Zinn M.A. Derivational Patterns of Iterative Verb Formation in Ket. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2004. Issue 1 (38). P. 64-74

The topic under consideration is important for describing the peculiarities of finite verb form derivation in Ket. The paper offers extensive data on pairs of iterative verb and their non-iterative correspondents in Ket. The analysis of the morphological structure of these pairs allows to unify and present a limited list of regular derivational patterns employed in the language for iterative verb formation. The author singles out three basic derivational operations on the one hand, and three basic meanings for the derivational category, named iterativity, on the other hand. A descriptive scheme in the form of equation is devised for coding groups of formal markers used for iterative verb formation in Ket. The outcome of this research is categorizing of all known to the author strategies applied to iterative formation according to the three basic derivational operations.

Gubaydullina A.N. ONTOLOGICAL MOTIFS IN THE KRASNOYARSK ANTHOLOGY OF LITERATURE FOR CHILDREN. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 1 (198). P. 67-73

Introduction. The article describes the prerequisites for addressing the Krasnoyarsk anthology, which is the phenomenon of two-address literature (for schoolchildren and adults). Aim and objectives. The purpose of the survey was to examine the key motifs of poetic and prose works included in the “Anthology for children” of Krasnoyarsk Territory (2017). Materials and research methods. The author uses the method of motive and thematic analysis. The author analyzes the key motifs of the poetic and prose works, included in the “Anthology of literature for children” of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (2017). The anthology includes poems and prose of 58 authors. The compilers of the anthology included texts of various genres: prose (for example, M. Koryakin), fairy tales (V. Nesterenko, L. Rychkova), prose miniature (E. Zharikova), lyrical poetry (A. Dudin, N. Iva), excerpts from the poem (M. Tarkovsky, O. Aksenova), poetic alphabet (N. Anishina), puzzles (K. Eremin, M. Radkevich). The texts were written during the second half of the twentieth century and at the beginning of the XXI century. At present, regional studies have a high scientific value. The author turns to the anthology, published in 2017. The study reveals an auto-reference of Siberia in poetry and prose of both the Soviet and the post-Soviet period. Results and discussion. Writers of the mid-twentieth century reproduce in their works an ontological model of the world. In different texts, one can see the mythological model of the world as a repeating cycle. The main motives organizing this model of the world are such as the model of an anthropomorphic, creative taiga and the motive of an ideal, free childhood. Conclusion. The key conflict in the texts of the middle of XX century is the conflict between nature and urban civilization. However, in the texts of the early 21st century, the ontological picture of the world gives way to the game perception of the world.

Nikonova E.A. SPECIFIC CHARACTER OF INFLUENCE AND MANIPULATION FUNCTIONS REALISATION IN AN ENGLISH POLITICAL ESSAY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 7 (196). P. 9-14

In recent years the spread of information warfare has encouraged increasing interest to influencing and manipulative capacity of media. In this regard it appears to be relevant to analyse how this capacity is realized in different publicistic texts. The article aims to illuminate the function specific of a political essay. A political essay combines features of publicistic and newspaper styles. Newspaper style determines realization of informative function while publicistic style – influence function. Those functions are realized through objective and subjective modality respectively. The author uses influence function to impose on readers his ideas and positions, which he does openly and directly. Usually these ideas are stated in the title of the essay and the essay itself is devoted to it. The analysis implies that the influence function is most commonly represented by metaphors, emotionally loaded words and epithets. A political essay is also influenced by the political discourse, which is highly manipulative by its nature. So political discourse makes influence function evolve into manipulation one. The author manipulates when he does not want to reveal his position and tries to indistinguishably force it on readers. That is why the author uses manipulation function to communicate ideas, which are not openly stated and usually are not mentioned in the title or subtitle of the essay.

Keywords: political essay, publicistic style, political discourse, manipulation function, influences function, subjective and objective modality

The material taken for research is 250 cinema-announcements for Indian films written in Russian and posted on the website Indiankino.net. The volume of the studied texts is 6–8 sentences (from 60–100 words). These are movie announcements for films of different genres: melodramas, dramas, thrillers, comedies, action films, etc. Results and discussion. The studied texts have a similar theme, a relatively stable composition and a repeating set of means of linguistic embodiment, which allows us to consider the movie announcement as a separate speech genre. To describe it, a model has been developed that includes the following parameters: communicative goal, image of the author, image of the addressee, image of the past, image of the future, type of dictum content, features of the language embodiment, composition, verbal and non-verbal means. The composition of the movie announcement is one of the most important genre-forming features. It was determined that the composition of cinema announcements for Indian films operating in the Internet environment includes such elements as the title, image (mostly posters), additional information about the film (the name of the characters and directors of the film, year of release of the film, film genres, original name of the film, language in which the film is available), Internet tools (film rating, social media buttons for exchanging film information with other people), description of the film: exposition, main part, ending. Conclusion. The compositional structure and elements of different types of movie announcements (for example, printed movie announcements, movie announcements written in other languages, movie announcements of films from other countries) differ from each other, which depends on the time of their writing, the scope of functioning, and the author’s style. Each of the structural elements of the speech genre of cinema announcement has pragmatic potential and serves to fulfill the main functions of the studied speech genre – to provide information about the film and to influence the addressee and draw his attention to the film.

Podkina Y.V. ALGORITHM METHOD IN TEACHING RUSSIAN AT SECONDARY SCHOOL. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2022. Issue 6 (224). P. 80-87

Introduction. Teaching Russian in secondary school, speech development and the formation of spelling and punctuation skills is an important task that involves a number of difficulties. Effective study of the Russian language in a secondary school is often hindered by factors such as poor perseverance, lack of interest in the subject, bilingualism, and more. Russian Russian spelling rules algorithmized representation method is considered in this paper, which allows to improve the quality of teaching Russian to middle and senior school students. The purpose is to substantiate the effectiveness of the algorithm method in teaching the Russian language to children of secondary schools, to consider approximate models of training algorithms. Material and methods. Theoretical methods (modeling, analysis, synthesis) were used in the work; empirical methods (observation, comparison, experiment). Results and discussion. Simple memorizing of the rules does not always lead to increased literacy of students. The algorithm method provides for the joint compilation of algorithmic schemes of various types with students, which illustrate the rule being studied, allow you to work out the mechanism of reasoning step by step when performing spelling and punctuation tasks. This approach contributes to the achievement of a high quality of knowledge through the systematic development of practical skills with the help of schemes adapted to the needs of each child. The training algorithm can have different types: from a clearly formulated scheme (similar to a mathematical example) up to a colorful illustration that will be understandable to children with creative abilities. Conclusion. The algorithm method can be applied to study almost any rule of Russian spelling and punctuation. In the scheme created jointly with the students, there should be a place for exceptions and for examples that the child will enter independently. When creating a training scheme, the student is an active co-author. A circuit is never a closed system. It is being refined and improved in the process of practical activity of students. For children from the same class, the schemes can be completely different, as they have been improved and finalized independently.

Babenko I.I., Czjan T. TRADITIONS AND INNOVATIONS OF THE TEACHING METHODS OF RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN CHINA. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 10 (175). P. 121-124

The article describes actual approaches to teaching Russian as a foreign language in China, formulated in the articles of the leading Chinese experts in this area. The review of the latest publications allowed to find out that most of the Chinese specialists in Russian philology, teachers and methodologists, write about the need of practice updating of language training. In particular, researchers note the strong influence of the Russian methodical innovations on the theory and methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in China that is expressed in several features. Firstly, the levels of proficiency in Russian began to be considered in the aspect of formation of linguistic and communicative competence, but not only in a paradigm of knowledge in the field of vocabulary and grammar. Thereof it is necessary at the lessons to change a ratio of speech activity types, to focus on communicatively significant listening comprehension and speaking and to lower the load of the traditional grammatical focused forms of education. Secondly, in a translation practice from Russian to Chinese and vice versa it is necessary to develop skills of extensive reading, that is understanding and interpretation of the main information which is contained in the text, allocations of the text meaning and the authors idea. Thirdly, the training humanization which has to be shown in positive changes of the behavioral and emotional sphere of educational process is necessary, for example, it is important to induce to a dialogue and communicative interaction, the teachers should use new interactive or open methods of training. However the humanization, according to the Chinese researchers and methodologists, shouldn't significantly transform traditional directive and imperative model of training. Thus, the modern paradigm of training methods of Russian as foreign language in China assumes a harmonious combination of traditional approaches to teaching and new methods of training that more correspond to national and sociocultural peculiarities of the country.
