Komnatnaya S.R. REPRESENTATION OF THE CONCEPT LAW AS PART OF THE FIELD OF SOCIAL AND LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE LANGUAGE CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE YOUNG RUSSIAN NATIVE SPEAKER. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 5 (202). P. 16-23

Introduction. This article considers the concept law as a part of the field of social and legal relations, that is the sphere of human life which is regulated by legal norms. The purpose of the study is to find out how the component of the law concept associated with the area of social and legal relations is represented in the language consciousness of the young Russian native speaker. Material and methods. To achieve this goal, the author conducted associative, receptive and color experiments with the participation of student recipients, and also compiled the relevant fields. A series of experiments was carried out twice: in 2013–2015 and 2017–2018, it allowed to analyze the perception of the studied concept by the recipients in dynamics. In addition, the results of the study were compared with the data from the Russian associative dictionary, experiments for this dictionary were conducted at the end of the 20th century. This made it possible to track changes in the linguistic consciousness of the young Russian speaker over the last decades. Results and discussion. Using only one type of experiment to analyze the language consciousness is not enough, because the links between its structures are not linear, therefore, the data obtained during one type of experiment must be verified by experiments of other types. Associative, receptive and color experiments allowed us to bring to the surface and analyze different structures of consciousness and different types of speech activity, and also to characterize the concept under study from different sides. Conclusion. Over the past decades, the number of legal reactions to the “law” stimulus has significantly increased, which indicates changes in the language consciousness of Russian native speakers. The experiments carried out give grounds to assert that recipients associate the concept of law with the sphere of social and legal relations. This may indicate an increase in the level of legal culture among young people. At the same time, the tendency towards a more negative perception of the stimulus law has clearly emerged in recent years, and it is also confirmed by the results of experiments.

Medniko D.M. THE PROBLEM OF SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP IN THE SIBERIAN PERIODICAL PRESS THE LATTER HALF OF THE 1800’S – EARLY 1900’S. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 9 (124). P. 36-42

The article is the result of studying the issue of social partnership in labor relationships in the Siberian periodical press in the 1800’s – early 1900’s. We have considered the standpoints of the left-wing and liberal press on this problem. Pre-revolutionary Russian liberal press gives an idea of the compromise (which would consider the interests of the bourgeoisie as well as the workers) in solving the labor issue. Unfortunately, the social development of Siberia in Imperial times could not possibly yield such changes.

Takata K. BRST APPROACH TO GAUGE INVARIANT HIGHER SPIN THEORY OF CONFORMAL FIELD IN FLAT SPACE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 155-158

We propose a closed higher-spin algebra and its representation that reproduces conformal invariant Lagrangian presented by Fradkin and Tseytlin. We use this algebra for constructing gauge invariant Lagrangian by BRST method. Lagrangian constructed by BRST method does not have any off-shell constraints or higher derivative terms as in the non-conformal case. As an example for spin 2 case in four space-time dimension, our Lagrangian agrees with that of conformal gravity by using gauge xing and equations of motions of auxiliary fields.

Balkova S. THE FIRST FAIRY TALE (“PRINCESS AT THE BALL”) BY FRANTISEK HRUBIN AS INTERPRETATION OF MIKHAIL LANDMAN: ABOUT THE SPECIFICS OF TRANSLATING CZECH CHILDREN POETRY TO THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 2 (179). P. 97-101

The aim of this work is to discuss some specifics of translating Czech children poetry to the Russian language. For the analysis were chosen the poem called “První pohádka (Princeznička na bále)” (The First Fairy Tale; Princess at the Ball), written by well-known Czech poet Frantisek Hrubin, and its translation “Принцесса кораллы свои потеряла” (The Princess Who Lost Her Beads) by Mikhail Landman. The analysis exposed the specifics of the translation such as: more phraseological and idiomatic expressions than in the original poem and more developed and concrete description of the places and characters. More specific descriptions of the places could lead to activation of imagination in child mind. The increase of phraseological and idiomatic expressions is justified by the adaptation of the Czech poem into the structure of traditional Russian national literature. The name of the Czech protagonist “Honzik” corresponding to the Russian Ivanushka-Durachok and the basic ironic modality of the poem were not altered in the translation. The translator may have left the original names for one of two reasons: either to avoid the necessity of changing the names of other characters, leading to a monolingual structure of the translation, or to create an opportunity for the Czech names to obtain new associations of their own in the Russian language. The ironic undertone of the poem’s finale is kept in the translation but it is presented by different means.

Keywords: Czech-Russian literature connections, children’s poetry, literary translation, F. Hrubin, M. Landman

Yankovskaya N.I. PROBLEMS OF CIVIL-PATRIOTIC EDUCATION IN THE DISSERTATION RESEARCH OF CIVIL IDENTITY: DISCURSIVE ANALYSIS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 4 (181). P. 34-38

The result of the modern civil-patriotic education from the point of view of public documents is the civil identity. The article considers the theses in the titles of which the concept “civil identity” occcurs. The purpose of the work is the identification of degree of study of civil identity in the humanities during the period from 1991 to 2016. An important task of domestic pedagogy is the search for technologies that allow the development of a personality not only in the cognitive, but also the motivational-usual and emotional-volitional spheres. It is proved that, depending on the type of virtual reality (VR) as a special teaching method, it is required to revise the role of the teacher and the conditions of interaction between the teacher and the students in order to master the latter educational content. A review of domestic and foreign experience in applying virtual reality technologies in educational practice is presented. By the means of historical and pedagogical analysis, it has been proved that to date in the scientific literature there are no longitudinal studies that allow us to assess the influence of forced cognitive development on the harmonization of the personal development of children and the intensive development of the school curriculum, especially in preschool and primary school age. The article reveals the concept of an immersive educational environment, its influence on the development of the personality of the student at various levels of general education is noted. The thesis is justified that virtual reality as an educational technology and a special educational environment can be programmed and reproduced using a computer program and stimulate schoolchildren to perform certain educational actions according to a pre-planned scenario. Based on the analysis of the experience of teaching children in immersive environments, the authors note the possibilities of their application for the cognitive development of the personality of schoolchildren at various levels of education. The ideas of teachers of the primary and basic school on the developmental capabilities of VR are described. The advantages of the application in the educational process of such immersive technologies as virtual excursions, virtual quests and virtual laboratories are disclosed. Conclusions have been drawn about the possibilities and restrictions of cognitive development of the student’s personality in immersive educational environments. It has been proven that in virtual immersive environments can be successfully applied to teaching and developing children of different ages. The virtues of the use of VR in training, such as visualization, the possibility of visualizing complex processes and phenomena, interactivity and the possibility of gaming the educational process, etc. Establish various types of VR with rich capabilities in various fields of personality development.

Polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activity was determined in virgin peat deposit (3 m) and residual eutrophic peat (1 m) under permanent grasses in microfield experiment. Enzyme activity in virgin soil was determined through the thickness (0–100 cm); in residual peat – up to 60 cm deep – at the beginning of observations (1993), and through the profile – in subsequent terms (2002 and 2008). While the ratio «polyphenol oxidase activity: peroxidase activity» was approximately equal to 1, that could point to the relational balance of the processes of synthesis and decay of humic substances – both in virgin and reclamated peat of investigated ecosystem.

The relevance of this study is due to the socio-cultural aspects associated with the development of visual communications in modern urban space. The visual landscape of the city assumes an abundance of advertising information in various spheres of human activity. This leads to an increase in the requirements for people of different specialties in the field of visual communication skills. The problem is a contradiction: on the one hand, the visual level of the urban environment is constantly growing, on the other hand the approaches to education in this direction are not so wide and do not meet the requirements of the time. At the moment, there are many technologies for solving creative problems in the visual arts and design - this is a whole spectrum of researchers who pay attention to the issues of a full-fledged educational cycle, but the problem is to correctly choose and integrate them into the accelerated educational process (refresher courses). Tolstova M.A. VERBALIZATION OF IDEAS ABOUT A MAN IN A WOMAN’S AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL STORY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 4 (210). P. 117-125

Introduction. The article is devoted to the identification of ideas about men in women’s dialect discourse. Material and methods. The material of the research is women’s autobiographical stories recorded by the author in dialectological expeditions in 2016–2019; the Tomsk dialect corpus, which includes the materials of expeditions organized by employees of the Tomsk State University from 1946 till the present day on the territory of Middle Ob dialects spread. The research is carried out in cognitive-discursive direction of gender linguistics. Results and discussion. The basis for identifying gender ideas and stereotypes is linguistic opposition of “masculinity- femininity”, in which the personal qualities of men and women and the characteristics of their behavior are contrasted. It is determined that a man less thrifty, more prone to drunkenness than a woman. The contrast between women and men is based on the division of labor responsibilities. An important parameter for verbalization of gender ideas is the status in marriage. It is reflected in the frequency of using of lexical unit husband and in significant number of synonyms for this unit. As a rule, women’s stories s about themselves and their lives are accompanied by characterization of their husband and life in marriage. The most vivid ideas about a man are recorded during description of his personal qualities. Women more often evaluate a man based on his working capacity, economic efficiency, and social achievements. Attitude to a wife and love between a wife and a husband is important in description of husband’s characteristic. Drunkenness and aggressiveness of men are condemned. Such typically feminine qualities as loquacity, squabbling, and scandalous behavior, is negatively assessed for men. Conclusion. The content of ideas about men is influenced by the features of rural existence, which is based on work, patriarchal gender stereotypes, socio-historical events and processes. The identified gender ideas have a discursive specificity due to the gender identity of the speaker.

Azhel Y.P. INTERPRETATION OF FEMALE IMAGES OF THE NOVEL ‘HENRIETTA TEMPLE: LOVE STORY’ BY BENJAMIN DISRAELI IN RUSSIAN TRANSLATIONS OF THE XIXTH CENTURY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2022. Issue 4 (222). P. 121-136

Introduction. The coverage of the women’s issue was one of the predominant themes in the works of famous English writers of the XIXth century and gave the key to understanding the place of a woman in the society and her role in the development of the social progress. In this context, an appeal to the fiction of B. Disraeli (1804–1881) is relevant. The objectification of female images in his novel ‘Henrietta Temple: a Love Story’ (1837) is illustrative in terms of evolution of the woman role and her life attitudes. Aim and objectives. The aim of the research is the study of the translation peculiarities of the novel’s key female characters taking into account the current trends in the literary and social processes of Russia in the 1850s – 1860s. Material and methods. The research material included the original text of ‘Henrietta Temple: a love story’, as well as its anonymous translations published by ‘Library for Reading’ [Biblioteka dlya Chteniya] in 1859 and ‘Translations of individual novels’ [Perevody Otdel’nyh Romanov] in 1867. Historical literary, comparative, typological, and structural methods were used in the research. To identify the peculiarities of the main female images interpretation, an analysis of the original text and its translations was carried out using a methodology including five main image parameters, such as character introduction, verbal portrait, speech characteristics, description of actions and author’s attitude. Results and discussion. First acquaintance of the Russian reader with the fiction by B. Disraeli began with the translation of the novel ‘Henrietta Temple: a Love Story’ 1859. The novel of the English writer was consonant with the general trends in Russian literature of the mid-19th century and was twice anonymously translated. Each of the translations reflected not only the basic principles of literary translation, but also the position taken by the translator in relation to the issue of the role of women and their rights in Russian society. In this aspect, the interpretation of the key female characters of B. Disraeli’s novel is of interest. At the center of the narrative there are female characters involved in a love triangle: Henrietta Temple and Catherine Grandison, as well as the image of the main character mother, Constance Armine. Conclusion. The analysis demonstrates that not all the parameters of the Disraeli’s female images are reflected in Russian translations. The peculiarity of the version published in the ‘Library for Reading’ [Biblioteka dlya Chteniya] in 1859 was that the translator significantly reduced and simplified the original text of the novel due to the journal policy and translation norms, which led to simplification of new woman images, in particular Henrietta. The author of the translation published in 1867 managed to better reproduce five main parameters of the female images and recreate a new ideal of a woman capable of defending her interests and realizing herself.

Contextual co-occurrence of morphemic repetition and syntactical parallelism in English fiction is by no means an exception. Interrelation of these syntagmatic phenomena reveals itself in the diversity of word combinations specifically correlated as to the following features: the number of constituents, the extent of syntactical parallelism, the linguistic status of the reiterated morpheme, the type of semantic ties between the morphemically related constituents. The interrelation considered is not a mere interplay of the twofold reiteration – on the morphemic and the syntactical level but primarily it is a most important means of carrying the meaning.
