The present article reviews the role of opioid receptors and their endogenous and synthetic agonists in the formation of resistance to the action of condition of acute hypoxia. It shows that stimulation of opioid receptors is accompanied by a neuroprotective effect in acute hypoxia. It examines the role of different types of opioid receptors in the implementation of the protective effect of adaptation to hypoxia. The authors analyzed the results on the mechanisms of action of opioids, the role of cAMP, cGMP, nitric oxide, inositol triphosphate, K+- and Ca2+-channels in realization of the effects of agonists of opioid receptors. It discussed opioidergic mechanisms of the reactions that increase the resistance to hypoxia.

Laskova N.V. FAMILY CONFLICT DE LA TOUR AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF THE ANGLO-FRENCH COLONIAL RIVALRY IN NORTH AMERICA. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 9 (162). P. 202-206

The article investigates the little-known in the national historiography events associated with the early history of Canada, the French and Scottish colonization of America in the XVII century. Acadia/Nova Scotia (now the territory of one of the Maritime provinces of Canada) was in the midst of the Anglo-French colonial interests collision in a military conflict 1627–1629. Considers the conflict of father and son de La Tour which occurred against the background of these events and received a mixed assessment in the historiography. After arriving in America the first time in the early XVII century La Tours were at the origins of the first French settlements in Acadia and were experienced colonizers. In the late 1620s, these representatives of two generations of French families were on opposite sides in the Anglo-French colonial confrontation. The facts confirming the intention of the captured British Claude de La Tour to take British citizenship, not only for himself but also for his son who stayed in America. In this context, it shows the interaction of La Tour-older with Scot Sir William Alexander – the founder of the Scottish colony of Nova Scotia and Order Baronets of Nova Scotia. The conflict of Claude de La Tour and ignorance of his intentions by the son of Charles is analyzed on the basis of documentary evidence of the French colonizer Acadian N. Denys. The Russian translation of Denys’s notes in Russian historiography is presented for the first time.

The relevance of the proposed project follows both from the importance and the role of the railways, which largely have decided the fate of the confrontation between the reds and the whites during the Civil War, and from extremely weak, often unilateral coverage in historical literature of the role of commissars in this confrontation. The paper deals with the formation and structure of system of railways management through commissars, with the role and importance of commissars activities in ensuring stable operation of the railways. The article discloses the activity of commissars to inform the centre on state of affairs on railways, to organize agitation-and-propaganda and cultural work on the railroads, to improve the living conditions of railwaymen and to strengthen their labour discipline. Considers the difficulties of commissars’ work, which are a result of both their insufficient educational and vocational level, and a fuzzy definition of their goals and functional duties by the Center. It is alleged that as a result of formation of commissar structure and its activity, the Soviet state was able to achieve stable operation of the railways in the difficult years of the Civil War, which was one of the main factors contributing to the victory of the reds.

This work develops the statements of works [1–3]. Author’s experience of teaching disciplines for the students studying in the direction of training «Applied informatics» is generalized. Some questions of techniques of teaching discipline «Document science and documentary ensuring management» are considered. The main directions of further research are considered. They consist in highlighting the activation of interdisciplinary links between disciplines aimed at forming the professional competencies of students. It is planned to continue modernization of the developed materials of the electronic courses intended for support of independent work of students in the study of disciplines. It is important to develop tasks for independent work which would promote increase in interest of students in studying of materials of the discipline. In addition, we are developing the funds of evaluation tools in the form of test questions, questions for credit. It is concluded that the use of e-course materials contributes to the formation of professional competence of future graduates. Further goals on educational system development are also discussed. We are going to continue developing electronic educational materials, reference books and seminars. These materials will be used for the formation of professional competence of students who are training in the direction of «Applied Informatics». The article presents the results of using the developed methodological materials. Besides, the results of testing of students in the section «Document and System of Documentation» are analized.

The problem of mortality and the experience of death is one of the most urgent for a person. Each culture offers its own solution. In the Ancient Greece of the era of the classics, mysteries were the means of the lifetime experience of death, among which the most widespread were the Eleusinian sacraments. The emergence of the mystery phenomenon is connected with the specificity of the ancient Greek religion, which was a kind of complement in the form of rituals to existing mythological subjects and never turned into an essential cultural dominant that would determine all spheres of life of ancient Greek society. The Eleusinian Mysteries, which arose on the basis of the agrarian myth of Demeter and Persephone, allowed people to survive death without dying, while still alive, and thus not only include it in the circle of being, but also get hope for a better posthumous fate. In this case, the mysteries are more connected with the myth than with the actual Greek religion. They acted as illustrations to the myth, ritualizing it. The problem of the lifetime experience of death with the help of the Eleusinian Mysteries will allow us to understand better the specifics of the ancient Greek culture of the classical epoch, and the findings can be used in the preparation of courses on the history and culture of ancient Greece.

In the article the authors present psychological and pedagogical features of the separate education in single-gender classes. In particular the psychophysiological differences of schoolchildren are highlighted. Separate education is justified as the most optimal form of the educational process, which makes it possible to create more comfortable educational environment and to achieve the highest results of the schoolchildren’s education. The main psychophysiological, neuropsychological differences between boys and girls are identified, which must be taken into account when organizing the educational process in single-gender classes. Some researchers note that boys and girls develop differently: physiologically and psychologically girls develop two or three years earlier then boys, this is certainly connected with the hormonal development of children. Boys and girls study program material completely differently. Girls are characterized by perseverance and versatility in solving problems. As a rule, in primary school, boys usually learn worse. As for girls, their academic performance is much higher; they are often praised by teachers. Such laudatory comments can contribute to demotivation of boys in an effort to learn well. Therefore, because of these girls’ features, the success of boys look, to put it mildly, insignificant: boys have false feelings of inferiority and girls – superiority. Some results of the project “Separate education of girls and boys on the basis of a gender approach” are presented. The realization of the project takes place in Tomsk School No. 2.

In the paper we depict the process of forming the national myth about revival of sinful woman in the Russian literature of the 19th – beginning of the 20th centuries. The three stages are examined in series. The first is the creation of the myth based on the “initial” motive about Jesus the Christ and Mary Magdalene and realized embodied in the traditional model “male redeemer/female victim” in the works by N. V. Gogol’, N. A. Nekrasov, N. G. Chernyshevsky (the 30–60s). The second is the myth’s destruction in the works by A. I. Levitov, A. P. Chekhov (the 60–80s of the nineteenth century). And finally, the third is creation of the neomyth about female redeemer in the works by F. M. Dostoevsky and L. Andreev.

In conditions of modern civilization with its characteristic trends towards globalization and informatization the sufficient level of native, non-native and foreign languages is required for the implementation of the important tasks of life (educational, professional, etc.). It is obvious that the media should be ready for appropriate and effective use of the resources of natural language, taking into account its linguocultural specificity. The solution of this task is subject to language training – carried out in the education system set of measures aimed at the development and improvement of language competence as a component of communicative competence of students, representing the level of development of their cognitive abilities and cultural content of the thesaurus. Language training usually begins with studying the development of norms, rules, grammatical structure of the native language, the formation of the skill of expression by means of oral and written language code, the ability to work with the text. Along with the improvement of linguistic competence in the use of the native language, further language training can be focused on the development of one or more foreign languages. The latter need to explain the requirements of the time, including the expansion of the social, economic and cultural contacts between the two countries, the inclusion of carriers in the global Internet communications. The article deals with the modern teaching technologies used in the practice of language training in order to increase the efficiency of formation and improvement of linguistic competence of both the Russian native speakers, and the inofons. The article presents the systematization and generalization of experience of professional activity of specialists – teachers, trainers and teachers of secondary and higher education, engaged in the teaching of the Russian language as a native, non-native and foreign language, as well as foreign languages in the regional educational institutions. Every nation in everyday speech besides words and combinations of words use the sustained phrases, a variety of which is paroemia (eg, proverbs, signs). Proverbs are special units and signs of language, the essential elements of human communication. These signs convey specific information, refer to the typical life and mental situations or relationships between these or other objects. The correct and appropriate use of proverbs gives the speech a unique identity and special expressiveness, it gives the opportunity to enhance the learning process. This article explores the role of proverbs in the formation of the communicative competence of students in the classroom as part of the discipline “Language and culture of Mordovian people”. One aspect of the formation of communicative-speech competence is familiarity with the language of one of the Mordovian people – Moksha. With Moksha students learn in the classroom for discipline “Language and culture of Mordovian people”. Therefore, we modulated the different situations of communication, different communication tasks. Proverbs help create a real atmosphere in the class, introduce elements of the game in the learning process. The authors developed the tasks conducive to the formation of a common culture of students, increase the level of linguistic competence and activity of students in the classroom, promoting education of tolerance and love for the native land.

The paper describes a theoretical study on the introduction of electronic educational resources in the learning process. The article deals with long-term tendencies in the development of world education. A key focus of development prospects is the implementation of new technologies emerging in global educational community. Productive use of interactive technologies is defined by the research model “Cone of learning” on the effectiveness of obtaining knowledge methods by Edgar Dale. The studied aspects of teaching get reflected in the real activity on the basis of the electron-didactic support, in particular, students being in the role of a teacher through the creation of thematic tasks. By way of illustration an open educational resource is demonstrated in order to define the significance of the content created for peer-correction. The teacher acts as the administrator of online groups and provides information support for working with the site. As a result, a step by step guide to the open educational resource application in the educational process is developed. Detailed steps of teachers and students activities on the creation of electron content within the selected Internet resource are given. The results of the study imply the need to expand blended learning knowledge paradigm in the pedagogical practice of higher educational institutions.

Introduction. A review and analysis of the innovative component of the teacher’s activity is necessary in order to provide a new level of national education and its positioning in the world market of educational services. The aim of the investigation is to help teachers improve the quality of their work in accordance with the modern level of education based on the development of the concept of an “individual innovative teacher’s trajectory of a foreign language”. Material and methods. The material for the study was the articles on the topic of innovations in the field of teaching a foreign language, as well as teachers’ answers to the questionnaire which was held on-line. These answers were supplemented by the results of the individual interview. The obtained data was processed to the statistical analysis. Results and discussion. The empirical data was obtained as a result of an online survey of teachers of a foreign language at universities and schools in the center of Russia in order to define their attitude to innovations, which confirms the teachers’ interest in the topic of innovations in the profession. The factors are revealed that interfere with the implementation of innovations, the main of which is the heavy teachers’ workload. The personal teachers’ participation is defined in the development of innovative methods and their positive perception of the concept of an individual innovative trajectory. Conclusion. The teacher’s awareness of the possibility of the personal professional growth based on the implementation of “an individual innovative trajectory” will allow to improve the quality and efficiency of his work, contribute to his professional and creative self-realization. The attentive teachers’ attitude to the innovation, a critical understanding of its effectiveness and feasibility of implementation will also improve the quality of research in this area. On the one hand, the optimal combination of the strengths of traditional methods and innovative opportunities will help to maintain a sustainable balance in the national educational system, on the other hand, it will help follow all the most progressive trends.

Introduction. Preparing schoolchildren for participation in JuniorSkills competitions is an urgent task of modern education. A feature of the process of teaching robotics, electronics and engineering and technical creativity is activities based on the practical implementation of tasks. A hands-on approach to professional self-determination is well presented through the events of the World Skills Junior movement. The question of determining the effectiveness of the organizational forms used in face-to-face and remote learning remains open. It is important to take into account the peculiarities, strengths and weaknesses of each format of interaction. It is important for effectively ensuring the continuity of the educational line and the process of self-determination of students in the conditions of the unpredictability of our time. Aim and objectives. Determination of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the necessary practical skills among schoolchildren in preparation for the Junior Skills competition through face-to-face and remote forms of interaction. Material and methods. The distance model of the Junior Skills program was tested on the basis of two sites: The Children’s Center for Educational Robotics of the Tomsk State Pedagogical University and the Kurlek Secondary School of the Tomsk District. Since 2018, 75 students in grades 3–6 and 58 students in grades 9–11 have been prepared for competitions in the field of professional self-determination. The training took place in face-to-face and remote formats. Results and discussion. In the course of the experimental work, a model of the distance format for the implementation of the educational program for the preparation of schoolchildren for competitions of professional skills of the Junior Skills Russia level was developed and tested. A series of tasks has been developed for the formation of primary independent practice-oriented tests (for the profiles of robotics, programming, modeling, electronics). Conclusion. The remote form of the educational program adds additional experience of self-control training to the general list of preparation measures for professional skill competitions. It takes schoolchildren out of their comfort zone and helps them learn to control their stress levels when working in non-standard conditions. Also, it gives the opportunity to take responsibility for their actions and allows self-determination with a further professional profile.

New ideas on wave neuronal processes and only two neuronal constants, H. Berger’s and M.N. Livanov’s ones, which were included into a dozen of simple algebraic equations, permit us to explain interrelationship of many known quantitative regularities in psychology. New equations, which were derived deductively from neurophysiological data, permit to explain quantitatively a lot of psychological phenomena in a broad range of conditions, particularly, the speed of gain of information and the dependence of short-term memory span on the alphabet span of stimuli. Besides it was shown in experiments with hundreds of subjects that individual parameters of electroencephalogram permit to compute individual peculiarities of human behavior, in partial to compute MMPI psychological profiles as well as to esteem intellectual abilities of human being. Study of oxidative modification of proteins (OMP) and the average mass molecules (MSM) as markers of the severity of endotoxemia, sensitive to changes in the degree of oxidative stress in the complex, one sample of the biological environment, methodologically justified, since it will increase the information content of each of these parameters and reduce the flow of material used, which is particularly important in clinical biochemistry. OMP evaluation method in combination with MSM implemented by us in accordance with the author’s method (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation no. 2012153044, priority of 12.07.2012, the decision to grant a patent on 14.04.2014, in collaboration) and tested on a model biological system conditions spontaneous and Fe2+-induced OMP.

The article deals with the dynamics of the image of the profession substantial characteristics at different stages of professional education involving certain types of crises. Based on the data of the image of the profession in the context of a crisis of professional formation, the existence of obligatory and facultative features in its structure is assumed. The authors suggest the existence of “ideal” image of the profession among students and the unemployed. The structure and nature of the interaction between the obligatory and facultative descriptors of image of profession in each group is analyzed in the article. The assumption about the existence of a unmatched structure of the image profession among students, graduates working in the specialty, and the unemployed is proposed.

The contemporary approaches to the definition of “professional position of a teacher” concept are considered in the present article. The author reveals its essence according to the requirements of Federal governmental educational standards of higher pedagogical education for training sector 050100 “Pedagogical education”. The author describes the model of step-by-step development of the professional position during the period of studying at higher educational establishment by defining the cognitive, creative, action and reflexive components of “professional position”. The author characterizes potential opportunities of student’s contest of pedagogical skills in future teacher’s professional position development. In the present article the author examines the process of student’s step-by-step preparation to participation in this contest, the content of contest’s nominations in accordance with structural components of future teacher’s professional position. The contest of pedagogical skills is one of the components of educational system of Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University. This contest has been held at university for 15 years. Its results appear in stable professional position of young teachers – former contestants. The features of arrangement of education process in accordance with Russian education modernization are represented in this article.

The article deals with such linguistic units as interjections. The analysis of interjections affects the scope of their semantics, structure and functions. The research is conducted on the material of two unrelated languages – German and Crimean Tatar. The definition of the concept of “interjection” is given, different classifications of interjections are distinguished according to their structure, meaning and functions. The number of interjections in the Crimean Tatar and German languages is determined, and their quantitative analysis is carried out. Interjections form a natural and inalienable affiliation of emotional colloquial speech, give it expressiveness and contribute to a more accurate achievement of the goal of communication. In the system of parts of speech, interjections occupy a special position. They cannot be attributed either to independent parts of speech, or to official ones. Interjections are used to express feelings, emotions, moods, wills without naming them. Many interjections outside speech and intonation have no definite meaning and, depending on the speech situation, they can express the most diverse emotions. From a lexical point of view, interjections are characterized by their uniqueness – they do not call anything and like intonation are expressive, but not meaningful. In the syntactic sense, interjections are not members of a sentence, since they do not have control, adjacency, and coordination links.

The relevance of the current research is defined by the increasing role of business communication and fixation of the sphere of business and finance as the predominating links in the development of modern society. In view of the initial orientation on increase in its target audience and formation of the relation necessary for business to his activity, business discourse in modern information space shows the most democratic verbal character, undergoing processes of deconventionalisation and deregimentation and getting closer to colloquial functional style on a number of characteristics. The aim of the conducted research is the development of the authors’ own classification of notions of evaluation expressions presented by phraseological units on the basis of their correlation with evaluation expressions (according to N. D. Arutyunova), as well as their influence on pragma-axiological and deregimentational character of modern business discourse. Thus, the following tasks have been set: to give the characteristic to the language phenomenon of phraseology; to analyse phraseological units with an evaluation element and to compare them with evaluation expressions of N. D. Arutyunova; to define character and importance of each evaluation type; to reveal the deconventional character of business discourse which is formed in connection with the active appeal of communicants to phraseological units of modal character and expressional expression of the subjective relation to the phenomena and processes of reality. The presented classification of evaluation types in pragma-communicative aspect proceeding from the initial strategies, tactics, characteristics and intensions of business discourse comes forward as the main result of the research. Proceeding from the features of communicative interaction within business communication, evaluation by communicants of the phenomena of reality is based on the purposes of business institute and can be presented by the following subtypes: nominative-actional; nominative-personal; nominative-situational; nominative evaluation of situation; nominative evaluation of a phenomenon / subject.

In the article, the method of sociolinguistic analysis of newspaper publishing is offered, taking into consideration its focus on the target audience. Typological features of the linguistic model of the publication are found in the headings, titles and texts. The stylistic consistency of the heading, title and text contains the semantic code of the type of publication and marks the professional degree of journalism.
