Basic properties of radiation of the atomic chains excited by a channeling particle are considered. Using a very simple two-dimensional model of a crystal lattice we have shown that the main part of this radiation is generated on the frequency of oscillations of a channeling particle between the crystal planes, shifted by the Doppler effect. Angular distribution of the radiation of the chain of oscillating atoms is sharply peaked in the direction of the velocity of channeling particle because of coherence of the fields, produced by individual atoms.

The authors studied the species composition of the trees of the mixed birch and pine forests of Tomsk State Pedagogical University (TSPU) practice base in the village of Kireevsk Kozhevnikovsky district of Tomsk region. As of 2014 defined taxonomic and chorological composition of plants, installed the types of life forms of trees according to ecological and morphological classification and position and method of regeneration buds. In the study area, there are 22 species of trees belonging to 17 genera and 11 families. The department Gymnospermae is represented by 1 family, 4 genera and 4 species, department Angiospermae – 10 families, 14 genera and 18 species. According to the rhythm of the foliage development domination belongs to the deciduous trees form, fanerofity od Eurasian geographical group.

In anglophone historiography the modernization in prepetrine Muscovy is considered as the result of the military reforms and the external influences. The sources of such effects were located in the West as well as in the East. The “military revolution” has been recognized as an important aspect of the historical transformation of the state and society. It has identified the development of the fiscal-military state. Whereas the process of the new military technologies translation went out from Europe, the Ottoman Empire and the Golden Horde passed out the autocratic political model “of the Service State” and the concept of the fiscal policy. In the estimates of foreign authors pre-Petrine military reforms were effective enough, but they have increased social and cultural gap between Europe and Russia.

This article reveals the meaning and the intercommunication of the personal oriented and the competence approaches to the speech creation forming of the preschool age children taking into account the features of their development. According to the researches, the psycholinguistic, psychological and psycho physiological features of the child development are the base of the speech creation mastering of the preschool age children. The preschool educational organization is the social institute for the each child individuality opening, that’s why the teachers have to adapt the competitions of the education for the children. The term “adaptability” of the educational process opens this position. For the first time the term “adaptability of the educational system” appeared in the Law of the Russian Federation “About the education” as the principle of the state politics in the educational area and it means the adaptation of the educational system for the training level and the development features of the children. As the result, the necessity of the realization of the adaptive educational activity for the speech creation forming of the preschool age children taken into account their development features appears. And the personal oriented and the competence approaches to its realization suppose the adherence to the requirements to the educational activity in the kindergarten. The results of the established stage of the research are adduced. The goal, tasks and the hypothesis of the forming stage of the research are indicated.

This article discusses the issues of verbal representation of the regular mechanisms of symbol creation involving flora and fauna concepts. The research was done on the material of New Zealand and Australian varieties of the English language. The definition was given to the terms sphere of national symbols and sphere of flora and fauna concepts. The relations between the sphere of national symbols and the sphere of flora and fauna concepts were identified as partial intersection. Native flora and fauna concepts became a wide and essential cognitive base on which national symbols of Australia and New Zealand had been created. In both Australian and New Zealand worldviews the spheres of national symbols and flora and fauna concepts excessively overlap. National symbols were created as a result of mental processing the concepts of native Australian and New Zealand flora and fauna. The names of symbols in New Zealand English are mainly from the Polynesian language of Maori, and in Australian English national symbols have predominantly English names. The choice and nomination of national symbols reflect the difference in general cultural scenario of the New Zealand and Australian societies.

The results of the analytical work on revealing of the necessity of development of the labour supervision practice during temporary employment of underage children as an urgent direction of scientific and pedagogical research are presented. The paper discloses normative and legal aspects of arrangement of temporary employment of underage children at regional and municipal levels. The materials of the theoretical analysis of labour supervision as sociopedagogical phenomenon are adduced. The paper suggests grounded and elaborated by the authors approaches for designing survey materials (interviewing and questionnaire poll), providing the opportunity for the considered practice as an urgent direction of applied scientific and pedagogical research. The authors’ diagnostic materials including the examples of their fragments are presented. The paper provides guidance for target and organizing guidelines for conducting scientific-pedagogical research connected with the development of practice of student youth labour supervision in relation to underage children in the system of students building parties. The article gives an idea of the place of V. P. Astafyev’s small prose in modern school programs on literature and reveals the peculiarities of the problems and poetics of the story “Vasyutka’s Lake”. It is noted that the specific feature of the plot (the survival of a teenager in the taiga) allows us to consider the story in the context of several literary traditions (a magic fairy tale, a Robinsonade, an art autobiography about the childhood, a realistic artisticpsychological prose, a vacation prose). Taking into account the specific nature of the literary material, the authors of the article propose a variant of the methodical organization of educational and research activities in the direction of the interdisciplinary approach to the teaching of literature. Group work with the distribution of roles in the classroom for literary critics, linguists, psychologists, naturalists-geographers and rescuers is offered. The article formulates recommendations for educational research work (tasks for each group and algorithms for their implementation are described). Activity of all groups can be organised within the framework of an after-school course on development of skills of semantic reading. The approach described in the article will ensure the comprehensive development of all types of universal learning activities (subjective, cognitive, communicative, regulatory, personal) and will allow to deepen the idea of methods in which to analyse artistic texts.

The suggested idea is to give higher institutions an opportunity to work out experimental educational standards within the limits of cycle (and perhaps, course) structure of federal state educational standards.

Voronina T.N. THE VOLOGDA REGION IN THE NOVEL BY L. ULITSKAYA “GREEN TENT”. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 9 (150). P. 109-113

The article analyzes the semantic complexes connected with the representation of the Vologda region in the novel by L. Ulitskaya “Green tent”. Having studied all mentions of the region in the text the author draws to conclusion that the image of the Vologda region accumulates the traditional understanding of the province as a field of resistance and inertness, preserving underlying national traits and implementing patriarchal-family basis. The Vologda region serves as a place of exile or escape from prospective danger; the personification of family which guarantees safety and transfer the national traits of the character; it is the area of the gradual decay of the countryside world, embodiment of the Russian North in general with its “intact timid nature”. This peripheral area from the chronological point of view is interpreted as the past. Arriving from the center (Moscow) at the Vologda region looks like the descent, decline in not only patriarchal existence, but also in the history of own family. The Vologda region is a wordly projection of the “green tent”, the territory of family peace, realizing your roots and through them returning to yourself.

The article deals with the peculiarities of formation of linguistic competence (degree of native language) of students with disabilities. Children with disabilities have special educational opportunities and needs identified by psycho-pedagogical characteristics of this group of students. The characteristics of inclusive teaching space, including the risks potentially associated with formation of linguistic competence of students with disabilities. The process of formation of the linguistic competence of students of all categories, including the disabilities is based on the formation of their complex knowledge of the language as a system consisting of certain levels and corresponding to these unit-level representation of how language system develops and functions, what are the factors conditional on the national specifics of the language. Specificity of finding children with disabilities linguistic competence and its further improvement is determined by a complex of factors. First, of course, are affected by some of the internal contradictions inherent in the phenomenon of inclusion having a medico-social ontological essence. Secondly, the situation with the education of children with disabilities may present certain psychological risks. Thirdly, the inclusive approach in education can be restricted by inadequate resourcing: personnel, logistics, software methodical and finally financial. The urgency of the issues raised in the study is caused by a sharp decline in cognitive and motivational interest of students in general to the problems of language culture, as well as the problems associated with the organization and implementation of the educational process in an integrated (inclusive) basis. In the function of linguodidactic material is presented modified fragment of the adapted program of the Russian language for disabled students of the 6th grade (see “Noun”).

Introduction. In the modern conditions of the information society, social adaptation of people with deep eyesight impairments depends largely on their information and communication competence. IC competence of people with deep eyesight impairment is considered as an ability to use information and communication technologies in professional, educational, household activities; navigate in the information space; receive and use information with the help of information typhlotechnologies. The purpose of the article is to describe the stages of planning a methodical system for IC competence formation of students with deep eyesight impairments. Material and methods. The research was carried out on the basis of theoretical principles about methodological systems and empirical methods of research. In developing the methodological system, requirements and recommendations were used, based on the clarified concept of information and communication competence of eyesight impaired persons, as well as on the key principles of a competence-based approach to learning. Results and discussion. The stages of planning a methodological system for the formation of information and communication competence of students with eyesight disabilities are presented. The developed methodological system includes the need-motivational, target, informative, operational-activity, effective and controlling components. Particular attention is paid to information typhlotechnologies as compensating means of limiting the visual analyzer.

In the given work the method of calculation for equili-brum sub-transsonic flows is offered and the results of its application are given. It is based on the method of approached factorization for the solution of the complete speed potential equation, which has been written down in the conservative form on orthogonal grid, connected with a contour of a nozzle. This method allows calculating flows in nozzles, having the complex form of combustion chamber, particularly the flush-mounted nozzle. The method gives the best correlation with the experiment in comparison with a usual approached factorization method. Such results are explained by using of an orthogonal grid, which improves the approximation of the initial differential equation.
