Bezruchko N.V., Rubtsov G.K. METHODOLOGY AND METHOD OF EVALUATION OF OXIDATIVE MODIFICATION OF PROTEINS IN COMPLEX WITH AVERAGE WEIGHT MOLECULES, PROSPECTS FOR THEIR USE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 8 (149). P. 185-189

Study of oxidative modification of proteins (OMP) and the average mass molecules (MSM) as markers of the severity of endotoxemia, sensitive to changes in the degree of oxidative stress in the complex, one sample of the biological environment, methodologically justified, since it will increase the information content of each of these parameters and reduce the flow of material used, which is particularly important in clinical biochemistry. OMP evaluation method in combination with MSM implemented by us in accordance with the author’s method (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation no. 2012153044, priority of 12.07.2012, the decision to grant a patent on 14.04.2014, in collaboration) and tested on a model biological system conditions spontaneous and Fe2+-induced OMP.

Apaycheva L.A., Shuvalova L.E. METHODIC TECHNIQUES FOR SOLVING EQUATIONS CONTAINING THE UNKNOWN AT THE BASE AND INDEX // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 1 (154). P. 51-54

The article is devoted to the solutions to the equations containing the unknown at the base and index. A detailed analysis of the problem proved that there is no decisive answer as to what conditions need to be imposed on the equation function. The primary way of solving such equations is taking the logarithm of both members of the equation, in this case some roots are lost. It should be noted that equations of such type are studied at school and pupils are to master the skills of solution to such equations. The article suggests algorythm of solution of these equations, analyses certain examples. The conclusions are drawn that solving such equations can greatly contribute to the development of students’ logical thinking as well as their abilities, intuition and cognitive power.

Skripnik A.V., Skripnik O.G. MODELLING OF THE ASSOCIATIVE FIELD OF THE CONCEPT “SPORT” AS BASIS OF FORMATION OF IMAGE CHARACTERISTICS OF SPORT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 10 (187). P. 48-55

In the XXI century sport begins to return the position which it lost at the end of the last century. The Olympic Games-2014 in Sochi, the introduction of GTO (Ready for Labor and Defense ) standards (especially for schoolchildren and students) and the additional points for admission to universities for the delivery of these norms, various sporting events of the regional level – all these things make an impact on the formation of the positive sport’s image among the modern youth. In accordance with this indicator, we have established the percentage of students of higher and secondary education who are engaged in physical culture and sports. We used the technique of the linguistic and cognitive modeling of the concept’s maintenance. We developed the reference points of the sport’s image model on the basis of results of an associative experiment. From the positions of cognitive linguistics it is possible to offer the following definition of the sport’s image: sport’s image is a mental construct formed by means of information influence for the purpose of fixing in the picture of the world of the addressee of a steady set of representations and associations connected with sport. The results of the experiment allow to draw a conclusion that in language consciousness of the native speakers the concept has more values, than it is described in the dictionaries. The results of the associative experiment and the poll allow us to offer the following reference points for modeling of the sport’s image. 1. It is necessary to use the words connected with the concept for the concept’s verbalization in the different types of the propaganda materials designed for young people. 2. It is worth thinking of development of the parallel advertizing campaigns designed for different target audiences taking into account gender aspect. 3. Such way of formation of the image as involvement in this activity of the famous athletes, in this case seems to us demanding a further research.

Keywords: sport’s image, propaganda, concept, associative experiment, associative field of a concept

Poleva E.A. MOTIVE COMPLEX “PEACE – SILENCE – WORD” IN THE NOVEL BY LENA ELTANG “STONE MAPLES” (“KAMENNYYE KLYONY”) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 9 (206). P. 147-156

Introduction. The modernist esthetics of Lena Eltang’s prose, as well as the biographical factor (she is a fourthwave emigrant who now lives in Lithuania) explains the value for the author and characters of the novel’s word, the speech as a method of conservation and expression the inner world of a person in a non-native environment. The purpose of the work is to identify the semantics and functionality of the main point in the novel “Stone Maples”/”Kamennyye kloyny” (2008) by L. Eltang of the motive complex “peace – silence – word/speech”. Material and methods. The method of research is a motivational analysis based on the works of B. Gasparov, I Paperno, V. Silantyev, O. Rusanova. In understanding of the general cultural semantics of the motives of silence, peace and speech, we rely on the works of O. M. Freidenberg, M. Epstein, A. Genis. Results and discussion. The analysis performed to identify the central place of the silence motive in the selected motive complex. The motive of silence is multifunctional: it participates in the movement of the plot, draws up the image of the main character and characterizes the relationship between the characters, appears as the one of the narrative techniques (ignoring the addressee, silence in response), also accompanies the development of the theme of creativity. Silence is interpreted as a reorientation of the person from external to internal, from waste of words in oral speech to their accumulation for creating a text. Silence is existential: it is a condition for capturing the “call of being” and invitingly itself, helps another to pay attention to the subject of silence. The semantic difference between the motives of silence and peace is significant. The first is internally potentially resolved by speech, word-life, the second relates to death, loss of identification, ability to express oneself. Сonclusion. It is based on the poetics of neomythologies and uses the general cultural semantics of the motive complex “words – peace – silence: in an individual experience of the main character which repeats the stories of the heroes of ancient myths and fairy tales, living an archaic plot of silence – a word which is synonymous of the plot of death – resurrection (O. M. Freidenberg).

Filchenko A.Y. Functional-Pragmatic Perspective on Clause Argument Case-Marking in Eastern Khanty. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 4 (55). P. 140-147

The paper outlines the types of discourse-pragmatic functions and kinds of propositional-semantic content associated with the Loc-marked Agent constructions in Eastern Khanty. Selected methodology includes contrastive morpho-syntactic and contextual analysis of the narrative corpus, attending to the information structure and linguistic meta-data. Based on discourse analysis, it is hypothesized, that a wide cognitive faculty facilitating the structuring of information and specifying the roles of the participants, governs the choice of grammatical means, i.e. the construction types. It follows from the analysis of pragmatic, semantic and grammatical features of interacting discourse participants that specific system’s grammatical resources identify with certain pragmatic-semantic properties. The Loc-Agent constructions are prototypically used to express the events with more than one argument with competing topicality. The Loc-Agent constructions (agented passive and “ergative”) manifest a parenthetical shift in centrality of the discourse referents, where a secondary topic referent is competing with the primary agentive topic. This is expressed by temporary promotion of the secondary topical referent to the Loc-marked S grammatical relation. N.V. Polyakova. The Concept ‘Home’ and its Linguistic Representation in Selkup and Russian. The article considers peculiarities of linguistic representation of the concept “Home” in Selkup in comparison with Russian.

Smokotina L.I. G.N. Potanin. About the Necessity of Reforming the Russian People’s Education at the End of the XIXth – Beginning of the XXth Centuries // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2007. Issue 3 (66). P. 91-94

Potanin’s opinion concerning the necessity of reforming people’s education in Russia at the end of the XIXth – beginning of the XXth centuries is of great interest and actuality. The problems of education are on the first place in the past and present time. G.N. Potanin considered that the main idea of reforming Russian schools in the end of the XIXth-beginning of the XXth centuries should be patriotic education of Russian students. As a solution Potanin proposed to introduce the subject “rodinovedenie” (leaning about the country – Russia) in the school schedule. The main result of this reform should be the political stability in Russia. The October revolution and the Civil War in Russia in the beginning of the 20th century showed the truthfulness of G.N. Potanin’s views in this question.

Nikolaeva N.A. EUROPE AND THE CAUCASUS: CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL PARALLELS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 11 (113). P. 83-86

In author’s opinion on the ancient history of the Northwestern and central Northern Caucasus was closely linked with Indo-European migrations from Central Europe in the second half of the 3rd – beginning of the 2nd centuries B.C. The first migrants to this region consisted of the mixed groups of Indo-Europeans and non-Indo-Europeans that can be corresponded to the Tocharians (Afanasievo culture) and formed pre-Maikop cultural horizon with the horse-head scepters. The second stream of the European population that reached the Caucasus included the “Ancient Europeans” (AE – ancestors of the Slavs, the Germans, the Balts, the Celts, the Italics), and the Anatolians as well. The dolmens under the barrows in the Northwestern Caucasus were left by them. The archaeological equivalents of AE groups settled in the central part of the Northern Caucasus are the kurgan burials of the Kuban-Terek culture that dated from 3rd -2nd centuries BC. Thus the history of the Ancient Caucasus in 3rd century B.C can be regarded as a part of the IndoEuropean history of Europe.

Stepanov E.S. DEONYMIC DERIVATION FROM PRECEDENT NAMES IN GERMAN // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 6 (183). P. 80-84

The present article dwells on the possibilities of the extension of the precedent phenomena vocabulary by means of the use of word formation resources. The article presents four ways of word formation on the base of precedent names: deonymic stem composition, deonymic conversion, deonymic overlapping and deonymic derivation. A particular attention is paid to the phenomenon of deonymic derivation – a way of formation of the appellatives on the base of precedent names by means of affixation. The result of deonymic derivation is a formation of new lexical items, which possess the precedent status. Among them several word classes can be distinguished specifically nouns, adjectives and verbs. Each of these classes retains the set of qualities and peculiarities rooted in precedent names. Typical suffixes used in the formation of new nouns are e.g. (er)ei, isierung and ung. In the sphere of adjectives following suffixes can be used: ig, isch, weise. New verbs can be formed with the suffixes en, eln, (is)ieren and so on. Deonymic derivation is a very creative word formation method. The new precedent deonymic constructs are as a rule resources of the expressive language and therefore they are often used in media discourse and in the speech of politicians. They keep the shades of meaning and semes rooted in the original precedent names and subsequently form a new group of precedent phenomena.

Klushina N.i. NATIONAL STYLE AND MEDIA VARIATION OF A LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 4 (193). P. 26-31

The so-called epoch of the Internet, which has replaced the epoch of book, change dramatically the Russian literary language. That is to say, the language of media obtained the leading position amongst other language variations. The language of media is becoming a model language of the society and reflecting the current language practice. The media language represents the city linguistic norms and is focused on modernization (literary linguistic norms, in particular). This article is to set the hypotheses that there are two main form of the national modern literary language, existing in the modern information society. They are: 1) the elite literary language; 2) the mass literary language (and its implementation in the media as an option, which we mean “media language”). In mass-media communication, focused on mass media mind, literary standards are on the periphery of media content. Standard standards are superseded by norms of media communication, which draw their resources from the mass language of the whole society and themselves form this mass language. The present hypothesis is based on three fundamental principles: 1) the change of social status of modern media; 2) the definition of mass media language as common national language; 3) the concept of mediatization, which we develop in correlation to mass media language. This article concludes that traditional language norms are challenged by new technologies and are not relevant to speaking practice of mass media.
