The clause is devoted to the analysis of means of verbalization concept "Christening" in Russian national fairy tale. Named concept is a component of a folklore Christian picture of the world. Its consideration represents significant research interest in connection with a role of sacrament of a christening to life of the orthodox Christian. Thus those scripts which were reflected in Russian national fairy tale are marked, and the reasons of such choice come to light. Lexical means of verbalization concept "Christening" are allocated first of all and their role in the folklore text is defined. So the value of God parents established by church canons, and reflected in national consciousness, for example, is compared, and also various national signs and the customs connected with a christening and God are considered. Thus the special attention is given type of a fairy tale in which it is reflected data concept - magic, household or a fairy tale on animals. The urgency of work is connected with revival of Christianity and heightened interest to its history.

This paper presents the analysis of the metaphorical models of the concept of fact from the perspective of Cognitive Linguistics. More specifically, we attempt to show how Lakoff’s theory of conceptual metaphor can help us refine an unclear deem nature of the concept of fact in Modern English, which can accrue from the frequent occurrence of conventionalized metaphorical expressions about fact in everyday language. Thus, metaphor is understood as a partial mapping between conceptual domains of experience, a source domain and a target domain. In this way, we intend to make this interesting construct more useful and cognitively plausible instrument for our linguistic analysis.

The paper focuses on the participation of the Selkups in the Great Patriotic War. The main emphasis is on establishing of the Selkup pre-war population in the area of Narym and the number of their casualties in the war. Following analysis the author concludes that the large casualties of the Selkups at the front have led to high-quality demographic changes and became one of the reasons that caused irreversible cultural change in the postwar period.

The article deals with studying the notions “stereotype”, “ethnocultural stereotype” and “national cultural stereotype” in cultural linguistics. The juxtaposition of archetypically meaningful stereotypes of two cultures is made as a result of linguocultural comparative analysis of phraseological units containing gastronomical terms, which have been singled out in the Russian and French languages. The general (universal) and specific (unique) stereotypes reflecting peculiarities of Russian and French cultures are determined.

Introduction. Sergey Silin’s small prose has not yet been sufficiently researched by literary critics, but it arouses interest among readers of different ages and can be attributed to dual addressed literature. The study of the writer using the techniques of sadistic poems, horror stories and jokes contributes to a deeper understanding of the main trends in modern Russian prose. The purpose of the article is to reveal the genre originality of small prose by Sergey Silin. Material and methods. Theoretical basis for the study were the works of folklorists E. M. Meletinsky, E. Kurganov, O. N. Grechina, M. V. Osorina and others. The research material is short stories and horror stories by S. Silin (“The Fatal Five”, “The Fatal Four”, “Don’t Drown Five Graders!”, “Sambo Lesson”). Result and discussion. The analysis revealed the characteristic features of Silin’s small prose. In his work the author transforms the techniques of urban folklore genres: scary stories, sadistic poems, jokes. Conclusion. S. Silin’s works are dually addressed: not only to children, but also to adults. In his works, the writer uses techniques typical of urban folklore genres – they reflect the cynical attitude to death which is characteristic of sadistic poems; the use of clericalism; the absence of a clear confrontation between good and evil; the division into «good» and «bad» characters; the catharsis is replaced by a humorous ending; the idea of retribution is replaced by a paradoxical ending which emphasizes the immutability of what is happening. The stories most often have a circular composition, indicating that the main conflict of the work remained unresolved.

The article gives the versions and myths made by outstanding representatives of religious and philosophical thought and the poets of Silver Century about life and death of Lermontov; analyzes and systematizes their understanding of the tragedy – the death of the poet, identifies common places in their views on the poet (brevity of his life, incompleteness of literary fate and the uncertainty about the religious fate, hypothetical continuation of the poet’s life). A view on a duel as a suicide. The Silver Age of Russian literature is the religious quest, known as the “God-seeking”. Writers, thinkers and religious philosophers have argued individual's right to seek God, to “religious identity” (I. A. Ilyin). They talked in detail about the religious way of consciousness. For them an integral part of their religious understanding of life and the world became Lermontov, whose works gave answers to their excruciating questions. No less attractive and mysterious was the fate of the poet. Religious and philosophical themes of Lermontov’s works and their literary criticism of religious philosophers can serve as a methodological basis for the study of the value of religion in the artistic conception of the world of the poet and is of interest in the historical and functional aspects. This method is predominant in the article.

The Sakha language is one of the state languages of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). For development and support of the native language in our Republic extensive work is being done in the field of bilingual education. The concept of bilingual education involves interrelated activities of teachers and students, aimed at the study of the subject means of native and non-native languages, which is achieved by mastering subject content, the development of speech and thinking, and the formation of balanced bilingualism in which students acquire languages in the same degree. The article addresses the issues of language education in terms of functioning of the two state languages (on the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)). Against the background of introduction of Federal state educational standard, the educational environment of the Republic is developing dynamically, based on the scientific research modern teaching materials, manuals, reference materials are being developed. It is known that the native language plays a special role, since it is the basis for the formation and development of thinking, intellectual and creative abilities, as well as socialization of personality and introducing it to culture. Therefore, this article describes features of formation of students’ linguistic concepts in teaching to the native language. Describes the monitoring study in 5–9th forms of the Yakut schools, a brief analysis of textbooks in the native language in the primary school. The faculty of Culture and Arts of Tomsk State Pedagogical University in the professional training of bachelor in the direction of “pedagogical education” with two profiles of preparation as “Visual art” and “World art culture” presented the innovative educational project. The project is designed for the whole five-year course and is called to raise the professional education of future teachers in the visual arts to a qualitatively new level on the basis of a competence approach. The innovativeness of the project consists in output on a meta-subject level - a necessary requirement for new education standards, and also in covering by it the whole student course in the University and the integration of theoretical and practical training. The stages and content of the project are consistently disclosed, as well as its profound content aspects related to the activities of the student in the process of working on an artwork (with the help of its art criticism analysis and copying). The main result of the project is to master the competencies of the future teacher on the basis of theoretical and practical knowledge, got by a student in the process of mastering disciplines of culturological, pedagogical and artistic-creative directions that eventually must be demonstrated in final qualifying work. The student’s attitude to the work in progress, his abilities, knowledge level are monitored during the implementation of the project, that helps a teacher to adjust the work - either to complicate the research or creative task, or to give more difficult, but feasible tasks. Thus, during the educational process the student is developing and improving, personally disclosing under the supervision of teachers. Thereby, the project is actual for modern higher education associated with learning in creative directions.

The article deals with the first novel of the contemporary Russian writer Vladimir Sharov’s “Walk in the Tracks” (1991). Creating a fictional chronicle of four generations of Kreutzwald and entering his fate for the Russian history of the twentieth century, the author investigates the mechanisms of movement and repetition of history. In this article the author’s strategy is to detect and analyse the texts of the genus Kreutzwald. The author realizes the only way to gain immortality of the individual and the species by restoring the memory of the descendants of the ancestors.

Based on the archival materials, this article describes the innovative experience by the Tomsk doctor and counsellor V.S. Pirussky in organizing summer children colonies, which are the recreation camps for physically weak teenage city children. The article deals with the species composition and structure of the population inversion of malarial mosquitoes in Central Europe: Germany, Poland, Belarus. In the studied samples there were revealed two species Anopheles: A. messeae and A. maculipennis. There was set inversion polymorphism and XL-3R-shoulders polytene chromosomes of A. messeae. The authors discuss regularities of the composition and the frequency of the inversion of options depending on the region of Europe and the characteristics of local environmental factors habitats.

The article deals with the conception of intertextuality as a category of the text and as a method of the violation of its structure. The paper analyzes the peculiarities and the causes of usage of this stylistic device in the artistic text by the example of the novel by A. Dцblin “Berlin Alexanderplatz”. The key role of intertextuality in the montage technique is elicited and proved in works by authors of the postmodernism period. In the present article it is also taken an attempt to give a clear definition of this linguistic phenomenon and related terms, to mark forms of expression and degrees of markedness of intertextuality on different levels. It is proved that its identification and understanding in the text depends on the background knowledge of the reader.

The article presents the results of empirical verification of professionally important personal qualities of teachers of technical subjects of military higher educational institutions. Analytical review of scientific publications on the problem of research allowed to come to the preliminary conclusion that effective pedagogical interaction of a technical disciplines’ teacher with the students of military university in the first place contribute to such professionally significant individual psychological qualities and characteristics, as empathy, reflection, communicativeness, social perceptiveness, abstract thinking and spatial imagination. A survey of experts (teachers and students of military higher institution) showed that a teacher of technical disciplines needs to have a certain combination of professionally significant qualities and properties, and, first of all, such as empathy, reflexivity, communicativeness, social perceptiveness, abstract thinking, spatial imagination. The results of the experiment verified the assumption that professionally significant qualities of the teacher of military university can be purposefully developed through the implementation of the specially designed training programs.

The epistolary forms which entered a context of “The Moscow magazine” and “The Bulletin of Europe” are considered as an embodiment of the concept of N. M. Karamzin – the publisher, as a reprezentant of his creative method. N. M. Karamzin actively develops poetics of the private, friendly letter in the journalistic and publishing practice, thus the poetics of epistolary publications in Karamzin magazines is conformable to poetics of his private letters. In magazines, also as well as in private letters, estimates and judgments of the publisher, his image itself organize reader’s perception, play a sample role, immerse in the Karamzin sphere of spiritual and intellectual aspirations. The letter as a plot forming element of Karamzin magazines allowed their publisher to come into direct contact with the reader, and “someone else’s” letters became remarks in the dialogue organized by the publisher, a reason for publishing reflections. The letter becomes an ideal form of creation of the addressee – the reader of the magazine as in it the behavioural standard is formed. Certain dynamics of epistolary poetics from “The Moscow magazine” to “the Bulletin of Europe” is noted. The conclusion is that the epistolary is the major esthetic category, it in many respects causes deep internal unity of editions of N. M. Karamzin.

French perfumery art has centuries-old traditions and is the pride of the French nation. This article deals with the French perfumery discourse as one of the kinds of the institutional discourse, which is a complexly organized, multi – composition formation, an interaction of legislative (legal) discourse in the field of the production and trade of perfume goods), advertising perfumery discourse, scientific perfumery discourse, academic (educational) discourse of the perfumery art, perfumery media art, commercial discourse. The leading role in the above group belongs to the perfumery proper discourse in the sphere of professional communication. Within the subgroup of the French perfumery discourse one can find the polyphonic inclusions of historical, art, medical, musical, culinary and other discourses. The complex discourse nature of the perfumery discourse has given rise to a variety of genre forms.
