| 2907 | The problem of improvement of forms of diagnostics and control of knowledge, abilities, skills, practical experience of the students of specialised secondary educational institutions under the introduction of federal state educational standards in educational practice is considered. The propaedeutic flow chart developed by authors allows to carry out stage-by-stage tracking of the concrete achievements which are trained and to determine the level of formation of common cultural and professional competences of students on all the way of development of the maintenance of a subject. Schematically this technology represents a set of four stages of didactic process from initial perception of theoretical knowledge and before their practical application. Each stage is estimated on a mark scale. The maximum number of points which the student can get on the sum of all stages makes hundred. The peculiarity of the offered development work is that it contains the level and criteria monitoring system: in a projection to the component structure of professional competences revealed by authors (cognitive, activity, motivational and valuable, communicative) to each level (from the 1st to the 3rd) achievements of results of training there corresponds the developed parameter of estimation of structure and quality of the carried-out operations, their sensibleness, completeness and curtness. Ekphrasis is analysed as presented in the poem “Portraits” written by the famous English poet Ted Hughes. Specific features of ekphrasis and various linguistic means of its manifestation are subjected to analysis. A dialogic form of ekphrasis is employed in the poem. The main features embedded in the archetypal scheme of an ekphrastic dialogue are revealed in the poem under analysis. The mysterious message sent by the portrait of the heroine with the doppelganger in the background is deciphered not by the artist as the connoisseur and the interpreter, but by the poet whose role is that of a naпve listener. | 2923 | The article discusses the formation of psychology of literary creative work, especially the initial stage. The formation is considered as an independent research area in Russian and international science. We show that the formation of psychology of creative work in Russia in the last third of 19th century – first half of 20th century was determined by major developments in such areas as theory of literature and scientific psychology. Additional cause of the formation was the specific status of Russian classical literature in social life. In addition, we represent a wide range of points of view, which reflect the dominant approaches to determination of the substantive aspect of the discussed phenomenon. The psychology of literary creative work is defined as a branch of scientific knowledge that studies the processes of the writer’s reflection of reality and the implementation of the processes in a specific art form. The psychology of literary creative work uses the methodological principles of either psychology or other related disciplines such as theory of literature, linguistics, aesthetics, and others. To sum up, the analytical review of articles, devoted to the issue, convincingly demonstrates that the formation of psychology of the literary creative work as a scientific field took place at the junction of various sciences and concerned studies of the creating subject and products of the subject’s activities. The study of the issues of social and pedagogical support of students in the conditions of a modern university; the study of their expectations in this regard is because all students need such support. Students of pedagogical areas are especially in dire need, the majority of whom, as a rule, come from a family of teachers who themselves need strong social support from the state. The problem is compounded by the fact that in the Kyrgyz Republic issues of supporting pedagogy have not been studied both theoretically and practically. Material and methods. Based on the foregoing, the purpose of the article is to determine the essence and content of the socio-pedagogical support of students, to reflect their expectations in this regard and to determine further ways of implementing the considered aspect in the preparation of teaching staff. The study used theoretical and empirical methods (analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the topic, observation, survey, interviews, questionnaires, the study of documentation and experience in organizing students’ life at four universities of the Kyrgyz Republic). All these methods were used to study the state of the theory of socio-pedagogical support and the expectations of students in the conditions of a modern university. Results and discussion. Studying the problem of social and pedagogical support of students shows that modern students who study at the pedagogical faculties of universities of the Kyrgyz Republic need social and pedagogical support. That means: pedagogical assistance in organizing students’ life, enhancement of culture of behavior in a multinational environment, developing leadership qualities, psycho-pedagogical assistance in establishing contacts in the student environment, etc., on which the effectiveness of training future teaching staff in a university depends. Response of the system of education to the requirements of a professional standard of a teacher is constrained by the difficulties of a transitional period, caused by the lack of fundamentally new organizationalmethodical mechanism of the educational system. The analysis of scientific publications, regulatory documents connected with that problem indicates that the requirements for professional training of teachers are formed in the logic of a lifelong learning. Material and methods. To solve research problems, the methods of theoretical analysis of scientific and didactic domestic and foreign literature on the problem under study, methods of psychological, pedagogical and sociological analysis of the state and the needs for teaching staff, systematization of the process of organizing continuous pedagogical education were used. Results and discussion. On the basis of the revealed regularities and principles of formation of the system of a lifelong learning the model of a lifelong pedagogical learning has been developed and substantiated taking into account modern requirements to professional teacher’s qualifications and organizational and pedagogical conditions of its realization have been defined. The presented system of continuous pedagogical education is developing, which is a synergistic integrity of subsystems of the level of general education, vocational education and post-vocational education. The result of the implementation of the developed system of lifelong pedagogical education is the readiness and ability of a graduate of a pedagogical university to meet modern requirements for the professional qualifications of a teacher. | 2932 | The use of knowledge-based algorithms is one of the most relevant directions. Often these algorithms are referred to as intelligent. It is accepted to distinguish four main classes of such models: logical, productional, frame-based, and network. As we know, the use of any given models is driven by the tasks in hand. From this perspective, logical models have gained momentum. In particular, these models are often used in the creation of expert systems and the automation of proofs of theorems. This article discusses how to implement the validation algorithm for multiple disjuncts. An automatic grammar is used to describe the language of presenting the disjuncts, a resolution method to check their inconsistencies, and a depthfirst search to automate the OL-denial strategy. This algorithm can be used to automatically check provability or indefeasibility of theorems based on many axioms. The step-by-step detalization of this algorithm can be used as an additional tool for teaching the resolution method and searching the state space as well as the basics of the formal languages. The type of going around state space depends on the order of the points in the list OPEN. When searching in the first point’s depth to open it you select the point that is most remote from the intentional one. In this case, you can simplify the implementation of this method by applying a recursive subprogram. The analysis was carried out in a diachronic aspect, beginning with the Old High German period and ending with the modern state of German. It is shown what functions were peculiar to the prezens at the time of its formation, which appeared in later periods and which are used at the present stage of development of the given language. For this purpose have been studied the literary monuments of the Old High German and Middle High German periods, the Germanic epic Nibelungenlied. The modern functional potential of prezens is studied on the basis of German newspapers Die Welt and Moskauer deutsche Zeitung. The article uses as the main descriptive, comparative-historical, quantitative methods of investigation. The urgency of the work is due to the ambiguous approach in linguistics to the functional differentiation of the German prezens. In this article its most frequent functions are scientifically substantiated and described. In these German-language newspapers a frequent phenomenon is actual, usual and futuristic prezens. Culturologically, this situation is due to the fact that the Germans attach great importance to the present, and they are characterized by their aspirations for the future. In addition, in modern publicistic speech a tendency is revealed that consists in the combined functioning of prezens in the interaction of frequency functions. The conducted research as a whole expands the scientific understanding of the functional significance of the prezens in the German language. For this purpose, teachers and educational authorities need to make organizational and teaching decisions, depending on the characteristics of urban objects under consideration. The focus of the study is to develop and describe a pedagogical assessment tool to evaluate urban facilities, which will help in making informed decisions. The aim of the study is to develop a convenient tool for educators to assess the urban environment in terms of opportunities and ways of using its various elements in the teaching process. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to identify evaluation criteria, describe them, define indicators for each criterion, and verify whether the proposed tool meets the needs of educators. To conduct the study, the methods of questioning, interviewing, analysis, modeling and verifying results of the study were used. As a result of the analysis of available scales of assessment of the educational environment, questioning and interviewing teachers, and modeling, the authors developed three criteria for pedagogical evaluation of urban facilities. These include safety, accessibility, and educational potential. Each criterion is characterized by several indicators. It is proposed to evaluate physical, psychological and informational safety, organizational, communicative, psychological and pedagogical, normative, physical, temporal, material accessibility, as well as educational value, adequacy of the object to pedagogical goals, uniqueness and effectiveness. The developed assessment tool was tested in the pedagogical community of Moscow in the form of practical works on the assessment of urban facilities and their subsequent discussion. | 2939 | Now the problem of use of peat as litter is actual as in Russia and abroad. Application of peat as litter is one of the most valuable agriculture utilization of peat. Peat of a low degree of decomposition as a litter has a number of advantages in comparison with wood shavings, sawdust and straw. The peat litter possesses a high moisture capacity and gas absorbing ability, small heat conductivity, antiseptic properties. High water- and gas absorbing ability allows utilizing manure and drains of cattle-breeding farms, integrated poultry farms, keeps the nutrients necessary for cultivation of agricultural crops. Using of a peat litter one can receive peat manure - the valuable organic fertilizer used in field husbandry. Productivity of animals and birds also raises, working conditions improve. We studied the fractional composition and size characteristic of raw material for litter, water absorbing ability of different fractions, pressing peat of a low degree of decomposition. Researches in the field of manufacturing and using of a peat litter continue. Systemic statistical control over academic activities is used as a means ensuring the university transition from orientation on final result control to the concept of identification and prevention of deficiencies in specialist training. Statistical control is understood as adjustment of the parameters of academic activities based on the results of random statistical testing of student proficiency. Shewhart control charts, Pareto charts, synchronic and diachronic analysis of results obtained in the course of student assessment, have been used as major methods. Application of statistical control methods facilitates feedback in academic activities, changes and improvement of management and process control. The paper presents methods of statistical control over academic activities and experience of its application at universities to provide and support the required level of specialist training quality. | 2948 | The problem of excess weight is a problem of countries with different levels of living of the population, people with different levels of income. Therefore, the study of the psychological causes of overeating and psychological characteristics of people who are prone to overeating is of high priority. This article presents the results of studies of the feeding behavior, coping strategies and anxiety of women. It investigates coping strategies of women with different body mass index. Briefly describes psychotherapeutic training program to reduce excess body weight. Due to the increase of weight loss programs in Russia, it is necessary to extend the study of the effectiveness of the implementation of such programs. The dynamics of coping strategies and anxiety of persons involved in training is compared with women with normal eating behavior and overweight women, but not involved in the study. | 2949 | The article reviews the empirical studies of the process of socialization of young children (from birth to three years) under the conditions of inclusive group. Presents the results of the correction of psycho-pedagogical work with normally developing children and children with disabilities in co-education and development. Shows features of programs of psychological support in combination parent-child groups of early development, based on the purposeful formation of a situational-business communication of normative children and children with disabilities with adults, as well as on the gradual inclusion of the child in joint activities with their peers. It was found that the social development of young children with disabilities most successfully runs in group inclusion. The results of the empirical research suggests that the social development of children with disabilities is clearly inferior to normally developing children. Interviews with parents, undertaken at the final stage of study to assess the extent to which their expectations of work groups inclusive and to what extent they are satisfied with its results, show that the condition of these groups have contributed to positive change in view of parents as to the purpose and methods of psychological support and social opportunities for the child at an early age. | 2950 | The article discusses the characteristics of cognitive mechanisms of semantic transformations in phraseological units (FU): literal interpretation, dual actualization and reinterpretation. The author analyses the particular examples of semantic transformations in FU found in the letters. The article explores general principles in functioning of cognitive mechanisms of semantic transformations in FU and their distinctive features. In the analysis of the contextual use of transformed phraseological units there are used the data of extra-linguistic category contained in the comments to letters, reference literature. The author believes that literal interpretation of FU is provided by the associative relationship with the component composition of each of FU. If cognitive mechanisms ensuring this technique does not work, it does not affect the decoding of meaning. During dual actualization lexical meanings of components of FU and phraseological meanings operate simultaneously, layering. The author focuses on the “dual” meaning of such units, achievable by this technique, and relies on the effect of this semantic technique. If the mechanism fails, some part of the coded by this method information becomes lost for recipient. Reinterpretation gives FU an occasional sense. The author of the article proves that encoding can be successful if the semantic content of FU is explained by means of surrounding context.
