Introduction. Translation of scientific and technical literature is always connected with some difficulties associated with the grammar structure and terminological features. Technical translation must be carried out as accurately as possible, trying to convey the semantic meaning of the source in the best way. Stylistically this kind of translations should be logical and clearly stated. Material and methods. Each area of science is characterized by its own term system and microelectronics, being one of the fastest growing industries, in turn, undergoes constant updating of terminology. The dynamics of this industry global development has a significant impact on the formation of terms in microelectronics, which are characterized by a significant percentage of international words. The origin and approval of new terms is very dynamic compared to word formation in general vocabulary. The essence of the term included in special vocabulary is determined only by its content and is understandable to a narrow circle of specialists. It is generally accepted to subdivide terms into technical and general scientific ones. In some sources, common words are additionally separated from general scientific words. Being used in a specific field, general scientific terms often acquire a specific value specifically for this branch of science. Results and discussion. Consideration of some widespread examples of terms in the field of microelectronics allows us to conclude about their various meanings depending on the context, which must be taken into account, because the polysemy of the term can become an obstacle to the correct translation. In addition, the context will help to understand whether the word is used in a usual or special technical meaning, what is the specific meaning of a multi-valued term, and in the case of multicomponent context, it helps to omit uninformative components. The phenomenon of interference of terms from related fields to microelectronics is noted, which is associated with the rate of development of the industry, for which language tools often do not keep it. Special attention is paid to the use of metaphors as terms and the figurativeness of English terms in general is noted, in comparison with Russian ones, characterized by accuracy and laconism. A correct translation of a term is determined by its morphological structure, semantic features, types of terms, phrases, their structural features and specifics of use. From the morphological point of view, the most common at the moment are multicomponent phrases. Depending on the composition of the terms, phrases, they are divided into three types. For each type of phrase, specific examples are given. Conclusion. Consideration of the main issues of terminology in the field of microelectronics indicates that the composition of the terminology of a scientific text is characterized by the prevalence of commonly used words. Initially having several meanings, when used in a context, they acquire a specific meaning for a specific area. When considering morphological features, the superiority of terms-phrases is noted, in which, from a structural point of view, nouns and adjectives prevail as attribute elements.

The author comes to the conclusion that qualification levels of higher education conform to Bologna model in 37 oui of 48 countries. It is noted that only in 10 countries the basic principles of Bologna process are registered on a legislative level. The author points out definite circumstances which in the course of realizing Bologna process can exert direct negative influence on Russian higher education system. Introduction. The article examines images, motives, allusions tied to Italy in the prose of N. F. Pavlov. Pavlov’s Italian text corresponds to the one of the Lubomudry to whom he was close and to the Italian text of Russian romanticism as a whole. The issue of Pavlov’s Italian text is relevant: his creativity was not studied in this aspect, although his images and motives of Italy is a significant part of the cultural dialogue between Russia and Italy in Russian romanticism. The aim of the research is to reveal the imagological phenomenon of the Italian text in Pavlov’s stories and determine its specificity. Methods of research are comprehensive analysis and intertextual comparisons. Results and discussion. The research shows that Italian text plays an important role in Pavlov’s prose. As well as in the writings of Lubomudry, it is significant at the implicit level of motives and allusions. According to the tradition of German and Russian romanticism, Italy is tied to the art, beauty, and spiritual life. It is a part of the mythologeme of the beautiful South opposite to the North. The image of Ancient Rome as a symbol of strength and power is important. However, these connotations exist in the prosaic reality of high society; thus, Italy embodies lost values and ideals. Texts realize this viewpoint through Italian musical terms, proper names, allusions to Italian art combined satirically with the unspiritual reality. The use of “Italian” allusions through a foreign “author-mediator” is interesting. Some plot features point to a possible typological connection with the poetics of the Renaissance Italian novella. Thus, Pavlov’s Italian text is a particular semantic phenomenon close to the Italian text of the Lubomudry; it is tied to the philosophical issues, psychological collisions of characters, romantic myth of Italy and its art. However, it has some specific features. Pavlov’s Italian text is a significant part of the cultural dialogue between Russia and Italy. Practical significance. The research material may be used in such university philological courses as “History of the 19th century Russian Literature”, “Imagology”, “Comparative Studies”.

The article raises a problem concerning young people’s low employment caused by insufficient career guidance and professional self-determination for individual career building, it concerns in particular young people getting professional education. In connection with it, what seems necessary is implementing mechanisms of assisting professional selfdetermination, career building and employment that are currently important for modern young people. The aim of the article is designing, applying and analyzing the results of an additional general developmental program in career building and preparation for going to the employment market of students who have difficulties in professional self-determination and have an unclear idea of their career trajectory. Theoretical analysis of the terms “youth” and “young students”; questioning Tomsk State Pedagogical University senior students (years of 2020–2022), singling out the target group, i.e. those students who have difficulties, designing and applying the program. There presented the main content idea and specific peculiarities of the general enriching program for additional education “Basics of effective employment in education”. Implementing the comparative analysis of initial and final questionnaires of students with difficulties (participants of the program), we’ve traced positive dynamics in the parameters “plan employment in education” and “identify themselves with professional pedagogical activities”. The results of monitoring employment of the program participants show that on average 67 % of the participants have got employed due to the completed pedagogical education. It has revealed that applying the additional general enriching program “Basics of effective employment in education” causes students’ motivation towards building their professional pedagogical career, has a positive impact on the formation of professional pedagogical identity and can be used as a mechanism of assisting students’ professional self-determination and employment in the regional educational system.

The paper analyzes and suggests the conceptual ideas of engineering education implemented by the method of integrated project training, which contribute to the improvement of specialist professional training. The structural and functional model of the module “Current issues in biomedical engineering” is implemented in the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin, Institute of Physics and Technology for the educational master program 12.04.04 Biotechnical systems and technologies. The program allows one to ensure a gradual development of communicative competence of master students during the study of special professional disciplines. The model represents the unity of the goal, content, organizational and evaluation blocks and reflects the organizational and methodological tools of the pedagogical process, as well as the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the model. The practical implementation of the model is described with the indication of disciplines and communication skills. Conclusion. The study revealed the importance of improving the quality of training engineering and technical personnel in terms of forming communicative competence as a component of general cultural competence. These knowledge, skills and abilities affect the motivational-value, cognitive-activity, emotional-volitional and reflexiveevaluative components of the business professional communicative competence of future engineers, provide readiness for professional activity and allow forming engineering thinking of a new formation. Such innovations in the education system are an integral part of the implementing the task for Russian technical universities to become world-class educational organizations.

New results referred to the fundamental theory of synchrotron radiation (SR) are to be presented. We thoroughly analyze the relation between the amount of radiation emitted by a scalar particle at the transitions to the rst excited state and to the ground state. Generalizing basic expressions we can follow the evolution of spectral maximum. It turns out there is a condition for radiation maximum to stay at highest harmonic.

The article focuses on the discussion of the teacher`s position in joint activity which is one of the main conditions of developping the dialogue. In this work we discuss the transformation of educational space and examine the impact of federal state educational standard for professional self-determination of the teacher. In modern conditions of spiritual and moral crisis of society even students, always being the model among the youth, are also disoriented. The article presents the results of the survey and essays among students of the 2nd year of university confirming this. The author offers the following directions of educational work with students: self-education of the teacher, aware of his own “active participation” in moral formation of students, reinforcement of spiritual and moral orientation of a number of disciplines, acceptance of spiritual values as the basis of the educational system, development of spiritual and moral problems in student scientific work, study of the experience of the opening chapels in the complex of buildings of the university and consideration of the possibilities of opening them on the university premises. Realization of these directions of work will contribute to strengthening of spiritual values of students.

The article presents the results of research of materials from the dwelling on an excavation No. 9 of a complex of archaeological monuments of Toropovo-7 located in the valley of an average current of the river Kasma in the territory of Kuznetsk basin. Provides the description and the characteristic of materials of excavation of the dwelling which according to the constructive features is interpreted as a semi-dugout. The search of similar materials on Toropovo-7 is carried out, in the valley of the river Kasma and in Kuznetsk basin and the comparative analysis of these material sources is carried out. The studied dwelling is dated from the period of the developed Middle Ages (the XI–XIV centuries) and is among the objects of the shandinsky archaeological culture identified with the culture of Turkicspeaking nomads cattle-farmers of East Desht-i-Kypchak.

The article discusses the capabilities of the technology “Debate” in the formation of professional competencies of future teachers, substantiates and elaborates the scheme of inclusion of debates in the educational process. Implementation of the proposed scheme is shown by the example of the debate on the topic “The Study of Informatics in primary school: for and against”. At the final stage, the survey was conducted, which allowed to determine the attitude of students to technology “Debates”, the willingness of students to participate in such events and apply this technology in their professional activities. The use of debates allows to prepare a specialist who is able to work with different types of information, navigate the information space, justify his point of view. The above mentioned qualities should be common to modern teachers.

The result of the modern civil-patriotic education from the point of view of public documents is the civil identity. The article considers the theses in the titles of which the concept “civil identity” occcurs. The purpose of the work is the identification of degree of study of civil identity in the humanities during the period from 1991 to 2016. The discursive method and the method of content analysis as a result of application of which the author made an attempt to develop a technique of the discursive analysis of dissertation researches of civil identity belong to the used methods. The result of the developed technique is the creation of periodization of the development of the concept “civil identity”. The received results can be applied in pedagogical and other researches where application of the discursive method is justified. The author of the article came to the following conclusions: in development of the concept “civil identity” during the period from 1991 to 2016 it is possible to allocate three stages. The first period of 1991–2000 is a stage of the reflection of public consciousness, scientific community concerning the processes happening in society, connected with its crisis, reorganization of consciousness, values, etc. The second period of 2000–2010 is a stage of historical and sociopolitological studying of a concept, understanding of a problem of civil identity of the Russians in the Russian reality; there is a studying of civil identity from the point of view of its crisis in society. The third period of 2010–2016 is a stage for which psychology and pedagogical and philosophical judgment of a concept of civil identity, studying from the point of view of the importance of civil identity is characteristic of the personality, of its self-implementation, and also methods of its forming in different social groups. Civil identity is studied from the point of view of such sciences as sociology, philosophy, political science, pedagogics, history, psychology, to a lesser extent of the last two. Due to the lack of the research system, almost all of them have fragmentary character and are devoted to private questions.

The relevance of this study is due to the socio-cultural aspects associated with the development of visual communications in modern urban space. The visual landscape of the city assumes an abundance of advertising information in various spheres of human activity. This leads to an increase in the requirements for people of different specialties in the field of visual communication skills. The problem is a contradiction: on the one hand, the visual level of the urban environment is constantly growing, on the other hand the approaches to education in this direction are not so wide and do not meet the requirements of the time. At the moment, there are many technologies for solving creative problems in the visual arts and design - this is a whole spectrum of researchers who pay attention to the issues of a full-fledged educational cycle, but the problem is to correctly choose and integrate them into the accelerated educational process (refresher courses). In this regard, the issue of creating a methodology for teaching the composition and working with it within the framework of the advanced training courses “Graphic Design. A basic level”. The goal was to create the most concise and effective way of learning to work with the mounting composition and the principles of working with a stain within the framework of this composition. Attention is paid to the processing of visual images in a virtual environment, through the Adobe Photoshop CC raster graphics editor, to achieve the maximum speed for processing visual data. Approaches to creating an assembly composition with pre-prepared image libraries are described. The article will be useful to teachers of creative specialties, designers, artists, researchers in the field of visual culture.
