In the process of training primary school teachers for innovative activity it was revealed that the success was not great enough in view of the fact that they experienced a great number of difficulties. We cleared up these difficulties and the ways of overcoming them and worked out the con¬ception of training teachers for innovative activity. Analyzing the character of teachers successful education¬al work in the process of training by innovative technologies (IT) the author pays attention to studying teachers', didactic difficulties (DD), which reduce teachers', progress during their further training at innovative technologies refresher courses. Studying the character of didactic difficulties (DD) and the ways of overcoming them by means of special training becomes the basis of the author's conception of raising the effectiveness of educational process. Considering these actions to be the preliminary stage of any courses, raising the level of professional skills opens wide opportunities for raising the effectiveness in teaching new educational tech¬nologies. The author suggests a system of organizing de¬veloping studies based on methodical devices and recom¬mendations how to use them while overcoming didactic dif¬ficulties (DD), which were worked out by the author.

The nuclear quadrupole moments of oxygen, fluorine, chlorine, nitrogen, boron, aluminum, arsenic, niobium and antimony isotopes v/ere calibrated.

Potanin considered that the main idea of reforming Russian schools in the end of the XIXth-beginning of the XXth centuries should be patriotic education of Russian students. As a solution Potanin proposed to introduce the subject “rodinovedenie” (leaning about the country – Russia) in the school schedule. The main result of this reform should be the political stability in Russia. The October revolution and the Civil War in Russia in the beginning of the 20th century showed the truthfulness of G.N. In Russia now the social policy concerning disabled people considerably improves. The special relevance is gained by the programs of development of disabled people’s complex medico-social rehabilitation. Complex rehabilitation increases the level of the host functionality, promotes recovery of the social communications lost because of chronic diseases. The social and pedagogical component of complex rehabilitation motivates chronic patients with violations of the motive sphere to daily occupations with adaptive physical culture. Work therapy as a means of adaptive physical culture can positively influence a social rehabilitations of persons with Parkinson disease. Parkinson’s disease is one of the reasons for invalidization and disability of mature agepersons. The main symptoms of a disease are motive violations and cognitive frustrations. The application of rational work therapy in a complex with pharmacotherapy, a dietotherapy, physiotreatment improves a psycho-functional state, household adaptation and socialization of patients with parkinsonism at late stages of disease.

The purpose of the article is to define the reading strategy with the help of which the development of skills in foreign language reading on the basis of independent educational-cognitive activities of the the technical University students will be most effective. Therefore, it is proposed to classify reading strategies from the point of view of development of the relevant skills. The results of the study allow us to conclude, that teaching reading on the basis of independent educational-cognitive activity using reading strategies, determines the behavior in the learning process of both a teacher and a student: increases activity of a student, enhances educational, stimulating role of a teacher. Mastering the strategies has a significant influence on the formation of students’ abilities to independently acquire knowledge from different sources of information. The practical significance lies in the fact that the results can be used in teaching reading in different languages for teaching students of non-linguistic specialties. The classification of reading strategies will help the teacher in rational planning of the process of foreign language reading, organize learning strategies in the form of progression, according to the didactic principle of availability, move «from simple to complex», which contributes to the most efficient achieving the purpose of reading and learning a foreign language.

The authors trace formation of pedagogical subjectivity of students. The characteristics of educational motivation of students of pedagogical higher education institution are compared. The article is devoted to the issues of liberal movement in Siberia at the beginning of the XX Century. Siberian officialdom's social and political views on the peasantry's juridical status are examined, in particular. The development of the theme was based on studying such sources as Siberian periodicals, the materials of the Western Siberia divisions of Moscow society of agriculture and Russian geographical society, and of the interdepartmental special conference on the needs of agricultural industry, acted in 1902–1903 and published «The local committees transactions of the needs of agriculture».

Hydrosphere is the most ancient part of biosphere the further development of which is directed to the settling of aerial surroundings and lithosphere cover by organisms. This main track was assumed as a basis of partition of development history into three periods such as hydrozemic, atmozemic and lithozemic ones. Each period is accompanied by respective trend of soil formation, for example hydrozemic period corresponds with underwater soil formation and atmozemic and lithozemic ones to swamp and land respectively. Soil formation influenced on the development of biota by double means, in other words through the change of outer conditions which happened as a result of soil formation, and indirectly through the soil as a habitat

It was studied the features of development of Amaranthus tricolor L. sorts of Valentin in the conditions of root hypoxia and possible ways of biochemical adaptation of assimilatory vehicle. As far as the increase of term of submergence there was braking of processes of height and development, maintenance of proteins diminished in leaves and, simultaneously, the amount of low-molecular antioxidants of amaranthin and ascorbic acid changed. Found out activating of enzymes of cycle of tricarboxylic acids (malate dehydrogenase), glycolysis and fermentation (alcohol dehydrogenase) and oxidizing pentose phosphate cycle (glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase) in leaves both after short-term and the protracted anaerobiosis. It was demonstrated, that adaptation to the root anaerobiosis connect with changes of activity of enzymes of different respiratory tracts and work of the antioxidant systems in photosynthetic leaves.
