There are discourse’s mechanisms for the formation of dialogue interaction between communicants: it is value and psycho-speech coordination of participants in communication. Representatives of religious discourse (clergymen and interactive addressees) are subjects of dialogue. Also they are participants in the mass media discourse. Interaction by the subject of communication is occurred in the communicative space (this is the genres of the forum and blog). The features of the interaction of the two discourses are revealed through the analysis of dialogic communication. At first public dialogue as an atypical form of communication for the Orthodox faith reflects the situation of weak coordination of the participants’ positions. Secondly the technical form of Internet communication isn’t conducive to dialogue on the basis of religious values and presumptions. The result of this interaction reflects typological changes in religious discourse – adaptation to the mass media’s norms and conditions. The interaction in the space of religious discourse oriented to orthodox dogmas, traditions, values. The topics of the dialogues are not only religious life, but also worldly interests. The format of the dialogue actualizes a complex of subjective (value priorities of the individual, psychoemotional, social aspects) and objective (discursive state, ideology, collective experience) factors.

Motor preparedness has important meaning for a physical culture teacher. The authors of the article attempt to trace the influence of special qualities and abilities on the axiological orientations of this category of teachers. The research was carried out by means of questionnaire in which more then one thousand of a respondents took part. As a result of the data elaboration, a tendency was discovered. The higher motor preparedness of a physical culture teacher, the higher pedagogical qualification must have the respondent, under equal status, and thе more marked his target and motivation reasons for increasing his pedagogical qualification

Kirillova E.N. QUANTUM EQUIVALENCE OF MASSIVE AND MASSLESS P-FORM MODELS IN CURVED D-DIMENSIONAL SPACE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 85-88

We consider massive and massless p-forms in arbitrary D-dimensional curved space-time. Quantization of these models and evaluation of effective actions have been performed. Results are presented in terms of d'Alembertians acting on p-forms. The massive theories of p-forms do not possess gauge invariance, in contrary of massless theories. The gauge invariance is restored with help of multi-step Stuckelberg procedure. Comparising effective actions of classically equivalent theories (massless quantum theory of p-forms and theory of (D-p-2)-forms, massive quantum theory of p-forms and theory of (Dp-1)-forms), we demonstrate a quantum equivalence of corresponding models. A zeta-function excluding zero modes has been used.

Special attention is given to reviewing the types of reading. This issue is one of the most theoretically developed, but not yet terminologically stable. The characteristics of “mature” and “immature” reading in the native and foreign languages are identified and described. As a result, on the basis of the conducted research, the type of reading most suitable for teaching to read the original texts is proposed, its characterization is given.

Tayurskiy A.I., Lobanova E.E., Tayurskaya M.V., Podverbnykh O.E., Prigozhikh V.A., Vcherashniy P.M. ASSESSMENT OF THE POTENTIAL OF THE REGIONAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION SECTOR ACCORDING TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EFFECTIVE TRAINING OF LABOUR FORCES FOR THE INDUSTRY BRANCH: THE CASE OF SIBERIAN STATE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY, KRASNOYARSK REGION. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 12 (189). P. 48-55

The article considers the influence of many associated factors which are of scientific and practical interest and represented in the form of the concept of the multilevel assessment of the potential of interaction between labour market and the market for vocational education services in the reproduction process of a primary labor resource (a young specialist). The analysis, systematization and constant monitoring of the results of the methodological approach to the potential assessment of interaction between labour market and education market allow the government to get the right information at the macro- and meso-levels for adjustment and planning of criteria of the reproduction process of young specialists as a specific category of the workforce. It is substantiated that this approach allows the state and its subjects to obtain the necessary information at the macro- and meso-levels to adjust and plan the parameters of the reproduction process of young specialists as a specific category of the labor force and serves as an instrument for managing the interaction of the subjects of the regional markets for vocational education and labor services. Thus, it is shown that effective training of young specialists is implemented to a greater extent in the regions with a favorable demographic structure of the employed population, whose potential is used more rationally in terms of minimizing the costs of unemployment, on the one hand, and the use of incentives for productive labor, aimed at advancing growth of labour productivity over the wage growth with further improvement in the implementation of its reproductive and stimulating functions, on the other hand. In conclusion, the article points out that effective training of labor resources is relevant not only for industry but also for the region in particular, as the economic space of the Russian Federation as a whole is characterized by considerable differentiation in the socio-economic development of the regions.

Karimova R.K., Bolotova E.V. FUNCTIONAL CHARAKTERISTIC OF THE PREZENS IN GERMAN. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 8 (197). P. 79-86

The article considers the functional possibilities of the prezens in German. The analysis was carried out in a diachronic aspect, beginning with the Old High German period and ending with the modern state of German. It is shown what functions were peculiar to the prezens at the time of its formation, which appeared in later periods and which are used at the present stage of development of the given language. For this purpose have been studied the literary monuments of the Old High German and Middle High German periods, the Germanic epic Nibelungenlied. The modern functional potential of prezens is studied on the basis of German newspapers Die Welt and Moskauer deutsche Zeitung. The article uses as the main descriptive, comparative-historical, quantitative methods of investigation. The urgency of the work is due to the ambiguous approach in linguistics to the functional differentiation of the German prezens. In this article its most frequent functions are scientifically substantiated and described. In these German-language newspapers a frequent phenomenon is actual, usual and futuristic prezens. Culturologically, this situation is due to the fact that the Germans attach great importance to the present, and they are characterized by their aspirations for the future. In addition, in modern publicistic speech a tendency is revealed that consists in the combined functioning of prezens in the interaction of frequency functions. The conducted research as a whole expands the scientific understanding of the functional significance of the prezens in the German language.

The compound Russian and English lexemes were served as the material of the research, which forming the same notions. It was necessary to distribute them into groups using the same principle of classification. As a rule, taxonomies are built on the intralingual material independently of the tier which is meant. Specification of our research encloses in application of another type of classification. We examine structural features of compound lexical units locating into the same linguistic space. The purposes of our research have required formatting the classification of the selected material basing on specification of the inner form.
