In this article we would like to analyze the proper names (artionyms) on the example of the names of French impressionists’ paintings. The purpose of this article is to compare a group of French and Russian artionyms and to find language and cultural tendencies appeared during their translation from one language into another. Artionym is a complex of different categories of proper names which have the denotation in mental, ideological and artistic sphere of human activity. The article is devoted to the study of phraseological units with the component «horse» in the German language. The subject of the study is the structure of phraseological units, their semantic features acquired due to traditions, customs, and general cultural and national symbols of animal images. The aim of the research is the description of the structural-semantic features of phraseological units with component “horse”. Material and methods. The material for the study is phraseological dictionaries of the German language and electronic lexicographic sources. The aim of the research is to study the internal form of phraseological units, identified on the basis of interpretations of the meanings of the units in accordance with German monolingual dictionaries. The paper uses the method of component analysis, statistical method and descriptive method. Results and discussion. To determine the origin of the components under study, etymological dictionaries data were used. On the basis of the obtained data, thematic groups that reflect the connotative component of the meaning of phraseological units were formed. As a result of the description of the studied thematic groups’ composition, the productive structures and characteristic semantic features of the units were identified. The semantics of phraseological units was determined on the basis of data from monolingual phraseological dictionaries. The structural composition of phraseological units is considered: phraseological unities, phraseological expressions. Data from history, linguoculturology, semiotics, folklore, etc. were used in order to obtain reliable conclusions. The graphical results of the study are shown in the figures. Conclusion. The results of the research can be used in practical classes of the lexicology of the German language. | 4475 | The investigations of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) were performed for three different peat-moorsh soils - Czarna Wies, Otoczne and Kwatera 17 located in the Biebrza River Valley in Poland. Each considered soils were utilized as meadow. Soil samples were taken from two depths: 5-10 cm and 50-80 cm. IAA, total organic carbon (TOC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in peat moorsh soils from these samples were analysed. The significant differences in the concentrations of IAA, TOC, and DOC between two investigated depths of among peat moorsh samples were observed. The measured concentrations of total organic carbon in the considered soils ranged from 37.2 to 45.6 %. Generally, the decrease of IAA, total organic carbon, however, increase of DOC concentration with depth of profiles was observed. The contents of dissolved organic carbon in the soils ranged from 5.3 to 19.4%. The quantities of IAA decreased simultaneously with TOC values and with the increasing depth of the soil profiles. The highest contents of IAA was determined in high layers of moorshes and ranged from 110,1 to 128,7 µg kg-1 dry mass. However the concentrations of IAA in deeper layers were lower and ranged from 69,3 to 87,1 µg kg-1 dry mass. Activation of Kj-ORs decreased cAMP levels in the myocardium during reperfusion but stimulation of 8J-ORs had no effect on the cAMP levels. The occupancy of both types of receptors did not alter the cGMP levels before and after ischemia. Cardioprotective effect of DPDPE was completely abolished by pretreatment with cyclopiazonic acid, an inhibitor of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum. Authors proposed that cardioprotective effect of U-50488 is mediated via a decrease in cAMP levels in the heart but cardioprotective effect of DPDPE is depended on the activity of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum. | 4479 | The paper is devoted to the analysis of the conflict and congruous discourses’ components which are relevant to the genre of intercultural political prognosis. The latter is viewed not as a form of the analytical article but as an independent genre with appropriate characteristic features. In the framework of the prognosis functioning in the media landscape the following genre forms are singled out: article-prognosis and interview-prognosis. The above-mentioned genre varieties correlate to the genre and stylistic unit of the conflict and congruous discourses’ models. Within the scope of the functional and axilological unit of the discourses under study the prognostic, evaluative and preventive functions of the prognosis are described. The speech means which mark the prognostic utterance in the text are analyzed. The definition of conflict and congruous types of discourse, of the intercultural political area are given. The author comes to the conclusion the intercultural political prognosis is more likely to be described as belonging to the conflict type of discourse as the genre under study doesn’t represent the facts but determines the tendencies and perspectives of this or that phenomenon’s development. And only time and the real development of the events can show whether the prognosis was true-to-fact or not. The relevance of the study is determined by the situation in the education system, when the active participation of members of the professional pedagogical community into the discussion of documents in the field of education on special Internet portals has become a bright positive trend in recent years. The aim of the study was to examine the motives of Internet users participating in such discussions. Material and methods. The edu.crowdexpert.ru web portal contains 17 government documents, in which 99,027 people participated. The motivation for participation, as well as other characteristics of the sample, were studied using a specially designed questionnaire, which was answered by 362 respondents. Results and discussion. It turned out that not only for teachers and administrations of educational organizations, but also for other school employees and simply active and interested in issues of education of Russian citizens, a desire to take an active part in the discussion of documents regulating the educational activities of the country is characteristic. As a result of the study, it was found that the main motives for participation in the public discussion of documents in the field of education were (in descending order of importance): personal interest to the discussed problem, the desire for professional growth and development, the desire to gain useful experience in discussing socially significant problems, the desire to improve professional status, the desire to get intellectual pleasure and the possibility of communicating with colleagues. With a high level of motivation to participate in the discussion of documents regulating the activities of the education system, the degree of the impact about many of the respondents is estimated low enough. Conclusion. The further direction of research can be the study of prospects and points of growth of Internet resources, which are organized to discuss important documents in the field of education within social and professional expertise because it gives an opportunity of real influence of professional community on the state meeting of education challenges, public legitimization of these decisions, creation of mechanisms of formation of public opinion and determination of ways of development of Russian system of education. | 4481 | The article is devoted to the study and modeling of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON in the linguistic consciousness of Siberian students. The study of associative and verbal fields of such world-modeling and axiological concepts is one of the urgent tasks of modern linguistic research, since their analysis allows to identify the most important worldview and moral attitudes of the carriers of Russian linguistic culture. The aim of research is modeling and analysis of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON in the linguistic consciousness of Siberian students. In the course of the study, received reactions are considered from the formal, morphological and semantic points of view. The study is based on the material of a free associative experiment, in which students of 1-4 courses of four institutes of the Siberian Federal University took part. The survey involved 222 people aged 18 to 22: 142 female students and 80 male students. The response time was limited to 1 minute. As a result of the associative experiments, 433 reactions were obtained. From the point of view of formal-morphological characteristics, the structure of the associative and verbal field consists of single-word reactions (72.3%), as well as phrases and sentences (26.5%). The most frequent types of one-word reactions are adjectives (41.6%), the most frequent types of multi-word reactions are adjectival phrases (11.1%). In the process of modeling the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON, it was shown that its structure includes nuclear, perinuclear and peripheral zones (the latter is divided into near and far periphery). The nuclear zone is represented by the following reactions: kind (77), sympathetic (25), humane (23), respectful (22), kindness (20). The application of the semantic gestalt technique made it possible to identify four semantic zones in the structure of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON: 1) the spiritual world; 2) properties and structure of the personality; 3) social ties and related activities; 4) name. The study made it possible to reveal the structure and content of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON in the linguistic consciousness of Siberian students. The differentiating features of a humane person, in addition to certain moral qualities (kindness, responsiveness, humanity, mercy, compassion, tolerance, justice), also include his socially approved activities and actions (help, care, support, charity). The complexity of the verbal category of conjugation doesn’t promote learning by students complete and consistent idea of conjugation system of the Russian verbs therefore authors of the article unite methods of reproductive and productive approach to studying of a subject and suggest foreign students to remember the facilitated model of system of conjugation in classes and groups with obligatory memorization of some difficult verbs. In final part of the article the algorithm of an explanation of the Russian verbs conjugation based on inductive approach and directed to simplification of digestion of complicated grammar is described. | 4496 | The article considers some lexical issues of the Aghul language. Shows the meanings of the synonyms, variants of their usage in the speech. Give some examples of synonyms’ and antonyms’ usage in the language. Research of synonyms and antonyms in Aghul is of great importnace and significance, which is seen through the comparison with paradigms and system of some Slavonic manuscript sources. At the present stage of Bible translation in Aghul we have an opportunity to analyze the homogeneous ancient writing. Discussion of the problems in syntactical synonymity of Aghul and Russian leads to findings of their typological similarities. Stylistic analysis conducted in the paper defines forms and variants of writing in synonymic diversity of Aghul. Richness of language units variants in Russian and Aghul makes possible further development of semantic equivalents in terms of communication and cognition in speech process and exposes their insufficient study.
