| 3305 | Some time ago the authors proposed a new approach to self-dual electrodynamics and its superextensions, based on introducing auxiliary (super)fields which ensure linearization of the duality transformations. | 3306 | This paper examines the issues of forming a qualitative assessment of educational activities in the system of additional professional education of civil servants. The main principles for assessing the quality of educational activity are revealed. The article states that the scientific understanding of estimating the quality of educational services in the sphere of the additional professional training does not yet meet the real needs in practice. The results of the study, which determines the need for additional professional education for civil servants in management, are presented. The relationship between the need for additional training and personal attitude to the school has been established. The productivity and effectiveness of the organizational and educational conditions required for the effective implementation and developing the quality assessment model for educational activities in the system of additional professional education for state civil employees are determined. The structural and functional model for the quality assessment of educational services with the participation of consumers is suggested. According to this model selfexamination, introspection and external expertise (reflection, research, design of the educational environment) become the leading methods of the assessment. | 3307 | The role of media education and the need of forming media culture of users are incresing in the presence of intensive development of informational and communication technologies and growing of the Internet influence in the life of a modern person. One of the brightest demonstrations of the media culture of a language personality is the ability to create and adequately perceive media projects as a reflection of a person’s creative facilities in various fields: cultural, communicative, textual, technological. Insufficient knowledge of this issue determines the need for its development. The aim of the article – working out of the problem of organizing media project activities, elaboration of information about the features of a media project as a linguo-communicative phenomenon with relation to its form, content, function, determination of the methods for its creation and analysis. The article uses an expert description of the available sources on the history and theory of the issue, examination, analysis and generalization. In organizing media project activities, it is necessary to rely on a set of methods, including sociological methods, methods of analytical and critical thinking, discursive analysis, methods of effective teamwork; it is necessary to have the skills of text formation and stylistic editing of media texts, the skills of using computer technology. The media project as a form of communication between the creator and the addressee is defined in the article in terms of form, content and functions as a text product based on a combination of various audiovisual technologies, the author’s skills to create new relevant and original content, uniting people as a result of joint communicative activity for the sake of a common cause. Communicative activity involves the creation of media texts and their perception, interpretation and understanding. Media project as a linguo-communicative phenomenon solves problems connected with critical thinking, analysis and synthesis of multifold information and presentation of author’s ideas to the addressee. In the transmission of information, various means are important, including linguistic and non-linguistic ones (indices, symbols, icons). Their competent use determines the effectiveness of media project activities and characterizes its linguo-didactic potential in the field of education. The article describes the types of media projects identified by the author: by structure, genre features and related activities, as well as by the number of participants in educational activities. It is significant that the preparation of a media project includes the definition of its topic, goals and tasks, the factor of the addressee. To do this, according to a set of methods and existing competencies, it is necessary to identify a void; take into account the factor of integration into the general media context; write a script; prepare a presentation, video; determine the site for placement; to carry out cooperation within the framework of team and expert activities; to adapt and adjust the product; consider the distribution of the media project. The parameters of a comprehensive analysis of a media project as a linguo-communicative phenomenon include evaluation criteria 1) publisher; founder; owner; editor 2) goals and tasks of the project; 3) accounting for the reader / viewer audience (target / targeted, general, random); 4) staff of authors, team, directing; 5) internal structure (themes, problems, script, plot, composition, details); 6) genre and stylistic features (genre, type of speech culture of the author, style, vocabulary, syntactic constructions); 7) design (image, verbal/non-verbal, advertising, infographics, effects); 8) frequency of release (day/week/month/year); 9) volume, timing, plan; circulation, number of subscribers, likes/dislikes, comments, views (day/week/month/year); 10) assessment of placement on a particular resource / site / hosting (surveys and data). Media project activity is formed on the knowledge, skills and abilities of the person in the field of theory and practice of media communication, rhetoric, stylistics, media linguistics, as well as in the field of information and computer technologies. The preparation of media projects is complex and contributes to the development of creative thinking, general culture and media culture of the person. | 3320 | Teaching of mathematical disciplines in Russian universities has traditionally been based largely on the classic teaching methods (explanatory-illustrative and instructive-reproductive). Of course, the design of programmed instruction, as well as development of simulated and game methods of training is a very time consuming process. However, these training methods can dramatically improve the cognitive interest of students, their responsibility for the result, contribute to the development of skills both individual and collective work. (When using the programmed instruction the pace of learning is individual; in conducting the educational and business games we can develop the ability to act as a team). The effectiveness of innovative interactive methods (programmed instruction, “mathematical fights” and business games) requires not only logical basis, but also the statistical verification. The article studies the effect of the application of some interactive teaching technologies at the results of the students mastering the course of probability theory and mathematical statistics. The pedagogical experiment contained a comparison between one control group and two experimental groups in which these learning technologies were applied. The analysis was based on statistical hypothesis testing using t-test and Wilcoxon criterion. A marked increase in the knowledge quality associated with the use of innovative teaching methods and identified through the use of module-rating system, finds its confirmation in the results of the interim tests and final exam grade. The average exam score (on a 5-point scale) was as follows: 3.3 points for the control group and 3.45–3.6 points for the experimental groups. | 3321 | The significance of research is attributed to the constant attention of linguists paid to the discourse of women’s prose and to the usage of the components of functional-semantic categories, including the category «comparativeness», in the language of artistic works. The article considers the participation of different structural comparisons in the description of the female characters in the novel The Kukotsky Enigma by Lyudmila Ulitskaya. The structural diversity of comparisons is presented within the functional-semantic field of comparativeness. All forms of comparatives are present in the language of the novel, with conjunctional comparisons by similarity prevailing. From comparisons on the difference, there are forms of comparative and negative parallelisms. The gender approach to describing femininely marked comparatives facilitates to identify idiostyle characteristics of the writer, namely the tendency to extend and concretize the image of comparison, the usage of comparisons for the comparison of heroines, the author’s boldness and frankness of comparative images as well as the images’ allusiveness, and axiological differences between feminine comparisons in the speech of the characters and in the author’s speech. The article pays attention to the text-forming function of comparatives in the broad sense in the language of the novel The Kukotsky Enigma by Lуudmila Ulitskaya, namely to «the correlation of the tropes and realities». The practice of segmentation of vocabulary is traditionally based either on a certain (situational) set of criteria for this procedure, or on a larger methodological basis for example the apparatus of a separate linguistic discipline, which often defaults to lexicology as a science about the lexical structure of the language. Being limited to the object of observation, lexicology is hardly capable of independently solving the question posed for the entire linguistic science or, at least, for such a macroscopic discipline as stylistics that urgently needs a reliable criteria base, despite their various functional specialization: stylistics studies the expressive, whereas lexicology the nominative function of language. The aim of the paper is to propose segmentation of the vocabulary fund of the German literary language through the prism of the environmental approach. Material and methods. The implementation of the epistemological (rational-empirical) framework of the environmental approach, which far exceeds not only the limits of the science of language, but also humanitarian knowledge in general, is determined by the specifics of being and development of the language itself as an anthropological phenomenon (loquens), erroneously attributed by poststructuralists exclusively to man. The basis of the environmental approach is the thesis about the environmental origin of the human language and the impossibility of its existence outside the Herder environment. Language exists in the “nutrient solution” of culture and acts as a connecting element of the social interaction of all individuals inhabiting this artificial world. The environmental approach is a capacious epistemological platform that is used to account for the various functional varieties of the language that serve as the basis for its vocabulary segmentation. Results and discussion. The following criteria have been developed for more weighted and general linguistic segmentation of a vocabulary on the example of the German literary language: a) selectivity, b) naturalness, c) reproducibility, d) temporality, e) age. The lexical system of the German language is taken as a model not by chance: the hybrid nature of this language idiom and the high heterogeneity (hybridity) of its resources correlating with it are an advantageous dialectical field of observing the phenomenon of a lexical system functional stratification. The apparatus of the environmental approach is formed by extensive interdisciplinary data that have become commonplace clichés in scientific use and help to obtain interdisciplinary meaningful and objective segmentation of the German literary language vocabulary. The scientific novelty is determined by the implementation of a fundamentally new set of criteria for identifying the components of the vocabulary system of the specified language based on the enlarged epistemological basis of the analysis. Conclusion. The proposed segmentation is intended to expand the boundaries of the lexicology apparatus of the German language, the ideas about the heterogeneity of its lexical system and its evolutionary laws. The data obtained can be used as a material for theoretical courses in lexicology and stylistics when training specialists in the field of German linguistics at all educational levels. | 3350 | The article analyzes the degree of scrutiny of issues related to education management of Tartars of Russia in the second half of the XIX century on the example of Astrakhan province. There are the features of the study of the question in the pre-revolutionary (to 1917), Soviet (1917–1991) and contemporary (from 1991) periods. Despite the rich actual material this problem was not the subject of independent research. The authors of the available studies were limited to the study of certain aspects, and the subject remains little developed, moreover, some of these works are the compilation character, so at the moment the main goal is the study of archival materials. It also considers educational policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in relation to the Tatars of Russia during the reign of the two emperors Alexander II and Alexander III, consisting in attempts to spread the Russian language in Tatar environment.
