The author suggests that the conventionalization of the etiquette has led to the appearance of hidden communication strategies, which functioning is interactional communication. Obviously, interactional communication requires the following certain communicative rules. Thus, verbal behavior as a certain series of interrelated speech acts is a model based on a strategic approach. While a communicant is creating a communicative strategy he implements complex thought processes that require consistency, clarity of vision and prediction of the communication process. The author suggests that the strategy is a behavior line that a speaker creates consciously and follows a certain goal. The characteristics of the strategy of evading a direct answer are given. It is considered that the communication strategy of evading a direct answer is realized through individual tactics. In particular, the examples of one of the tactics in this strategy – down-toning tactics – are quoted. The results of the analysis of the linguistic repertoire of communicative means of the tactics are represented. It is revealed that this strategy makes it possible to reduce the overall speaking annoyed conversation background, to distract an interlocutor’s attention, and gain them. Down-toning tactics can be represented by such lexical and grammatical means of the language as modal words, proper names; syntactic language means: introductory phrases and sentences, addressing.

This paper deals with dark and phantom energy in the tachyon and sub-quantum models tor dark energy. We obtain that the simplest condition for such a regime to occur in these scenarios Is that the scalar field be Wick rotated to imaginary values which correspond to an axionic field classically. By introducing analytical expressions for the scale factor or the Hubble parameter that satisfy all constraint equations of the used models we show that such models describe universes which develop a big rip singularity in the finite future.

The article discusses common approaches in the poetics of the comedies by Alexander Griboyedov and Nikolay Erdman, who innovatively use folklore. Both authors refer to the aphorism as a way to extend the stage space, establish new links between the plot of comedy and reality. Griboyedov for this uses aphorisms created by analogy with the Russian proverb, connecting with the Polish and Georgian realities. Erdman parodies oral “new language” of Soviet times.

The article proves education modernization on the basis of constantly developing information and communication technologies (ICTs) influencing modern education environment formation. The purpose of the article is to reveal and prove the innovative pedagogical searches in the field of constantly improving ICTs in global education. It presents the results of studying the new sources of the educational environment. It establishes that the new educational environment sources which are distance education, learning centers, workplace learning by the means of modern ICTs, home learning with the Internet are actively forming and developing in modern education. It describes the co-evolution development manifestation of education system as the objective process which consists in that from all the possible transformations of these or those elements of an education system remain only mutually compatible (mutual combination of traditional education, electronic learning and distance education technologies). The article gives the examples of ICTs use in the process of knowledge acquisition both in the educational institutions, and in the new educational environment sources (learning centers, workplace learning by means of modern ICTs, home learning with the Internet). The author comes to the conclusion about synergetic effect manifestation in a new shape which gets the education focused on the lifelong learning. Modern education assumes the active use of Internet and the digital technologies (for example, electronic learning and distance education technologies) in teaching and learning, change of teaching and learning model and knowledge preservation model, management of the students of their own educational trajectory and learning activity. ICTs get the teaching process ahead for a framework of traditional educational institutions, and cause the emergence of the new sources of knowledge acquisition.

The paper studies artistic peculiarities of G. Gazdanov’s “An Evening with Claire” debut novel. The novel represents a unique frontier phenomenon in the 20th century Russian literary history based on classical and modern literature which came from trends of traditionalism and sometimes crosses the borders of the avant-garde space. Combining classical and modern literary traditions and elements of other arts (music, painting) of the first third of the 20th century in Russia and Europe, G. The artice discusses the role of lifelong learning for professional activity as a vital instrument providing both, current and perspective needs of labour market. Lifelong learning fulfills three main functions – professional, social and personal. One of the ways to deliver such kind of education is involving professional development programs, which can be delivered through in-service training in various formats (distant, face-to-face, autonomous learning). These programs can be arranged within various timescales with regard to government regulations and employer requirements. In addition, the staff participating in design, elaboration and implementation of these programs should meet the latest professional requirements in their area. It is suggested that professional competence among academics as people functioning like conductors between industrial sector and adult learners is of vital importance. For that reason, special attention is drawn to the programs for academics and doctoral training. As an illustrative example, the experience of participating in a PhD program at the University of Sheffield (UK) is described. This program is characterized as highly individualized, which leads to sufficient outcomes among learners. Along with that, the authors propose to borrow key aspects from Sheffield experience and adapt them for doctoral training in Russia. Finally, urgent problems in academics development are outlined, further steps and solutions are offered.

Numerical methods allow to circumvent the difficulties associated with lack of mathematical knowledge among the college students who are required to study physics. Using elementary numerical methods the models of various oscillating systems are built. A pendulum, a piston moving in a cylinder under the effect of pressure difference in a cylinder and a material point oscillating around the circumference under the action of elastic force, show a qualitatively different dependence between the amplitude and period of oscillations. Through the numerical solution of differential equations of the mathematical package MathCAD studied the motion of Kapitsa pendulum with a non-trivial restoring force. Construction of two - and three-dimensional graphs in MathCAD is applied to combine mutually perpendicular oscillations and obtaining Lissajous’s figures. Self-oscillating systems are presented in the form of models of the RC- oscillator with three-tier phase-shifting circuit negative feedback and the Wine’s oscillator. An example of relaxation oscillator is the model of the multivibrator on the dynistors. At the heart of a computer model of the generator on the tunnel diode is the use of current-voltage characteristics of N-type containing a section with negative resistance. The material may be used in the process of teaching physics at advanced level in secondary schools and junior courses of higher educational institutions.

The necessity of cognitive competence formation is substantiated and its characteristics are sorted out. The suitability of the choice of elementary mathematics for organizing students’ academic activity aiming at forming cognitive competence and selection of heuristic mathematical problems as the means of formation is presented. The mechanism of transforming mathematical information contained in the texts of these problems is suggested. This is formalization of statements with the help of the language of logic of utterance, logic of predicates and isomorphism of interpretations. The possibility of integration between the course of elementary mathematics and the course of mathematical logic is shown.

There are different options of the national language picture of the world, because the national language is heterogeneous. This variability is manifested in the texts of creative linguistic identity. This thesis is confirmed by numerous linguistic and literary studies of the creative work of the outstanding Russian writer of the XX century V. P. Astafiev. The writer had a great life experience and mastered several forms of the Russian national language: standardized literary language, common parlance, territorial and social dialects. Different variants of the Russian language picture of the world are associated with this forms. V. P. Astafiev showed life of Russia in his works, he used autobiographical principle of construction of literary text. For this reason the author’s individual language picture of the world that he presented in his texts includes elements of the different variants of the Russian language picture of the world.
