Krasilnikov M.P. STATISTICAL MODEL OF RELAXATION OF OFF-LATTICE SUPPORTED NANOPARTICLES: THE LINEAR TIME COMPLEXITY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 7 (122). P. 19-25

A new method for constructing stochastic models of off-lattice physical and chemical processes occurring at the active metal supported nanoparticles deposited on an inert carrier. The proposed algorithm has linear time complexity. The created on this base program permits the use, in general, anisotropic interatomic interaction potential. For changes in the potentials of interatomic interaction program does not require recompilation. The equilibrium shape of the Lennard-Jones nanoparticles was obtained. It is shown that there is a dependency of the equilibrium shape of the nanoparticles on the interaction parameters of the substrate and metal atoms.

Pálušová M. NIKOLAI ERDMAN: CZECH TRANSLATIONS AND STAGE INTERPRETATIONS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 3 (215). P. 155-163

Introduction. This paper aims to present the perception of Nikolai Erdman and his plays in the former Czechoslovakia and the modern Czech Republic. The article primarily focuses on the interpretation of Erdman’s plays in Czech translations and on Czech stages. Materials and methods. The research was based on the study of archival sources, such as programs for theatre productions, recordings of performances, critical responses in periodicals, translators’ diaries and memoirs, as well as post-1989 publications on the small theatre movement, etc. Theatre productions and their reception by the public and professional critics were analysed. The materials were also subjected to translational analysis. Results and discussion. Erdman’s satirical comedy The Suicide has been translated into Czech twice by renowned Czech translators Jan Zábrana (1967) and Alena Morávková (1985). In 1971, The Mandate was staged at the satirical theatre Večerní Brno (Evening Brno), which was the first production of Erdman’s plays in the former Czechoslovakia. The Suicide was staged in 1987. The publication of the Czech translation of The Suicide created by Alena Morávková in 1985 was three years ahead of the Soviet publication of the original play. The paper also reflects significant productions of Erdman’s plays at the E. F. Burian Theatre or Studio Ypsilon. Modern Czech stage productions of The Mandate (last performed in 2009) and, first of all, The Suicide (last performed in 2019) are also reflected in the paper. Conclusion. An analysis of the plays’ translations and stage versions proves that even eighty years after their creation, the satirical works of Nikolai Erdman are still relevant thanks to their deep humanistic and philosophical content that resonates with the modern audience. Both before and after 1989, Erdman’s plays were staged in so-called small (studio) theatres. Even today, the interest to Erdman’s plays arises in small theatres, student companies and amateur theatres. However, the themes that Czech directors emphasize in their contemporary productions are fundamentally different from what was targeted before the Velvet revolution.

Ivanchenko S.A. On Some Features of M. A. Voloshin’s Color Picture of the World and the Means of its Verbalization. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2023. Issue 1 (225). P. 95-102

M. Voloshin’s special interest in color naming is caused both by the peculiarity of the era (Silver Age), and his passion not only for the poetic word, but also, equally, for fine art. The color picture of the world of M. Voloshin’s poems is distinguished by a variety of colors that convey shades of one color or another, and the unusualness of the created color images, in which the features of the author’s perception of the world are revealed. The article presents data on the study of the semantics and symbolic meaning of frequency colors found in the lyrical texts of M. Voloshin, data on the analysis of individual poems containing color symbolism in order to determine the meaning of color painting for understanding the poet’s worldview and the features of his creative manner. In the course of the study, methods of semantic-stylistic, contextological, and motive analysis were used, which make it possible to reveal the features of the embodiment and the meaning of M. Voloshin’s color picture of the world. The variety of color embodiment of the lyrics of M. A. Voloshin is associated with the peculiarity of the worldview of Voloshin the artist, who gave himself the attitude “to absorb all forms, all colors into oneself with the eyes”. In addition, the poet’s passion for Symbolist and Impressionist teachings influenced the multicoloredness of his poetry. Color painting, being one of the main means of expressing the author’s intentions, helps to convey the subtlest color shades and the symbolism of the feelings of the lyrical hero. The most frequent colors used by M. Voloshin: red in its many variations, gold, gray, purple – often contain metaphysical symbolism. To convey color, M. Voloshin also uses lexemes denoting plants (flowers), as well as mineralogical designations. The study of M. Voloshin’s lyrical tests for the use of color in them led to the conclusion that the color picture of the poet’s world is rich and diverse incarnations: colorful epithets, unusual metaphors, comparisons, synesthetic images, mineralogical designations – an incomplete list of the means and techniques used by the author. The significance of the conducted research lies in the reflection of the author’s worldview through the comprehension of the symbolic meanings of the image embedded in the color names.

Buchbinder E.I. THE 1/N CORRECTION TO THE D3-BRANE DESCRIPTION OF CIRCULAR WILSON LOOPS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 28-32

We consider the one-loop correction to the probe D3-brane action in AdS5 ×S 5 expanded around the classical Drukker-Fiol solution ending on a circle at the boundary. It is given by the logarithm of the one-loop partition function of an Abelian N = 4 vector multiplet in AdS2 × S 2 geometry. This one-loop correction is expected to describe the subleading 1/N term in the expectation value of circular Wilson loop in the totally symmetric rank k representation in N = 4, SU(N) supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory at strong coupling. We also discuss a comparison with the matrix model.

Makarova V.A., Astakhova L.G. Inclusive educational environment of the university as a necessary condition for successful socialization of students with disabilities. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2024. Issue 2 (232). P. 54-63

Obtaining higher education is an important stage of human socialization. The aim of universities is to create such an educational environment that will allow all students, regardless of their educational needs and individual capabilities, to successfully solve the tasks of the corresponding stage of socialization. Equal access to education for all students, regardless of their diverse special educational needs and individual capabilities, including students with disabilities and disabilities, is designed to ensure inclusive education. Currently, higher education at Tsiolkovskiy Kaluga State University is received by persons 17 years and older, among whom there are students with disabilities, gifted students, representatives of different nationalities, cultures, countries and confessions, students from large and small cities of the world, near and remote settlements. All this actualizes the problem of creating an optimal inclusive educational environment at the university. Tsiolkovskiy Kaluga State University is actively working to create an inclusive educational environment, which is designed to promote the successful socialization of all students studying at the university. Inclusive educational environment is considered by us as a set of resources (means, external and internal conditions) that ensure the realization of the right of every person to education, including training, upbringing and personal development, and is designed on the basis of such principles as safety, saturation, accessibility, etc. The structure of the inclusive educational environment of Tsiolkovskiy Kaluga State University includes spatial-subject, organizational, technological, informational and social components. Each component has its own content. A special place in this structure is assigned to the Center for Inclusive Education. The Center for Inclusive Education, created at the University and designed to provide horizontal links between departments in matters of inclusive education, helps to eliminate inconsistencies in the actions of departments at the same level of hierarchy, which is generated by the strict hierarchy of the university’s Management model. The creation of an inclusive educational environment of the University is carried out in various directions, among which it is possible to highlight the improvement of the local regulatory framework, material and technical equipment, scientific, informational and personnel support for inclusive education, increasing the architectural accessibility of the university infrastructure facilities for students with disabilities, improving the quality of education received by students with disabilities. Modeling of the inclusive educational environment of the university is carried out by all participants of the educational process: administrative staff, teaching staff and students themselves, with the active participation of public organizations. Systematic monitoring of difficulties encountered by students, including students with disabilities in the process of admission and study at the University, allows you to determine the steps to overcome them. Currently, work continues to improve the inclusive educational environment of the university.

Bakina A.D. The Problem of Variability in Biblical Phraseological Units. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2023. Issue 1 (225). P. 58-68

The problem of linguistic variability remains acute due to the dynamism of national language development. The study of phraseological units of biblical etymology in the aspect of their variability has recently become increasingly significant, as the fact of wide use of phraseological units derived from biblical texts and stories in various types of discourse is noted. The diversity of variants of biblical phrases requires identifying, organising and structuring the types of their variation. The aim of the research is to identify new variants of biblical phraseological units that are widely used in various discourse types (fiction, media, publicistic, historical, political). Contexts that verify the resulting data of the research were borrowed from the British National Corpus (BNC), News on the Web (NOW) and electronic dictionary Reverso Context (RC). Language material for the research was extracted out of 3 phraseological dictionaries: 1) the bilingual “English-Russian phraseological dictionary” by Alexander V. Kunin, 2) “English-German-Swedish Dictionary of Biblical Phraseology” by Tatyana N. Fedulenkova and others, 3) the multilingual phraseological dictionary “The Mite of Biblical Wisdom” by Zoya K. Adamia and others. The research methods, namely the method of the phraseological identification, the method of the structural and componential analysis, the method of the quantitative analysis and the method of contextual analysis, allow to analyse 350 phraseological units of biblical origin that are actively used in modern English and identify a set of variants that include both usual and occasional simple variants, i.e. lexical and grammatical, quantitative variants of phraseological units and mixed or complex variants of phraseological units. It was found out that along with linguistic variation, phraseological variation is the result of the natural development of language as a system. Variation of biblical phraseological units is not equaled to phraseological synonymy. The analysis of selected biblical phraseological units allowed us to identify the following types of variants: simple variants and complex variants (e.g. substantive-quantitative variants, adjectival-quantitative variants, verbal-quantitative variants) of phraseological units. Within each of the given groups, a division into usual and occasional variants is made. Simple variants are represented by lexical variants (including substantive variants, prepositional variants, prepositional-substantive variants, attributive variants, verbal variants); grammatical variants (including morphological variants and morpho-syntactical variants); quantitative variants (with truncation and addition of components). Truncated parts of a phraseological unit may be represented by three types (truncation of the initial part of the phraseological unit; truncation of the final part of the phraseological unit; mixed truncation). A group of quantitative comparative variants is distinguished, in which the first conjunction (as) as a result of regular truncation becomes optional, resulting in quantitative-variative pairs. A type of mixed variation has been identified, implying the origin of variants by multiple modifications. Substantive-quantitative variants are formed by changing the substantive component together with varying the structure of the phraseological unit by expanding it with a variable component with a preposition. Adjectival-quantitative variants are formed as the result quantitative variation (expansion of the structure of the phraseological unit) coupled with the replacement of the adjectival element. With the help of corpus data, the preference of native speakers for some variants of idioms over others was successfully revealed. The conclusion is made that the studied phraseological units borrowed from the Bible are not static, but are ‘living’, constantly changing language units, widely used in modern English speech. Moreover, both simple and complex variation in the component composition of a given phraseological unit has no significant impact on the invariant meaning of the phraseological unit.

The harmonic all-round development of a human organism is the common purpose of teaching and education. With the purpose of harmonic development of growing generation education should be organized according to new approaches and technologies in teaching and educational process. Many researchers established that cerebral circulation is improved, psychological processes become intense, CNS functions better, human mental abilities increases as a result of movement activities. The game activity contributes a lot to maintaining optimum movement regime of young learners. The basic constituent of game activity is collective games. Physical and psychological components in games are closely connected. Thus, children realize movement needs, expend their energy, improve the main physical skills. Moreover, from the one hand, they learn to be initiative, independent, persistent, from the other, to control themselves, consider peers opinion, submit their actions with other participants of the game.

We consider collision of a point particle with an infinitely thin planar domain wall within the linear and post-linear approximations of Einstein classical gravity in Minkowski space-time of arbitrary dimension. Both colliding objects are treated dynamically and the branon excitation of the domain wall is taken into account. The energy balance in this process is non-trivial since the interaction force does not fall with distance and the particle and the domain wall are never free. We show that contribution of the gravitational stresses effectively localizes on the particle and the wall world-volumes and gives rise to the relativistic potential energies of each object in the gravitational field of the partner. The contribution of the branons to the energy of the domain wall in the lowest order in gravitational constant is shown to be zero.

National expression form of a particular scientific terminology in multi-structural languages shows a law of scientific thinking of a specific nation and its national world-view identity. Taking into account that while choosing special vocabulary units for verbalization of a new notion “etymological preferences” convey to a great extent national distinguishing features of an individual mental activity in a particular professional sphere, address to the comparative analysis of etymological specifity within the basic vocabulary of Russian and English ecological terminology. Consequently separation of primary terminological groups – native and borrowed – is of interest with regard to anthropolinguistic research since its correlation in a particular terminology (preponderance of some terms over others) can demonstrate identity of national thinking or dependence of a particular national thinking on another.

Borisova T.S. ON THE FEATURES OF THE TRANSLATION OF GREEK COMPLEX WORDS IN THE INITIAL STAGES OF THE CHURCH SLAVONIC LITERATURE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 7 (204). P. 40-47

Introduction. Though the Church Slavonic composites have been thoroughly studied, many problems concerning the origin of this linguistic phenomenon in the early stages of Church Slavonic literature still remain open. Aim and Objectives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the methods of translating of Greek composites to the Church Slavonic language in the early stages of the history of Slavic literature (the end of the 9th - the beginning of the 10th centuries). Material and Methods. The investigation was performed on the base of the Slavonic translations of the Byzantine hymnography of the Triodion cycle. We studied comparatively with their Greek texts four Slavonic translated hymns: the Akathistos Hymn, the Great Canon of Repentance by St. Andrew of Crete, the Alphabetical Shichera from the Great Canon service and the Antiphons of the Great and Holy Friday by the Church Slavonic manuscripts (Lenten Triodion and Pentecostarion) of the 12th - 13th centuries. Results and discussion. In the Greek texts of these hymns we found 147 composites and analyzed the options for their translation by Slavic scribes in terms of their morphemic and syntactic structure and semantics. Based on the structure, Slavic correspondences to Greek composites were divided into untranslated borrowings, phrases, single-root semantic correspondences, original composites and calque-composites. Most of these categories were further divided into structural and semantic subcategories, with the different ways of reproducing of the semantics of the Greek composites. In percentage terms, the most insignificant category was borrowings. The calque technique actively used by Slavic scribes, however, covers less than a half of the total number of Slavic correspondences. We observed a considerable variation in the Slavic translations of Greek lexemes and root morphemes, while the same morpheme as a part of different composites could be translated as a single word, root or affix. Conclusion. The status of the calque in the early stages of the history of the Church Slavonic language was just one of the methods of conveying the semantics of a Greek composite, without a conscious intention of the scribes neither to copy the structure of the Greek words nor to establish invariant lexical, morphological and structural correspondences between the source and the target language.
