The review of A. V. Bolotnov’s monograph “Textual activity as the reflation of communicative and cognitive styles network language personality” (Tomsk, 2015) contains the evaluation of the urgency and scientific research novelty, the importance of network language personality theory for the investigation of textual activity in IT epoch. The established by the author of the monograph complex method of idiostyle analysis ensured the development of a new typology of information and media language personalities (journalist, writer, blogger, politician, etc.) and a description of significant features for each type of verbal behavior. For the material of the study served the content posted on the site “Echo of Moscow” – the radio station, which clearly demonstrates the new trends in the Russian massmedia of the XXI century. There have been achievements A. V. Bolotnov related to the identification and interpretation of linguistic methods of media exposure and the Internet as a new channel of communication on the consciousness of society and the individual. The influence of different forms of selenium on development of wheat plants in soil culture was studied. It is shown, that formation of structural elements of shoot and productivity of plants Triticum aestivum L. depends on the degree of oxidation of selenium ions and the methods of processing. Specificity of action of different ions of selenium consists in regulation of accumulation of dry substance by the main shoot and shoots tillering, amount of tillering shoots, productivity and quality of grain. Selenate sodium increased wheat productivity, selenite of sodium - quality of grain (the content of starch and protein).

The author makes an attempt to make a share of contribution to the research of the pivotal component of the problem of civic population evacuation – the evacuation of population from Stalingrad and the accommodation of the evacuees at the Siberian land. The article shows the peculiarities and hardships of the situation of the city of Stalingrad, which became the centre of evacuation processes in the South of the country due to its geographical and economical situation, transport development. The paper gives the analysis of the reasons for the belatedness of the mass evacuation held in the city, evacuation of the highly qualified cadres and their families, the ways of solving complex problems of accommodation of the arrivals form Stalingrad in Siberia. The paper makes a special emphasis on the issue as the specialists from Stalingrad arrived in order to build the large plant Transmash, which was to produce diesel engines for tanks, the production of which had been terminated at the Stalingrad Tractor Plant. The papers shows the system of measures undertaken for solving this accommodation problem, highlights that it required the development of the special plan, creation of staging points, organizations of food, medical and social services, mobilization of transport organizations. In spite of many hardships the task of providing the arrived people and their families with living accommodations was solved.

In this paper we show that the entropy of a cosmoiogical horizon in topological Reissner-Nordstrom-de Sitter and Kerr-Newman-de Sitter spaces can be described by the Cardy-Verlinde formula, which is supposed to be an entropy formula of conformal field theory in any number of dimension. Furthermore, we find that the entropy of a black hole horizon can also be rewritten in terms of the Cardy-Vertinde formula for these black holes in de Sitter spaces, if we use the definition due to Abbott and Deser for conserved charges in asymptotically de Sitter spaces. Such result presume a weli-defined dS/CFT correspondence, which has not yet attained the credibility of its AdS analogue.

There are different options of the national language picture of the world, because the national language is heterogeneous. This variability is manifested in the texts of creative linguistic identity. This thesis is confirmed by numerous linguistic and literary studies of the creative work of the outstanding Russian writer of the XX century V. P. Astafiev. The writer had a great life experience and mastered several forms of the Russian national language: standardized literary language, common parlance, territorial and social dialects. Different variants of the Russian language picture of the world are associated with this forms. V. P. Astafiev showed life of Russia in his works, he used autobiographical principle of construction of literary text. For this reason the author’s individual language picture of the world that he presented in his texts includes elements of the different variants of the Russian language picture of the world.

The article considers the functioning of Americanisms in the newspaper style. The newspaper is acknowledged as a relevant source of information and a powerful means of the creation of its readers’ attitude (opinion). This fact reveals the basic functions of the newspaper style, that is to inform (the informative function) and to impact (the impacting function). Newspaper Americanisms, the ones that are frequently observed in the language of press, turn out capable of performing the outlined functions. The impacting function shows itself in the so called open evaluation of speech. It reveals its essence in two basic aspects, that is the creation of speech characteristics and the implementation of the social judgement. The article gives the analysis of different samples of Americanisms, performing the function of social markers in the newspaper style.

In general the article is devoted to the study of financial budget structure, peculiarities of spreading the budget resources in the most difficult moment of Russian history. In 1921 Narkompros handed the school financing to the local budgets which were very poor and satisfied only the essential needs of education. There weren’t any means for school expenses, school building and redecoration, books and implements. Local budget had to find out off-budget means for school expenses. Moreover, the social role in the financial question of education is shown in the article.

In the article the experience of practical realization of the project of Multilevel Continuous Education System (MCES) in closed settlement of the nuclear industry of Siberian Chemical Plant in Seversk. Tomsk region is analyzed. The investigation shows that MCES under conditions of Industrial implemented into Closed Administrative Territorial Unit (CATU) Seversk allows involving in educations process a large number of children and youth. This provides a possibility of purposeful formation of harmonically developed personality oriented to conducting of professional activity at factories and organizations of the Nuclear Department of the Russian Federation. The results of the investigation can be applied for solving similar tasks in the towns of the RF Nuclear Department, and also in other towns of Russian Federation.

This publication continues the articles’ series that describes the shor word formation structure. It is dedicated to the examination of the derivative stem – one of the components of the word formation structure. The subject of our study is the expressive and the content plans of the derivative stem in Turkic languages, based on the Shor language, one of the insufficiently studied Turkic languages of South Siberia. In this article the author also analyzed the influence of the ground word on the lexical meaning of the derivative word formation and word formation affix assign. It also contains data about history and present condition of the research in the shor word formation along with bibliography on the shor word formation.
