Zinovyev Y.M. ON MASSIVE HIGHER SPIN INTERACTIONS IN FRADKIN-VASILIEV APPROACH. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 176-178

Here we discuss Fradkin-Vasiliev approach for investigation higher spin elds interactions. Initially this approach was developed for investigation of massless elds interactions, but using frame-like gauge invariant formalism for massive higher spin elds it can be straightforwardly applied to any combination of massive and/or massless elds. After brief description of such approach we consider the simplest possible examples - self-interaction and gravitational interaction for partially massless spin 2 eld.

Kalashnikova A.L., Larionova E.E., Poselenova E.Y. The plot-forming motive of fault as the basis for the “Anna Karenina’s” code in O. Pamuk’s novel “Museum of Innocence”. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2024. Issue 6 (236). P. 152-162

The usage of literary code is one of the basic techniques in creating fiction. Turkish writer and Nobel laureate Orhan Pamuk in interviews and public speeches has repeatedly pointed out that in the process of working, including during the creation of the novel “Museum of Innocence”, he was in dialogue with the oeuvre of L. N. Tolstoy. Calling the Russian classic “a model of a historical writer”, Pamuk uses artistic techniques inherent in Tolstoy’s prose in his work on a novel about Istanbul life in the mid-1975’s. In the course of a comparative analysis, the interaction of the creative principles of the Turkish writer with the artistic system of the Russian novelist was examined and it was revealed that this connection is of a systemic nature. As the starting point of coding, the authors of the article identified the motive of guilt, which is key for the problematic organization of Pamuk’s work, as Tolstoy’s novel Anna Karenina. Particular attention in the research is paid to the nature of the implementation of the motive of fault in epigraphs to novels, where its plot-forming role is already planned. Next, several aspects of the functioning of the motive of fault in the works in question are revealed: public condemnation, denial of their fault and a desire to shift it to another, self-judgment. Based on the value guidelines shown in the code, Pamuk creates in the “Museum of Innocence” a conflict between the characters’ own fault and the predestination of their actions. In the course of the research, it becomes obvious that the historical conditioning of the fate of the characters in Tolstoy’s novel as understood by Pamuk is transformed into a plot model. As a result, coding as a technique does not just program various levels of the artistic organization of Pamuk’s novel, but determines the logic of the development of the plot and prejudges its ending. The plot-forming motive of guilt in the “Museum of Innocence” under the influence of the Tolstoy code used by the postmodern author develops according to a specific script, going beyond the conditioning of the cultural and historical situation in which the novel takes place.

Keywords: motive, plot, novel, literary code, Tolstoy, Pamuk

This text is about the problem of reading. How can we read epitaph? Keep out seriously philosophical notice about that and keep sincerity at the same time. Besides this text tells us about the writing problem. How do we write when we are writing epitaph? I think, writing is much close to making-up (and creating image). I describe some figures and structures of this kind of writing and discuss the ethical problem relevant to philosophical aspects of this idea.

In this paper ab initio HONDO calculations of SnCI4, SbCI5 and TiCI4 with H2S complexes have been per¬formed. All 35CI-NQR frequencies for above-men¬tioned nv-complexes are obtained by ab initio calcula¬tions. It was shown that ab initio calculations might be useful for the appropriate interpretation of experimen¬tal NQR frequencies. The optimized geometry of the complexes has been used to calculate the quadruple coupling constants, the ionization potentials, the MO composition and the orbit¬al energies for each of the compounds investigated. Our calculations have been pointed out that TiCI4, SnCI4 and SbCI5 complexes are somewhat stabilized. The most stable complex is SbCI5 that is in a good agreement with the experimental data. The stability of the complexes depends both on the stabilization of the occupied donor molecular levels and the vacant ac¬ceptor and donor levels.

Identified difficulties in the training of students, as well as interesting dynamics in four sections of the questionnaire are presented: the position of students of the courses regarding their legal competence, psychological and pedagogical competence, professional skills, and the relevance of using the Institute’s information and methodological resources. Results and discussion. An analysis of the data of the conducted input and final diagnostics of the level of training of students in the development of additional professional programs for 2019 revealed the typical and remaining difficulties that students experience. Two categories took part in the survey: “Pedagogical workers” and “Leading workers”. Diagnostic data showed that most students feel the need to develop their professional competence. The need for the development of skills that allow you to build your own professional activities in accordance with the legislation in the field of education remains relevant in the work of both teachers and managers. An important issue is the use by students of psychological and pedagogical knowledge and skills in professional activities. Input diagnostic data show a fairly small percentage of students who use psychological and pedagogical knowledge and skills, as well as the use of a systematic and natural basis. Another problem remains the awareness of an insufficient level of knowledge of information and communication technologies. Despite the sufficient openness of the institute’s information resources and its presence on the official website, a fairly large percentage of students are not sufficiently familiar with project and information-methodological resources, including those presented on portals and sites located on the official website, since this is not in their circle duties, according to listeners. Conclusion. The remaining difficulties identified will allow us to adjust the work of carrying out operational adjustments to the content and forms of work of the teaching staff with students during the development of additional professional programs, as well as to determine approaches to making effective management decisions aimed at ensuring positive dynamics in the results of the development of additional professional programs by students.

Veliyev M. LYRICAL IMAGE OF THE HERO-GOVERNOR IN GAZI BURKHANEDDIN’S POETRY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 9 (150). P. 140-144

The poet-governors’ creation in the classical medieval Azerbaijani literature is considerably allocated and made out in a special direction as the poetokratic literature. The actually of research is in the formation of the problem of the poetic governor’s psychological portrait in the native language’s classical poetry (Ghazi Burkhaneddin, Jahanshakh Hagigi, Shakh Ismayil Khatayi, Molla Panah Vagif), shown in differential lines in the lyrical hero’s characteristic, in the analysis of ideologically-aesthetic value of this phenomenon which practically does not have analogues in the world literature. Ghazi Burkhaneddin (1344–1398) as one of the first founders of the given literature has displayed and has sung in its divan (the collection of lyrical verses) of the poet-governor’s heroic image. Well-known both in Azerbaijan and in all Near East as the religion scientist, the commander, the governor and the poet, it is one of the first lyric poets in the Azerbaijanian poetry. The questions demanding a parity of creative humanism and activity on government are contrasting to the portrait of the hero of this poetry. The love to Turkic culture which found its reflection in brillian Nizami Ganjevi’s works, has made an essential impact on formation of the image of Turkic hero in Kazi Burhaneddin’s lyrics. Besides, rulling the state, which he himself created, he has practically realized the great Nizami’s dreams about the ideal governor. The history of the world literature has proved that in cases when the powerfull governor as well turned out to be a talented poet, his lyrical hero fought for the rights and freedom of his people with more courage.

Shalnev A.S., Degtev V.V. NET PRESENT VALUE AS AN INDICATOR OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY IN FORESTRY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 5 (158). P. 48-51

The article explains the use of the net present value for the evaluation of the effectiveness of forest management strategies for specific sites. In Russian practice, this indicator is mainly used for the evaluation of investment projects, but in forestry developed countries such as Finland and Canada for several decades now this index is used to evaluate the effectiveness of management of forest areas and planning for logging and reforestation on them. This is due to the fact that in the forestry sector, as well as in investment projects a great role is played by the factor of time, i. e. flows of revenues and expenses can be considerably spaced apart in time. This means that the use of indicators such as net income, profit, profitability, etc. do not allow to obtain complete information and give distorted results, as the time factor is not taken into account. Using an integrated model of economic evaluation in the context of strategies may also lead to an increase in the volume of selective logging, because their benefits can be assessed more clearly.

Filonov N.G. LOGISTIC ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY FORMATION PROCESS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 12 (140). P. 107-115

In the article we do the analysis of the quality management system. We show that the quality level is determined by managing actions upon the quality formation process. Besides, the continuum of the actions has quite a complicated structure. We work out the mathematical expressions that give the opportunity to describe these processes, to define the cumulative expenses structure when forming the managing actions, and also to classify the sources of their occurrence. The analysis of the sources of costs gives the opportunity to optimize the expenses in order to minimize them.

The article is dedicated to the negative evaluation expressing ways in German. The author analyzes the evaluating component occurrence ways in words level. It is very important to research new ways of occurrence of expressiveness in negative evaluation vocabulary in German. Scalar nature of the evaluation allows to analyze the negative evaluation vocabulary fund on different language levels (pejorative vocabulary). Pejorative vocabulary exists in opposition of neutral vocabulary. Combination of incompatible words is one of expressiveness means. The expressiveness means choice depends on different extratextual and intratextual factors. The author pays attention to the anthropocentric nature of the evaluating act. Axiological diversity depends on linguocultural aspects. Different cultures have different language tools for negative evoluation expression.

Shafikova I.R. DEVELOPING THE ENGLISH-LANGUAGE COMPETENCY OF THE ENGINEERING UNIVERSITY ACADEMICS WITH REGARD TO THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES IN THE ADVANCED MATERIALS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 10 (187). P. 160-165

The paper deals with the issue of the professional communicative competence that is essential for the engineering specialists and academics to participate in the international scientific conferences. This is important, as the inadequate level of the English language, specifically, with regard to the academic writing and academic communication skills is considered one of the factors hindering the transition of Russian universities into the global research and education community. The focus of attention is the rapidly developing field of composite materials and technologies. The author proposes using a multi-level approach to forming the professional English communicative skills in the engineering university, which includes an ESP (English for Specific Purposes) course for academics. The specifics of the approach are illustrated by a case of Russia-UK conferences in the field of advanced materials. The paper presents the analysis of the international scientific collaboration and the excerpts from the survey of the prospective learners at the “Spacerocket composite structures” department at Bauman Moscow State Technological University. The data served as the basis for the needs assessment procedure, which, in turn, was used to formulate the goals and objectives and select the linguistic and functional content for the course. The ESP course had a positive impact on the international research activity of the department, in particular, the increase in the number of post-graduate students participating in the international conferences.
