In the present paper the possibility of measuring general relativistic effects on the orbits of the inner Jupiter’s satellites are discussed. We consider for Amalthea J5 the question if the PN components of orbital precession can be isolated from the far larger Newtonian precession. The results of several numerical simulations have shown that all larger contributions of Newtonian perturbations can be modeled and subtracted out.

Therefore, the subject “Foreign Language” has a special place, because it should provide not only the language itself, but the country’s culture and language, and by comparison it may overshadow the peculiarities of national culture and acquaint with universal values. In other words, foreign language should contribute to the education of students enrolled in non-language majors, in the context of intercultural dialogue. This, in its turn requires knowledge of norms and traditions of communication of people-native speakers, that is all that is meant by communication behavior as part of the national culture. Knowledge of the rules and traditions of communication allows the participants of the speech act, belonging to different national cultures, adequately perceive and understand each other, which contributes to intercultural communication.

In the article we cited a fragment of the analysis of the semantics of the derived dialect verbs to study pragmatic aspects of the linguistic meaning. For the material of the study served the substantive dialectal verbs, collected by continuous sampling from the “Dictionary of Russian dialects of Transbaikal” and “the Irkutsk regional dictionary”. To study the semantics of the verbs we used the technique of propositional analysis. It is determined that cognitive models in the formation of functional and characterizing naming units are of different kinds. Functional names are characterized by orderly and clear formulas of propositions. They result through the reference to an object, an instrument or a place of purposeful activities. We gave the examples of verb propositions of the thematic group “Interpersonal relations”. Characterizing verbs of this group are the result of motivation by the name of any reality and can have mono- and polipropositional structure. For nomination of the situations related with the human relationship both the subject and the object of a proposition are important. Propositional structure characterizing the items can include assessment and emotive modes. Described idiomaticity of derivatives and the factors causing it. Revealed that different degree of the studied frazeological units may depend on the semantics of motivator: its multi-dimensionality (the scene) or polysemy. Preproposition names have the highest degree by increasing individual transformation. Such verbs are usually formed on the basis of metaphorical and metonymical models. The presence of metaphorical names is explained anthropocentricity of the group and the specific discourse. Unconventional method of linguistic unit formation allows you influence not the mind, but the emotions of a person.

In recent decades, the internationalization of higher education has become one of the main trends influenced by the development of globalization processes. Market environment in Russia sets a new goal for Russian higher education – training of highly qualified specialists in engineering and technology which are able to change the economic situation, to design and operate modern products and engineering systems. In this context, the internationalization is becoming one of the key components for the development of higher education, which is essential to hold leading positions in world university rankings. The article is focused on the influence of internationalization on the modern higher school, defines the relevant competencies of university research and teaching staff, connected with the ability to collaborate with other universities in international context, to develop and conduct joint research and educational projects, to design and implement unique educational programs. The experience of Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) in the field of faculty professional development focused on the development of this set of competencies is presented. The connection between the competencies and the indicators of TPU “road map” is stated. Research relevance is explained by the need of educational institutions to engage high-skilled faculty members, which are able to collaborate effectively in international context, to make research projects with international partners, to contribute to university higher positions in world rankings.

Larina Mariya Borisovna IMAGE COMPONENTS CORRELATION OF THE CONCEPT TRADITION AND ANTICONCEPT FASHION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 8 (197). P. 14-20

The article deals with the problem of «concept» and «anticoncept» relations by the example of concepts TRADITION and FASHION in the English world picture. Concept and anticoncept are interrelated and interconnected. The relations between them and a metaconcept domain are similar to those of hyponyms and a hyperonym but not absolutely identical. Therefore, concept and anticoncept relations shouldn’t be described in terms of antonymy, because these two mental representations are not simply contrasted to each other. They have integrative and distinctive features that can be restored by different means, including association experiment. A study of association links can help in modeling the structure of the concept. The resulting verbal associations reflect the conceptual signs of the concepts TRADITION and FASHION, indicate a deep rootedness in the consciousness of the English cultural stereotypes which are a figurative representation of what is traditional and what is fashionable. The full spectrum of obtained associations allows to speak about the specifics of the conceptual connections in the consciousness of English-speakers. On the basis of the association experiment data analysis, it is proposed to treat concepts TRADITION and FASHION as concept and anticoncept correspondingly and to determine them as interrelated and interconnected oppositions included in the same metaconcept domain VALUES and forming its poles.

Comparative evaluation of modifi cations in the biological and social criteria for long-term partner selection in representations of female junior university students and specialized school students was conducted. Both groups studied revealed discrepancies between biological and social components of selection. Female considered more attractive masculine men in the context of long-term partnership. At the same time, they expected at masculine male behavioural pattern that was not distinctive for masculine males.

In QCD a non-perturbative effect is essential in low energy phenomena. A usual perturbative procedure loses its validity. A four-fermion interaction model is used to evaluate the low energy phenomena for quarks and gluons. Since the four-fermion interaction is nonrenormalizable, the results depend on the regularization parameter in four spacetime dimensions. Here we show the possibility to eliminate the regularization parameter dependence for some of physical observables.

The MSSM with right-handed neutrino supermultiplets, gauged B−L symmetry and a non-vanishing sneutrino expectation value is the minimal theory that spontaneously breaks R-parity and is consistent with the bounds on proton stability and lepton number violation. This minimal B − L MSSM can have a colored/charged LSP, of which a stop LSP is the most amenable to observation at the LHC. We study the R-parity violating decays of a stop LSP into a bottom quark and charged leptons – the dominant modes for a generic “admixture” stop. A numerical analysis of the relative branching ratios of these decay channels is given using a wide scan over the parameter space. The fact that R-parity is violated in this theory by a vacuum expectation value of a sneutrino links these branching ratios directly to the neutrino mass hierarchy. It is shown how a discovery of bottom-charged lepton events at the LHC can potentially determine whether the neutrino masses are in a normal or inverted hierarchy, as well as determining the θ23 neutrino mixing angle. Finally, present LHC bounds on these leptoquark signatures are used to put lower bounds on the stop mass.

Polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activity was determined in virgin peat deposit (3 m) and residual eutrophic peat (1 m) under permanent grasses in microfield experiment. Enzyme activity in virgin soil was determined through the thickness (0–100 cm); in residual peat – up to 60 cm deep – at the beginning of observations (1993), and through the profile – in subsequent terms (2002 and 2008). While the ratio «polyphenol oxidase activity: peroxidase activity» was approximately equal to 1, that could point to the relational balance of the processes of synthesis and decay of humic substances – both in virgin and reclamated peat of investigated ecosystem.

Due to technological progress and information technology our quality of life is improving, but at the same time the energy of person is significantly reducing. As a result, the health of younger generation is under the threat. The university system of physical activity sets the goal to prepare specialists, who are able to develop independently, based on a continual education. Creating stable motives is a necessary part for any education. Motivation for sport participation is a motor, which influences the level of activity in this area of interest, its direction and regularity. The questionnaire was used to determine the students’ motives for sport participation in the Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU). The analysis of motives for sport participation provided some results. This analysis provided that an unstable motive for sports participation is manifested in students’ priority to find fun during the lesson; underestimation of health; the large attention to the weight; small quantity of motors, unformed cognitive motives; the deficiency of an optimal level of knowledge. The study revealed that the favorable psychological atmosphere in the classroom; the understanding of the thirdyear respondents that they need to be enroll in physical activity; striving for improving life performance through physical activity and enjoyment by the classes are main advantages of the system of physical activity in TPU. This data collection indicates the need to rank among the top eight motives by underlying two main motives from each group to determine the motivational complex, which characterizes the efficiency of students’ physical education and its focus on the future.

Under conditions of up-to-date informational society, strengthening of the role of Internet and new computer technologies in our life a special role belongs to the analysis of the structure of modern media communication from the point of view of its field system, which allows to find out its principal and peripheral elements and to define the process of media communication. The article points to description of informational fields of different types from linguistic position. The author defined and examined informational fields of global network, mass media, informational and media personality and text. Media communication is presented as a continuously developing multilayer supercomlex structure of informational fields of different types, which forms hypertextual space. A special attention is paid to informational field of journalist’s language personality. In view of the information fields of the journalists’ language personality according to the types to their functions and communicative effect are detected: 1) mediator, moderator, amuser; 2) leading, driven. Detemines the connection of the information field of the language person with its idiostile.

The availability of historical sources is the basis that significantly increases the objectivity of the study. Such historical documents are significant when studying political parties within the framework of modern Russian history, in order to avoid excessive politicization of judgments. Studying of history of creation and functioning of «parties in power» is directly connected with involvement in scientific turnover of regulations, data of archival funds, periodicals, propaganda materials and others. It allows to expand the range of information on this problem, creates conditions for carrying out the system analysis of activities of data of the organizations in the specific region. Analyzing conditions of the source base of work, it is necessary to state that insufficient representation in archival funds of the documents which are handed over by political parties and the politized movements became the main problem of the use of sources. Nevertheless, it would be desirable to note that this lack was met by the complex use of other groups of sources, at the same time the basis of source base owing to specifics of an object and an object of research was constituted by periodicals materials. In general the provided source base is sufficient for the solution of effective objectives and tasks both in quantitative sense, and in high-quality representativeness of the provided materials.

The following article studies phonetic and prosodic changes in mother’s speech. We consider that the situation of awaking a child preconditions these changes. We propose the role of a mother as socially relevant. Mother’s speech is an informational key to the system of a native language. Basing on Russian and the French language, we analyze qualitative and quantitative changes in consonants and vowels in lexical units of different parts of speech, as well as changes in tone and rate of mother’s utterances. We take into account such phonetic phenomena as longitude of a sound, palatalization of consonants, changes of values in tone. The changes of values in tone are illustrated by graphs. The material for analysis includes audio and video of recorded talk between mothers and their children (age from 0 to 10 months). The participants were divided into two groups: 1) Russian-speaking dyad “mother-child” (5 participants); 2) French-speaking dyad “mother-child” (4 participants). To undertake the analysis we applied computer software package for the scientific analysis of speech in phonetics called PRAAT. Resulting in setting minimal and maximal values in tone of analyzed utterances, correlation of longitude of a sound with tone and pragmatic meaning we conclude that these features of mother’s speech are universal for the situation of awaking a child.

The main objectives of the proposed study are to establish a clear picture of the modern younger schoolchild in ontogeny in the system of theoretical concepts and empirical knowledge; the formation of a holistic approach to mental health, a special way of thinking, defined by the guiding principles of domestic and foreign psychology, modern understanding of the basic categories of developmental psychology on the segment of primary school age. Presented psychodiagnostic study of younger schoolchildren of their mental development based on the biopsychosocial approach. The result of which the data leads to the conclusion that the process of adaptation of first-graders to school depends on the characteristics of emotional and volitional and personal spheres, that is the basis of mental health.

The NSVZ scheme is constructed in all orders for the renormalization group functions defined in terms of the renormalized coupling constant for Abelian N = 1 supersymmetric theories regularized by higher derivatives. For the other renormalization prescriptions the scheme-independent consequences of the NSVZ relation are investigated. It is explained, why for the renormalization group functions defined in terms of the bare coupling constant the NSVZ relation is valid for all renormalization prescriptions in the case of using the higher derivative regularization.

Elementary number theory as a school mathematics section is an essential part of professional preparation of a mathematics teacher. The paper is devoted to the role of elementary number theory as a component of professional preparation of a modern mathematics teacher in the context of competence approach. Among the categories of people who need public care, children-orphans and children left without parental care occupy a special place. The child's right to live and grow up in the family enshrined in the UN Convention On the rights of the child and the Family code of the Russian Federation. In the sphere of the family and marriage relations there are destructive processes that concerned also the Tuva family. Although for centuries the family for Tuvinians was an important and the only form of existence. Heavy nomadic life in harsh climatic conditions was too much alone, a man without family was doomed to extinction. In accordance with the guidelines of traditional culture, Tuvan family consisted of several generations, including all the relatives of both spouses that protected the people from incest. The Tuvinians lived in a community of 4–5 Yurts, basically, it consisted of father family and the separate families of the married sons with children. Other relatives also roamed near to another part of the AAL. The community was closeknit, there were cultivated customs and traditions of one kind or another. In this regard, the Tuvan traditions of the people associated with family values, that allowed us to solve the problems of children-orphans and children left without parental care are of great interest. The nomands traet with special care children with disabilities, orphans and children left without parental care. Society of nomads has always shown great attention to childhood as a special age group, requiring increased care. Historically vagrancy, begging, homelessness of children is not allowed. This experience can be useful for those working for the rights of protection of minors and for development of programs for prevention of social orphanhood, family trouble.

In this paper ab initio HONDO calculations of SnCI4, SbCI5 and TiCI4 with H2S complexes have been per¬formed. All 35CI-NQR frequencies for above-men¬tioned nv-complexes are obtained by ab initio calcula¬tions. It was shown that ab initio calculations might be useful for the appropriate interpretation of experimen¬tal NQR frequencies. The optimized geometry of the complexes has been used to calculate the quadruple coupling constants, the ionization potentials, the MO composition and the orbit¬al energies for each of the compounds investigated. Our calculations have been pointed out that TiCI4, SnCI4 and SbCI5 complexes are somewhat stabilized. The most stable complex is SbCI5 that is in a good agreement with the experimental data. The stability of the complexes depends both on the stabilization of the occupied donor molecular levels and the vacant ac¬ceptor and donor levels.
