| 5761 | The unit of measure of education quality is entered. Difficulties of introduction of a universal unit of measure are discussed. The option based on an average arithmetic assessment of knowledge of studied disciplines is considered. Sources of the errors arising at such expert assessment are studied. It is shown that the size of an error can be reduced if to use probabilistic approach. It is based on the introduction of functions – mathematical expectation estimation. The mathematical technology of processing of indicators of progress is offered. It is noted that the main problem there is a choice of an expert assessment. An example of objective calculation of an assessment is reviewed. The conclusion that the number of indicators of progress should not exceed three-four is drawn, otherwise errors of measurements increase more, than for 50 %. The problem of choice of indicators for assessment of level of training of the student is formulated. It is shown that the main priorities for the employer are his professional competences, and common cultural pale into insignificance. The conclusion can be drawn on quality of education, later some period after the beginning of work of the graduate of educational institution. It is shown that the state of educational-methodical documentation of the department has little effect on the quality of education. | 5762 | The article deals with the metacommunicative components, metacommunicative statements and metacommunicative situations on the whole with specifying semantics, in other words, the object of analysis is metacommunicative speech acts of the speaker, which represent a verbal explanation of the specific speech situation, specification, concretization of the speech act of the participant of the communication process. The article explains the practical significance of the use of such speech acts. The specification allows us to focus on the speech behavior of the interlocutor, regulate the process of communication and request additional information which is necessary for a complete and correct interpretation of a speech act. Metacommunicative speech acts can be expressed as particles (то есть – that is, да – yes, вроде – like), adverbs (точно – exactly, правильно – right, верно – correct, etc. ), and metacommunicative statements of the phraseological character (иметь в виду – to bear in mind, пойми меня правильно – understand me correctly), interrogative metacommunicative statements (Что ты хочешь этим сказать? – What do you mean by that? Слышишь? – Do you hear? etc.), metacommunicative statements (Я ничего не понял, объясните и др. – I did not understand anything, will you explain, etc.) and whole metacommunicative speech situations containing the action tendency to explain what was said. | 5763 | Introduction. The analysis of Siberian newspapers of the early 1880s, which contains information about I. S. Turgenev: Irkutsk newspapers «Siberia» (1873–1887), «Eastern Review» (1882–1906) and Tomsk; Sibirskaya Gazeta (1881–1888), Sibirskiy Vestnik (1885–1905). The purpose of the study was to identify the reception of the personality and work of the great Russian writer by the Siberian educated society and an understanding of his role in the spiritual life of Siberia and Russia. Material and methods. In the course of its implementation, a system of methods was used: biographical, historicalliterary, historical-functional, cultural-historical and comparative-typological. Results and discussion. Turgenev turned out to be a significant figure for the cultural life of Siberia. His works were sold in bookstores in Tomsk, Omsk, Barnaul, Irkutsk, and were in many libraries in Siberia. With the appearance of the first Siberian newspapers, reviews and materials about the work and events of the life of the Russian writer were printed on their pages. Most often his name was found on the pages of the «Siberian newspaper». The love story of S. S. Sinegub was known among the populist revolutionaries. She found, in the opinion of the author of the article, its reflection in the development of the love affair of Nezhdanov, Marianna and Solomin (novel «Nov»). The secret editor of the newspaper was F. V. Volkhovsky, a political exile, tried in the socalled «trial of the 193s» in 1877 y. Turgenev was not personally acquainted with Volkhovsky, but actively communicated with G. A. Lopatin, his friend and associate in political activities, and together with him founded the Russian Public Library in Paris. Particular attention in the article is paid to the analysis of materials about Turgenev on the pages of Irkutsk and Tomsk periodicals: these are reprints and comments and articles of central newspapers about the works of Turgenev, their own reviews and reviews of the writer of Siberian writers. Some of them – N. I. Naumov, I. V. Omulevsky (and, possibly, N. M. Yadrintsev) – were personally acquainted with him and were present at Turgenev’s meetings with the editors of the magazine «Slovo» and «Russkoe Bogatstvo». It was in the March issue of the radical magazine «Slovo» in 1881 that Turgenev’s famous poem «Croquet in Windsor» (1876) was first published in Russia. Conclusion. The Siberian public closely followed the work of Turgenev, information about his illness was published in Siberian newspapers. After his death, it was reported about memorial services, which took place in a number of Siberian cities. The author of the article reviewed obituaries and posthumous articles about Turgenev, talentedly written by the editors of «Vostochny Obozreniye» and «Sibirskaya Gazeta». They noted the great importance of the work of the outstanding Russian writer and his social activities for the formation of civic consciousness of Siberians. Keywords: I. S. | 5764 | When highlighting the concept of “personal activity” as an indicator of professional mobility, which is interpreted as readiness and adaptability to work under changing conditions based on the development of new forms and types of actions, the article describes a conventionally reflexive system of teaching methods of a modern teacher, which guarantees the formation of a teacher’s skills independently compose and evaluate teaching methods in a changing digital educational environment. The features of the proposed system of teaching methods are highlighted using a paradigm approach, taking into account the study of the status of the “teaching method” as a learning goal in the “Modern” educational paradigm. This status of the method in the context of teacher training allows us to indicate two classes of methods: methods of teaching and methods of organizing educational and cognitive activity. The essence of the specification of the methods of each class in the system of teacher training is determined by the property of autologicality (that is, the need to describe oneself). For the considered property, four main signs (characteristics) of manifestation have been established: the presence of an autological goal, fixing cause-and-effect relationships for using the method in a specific methodological system, studying cause-and-effect relationships for using the method when transforming the model of a specific methodological system, formulating a value judgment about the appropriateness of applying method in a certain methodological system or pedagogical situation. Endowing the property of autologicality with the selected characteristics of the content and procedural essence determines the link between knowledge and methods of activity, which is key for professional pedagogical education, allowing to activate professional (functional) literacy, qualitative characteristics of the personality, as well as the positive psychophysical mood of students. These competency components are included in the profile of “ability to understand and act”, considered as the basis of professional mobility. Achieving the didactic completeness of the presented conventional-reflexive system of teaching methods is determined by the formation of the teacher’s ability to independently compose teaching methods and methods for organizing educational and cognitive activities in a digital educational environment. As a means of forming this skill, a “learning-cognitive expert system” is proposed, which contains software support – a generator for disaggregating teaching methods and an expert block filled with methods of conventional role-playing reflection. Within the framework of using the proposed system, the formation of a selected skill can be carried out in three stages. In the paradigm terminology, the “educational-cognitive expert system” is, in fact, an element of the “value setting” of a particular “Modern” paradigm. The metaphysical part of this paradigm is given by the digital educational environment. All 35CI-NQR frequencies for above-men¬tioned nv-complexes are obtained by ab initio calcula¬tions. It was shown that ab initio calculations might be useful for the appropriate interpretation of experimen¬tal NQR frequencies. The optimized geometry of the complexes has been used to calculate the quadruple coupling constants, the ionization potentials, the MO composition and the orbit¬al energies for each of the compounds investigated. Our calculations have been pointed out that TiCI4, SnCI4 and SbCI5 complexes are somewhat stabilized. The most stable complex is SbCI5 that is in a good agreement with the experimental data. The stability of the complexes depends both on the stabilization of the occupied donor molecular levels and the vacant ac¬ceptor and donor levels. | 1767 | |||||

| 5773 | The article explains the use of the net present value for the evaluation of the effectiveness of forest management strategies for specific sites. In Russian practice, this indicator is mainly used for the evaluation of investment projects, but in forestry developed countries such as Finland and Canada for several decades now this index is used to evaluate the effectiveness of management of forest areas and planning for logging and reforestation on them. This is due to the fact that in the forestry sector, as well as in investment projects a great role is played by the factor of time, i. e. flows of revenues and expenses can be considerably spaced apart in time. This means that the use of indicators such as net income, profit, profitability, etc. do not allow to obtain complete information and give distorted results, as the time factor is not taken into account. Using an integrated model of economic evaluation in the context of strategies may also lead to an increase in the volume of selective logging, because their benefits can be assessed more clearly. | 5775 | The article presents one of the marginal genres of engineering discourse, the Missing Manual, in the aspect of its metaphorical organization. The results of the analysis have shown that a set of metaphors can be identified in the Missing Manual, namely: the anthropomorphic metaphors that are connected with the anthropocentric paradigm; time and space metaphors that are identified on the basis of semantic features as the humans and everything that surrounds them cannot exist outside of temporal and spatial coordinates; conceptual metaphors that are considered as theoretical constructs that differ in degree of abstraction. The special attention in the article is devoted to the anthropomorphic metaphors which represent various devices as possessing physical and mental abilities, personal attributes, parts of the body, etc. By the example of the Missing Manual it has been demonstrated that the necessity and importance of metaphors in the given text-type depend on two factors: pragmatic goal and functional stylistic status of the Missing Manual. The authors conclude that metaphors in the discussed genre perform two core functions, i.e. the function of gaining consumers’ affection and the function of exerting control over the formation of consumers’ notion of some devices which can have an impact on their decision-making. | 5776 | The article focuses on the polifunctional pronoun form gli and its patterns of use in the 16th-century Italian. In Old Italian, as a result of phonetic changes, this form became virtually universal, as it performed various subject, direct object and indirect object functions and co-occurred with other developments of the Lat. ille. In Modern Italian gli has several uses, but they are not stylistically equal: gli as the indirect object masculine singular pronoun is normative, gli as the indirect object plural form is colloquially marked, and gli as the indirect object feminine singular pronoun is regarded as a vulgarism. The 16th century, in a way, was a transition period when certain uses of gli that later became obsolete are only present in comic genres and in the writings by semiliterate authors. Another interesting feature is the growing discrepancy between the dialect of Florence and the codified norm. The reduction of superfluous uses of gli in the 16th-century Italian has not been dealt with specially before. The present piece of research aims at assessing the way the functions of gli were gradually being reduced and differentiated stylistically, which becomes evident when one confronts prose and verse writings belonging to different genres and to authors from different regions of Italy. | 5777 | Introduction. Self-education is for an adult a skill necessary for a full-fledged life in conditions of constant uncertainty. This type of activity is inextricably linked with the subject position, the author’s attitude to his education and life in general. The stage-by-stage formation of subjectness includes the school and university period, the further construction of an individual educational path depends on the formed readiness for self-education, the availability of relevant experience. Support in the development of self-education skills can be obtained in formal education, in non-formal education communities, as well as in educational informational resources. These practices of these types of continuing education constitute the space of adult education that implements the variability of support. The aim of the research is to analyze the resources available in the space of adult education to support the development of self-education skills, as well as deficits in this area. Material and methods. The material was the theoretical sources and practices of teaching self-education and the development of the ability of self-education, interviews with part-time adjuncts of St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Results and discussion. The topic of teaching self-educational activity has been sufficiently studied. In the Soviet period, the methods and techniques of appropriate teaching during the school period were described. Currently, secondary education solves the problem by engaging children in research activities, so it leads to the progress of personalized education development. However, progress on this issue remains unsatisfactory. The preparation of teachers for self-educational activity is problematized, because without such skills, it is impossible to organize the development of students. In organizations of higher education, the revealed underdevelopment of self-educational activity can be compensated by appropriate programs of psychological and pedagogical support. Teachers need special pedagogical skills. In the field of non-formal education, an adult has the opportunity to develop the ability of self-education by joining self-organizing communities when the need arises to renew knowledge. However, the intensity of his life activity often prevents this. The resource of informal education (educational content) is not quite relevant. Live offline interaction with a mentor, consultant, a strategy for quick support of the resumption of educational activities are in demand. The aspect of psychological support is important. Conclusion. The problem of developing the ability to self-educate adults is seen as being solved by implementing the trinity of formal, non-formal and informal types of lifelong education as a structure that reveals options for eliminating the deficit of knowledge and skills: from practice-oriented modules in educational programs of formal education, mutual learning in self-organizing communities of non-formal education before navigating informal sources. | 5798 | The ways of verbalizing the concept “loneliness” in the original text of G. G. Marquez’s “One Hundred Years of Solitude”. The analysis made it possible to model the concept by constructing its semantic field, highlighting the core and peripheral zones of the concept. It is shown that the artistic concept has its own distinctive features and requires a special method of analysis. The purpose of this study is to identify ways of verbalizing and modeling the concept of loneliness in the novel by G. G. Marquez “One Hundred Years of Solitude” (on the material of the Spanish language). The novelty of the work lies in the fact that it carried out a conceptual analysis of loneliness in the original text, which has not yet been included in the field of linguistic research: a semantic field has been built, the core and peripheral zones of the concept have been identified, cognitive signs have been established for each of the core lexemes, and also cognitive features of objective images. The research material is the novel by G. G. Marquez “One Hundred Years of Solitude” in the Spanish language. The empirical base of the study was formed using a descriptive method, which included the use of a continuous sample. In addition, the study uses the method of conceptual text analysis, which includes methods for describing the core and periphery of the concept, analyzing dictionary definitions and describing the content of the concept. As a result of the analysis of the methods of verbalization of the concept of loneliness, the semantic field of the concept was modeled, its core and periphery were identified. The core zone of the concept includes the keyword-representative of the concept and other lexical units of the derivational nest. Three groups of lexemes nominating loneliness, as well as images of loneliness created with the help of metaphorical means, were assigned to the periphery of the concept. The concept can be modeled by referring to the construction of a semantic field. The analysis showed that the semantic field of the concept of loneliness is a complex system, the units of which are united by common semantic features. The concept “loneliness” is verbalized in the novel by means of lexemes included in the core and periphery of the concept. In addition, the images of loneliness, presented with the help of metaphorical means, are of great importance.
