The article represents the analysis of innovations’ of the 1920–30ies years impact on the economy, on the changing of the cultural paradigm of the Middle Ob Selkup. The interconnection of the spheres contributed to the full penetration of the innovations into the culture of the Middle Ob Selkup. It is correct to state that the process of shifting the values and cardinal change in the structure and the elements of the Selkup culture started between the 1920 –30ies years.

The study characterizes modern methods of reflexive training in higher school education. The results of the conducted empirical study on using cinquain in training in higher school education are presented here. The work identifies the deficits of the reflexive development of students on the basis of cinquain as control-evaluative tool for implementation of assessment and self-assessment of mastered professional knowledge, skills and competencies at different stages of the studying of section of the academic discipline. Goalball, as Paralympic sport is as accessible as possible for persons with severe pathology of eyesight, regardless of age and gender. The article represents the analysis of the nominations of the top and back of a head in the Selkup dialects. The research objective is to reveal the inner meanings of the studied lexemes and find out cultural value of the parts of the body that they denote. The object of the investigation is the dialectal variants of the lexemes denoting top and back of a head in the Selkup language.The author has collected and classified the dialectal variants of the lexemes denoting the considered parts of the head in the Selkup language. The paper gives the etymological review of the somonyms ket. sumba ‘top of a head’, ‘back of a head’ and ket. nukku ‘back of a head’, whereas the somonym taz. par ‘back of a head’ was considered from semantic point of view. Linguistic analysis of ket. sumba and ket. nukku which both denote ‘back of a head’ revealed that they refer to different parts of the back of a head. Also the mythological materials describing the studied parts of the head were analyzed. The results show that the somonyms ket. sumba, ket. nukku and taz. par have different cultural meanings and value. The nomination taz. par integrates the idea of interconnection of physical and spiritual worlds, the terms ket. sumba and ket. nukku comprise information about the Selkups’ apprehension of the Universe.

The paper presents the results of involvement of future mathematics and physics teachers in independent scientific research activity in conditions of realization of competence approach. In the case of such approach the competence is a general capability which is checked and created in activities. It is based on knowledge and allows the person to establish connection between the system of actions for successful problem solution. During the educational process, the formation of elements of competencies at implementation of curriculum is carried out by means of maintenance of the studied subject. The course of the differential equations has great opportunities for forming of professional competencies of future teachers of mathematics and physics, however the existing education guidance, according to the theory of differential equations, are obviously not oriented to form the competencies. Besides modern development of technology, chemistry, biology, ecology, geography, economics and other sciences is impossible without the use of differential equations. The solutions of Clairaut-type equations with a special right-hand part found in the paper are a new result in the theory of partial differential equations. In turn the organization of independent scientific research in the framework of the course of differential equations promotes the main goal of professional competencies of future mathematics and physics teachers, namely forming the professional competencies being ready to use theoretical and practical knowledge in science and education.

The article describes and analyses the Russian educational paradigms in the context of their historical shifts in relation to the objectives, content of education, representatives of major educational concepts and pedagogical technologies. Two historically developed in Russia educational paradigms are considered: traditional and humanistic. Analyzed traditional pedagogical concepts and pedagogical models of contemporary humanistic paradigm of Russian education: student-oriented, competence-based, subjective-personal, personal-oriented network and sense-activity. Presented the goals, objectives, content, benefits and drawbacks of the existing and further developed by the Russian scientists pedagogical concepts of the XX–XXI centuries. Traced and justified the historical transition from traditional to humanistic educational paradigm. The necessity of the consideration and integration of traditional methods and technologies of Russian education that have proven efficiency in the formation of conceptual-cognitive thinking necessary for student-centered development, education and training of the individual is shown. As a result of the the content-historical analysis, the article presents positive aspects and shortcomings of traditional knowledge-centered paradigm and outlines the main difficulties of the implementation of modern humanistic educational paradigm within the framework of existing educational models. The authors came to the conclusion about the necessity of harmonization of technologies, concepts, and assessment of results according to the tenets of the two main (traditional and humanistic) historical Russian educational paradigms.

Sharina Sardana Ivanovna ASPECT FORMS OF A VERB IN NIZHNEKOLYMSKIY DIALECT OF THE EVEN LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 6 (183). P. 100-106

The paper studies the composition of aspect forms of the verb in Nizhnekolymskiy dialect, which does not have a systematic description and and refers to the western dialect of the Even language according to preliminary data. The types of the verb expressing the nature of action, according to the semantic and grammatical characteristics, are differentiated into six aspect groups. Formation and use of type categories and methods of verbal actions in Nizhnekolymsky dialect are revealed with some features, unlike the eastern dialects of the Even language. The composition and use of categories of the verbal species has similar features to the western dialects of the Even language. However, distinct differences are in the formation of the type of imitation of action in the dialect in question. The absence of some forms of multiplicity of actions aspectuality groups, the direction of action and the intensity of action is revealed in the analysis of the functioning of species of verb forms in Nizhnekolymsky dialect. The usage of not previously mentioned in the grammatical descriptions of the four aspect forms in groups of multiplicity of action and intensity of action is fixed. The material for this article served the field data collected during field expeditions in the Lower Kolyma region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2013–2015.

Describes the work of the specialists of municipal institutions of social service with children and families to solve their socialization problems, which is carried out through socio-pedagogical support of concerned citizens and providing them with socio-educational services. Presents the definition of municipal social services, which is understood as the network of state and municipal institutions located in the territory of the municipality and are engaged in social service of citizens in accordance with applicable law. Presents characteristics of socialpedagogical activity of the specialists of municipal institutions of social service as one of the main tools of interaction with minors and families in difficult life situations. Specifies the main contradiction of using this tool in practice: elimination of the institute of social pedagogues in institutions of social protection in accordance with applicable legislation on social services for citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as the lack of normative embodied technologies of socio-pedagogical work in the area. Shows the expediency of the use of the method of sociopedagogical design in solving problems of socially vulnerable layers of the population. In the article the authors touched on one of the topical issues of defectological education: improving motivation to self-correction and self-control among children with severe speech disorders. For children with severe speech disorders the corrective-speech process at kindergarten speech therapy center lasts 2–3 years. During this time it is necessary to help children to correct the defects of the entire system of language: aspects of pronunciation, lexical and grammatical side, of coherent speech. The necessity of examination and formation of a stable motivation for corrective speech work is caused by the low level of interest of senior preschool children with severe speech disorders to speech therapy classes, because they require perseverance from the child, and this quality appears later. The authors identified three stages of diagnostics, necessary for a comprehensive examination of children with severe speech disorders. Stage 1 – speech diagnostics, stage 2 – study of children’s motivation, stage 3 – parents’ questioning to identify the child’s interests. The attention is focused on the stage of studying of motivation for speech therapy classes, with the aim of identifying conditions for the formation of stable motivation of children with severe speech disorders. The diagnostic parameters of the motivational component are demonstrated, their connection with speech therapy tasks is specified.

The article deals with the semantic features of onomatopoeic words in German and Tatar languages in comparative terms. The aim of the research was to identify the similarities, differences and features in the words under analysis. In each language there are certain features in the perception of sounds. In both languages there are not only onomatopoeia but also the onomatopoeic nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs, which are an onomatopoetic vocabulary of each language. It is a universal vocabulary that has much in common even in unrelated languages. Separately is analyzed a group of onomatopoeic nouns, which represent the names of insects, birds and animals in both languages and the principles of their nomination in the Tatar language. In German, these words are non-productive while in Tatar it is the result of word-formation processes. The classification of verbs of sound according to their denotative content takes into account the peculiarities of both languages. Many onomatopoeic verbs are multivalued and can be assigned to several groups at once. Functional possibilities of onomatopoetic lexicon of both languages are considered as well – children’s language, proverbs and set phrases – characteristic of all languages and most vividly reflecting the national identity of the language. Knowledge of these functions is necessary to exclude communicative failures.

In the given work the method of calculation for equili-brum sub-transsonic flows is offered and the results of its application are given. It is based on the method of approached factorization for the solution of the complete speed potential equation, which has been written down in the conservative form on orthogonal grid, connected with a contour of a nozzle. This method allows calculating flows in nozzles, having the complex form of combustion chamber, particularly the flush-mounted nozzle. The method gives the best correlation with the experiment in comparison with a usual approached factorization method. Such results are explained by using of an orthogonal grid, which improves the approximation of the initial differential equation.

This article is devoted to analysis of dependence of perception of inner form of the compound word from linguistic and extra linguistic conditions. The compound Russian and English lexemes were served as the material of the research, which forming the same notions. It was necessary to distribute them into groups using the same principle of classification. As a rule, taxonomies are built on the intralingual material independently of the tier which is meant. Specification of our research encloses in application of another type of classification. We examine structural features of compound lexical units locating into the same linguistic space. The purposes of our research have required formatting the classification of the selected material basing on specification of the inner form.

In this paper, the methodology to create periodisation of the historical and pedagogical process is presented. The description of principal functions and features of periodisation is given. Besides, it is shown here the author’s viewpoint of the main stages of development of supplementary education for children from the 80-s of the 19th century till present in Western Siberian region. Special attention is paid to the historical and social and cultural background of changes of purposes, tasks, contents and principles of activities, types of supplementary educational institutions for children. Statistics of cases of the child abuse proves that the domestic violence has become as common as the street violence. Hundreds of children are injured by their own parents. Specialists in rehabilitation centers and school psychologists in their work with children, affected by domestic violence in the family, use all possible methods and forms of behavior correction and rehabilitation of such children. Collective creative activity is one of the forms of correctional and rehabilitation work with children affected by domestic violence in the family. At venue of MAI (Municipial Autonomous Institution) PCSA (Prevention Centre and Social Adaptation) “Family” (Tomsk) a group of children from among the victims of the domestic violence was formed. Parents and children, entering “the group of risk”, were proposed to unite with the creative team of children with disabilities, at the result of which the creative inclusive group “Kolosok” was formed. The tasks of the group are to create conditions for reducing aggression and anxiety in children/a child; to teach children/a child to build and maintain relationships in the family, to show feelings and emotions for the purpose intended, to develop empathy through the close communication in society. The results of the diagnostic test showed that anxiety and aggressiveness decreased; composition and staging tales contributed to the development and expansion of the vocabulary, and the manufacture of handicrafts from the improvised and natural materials developed the outlook; the relationship between mothers and children became warmer because joint activities allowed them to spend time together as often as possible, to be in the same business, to get to know each other better.

The authors consider the problem of lack of teachers’ design competences in the design and organization of inclusive educational space. Scientists define the problem as the shortage of forms and techniques that allow the teacher to achieve positive outcomes in inclusive education. Within the anthropological approach by means of humanitarian studies, the authors attempt to understand the subjects of organization of joint activity of teacher and students in an inclusive process. The article considers pedagogical possibilities of the use of dialogue in inclusive education. The authors demonstrate the ability of this form of joint activities to help students be implemented in inclusive learning to be successful within their individual capabilities. The authors discuss dialogue in interaction with other forms of cooperative activities (lesson assignment, lessonproblematization), describe an educational precedent for the use of dialogue in inclusive educational space. The authors present the content of the pilot training project, characterize the system of lessons on the study of the novel of F. M. Dostoevsky’s “Crime and punishment” in the tenth grade. The project recorded the special role of the teacher in the dialogue. He is also a partner and an organizer of joint activities: that is, occupies an ambivalent position. This position is organized through pedagogical techniques such as card primary meanings, keywords, and algorithms activities. The dialogue is organized through various technologies: multimedia, games and problem-based learning. Their use allows the teacher to update the individual meanings of participants in inclusive education. The criterion of successful participation in the educational project is the development of subjectivity of students. A similar development is recorded in the framework of individual standards for each student involved in the educational project.

This article is devoted to the role, goals of the institution of curatorship in modern higher professional education. The goals of the institution of curatorship are coordinated with the tasks of modern higher professional education. The Institute of Curators, being one of the forms of educational work in the university, is characterized by the presence of structural and functional components, united by a common goal. An important factor is that the institution of curatorship promotes the development of competencies among students and promotes the all-round development of the student’s personality. A modern understanding of the institution of curators is defined. The article considers the principles on which the institute of curators’ activity is based. Problems are given and tasks of the modern institute of curatorship in the Russian system of higher professional education are singled out. It was noted that the institute needs modernization. Directions for increasing the institution of curator’s efficiency are given. The conclusion about the importance of the institution of curatorship for modern professional education and the prospects for its existence are made. The main provisions on the significant role of the institution of curatorship in modern vocational education are generalized. The need to modernize the institute of curators is highlighted, taking into account the experience and tendencies of the European and world development.
