is required to achieve the impact on recipients, on the one hand, on the other – it indicates that the presence of speech abilities marks the manifestation of epistolary display language personality peculiar to its discursive abilities. In the rhetorical aspects are analyzed the discursive characteristics of epistolary media language person, actualized in the sphere of mass interaction. The illustrative materials are the open letters to the public, tests of online petitions and eapplications of citizens addressed to the representatives of the regional and national authorities as a kind of epistolary media correspondence. In particular, the rhetorical expedient in epistolary media correspondence is updated by receiving the transformation of forms of presentation “I in-personal” “we collective” and “you generalized”, verification by mentioning factual and statistical data, to attract the stylistic language of the resource in the form of tropes and other means of expression of different levels of the language system. | 5485 | The problem of linguistic variability remains acute due to the dynamism of national language development. The study of phraseological units of biblical etymology in the aspect of their variability has recently become increasingly significant, as the fact of wide use of phraseological units derived from biblical texts and stories in various types of discourse is noted. The diversity of variants of biblical phrases requires identifying, organising and structuring the types of their variation. The aim of the research is to identify new variants of biblical phraseological units that are widely used in various discourse types (fiction, media, publicistic, historical, political). Contexts that verify the resulting data of the research were borrowed from the British National Corpus (BNC), News on the Web (NOW) and electronic dictionary Reverso Context (RC). Language material for the research was extracted out of 3 phraseological dictionaries: 1) the bilingual “English-Russian phraseological dictionary” by Alexander V. Kunin, 2) “English-German-Swedish Dictionary of Biblical Phraseology” by Tatyana N. Fedulenkova and others, 3) the multilingual phraseological dictionary “The Mite of Biblical Wisdom” by Zoya K. Adamia and others. The research methods, namely the method of the phraseological identification, the method of the structural and componential analysis, the method of the quantitative analysis and the method of contextual analysis, allow to analyse 350 phraseological units of biblical origin that are actively used in modern English and identify a set of variants that include both usual and occasional simple variants, i.e. lexical and grammatical, quantitative variants of phraseological units and mixed or complex variants of phraseological units. It was found out that along with linguistic variation, phraseological variation is the result of the natural development of language as a system. Variation of biblical phraseological units is not equaled to phraseological synonymy. The analysis of selected biblical phraseological units allowed us to identify the following types of variants: simple variants and complex variants (e.g. substantive-quantitative variants, adjectival-quantitative variants, verbal-quantitative variants) of phraseological units. Within each of the given groups, a division into usual and occasional variants is made. Simple variants are represented by lexical variants (including substantive variants, prepositional variants, prepositional-substantive variants, attributive variants, verbal variants); grammatical variants (including morphological variants and morpho-syntactical variants); quantitative variants (with truncation and addition of components). Truncated parts of a phraseological unit may be represented by three types (truncation of the initial part of the phraseological unit; truncation of the final part of the phraseological unit; mixed truncation). A group of quantitative comparative variants is distinguished, in which the first conjunction (as) as a result of regular truncation becomes optional, resulting in quantitative-variative pairs. A type of mixed variation has been identified, implying the origin of variants by multiple modifications. Substantive-quantitative variants are formed by changing the substantive component together with varying the structure of the phraseological unit by expanding it with a variable component with a preposition. Adjectival-quantitative variants are formed as the result quantitative variation (expansion of the structure of the phraseological unit) coupled with the replacement of the adjectival element. With the help of corpus data, the preference of native speakers for some variants of idioms over others was successfully revealed. The conclusion is made that the studied phraseological units borrowed from the Bible are not static, but are ‘living’, constantly changing language units, widely used in modern English speech. Moreover, both simple and complex variation in the component composition of a given phraseological unit has no significant impact on the invariant meaning of the phraseological unit. | 5493 | The research project deals with the analysis and description of the axiology of the academic medical discourse in the English language. In relation to our research the concept ‘academic medical discourse’ consists in the following: this type of discourse is scientific communication the aim of which is the concept of detailed transfer of information steps (on the corresponding subject: diagnostics, treatment and recommendation) which needs to be reported, analyzed and discussed for acceptance of the main results. Some examples from the texts of academic medical discourse containing the phraseological units representing opposition ‘good –evil’ have been shown. In this paper research is conducted on the material of contexts of the journal of the American medical association and medical journal of New England. As a result, the concept ‘academic medical discourse’ is considered as scientific communication the aim of which is the concept of detailed transfer of information steps on estimated strategy of diagnostics, treatments and recommendations (see: strategy of all dangers, services of a hospice, correlation of the bill, “grapevine”), exposed to discussion for acceptance of the main results. The analysis of the examples from the texts of academic medical discourse contains phraseological units representing opposition ‘good –evil’. | 5494 | The article presents one of the marginal genres of engineering discourse, the Missing Manual, in the aspect of its metaphorical organization. The results of the analysis have shown that a set of metaphors can be identified in the Missing Manual, namely: the anthropomorphic metaphors that are connected with the anthropocentric paradigm; time and space metaphors that are identified on the basis of semantic features as the humans and everything that surrounds them cannot exist outside of temporal and spatial coordinates; conceptual metaphors that are considered as theoretical constructs that differ in degree of abstraction. The special attention in the article is devoted to the anthropomorphic metaphors which represent various devices as possessing physical and mental abilities, personal attributes, parts of the body, etc. By the example of the Missing Manual it has been demonstrated that the necessity and importance of metaphors in the given text-type depend on two factors: pragmatic goal and functional stylistic status of the Missing Manual. It is noted that a knowledge component in the university education of this contingent of trainees should be present sufficiently, and substantive training should necessarily be guided by future professional activity. In fact, university training in the subject area of students of a pedagogical university should use the criterion of applicability of information in future professional activity as a priority reference point in studying any topic of each subject block. In this connection, the student is obliged to know the normative base of general education, to have an idea of the programs implemented in the general education school, to be able to give them a competent assessment. The student should be familiar with a certain range of scientific and educational-methodical literature on the subject. The role of educational and production practices, research work, as well as network sites, stimulating students’ motivation for mastering the profession, social adaptation and personal growth, is also being updated in the process of the university training of students-philologists. As an example, the forms of network interaction practiced in the process of implementing the program “Formation of the professional culture of teachers in the new educational conditions” are analyzed as part of the network of the experimental site “school – university” (IAOU School No. 14 named after A. F. Lebedev, Tomsk – Tomsk State Pedagogical University). It is concluded that it is the orientation of a pedagogical university to a school and close interaction with it that will allow for the professional training of students-philologists in the context of the changed requirements of society, presented to the modern teacher.
