It was found that characteristics of physical development of TPSU students practically don't depend of age (16-23) and chosen specialization (all 9 faculties). Students of the faculty of physical culture are exception, which showed considerably improvement of main physiometrical, and dynamometricai indications, which connects with regular going in for sports. It was found that there is a tendentious to improvement of antropo-metrical indications of faculty of foreign languages students in comparison to another faculties and indication in TSPU for 7 years of researches.

On the example of cultivation of sprout cabbage of a kind «Nadezhda» in the summer period influencing of meteorological conditions 1999-2003 years to productivity of correction light films for protection closed soil is investigated. With usage of techniques of biological testing of films is rotined, that challenging influencing to growth and development of plants («polysvetany» effect) correction light films render only at enough favorable temperature and light meteorological conditions, giving considerable effects of increase of biomass of spout and economic productivity of horse radish. At a decrease of mean temperatures on 5-7 °C or increase of temperatures on 8-10 °C from optimum for cultivation of plants and long-term period of dense cloud cover during realization of experiment in conditions of closed soil without an auxiliary illumination and heating «polysvetany» effect is not watched. Reproduction of effect in region of risky agriculture (Tomsk) in the indicated term is reached 40% in most unfavorable for an agriculture spring period and 75 % in the summer period

One of the most important factors defining reliability of radio engineering devices, the temperature is, thus, is the most frequent for calculations of thermal modes mathematical models with the concentrated parameters, possessing low accuracy are used. Now multivariate mathematical models, with a greater degree of ade¬quacy describing processes теплопереноса in radio engineering devices are known. The purpose of the given work is the analysis of reliability of elements of radio engineering devices with application of the modern device of the theory of reliability and methods of multi¬variate mathematical modelling of temperature fields. In the given work comparison of parameters of reliability of the typical electroradioproducts received on the basis of spatial temperature fields and averages on volume of temperatures of electroradioproducts is made.

In the article the stress in the central and southern dialects of the Selkup language is described. The research is based on the material collected during field work with last speakers of these dialects, processings of the material of the A. P. Dulzon archive and the analysis of the language of the first Selkup books. In the course of research it is revealed that in all southern and central dialects of the Selkup language there were systems paradigmatic accents, which can be described in terms “dominant” and “recessive” morphemes. The basic differences in various dialects consist in stress position, basically in marks of suffixes.

A comparison of psychodiagnostic indicators of tests, which characterize the psychological status of the individual adolescents exposed (group 1) and not exposed (group 2) domestic violence. It is shown that the violations that occur as a result of suffering a violent affect the emotional and volitional, and protective coping behaviour, which causes pronounced psycho-emotional disorders, inadequate coping strategies, behavioural and psychological mechanisms for coping.

The problem of correlation between aesthetic ideas in texts by Hegel and Ivanov is investigated. The main point is the question about the symbol. The definitions of this notion in books of both thinkers are analyzed. For Hegel symbol is only a scientific sign, for Ivanov it’s a religious sing. They understand the main aim of art equally: as sensitive representation of Absolute. But there means are different: Hegel suggests overcoming symbolism by classicism, Ivanov says about raising art up to religious creativity.

In today’s social interaction it is widely represented the sphere of conflict communication, which is a reflection of the existence in the society of a stable tendency to understanding the aggression as the permissible norms of hostile demonstrations, potentially punishable act inappropriately interpreted the notions of freedom and personal responsibility. Careful attention of scientists focused on the study of network communication in various forms of embodiment of its genre, in particular, - the correspondence of many social network users. The article presents an analysis of the characteristics of communicative behavior of linguistic identity focused on the implementation of hostile manipulative strategies in relation to others in the network correspondence. Such linguistic identity is defined as the conflict on the basis of a number of parameters, of which the key factor is in favor of communicative intention. In particular, it comes to speech and means to achieve them in a communicative activity of a troll as a carrier of the type of conflict. The essence of trolling - communicative actions of a troll - consists in placing provocative messages on the network in order to create conflict situations. Trolling can have different manifestations, from a «harmless» for the participants in the communication of a verbal clash about certain events and / or individuals, to «hard» forms associated with causing moral harm to the interaction of participants. A motivating base of actions in the network can be the troll’s desire for emotional satisfaction from spilling out negative emotions against other communicators, aggressive and hostile manipulations, shocks. Troll promotes creation of provocation incitement in the communicative field by moving from discussion of social issues to personality of interaction participants. Such course of action, of course, entails a response. Troll can be seen in groups, discussing a variety of topics and issues and contemporary life. However, this discussion speaks only about the reason for a troll to «catch» and then, from the replica to the replica to deploy negative-emotional «onslaught» on the interlocutors. A natural result of becoming a failure in communication or its complete cessation. The specificity of the troll’s network behavior allows us to talk about its potential responsibility in the field of ethical and legal relations. This is facilitated by the factors: firstly, the deployment of manipulative trolling actions for specific network participants’ correspondence; secondly, active use in speech of stylistically reduced and obscene words, performing the function of invective. Given the above, it can be argued that the 6l.

The paper investigates the problem of integration in education, modern integration trends in the development of Russian and foreign educational systems are specified. The main advantages of the integrated educational systems are discussed, which the author specifies as follows: – integrated systems provide for entrants and students wider varietes of educational routes, directions and levels of higher education, including stages of vocational training; – the integrated educational systems are cha-racterized as flexible in the processes of organizational and content restructuring in the sphere of vocational training, considering fluctuations in the work force market; – within the framework of integrated systems, the academician and professorial stuff together with matherial resources of universities are used to the most effect; – the integrated educational systems are more economical in overall costs and total volumes of educational services.

Review of methods, allowing to increase the efficiency of linear systems solving by iterative methods is given. Method of matrix-vector multiplication with use of fast Fourier transform (FFT) and Schenhage-Schtrassen method, accelerating large linear systems solving are presented. Results of comparison of matrix-vector multi¬plication with FFT use and of traditional method of ma¬trix-vector multiplication are shown.
