| 6007 | The article deals with one aspect of the organization of children’s lives in the Great Patriotic War - summer health campaigns. Despite the hard times, the lack of finance, the Soviet state during the war managed to organize summer recreation for children. The subject of the study of this article is the scale of summer health campaigns in West Siberian region in the years of the war, the difficulties in its organization. The article analyzes the changes in the country’s life because of the beginning of the war, considers the number of evacuees among adults and children in the West Siberian region. Particular attention is paid to the study of the organizational activities of the state, the party and Komsomol organizations and the public in addressing the problem of rehabilitation of children during the war. The author carries out a comparative analysis of the children’s summer recreational facilities before the Great Patriotic War, during the war, on the areas of the West Siberian region. The author comes to the conclusion that despite the lack of finance, the concentration of attention on the leadership of the country addressing the organization of military production, providing the necessary military, development and conduct of military operations, yet found time and resources to address social issues in the rear area. Children were not forgotten and neglected. People’s Commissariat of Health constantly held monitoring of the health of children in schools and child care centers. | 6008 | In modern literary studies in the context of globalization processes “mass culture” is less criticized as something “low” in relation to “elite”. Mass literature claims equal rights with any other literature in connection with the latest discourse of relativism and pluralism, when there is no consistent hierarchy of literary values. Moreover, popular literature increasingly becoming better and more inventive. However, these processes also lead to the erasure of cultural identity, in particular national and religious, as shown in the article on the example of the Christian novel by William Paul Young “The Shack”. The novel significantly deviates from the norms of the biblical Canon in matters of the value of the Church, Scripture, the image of God, the concept of hierarchy, and this deviation is associated with such global processes as multiculturalism, democracy, individualism, liberalism, etc. For example, instead of addressing the Church and the Bible, the main character receives a note from God for a personal audience, during which God appears before him in the image of a large black woman. The mass popularity of the novel around the world testifies to the crisis of modern religious identity, as it is positioned as a Christian, and in fact is heretical. | 6009 | The purpose of the article is the analysis and systematization of ordering constraints used for identifying the sequence of constituents in hendiadic (binomial) constructions. The object of the study is six groups of constraints that are tested on 562 binomials. The materials of the study are hendiadic units collected from the sources of various genres and dictionaries. The use of this material allows us to explore the concept of that many factors can play a role under the right conditions, including the semantic relationship between the items, metrical and other phonological properties of the possible orderings, and relative item frequency. Results and discussion. The ordering constraints that determine the sequence of constituents in binomials were previously studied haphazardly and only recently became the subject of quantitative analysis. The most comprehensive scientific researches in this regard are the works of Ya. Malkiel, W. Cooper and J. Ross, S. B Benor and R. Levy, as well as S. Mollin and H. Sauer and B. Schwan. As a result of the study, several groups of ordering constraints and their subgroups were classified and systematized. These groups of factors include semantic constraints, i.e. structuring elements according to the perception, logic, chronology, hierarchy, etc., phonological constraints, i.e. the properties of vowels and consonants. In addition, among these factors are also metric constraints, implying the peculiarities of the syllables in the studied constituents. The other ones are such constraints as translational, item frequency and synchronic variation of the order. Thus, basically, it can be concluded that the ordering constraints are not only subject to classification and systematization, but also have a clear hierarchy. | 6010 | According to the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education (FSES DO), one of the main results of mastering the educational program is the formation and development of verbal communication skills and the prerequisites for mastering literacy, which is the key to the success of the child’s personality in further schooling. This set of skills in modern science has been transformed into the concept of speech readiness for school. The development of the system of inclusive preschool education in Russia has highlighted the problem of creating an effective system for developing speech readiness for school within a group of a combined type of kindergarten, which has actualized the problem of the study and determined the setting of its goal. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the formation of speech readiness for school in children with special needs in a group of combined orientation of a preschool educational institution (hereinafter referred to as preschool educational institution). The following research methods were used: observation method, diagnostic tasks, analysis of children's activity products. The level of speech development was assessed using diagnostic materials in accordance with the methodology for monitoring the pedagogical process by N.V. Vereshchagina. The study was conducted on the basis of the Municipal Autonomous Preschool Educational Institution of Combined Kindergarten No. 99 in Tomsk from 2020 to 2023. During this period, monitoring of the speech development of children was carried out from the moment of admission to a children's educational institution at the age of 4 years until graduation at the age of 6–7 years. The total composition of the group included 25 people, of which 5 were people with special educational needs (hereinafter referred to as SEN), having levels 2 and 3 of general speech underdevelopment (GSD). In accordance with the individual characteristics of each child, adaptive speech development programs were developed, which were implemented in close cooperation between the teacher and specialized specialists: a speech therapist, a speech pathologist, a psychologist, using the principle of open door technology. Speech development was monitored twice a year. The novelty of the study lies in the proposed approach to the formation of an individual adaptive program for each child, as well as the description of the stages of its implementation by the teacher of the combined group. It was concluded that it is possible to effectively correct general speech underdevelopment in the context of inclusive education, provided that an individual route and program is developed for each child, as well as the availability of highly qualified specialists, including speech therapy skills of the teacher of a preschool educational institution. | 6011 | The ways of conveying metaphors of two directions are analyzed: loneliness – death and loneliness – desert. The conducted research made it possible to reveal the main part of the metaphorical layer of the concept of “loneliness” in the original novel and to identify the features of its formation. Consideration of the transformations used in the transfer of metaphorical content made it possible to reveal the features of this concept in the translation version. The purpose of the article is to analyze the ways of conveying the expression of the metaphorical content of the concept of “loneliness” in the Russian translation of the novel by G. G. Marquez “One Hundred Years of Solitude”, performed by M. I. Bylinkina. The novelty is determined by the fact that in the stated aspect the text of the novel was not considered and the results of the analysis will contribute to a comprehensive, complete study of the novel, including in the aspect of translation studies. The material for the analysis is the original text of the novel by G. G. Marquez in Spanish and the text of his translation by M. I. Bylinkina. Metaphors included in the concept of “loneliness” and methods of their translation into Russian are analyzed. The descriptive method and the method of comparative analysis, the method of metaphorical modeling are used. The statistics of the used translation transformations were revealed: contextual replacement – 15, generalization – 13, specification – 5, replacement of parts of speech – 8, replacement of sentence members – 6, replacement of word forms – 4, literal translation – 3 uses. The translator most often uses the technique of contextual substitution, transforming a metaphor or part of it into a lexeme with a different semantics. The technique of generalization contributes to changing the periphery of the concept, expanding its meaning, which leads to semantic blurriness. Frequent use of the technique of concretization (narrowing of meaning) leads to the conclusion that in translation the image of loneliness is expressed to a lesser extent, due to the choice of lexemes with a less negative connotation and others with a narrower meaning. The desert is characterized through a desert of disappointment and oblivion; deserted streets, deserted ruins, a desert of mirages, a desert of loneliness, love, glory. Death – through mourning, desolation, cessation of communication, unbearable loneliness, oblivion, lack of response, immersion in loneliness, abandonment, melancholy, cyclicality and inseparability of death and loneliness, an endless labyrinth of loneliness, widowhood without death, damnation, isolation. | 6025 | The present paper is devoted to a little-known XVI-century piece of linguistic writing – the comparative grammar of Italian and Spanish (“Il paragone della lingua toscana et castigliana”, “The comparison of Tuscan and Castilian languages”, 1560) by Giovanni Mario Alessandri, a Naples-born courtier. The grammar was meant both for the Spanish nobles eager to learn Italian and for the Italians who pursued a career at the Spanish court. In many ways “Il paragone” stands apart from the bulk of the Italian grammatical treatises of that epoch. Alessandri does not cite classic authors like Boccaccio or Petrarch to support theoretical points although it is on such XIV-century literary basis that the Italian language norm is based. The grammar contains a number of interesting comments of sociolinguistic nature, like those regarding social hierarchy and its impact on language use (the use of “Vostra Signoria”, for instance). It also gives an idea of how the ideology of Counter-Reformation could influence grammaticography in the Romance world (hence the frequent appeals to the authority of Catholic church – quite a queer feature for a grammatical treatise). G. M. Alessandri’s views on language have much in common with those of B. Castiglione, G. Trissino and other XVI-century Italian theorists of “courtly” language. | 6034 | Introduction. The high speed of technological progress requires changes in the traditional model of education towards a model that addresses the challenges of the prologue digital era of the university community transformation. Within the traditional model of education, graduates become labor recruitment outsiders when they enter the labor market due to the existing divide between the real economy and the innovation market. This is largely due to the fact that the existing paradigm of perceiving the educator as a “talking head”, whose main role is to transfer explicit knowledge to students, is becoming flawed in the 21st century. The main added value in the formation of a qualified professional falls on the real economy enterprises. An educator that does not produce new scientific knowledge and is out of touch with the ongoing technological revolution in the real economy becomes a natural barrier to the formation of a qualified professional. The innate digital literacy of Generation Z and their descendants will seamlessly change the educational architecture of the university of the future, transferring the teaching of general Bachelor and Master’s degree courses into the digital educational environment and replacing the traditional teacher with artificial intelligence. Results and discussion. Within the framework of this article, the authors propose a model of the University 4.0 Version 2, focused on shifting the emphasis of interaction between all participants of the educational process towards intra-university formation of a Unique Professional, who is trained by a Researcher – an innovator acting as a frontier of advanced technologies. Within the framework of the declared model, the university becomes the center of the space for introduction of innovations and regional development, a system of new business generation, new markets and high-tech jobs. Conclusion. The departure announced today from the “bachelor–master’s degree” level of education and the “2+2+2”, is of a debatable nature and will undoubtedly be stretched over time. At the same time, the model proposed by the authors can be shifted to a specialty, when a basic specialist is formed in the first three courses, and a unique one is formed in the senior ones. Based on the analysis of theoretical material on the nature of terminological collocations, military collocations as one of the subtypes of terminological collocations functioning in military political discourse have been identified and described. Depending on the presence or absence of a term in the collocation, two subtypes of military collocations have been distinguished: military terminological collocations and military collocations of terms. The main difference between military terminological collocations and military collocations of terms is that in military collocations of terms both the node and the collocation is the term. Military collocations of terms have a rich combinatorial potential and can be considered as polythematic units of language, because the node and collocate are a combination of different thematic areas (military and biosphere) in such collocations. The combinatorial potential of military terminological collocations with the component hybrid is limited by the context in case the node does not belong to the military sphere. Conclusion. As a result it is argued that the formation of military collocations of terms with the component hybrid is based on iterative sema while military terminological collocations are formed on the basis of a common classeme. The research perspectives is in identification of occasional military collocations in military publicistic texts and the analysis of combinatorial mechanisms in collocations of this kind. The obtained results can be used in compiling dictionaries of collocations in the military and military political sphere.
